Chapter Fifty-Two

~Shigaraki's POV~

Shigaraki had been thinking about the alliance with Overhaul excessively, not that anyone could tell. From an outside perspective, he was brooding and looked unbothered. He didn't trust the man, far from it. But he knew the importance of working with someone he wanted something from, especially when all he wanted was to kill him for what he'd already done for his group. He may not like them from time to time, but they were his soldiers.

His phone buzzed in his pocket. He hoped it was Kurogiri, it had been a while since he'd heard from his 'butler.' He scowled when he saw Overhaul's name on his phone screen. He really wasn't in the mood to deal with him right now, but he knew that it was probably important. He answered the phone only for Overhaul's voice came through the phone, cool and calm as usual.

"Good evening, Shigaraki. I assume you're well?"

"What do you want, Overhaul?" Shigaraki asked in a tone bordering on a growl of annoyance. He disliked the man, and his polite tone only grated on his nerves further. Overhauls tone shifted from polite to barely restrained anger.

"That damn thief." Overhaul growled through the phone in a low tone. His anger and frustration clear in his tone. "She just broke into my lair and stole my property."

Shigaraki's eyes widened in surprise at Overhaul's words, but a small smirk tugged at the corner of his lips as he heard the news. He knew that Shina was no doubt the cause of all this, and he could guess that she had taken something as some sort of leverage against Overhaul.

"And how did this thief manage to breach your security so easily?" he asked, his tone slightly mocking.

"Don't play coy with me Shigaraki." Overhaul snapped. "I'm gonna track her down and make her pay for stealing from me, and you're going to help me by staying out of my way!"

Shigaraki clenched his jaw. He didn't like the way Overhaul was threatening Shina, not one bit, especially since she had become a valuable member of the League.

"And what makes you think I'll help you?" He retorted, his voice dripping with sarcasm.

"Because you're not a complete fool like some of your League members." He spat out with a sharp tone of voice. Irritation was still clear in his voice. Shigaraki's eyes narrowed as Overhaul continued to speak. He felt a small flicker of anger in his chest.

"Watch your tone." He snapped. "And don't threaten my members." He paused, his mind racing as he considered Overhaul's words, before letting out a deep sigh. He still needed to play nice. Much as he loathed the thought. "What exactly do you want me to do?"

"It's simple. Next time you see Sunfire I want you to capture her and bring her to me. And don't try lying to me about whether or not you've seen her." Overhaul spoke in a low, dangerous tone of voice. "After all, I have many ways of extracting information, you know."

Shigaraki's hand clenched into a tight fist at Overhaul's nonchalant response. He didn't like being told what to do, especially when it came to one of his own team members.

"You're not going to touch her." He growled, his voice low and dangerous. "And you're certainly not going to make her pay for anything. She's part of my team now, and I protect what's mine."

He ended the call with Overhaul. That could have gone better however, it was probably for the best. Shina stealing something meant she had found something. And if Overhaul reacted this way, whatever she had stolen was vitally important. He needed to make sure Shina was okay. He dialed her number to have her come back to the Ugly House.

Her phone rang before going to voicemail. He cursed but didn't leave a message, instead ending the call and texting her.

'Come back to me. Now.' He texted.

He stared at the phone for a full ten minutes before she finally texted back.

'OMW, 15 mins out.'

"Good." He muttered to himself as he sat back and waited. About fifteen minutes later, Shina was entering his office, looking calmer than she normally did.

"You called?" She drawled. Shigaraki looked up from the desk as Shina entered. He pushed himself away from the desk and stood up, crossing his arms as he looked at her.

"Yes, I did." He replied, his voice slightly tense. "We need to talk."

"About?" she asked, raising an eyebrow at him as she leaned against the chair opposite the desk.

"Overhaul." He replied, his tone serious. "He knows you stole something valuable to him…did you get what we need?"

"Ya know oddly enough; I didn't get the formula." She mused lightly. "I did figure he wouldn't be happy though."

"He wants you captured and brought to him." He stated bluntly, his arms crossed over his chest. "And he threatened you."

She nodded slightly, eyeing him. Her gaze was intense. "I take it you're not going to allow that. Or do I have you pegged wrong, boss?" Shigaraki glared at her, his expression darkening.

