The dorms, Tamaki decided, were not as intimidating as the main building seemed to be when he first started attending U.A.

Which was a good thing, he did not want to be scared of where he'd be living his last year of school. The shape was unique he had to admit as he and Mirio walked up to it with the first of their boxes.

The building after the ground floor bowed in on itself, making a type of U-like shape with two large balconies in the gap made instead of the typical rectangular block of most apartment buildings, Tamaki could also see that there was what looked like much smaller personal balconies that he thought could be connected to the bedrooms.

Mirio whistled once he saw it.

"Dang Sunny, did they really build all of this in just a few months?" Mirio asked him, looking around at the other buildings that were just like the one they were moving into.

Tamaki felt similarly awed and nodded his head.

Even though he saw the trucks and employees moving the many materials and furniture to make the buildings, actually seeing the buildings in person for the first time was entirely different.

They were much larger than Tamaki expected too.

But he expected it a little more with how large the main school and training buildings usually were.

At the very least they wouldn't have to worry about Miyake visiting them or having to crouch down to go anywhere.

"Hey, Jiki, Mirio-Chan over here!" Nejire called out, standing on the porch steps of the building most of them would be living.

Mirio waved and greeted her back immediately, but it took Tamaki a moment to wave as well, surprised she hadn't called to him through the Mindspace like she usually did beforehand not to spook him.

*Sorry Otoutosan, got to act unconnected in front of others.* Nejire apologized motioning to the O' Collins twins chatting as they left the building.

*It's okay, Oneesan.* Tamaki assured her, he knew they'd have to act like that, just wasn't expecting it so soon.

"Have you seen how the rooms are yet?" Mirio inquired as they stepped inside.

Nejire nodded her rapidly "Yes!" she replied excitedly bouncing some as they entered the large space "But first look at this living room! It's so big!" she squealed.

Nejire wasn't wrong, the living room was large.

There was a lot of open space in the middle, and on either side, there was spaces set up to be used by more than one person.

A large library-like alcove on the left, and the right was plenty of couch space around two different large tv set ups, an elevator and set of spiral stairs directly across from them.

There was even a fireplace by the couches.

"Oh jeeze, I think that our apartment could fit in here." Mirio said looking around and Tamaki agreed that the apartment he lived in with his dad could absolutely fit inside the living room.

A few more of his classmates were admiring the new spaces or milling by the elevator.

"I know right! Just wait until you see the upstairs. Which floor are you on Jiki?" Nejire asked motioning for them to follow her over.

"Third floor, room five." Tamaki answered, focusing on her and not the others around them.

*Cool, cool. We'll take the stairs cause the others are hogging the elevator.* Nejire told him through the Mindspace.

*Got it.* Tamaki replied nodded his head as subtly as he could.

Walking up that many stairs wouldn't kill any of them and probably cover some of their exercise for the day too.

"I'm on the floor above you, in room two." she cheerfully informed them as they started the climb.

"Have the others arrived yet Nejire-Chan? Or told you which rooms they're in?" Mirio asked looking over what they could see of the balcony on that level as they headed towards the next level.

"Miyake-Chan is here and he's helping everyone out by bringing everyone's stuff from the gate, he's on the third floor, room four. Yuyu-Chan is my neighbor in room six, she's setting up her bed frame, I think. And Oz-Chan is on the second floor unfortunately, room ten." Nejire told them with a sigh.

*So, no quick make outs or other fun times, sorry Otoutosan.* Nejire told him quietly through the Mindspace.

Tamaki became flustered and had to hold back from sputtering over such a crass comment and nearly tripped on the stairs.

*Oneesan!* He shouted back at her knowing he'd get way too many looks if he did it out loud.

Nejire just giggled back, making him wish he could just disappear from the face of the earth.

"Nejire don't tease Amajiki." Yagi-San scolded having been listening at the moment, surprising both of them since he should have been on patrol at this time of day.

*Sorry Chi-Chi. I didn't mean to interrupt your patrol!* Nejire apologized.

"I'm on break Nejire, Second wouldn't let me hear otherwise. And you should be apologizing to Amajiki." Yagi-San corrected her.

*Sorry Otoutosan, I didn't mean anything by it, I swear.* Nejire apologetically said.

Tamaki sighed shaking his head *I know, but please don't talk about us like that. I'm really not comfortable with it.* Tamaki told her.

"Uh Nejire-Chan you're spacing again." Mirio quietly warned them bringing both of their attention back to the real world.

While it wasn't intentional the two of them could get lost talking to each other in the Mindspace and ignore what was happening during casual hang outs, Haya-San had been the one to suggest coming up with a phase to use when this happened so others wouldn't be suspicious.

"Oh, sorry Mirio-Chan! I didn't mean too, what were we talking about?" Nejire falsely apologized as they practiced.

"No problem Nejire-Chan, just wanted to know if Oz was busy or if we could stop by to say hi before we got busy putting our rooms together." Mirio told her, using his head to motion to the fact they were on the second floor now.

"Oz-Chan already finished his room, benefits of being the teacher's kid and all that, but he's up helping Yuyu-Chan with her 'Ikea nightmare rat's nest'." Nejire informed them.

"Ah, okay, guess I'll just have to come over later to see him then." Mirio replied, a touch dejected.

Both he and Nejire shared in Mirio's down turned mood.

Tamaki had grown used to sharing his room with Mirio and while it was initially for his mental health and convenience in the beginning, Tamaki now was the one worried for Mirio's sake if he was living on his own.

Well, it wouldn't be completely on his own, and yes, his classmates were being much nicer to him in the last months, Tamaki just couldn't feel one hundred percent comfortable with Mirio living with them.

Maybe if one of them was also in the 3-B building he'd be alright with it, but all of their friend group was in 3-A.

He had asked Deku-Sensei and Haruki-Sensei if they could allow Mirio to be roomed over in 3-A's building instead since there would be room for him with their class not being at the full twenty.

Tamaki didn't get his hopes up though as a late transfer would be hard to pull off according to the both of them since they would need to speak with Snipe-Sensei and Master-Sensei about it along with a lot of paperwork and speaking with Togota-San about it, though they would try and get something worked out.

"Okay here we are, floor three follow me to your room Jiki." she announced as they reached the correct floor and lead them to the first room, noting it would be on the left of the balcony doorway for future reference.

A bold five on the door along with a peephole.

"At least you'll have first dibs on the showers in the mornings Jiki." Nejire joked motioning over to the larger doors to the left of his room before she opened his door.

The room was completely bare aside from the very basics of the overhead light and sliding door of his private balcony.

Tan dry wall along with a vibrant slightly orange color of hard wood for the floor.

"So, what color are you planning to paint your room?" Nejire asked, since the two of them hadn't spoken about their room decoration choices yet.

Tamaki hummed looking around the space.

"Mirio helped me pick a nice red color and I have some plants that I can use to make patterns in black and white, with some gold birds." Tamaki answered.

"Ooh, that's going to be pretty. I got a dark blue to match the sea, the teachers left a bunch of painting supplies down by the elevator stops for us to use." Nejire informed them.

"I should probably head over to my building to get started on painting my room them, don't think sleep overs will be allowed for the first couple of weeks." Mirio commented putting down the box he was carrying.

"There will be no need, he's in the room next yours Amajiki." Yagi-San told them through the Mindspace.

Nejire gasped "Oh my gosh! Tell me you aren't joking with us right now Chi-Chi!" Nejire squealed shaking her hands in front of her.

Making Mirio pause and stare at them.

Hikage chuckled.

"He's not joking, Junior and Haruki-San managed to get the paperwork in order. Surprise." Hikage confirmed for them, no doubt with a rye smile on his face.

"Yes! Yes! Yes! Oh, I'm so going to hug Deku the next time I see him! Best cousin ever!" Nejire proclaimed excitedly as she jumped around in a little circle with her joy.

"Uh, mind-" Mirio hardly asked the question before he interrupted him.

"You're going to live in the room next door, Deku-Sensei got it approved." he happily told Mirio, Mirio's eyes going wide.

"Wha- Why would he do that?" Mirio questioned looking between the two of them surprised.