"No, I'm not going to let him touch you. You're part of my team." He pushed himself off the desk and stalked towards her, his eyes narrowing as he looked down at her. "Though that begs the question, what did you steal from him that's gotten him so angry? If it wasn't what we need, why did it matter?"

"Because it's just a red herring to get what we really need." Shina spoke softly. "Trust me, I know what I'm doing. I have some…plans already in action." Shigaraki raised an eyebrow, curiosity piqued by her words. He leaned forward slightly, trying to intimidate her. She was shorter, but she didn't back down or bend to him. It frustrated and annoyed him, but still a spark of respect was there.

"Plans, huh?" He said, his voice slightly skeptical. "And what kind of plans are we talking about?"

"My team has revealed that the heroes are watching Overhaul's base. Seems the heroes are waiting to gather evidence against Overhaul before they storm the castle, so to speak." she revealed, meeting his gaze. Despite not having a fire quirk, her eyes were like fire as they blazed with her determination and stubbornness. "I figured Overhaul wouldn't like me taking something from him, so I may have shifted the heroes plans so they will raid Overhauls base soon."

"And how did you do that?" He asked.

"Don't worry about that, boss." She stated firmly, meeting his eyes. Her gaze was sharp, determined. "Just know that soon you won't have to deal with Overhaul."

Shigaraki stared down at her, his expression unreadable. He felt a range of emotions at her words. Surprise, anger, relief...but mostly, he felt a sense of pride at her determination. There was no doubt in his mind that she was capable of what she claimed. He huffed. A small smirk tugged at the corner of his lips, as he moved away from her.

"Well, I hope you're right."

She nodded.

"I usually am." She murmured. "Am I free to go back to work?" Shigaraki let out another huff, his arms crossing over his chest again as he eyed her.

"Before you go..." He spoke slowly, his tone serious. "I have another question to ask you."

"Yes?" she asked, tilting her head as she stared at him. Shigaraki kept his eyes still fixed on her, thinking through his suspicions quickly.

"What are your plans in regard to Hawks?" he asked bluntly, his voice low and guarded. She blinked, obviously confused.

"What do you mean?" Her eyes shifted, looking to the side before focusing back on him as she shifted from one foot to the other. "I stopped flirting with him as you instructed. I showed you the text."

Shigaraki's eyes narrowed as she spoke, his fingers tapped the edge of the desk repeatedly. "I know you stopped. But I want to know if you're still... interested in him." he said, his voice tense. She scoffed, rolling her eyes.

"Really? I'm a bit busy at the moment to worry about a romantic interest." He paused, studying her facial expression. He could see the small shift in her body language, the slight flicker in her eyes. He knew she was hiding something.

"You're sure you have no... romantic interest in him?" he asked again, his voice unwavering. She met his gaze, head on. She wasn't a liar; she'd said as much. But he didn't believe her when it came to the hero.

"Hawks is a hero. I don't think dating a hero would be smart. Sounds like a one-way ticket to Tartarus."

"You seemed very adamant about pursuing him before." He pointed out, his voice slightly skeptical.

"It was for the good of my mission." She spoke calmly. She looked down. "To keep up appearances." Shigaraki studied her as she spoke, his expression hardening. He could never tell what she was thinking, or what her true intentions were. It was becoming increasingly harder for him to trust her, and that fact only irritated him further.

"You sure it was just for the good of the mission?" He inquired, his voice low and guarded.

"What else would I want with a hero?" she asked, curious. Her body was relaxed, her gaze was straight, unwavering. There was no lie. However, his suspicious nature was still actively tuned to her responses. She didn't seem to be giving him a firm, clear answer.

"You're not being completely honest with me, are you?" He demanded, his voice firm and commanding.

"Lying takes too much energy."

Shigaraki's eyes gleamed with irritation as she deflected again. He stalked forward, his steps slow and measured. He stopped right in front of her, using his height to tower over her.

"You're avoiding my question, Shina." He stated sternly, his eyes fixed on her. "I want the truth. I need to know if you still have feelings for that hero."

She frowned, opening her mouth to respond. Before she could, however, the door opened, and Kira poked her head in.