Tamaki ducked his head, fidgeting with his fingers before nervously telling him "I-I asked them to."

"You did?" Mirio asked surprised, his eyes somehow even wider from his shock.

Tamaki nodded, jumping when Mirio hugged him and sighed into his shoulder.

"I kinda want to be mad you went behind my back, but I am too glad I don't have to go to be annoyed." Mirio confessed with his head buried in his shoulder.

Tamaki sighed as well and hugged him back.

"Oh, I got to tell everyone else, I'll be back!" Nejire promised throwing open the balcony door and blasting off with her quirk.

Tamaki stared for a moment before turning to Mirio, Mirio huffed rubbing the back of his neck with a grin.

"I think we should get started on painting our rooms then, we should start with your room first so you can do the details sooner." Mirio suggested jabbing his thumb at the door.

Tamaki nodded and followed him back to the elevator.

A couple hours later all six of them were sprawled on some of the living room by the fireplace, some of them waiting for some of their rooms to dry and all of them covered in the paint from doing so.

Miyake was laid flat in front of the fireplace like an extra rug, Nejire, Haya and Mirio on one couch, Tamaki and Oswald on the other with Oswald slumped against him.

"Hey, do you think we could order out for lunch? I don't think anyone's going to have a lot of strength after we all get moved in." Haya-San inquired as she idlily searched for a song on her phone.

"I'll ask." Nejire replied and was about to ask in the Mindspace when Oswald spoke up.

"Master-Sensei said we can, and the teachers left a bunch of approved takeout restaurants down in the kitchen, we got to get permission if we want to order from anywhere else, and someone has to wait by the entrance for it." Oswald told them.

"Great, do you remember what kinds there were?" Haya-San asked.

"Eh, don't remember but there was an Italian place that looked pretty good." Oswald answered.

Haya-San scrunched her face up "No, that's too much work and the carbs will be too much for Nejire-Chan and Jiki." Haya-San replied.

"Fuck you're right, I'll need to find some kind of homemade shit for Jiki." Oswald grumbled.

Tamaki couldn't help smiling and his chest a bit warmer at the offhand comment, that the first thought was of how to keep him included.

*Ah, young love.* Nejire teased in the Mindspace, making his face turn red.

Oswald automatically lashed a lock of hair out to lightly smacked Nejire on the arm.

"Hey, I didn't say anything!" Nejire protested.

"You didn't need to; I know you were thinking crap Maneater." Oswald responded giving her a lazily made stink eye.

"Think or talk shit, get hit bitch." Oswald 'quoted' before wrapping an arm around Tamaki's shoulders and pulled him closer.

Allowing him to bury his face in his shoulder and hide away from them all.

"Come on, Miyake-Chan you don't think that do you?" Nejire asked looking for backup.

"Think or talk shit, get hit bitch." Miyake repeated lazily, making some of the past holders laugh in the Mindspace.

Nejire threw up her hands and let herself fall into Mirio's lap.

"I feel so unloved." Nejire said with a pout and crossed her arms.

Mirio chuckled as he petted her hair while Haya-San merely shook her head, no one taking Nejire's words that seriously.

"Ha! I told you pay up!" One of the O' Collins, the grey one Tamaki saw when he looked up to see what was going on, shouted.

Her sister sighed and rooted around in her purse.

"Yeah, yeah you don't need to shout." she told her sister.

"I do, now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to collect the rest of my winnings, I told you guys they'd end up together before graduation." the grey sister smugly told her sister once she had the money 'owned'.

"Are you fuckheads betting on us!?" Oswald exclaimed.

Both girls froze for a moment, shared a glace before yelling in sync "Scatter!" and running off in different directions, one outside and the other up the stairs.

The rest of them sat there in disbelief for a moment.

Then Oswald scoffed and sat back down and pulled Tamaki into a tighter side hug.

"I am so lacing their floor with cinnamon, see the two of the two of them acting like crackheads when their sneezing what few braincells they have left out of their thick skulls." Oswald threatened under his breath.

"Which of us do you think they bet on us dating in our group?" Nejire asked curiously.

Oswald threw a pillow at her.