"Ey, James just messaged me. The heroes are invading Overhaul's base today, right now." Shigaraki's head whipped to her.

"What?" Shigaraki's eyes snapped to Shina who was pulling out her phone.

"I'm on it. Kana should have her phone. Toga and Twice probably got surprised as well. I'll see if she can get them out." Shina muttered under her breath. Shigaraki pulled his phone out.

"Let's go. If the heroes are going to be getting Overhaul we need to make sure we see his fall." Shigaraki ordered. Shina and Kira nodded before they followed him out of the office. The Ugly House's main foyer was empty and echoed with their footsteps as they headed to the garage. Spinner was just starting the truck and Compress was getting in the back.

"Kira, have Yoshi get visuals." Shina was ordering. Shigaraki grabbed Compress' arm and pulled him into the truck. Shigaraki's red eyes surveyed as things started to get ready. Dabi entered the garage his expression impassive as he surveyed the scene.

"What's the situation?" he asked, his voice cool and detached.

"Toga and Twice are still in Overhauls base." Compress stated, helping him into the truck beside Shigaraki.

"My guys don't have an eye on them." Sunfire spoke up as she got onto her bike. "Overhaul is still in the base but the heroes are closing in on him from what Yoshi tells me." Dabi glanced between Compress and Sunfire as they explained the situation. His expression was still neutral, but there was a hint of irritation in his eyes. He took a moment to consider the information before he spoke again.

"So, Toga and Twice are trapped in Overhaul's base, the heroes are approaching and Overhaul himself is still inside. Any ideas on how we should approach this?" Dabi asked. Shigaraki clenched his jaw as Dabi recapped the situation. They were in a tough spot.

"Get Toga and Twice out. They're the first priority." He spoke firmly, his expression determined.

"You boys are a bit too clunky and slow." Shina stated matter-of-factly. "You want me to get ahead and get them out?" Shigaraki's eyes fixed on her as she spoke. He knew she was right. They were slow, especially compared to her.

"You think you can handle it?" He pressed, his voice low and guarded. She gave him a deadpan look.

"You think I can't steal Toga and Twice?" She straddled her bike, revving the engine.

"Just make sure you stay alive, sweet cheeks." Dabi smirked. "You're too valuable to lose." Shina rolled her eyes as she pulled her helmet on.

"Do I look fragile to you two?" She revved the engine, the tires squealed before she shot forward down the driveway.

~Kana's POV~

Her phone began chiming around three in the morning. Since it was right by her head, she groaned as she sat up, grabbing her phone to turn off the sound. Her sound was normally off but since raid meetings she had her sound on in case they updated her and the others. Since the last meeting was left on a pause with a date not confirmed yet, she didn't want to miss anything. Kana turned on her phone and the radiation from the phone's glow immediately burned her eyes, making her squint. Through squinted eyes, she saw what it read. The raid date was confirmed for tomorrow.

Kana regretted telling Aizawa her phone number as she knew she'd have to tell Shina about this. She didn't relish hurting her fellow classmates but, well until they managed to get out of their forced contract, they didn't have a choice. Or if they did, then it was one that they weren't willing to undergo. With one foot in the door there was really no point in going back. Kana stood up and waved her hand. Her portal light began to swirl in mid-air and opened to James room. She stepped in and walked silently towards his sleeping form. She smiled and shook him violently.

"Get up!" James sat up quickly and Kana could see the panic in his eyes.

"What the heck KANA!" he half yelled, getting up and rubbing his eyes, his tail flicking gave away how annoyed he was with her.

"I have information." He looked at her and nodded.

"Fine, out with it then" Kana told him everything about the heroes planning the raid on Overhaul and the fact that Shina knew. He listened patiently to everything, his ear or tail occasionally flicking.

"It's tomorrow and I am leaving at 8." Kana ended her long explanation. James nodded and looked at her.

"You should get up at 7:30 so you won't scare anyone with that bed head of yours." James chuckled to himself. Kana rolled her eyes.

"Whatever!" She knew what he really meant though. She left him soon after, teleporting back to her room. She grabbed her phone, opened her phone to her contacts, and clicked on Shina's icon. She put the phone to her ear as it began ringing. The line rang three times but there was no answer. Kana groaned mentally and wondered if her older sister knew that the raid was tomorrow. She decided to leave it alone Shina might be doing something important. With a roll of her my eyes she laid down to try and sleep…but she wasn't tired.

'Crap' She cursed mentally. She was too nervous to sleep. She got up and teleported to the common room. When she looked up, she was met with the stares of Uraraka, Tsu, Midoriya, and Kirishima who were already in the common room. Kana waved her hand awkwardly.

"What up?" Tsu spoke first,

"You got the message right Kana? Ribbit." Kana nodded and smiled.

"Yeah. You guys got the message too?" They all collectively nodded. It was easy to see how nervous they were as well. And why not? They had every right to be. Kana walked to the kitchen and grabbed water and sat on the couch. "So, are we leaving together or?" Kana questioned as she sipped her water. Kirishima was the first to respond with a smile. He seemed way too happy to have woken up at three in the morning.

"Yeah! Kana! If you don't mind?" She nodded. "We should get some rest. We have a big day tomorrow." The others nodded and all left the common rooms, heading back to their dorm rooms.

'Tomorrow was going to be a long day.' Kana thought as she teleported back to her room. Her gaze shifted to the most recent addition to her bed, a plush killer whale with red eyes. She grabbed it, cuddling it as she relaxed and mentally started to wind down her thoughts.

The next morning, Kana woke up to her bed vibrating. She got up, grumbling as she turned off the alarm. She had invested some money into a deaf alarm clock as it was the only way she would get up in the mornings. She got up, doing her morning routine of showering, getting her uniform on, and lighting some sage to bless herself. She didn't do it often, but occasionally small bits of her culture would come through. She did a small prayer for everyone doing this mission.

She went down to the common room, walking immediately to the fridge and grabbing an energy drink. With two in hand, she guzzled them. The fizz hit first, clearing her sinuses, and waking her up with a jolt. Kana smiled to herself for a moment. She needed to be awake for the briefing they were going to have. Once she'd downed both energy drinks she made herself a peanut butter sandwich to calm her nerves and to balance out the energy drinks she had just guzzled.

After a while, the rest of the team came down while she was washing the butter knife she'd used, and they left together. Kirishima was visibly nervous. Kana bumped into him slightly, smiling at him encouragingly.

"We got this!" He perked up and Kana could tell he relaxed. By the time they reached the agency Kana was wide awake. The energy drinks did their job as the students were briefed on the mission and what they were going to be doing. After the short briefing, the students were instructed to put on their hero suits.

Kana slipped into her hero costume which was just a black one-piece swimsuit with a reinforced back and armor plates embedded in it along with two different belts with medical supplies and other small but useful trinkets in the pockets that she could use. Her gloves were a new added addition to the costume. They were water and fireproof along with embedded heaters to keep her hands warm when they started to get cold. Her leggings were made of the same material the gloves were made of, but they had special orthopedic soles in them so her feet would not ache much when she ran or stood too long. Her hair was up in a ponytail, it was way too long for her taste, and she'd have to cut it soon so it wouldn't get in the way.

Getting in her outfit caused things to become real, again. She was going to be heading into a potentially dangerous situation where her siblings wouldn't be able to cover for her. She was nervous that she would mess up in any way. Either she'd cause a hero to get hurt or she'd expose herself while on this mission and get her siblings caught. The worse situations started spiraling in her mind as her anxiety started to pick up. Kana knew Toga and Twice were with Overhaul's base which added another layer of anxiety. She was worried she might address them, or she'd say something the heroes didn't know. Kana pushed it down and did some breathing exercises to calm down.

"Kana? We gotta go." Uraraka called.

"Okay." Kana called back, putting her things away as she focused herself to calm down and rejoin the others.

The heroes got Overhaul's base right at 8am, right on time. Everything was happening so fast that Kana's mind was spinning. She was easily overstimulated by the cops and pro heroes that were gathered to raid the base. Kana ended up sitting down by Tsu's feet as she closed her eyes. She did some more breathing exercises while orders were being given to the police officers in front of her and the other students. The adults standing in front of them were so calm, well on the outside.

Kana was happy that Kirishima was bright and bushy-tailed compared to his earlier mood. She envied his bubbly personality. The fact she needed energy drinks to feel awake to even achieve his level of energy was a sore point to her right then.

"First it was detective work, now it's a full-blown police operation. Something new." Kana looked at Tsu as she spoke.

Kana smiled "Well this doesn't seem like the cartoons huh?" Tsu nodded.

"Right, Ribbit"

Kana's attention was brought to their mentor, Ryukyu as she spoke up, "They didn't teach us about this in school, so I had to hard time early on." This made Kana feel a little better.

'Nobody is perfect the first time not even our mentor.'

The students attention was called to attention.

"-if you spot any one of them resisting or trying anything funny I'm counting on you guys to deal with it!" A voice boomed from the front. Kana got up quickly and threw her water bottle away ready for what was to come. "We're up against a Mafia group that somehow survived until now so don't let your guard down for a second. Get in there and do what you gotta do!" The voice continued. "MOVE OUT"

With that command, the heroes, police, and students all began to mobilize. Kana followed Ryukyu quickly. She walked beside Ochaco, Tsu, and Nejire feeling nervous.

No matter how long Kana and the Nara siblings had been stealing, this feeling never went away. Being a pessimist, her thoughts started to imagine all the worst endings and what could go wrong with this mission. At the forefront of her mind was the potential that she could end up ruining the illusion it took her so long to make. That of Kana Nara, the good girl aspiring to be a hero. The girl that was best friends with Kirishima, Sero and Denki and who always liked to mess with Bakugou. The girl who tended to be on the quiet side of the spectrum.

They'd be horrified if they ever knew the real her. The thief and teleporter of the Nara clan. It wasn't like she could claim she was innocent either. She'd only ever known her aunt Connie and cousin sister, Shina. Her mother was dead, and her father was a murderer. She didn't care about him or his claims that he was 'innocent.' Other than her cousin siblings and the others, if she made this truth known, she doubted the heroes would think highly of her. If they do now. She shook her head, casting those thoughts to the back of her mind. Right now, she needed to focus.

They walked down a couple of streets to get to a traditional Japanese-style building with gates in front of it. Kana looked down at her digital watch, it was 8:30 now. All they needed to do was some by-the-books legal stuff before things got moving.

The head officer rang the doorbell, but nothing happened at first as they waited for someone to answer the door.

A minute later the door blew open and a freaking giant came out blowing debris everywhere. Kana saw a huge boulder coming right for her. Instinct took over and she threw a disk right at the bolder splitting it. When the rock split, mini portals opened, taking the other flying pieces to the ocean.

Officers in the front were blown back due to the sheer force of the villain exiting the house. Immediately, like the strike of light, Midoriya and Mr. Aizawa were in action. Faster than she could ever be. Kana could tell the waiting heroes had surprised the villains by the look on the villains face, he was confused at the gathered police officers and heroes. As quickly as he burst through that door, the heroes were already in action.

"What do you people want!?" The giant yelled in general as he was about to hit the officers in front of him, but Ryukyu slid into action.

"Get back!" She yelled. Kana and the others outside all obeyed her command. It was quick, seeing Ryuku transform into a Dragon fast enough to catch his fist. "For now, there is no sense in splitting up the group any more than we have to! The Ryukyu agency will deal with this one so go and finish this job!" She took down the giant with one swift move of her hand. "GO NOW!" she bellowed.

Kana followed the girls into action as they began to assist Ryukyu.

"Ururaka, Tsu, Kana! Give him hell!" Kana looked back and saw Kirishima yelling at them, cheering them on. Kana nodded.

"Catch you guys later" Midoriya chimed in as they all went their separate ways to get their missions done. She worked with the girls to try and help Ryuku as much as possible for the next few minutes.

When she managed to get a break, her hands were starting to cramp up. They were cold. She clicked on her gloves to warm up her hands. She saw the others managing to hold their line against the villains. The villains were panicking, disorganized, which made them dangerous. She didn't think they would be able to keep this up for much longer. With Kana's support and the other girl's powers they were able to subdue the Giant villain finally.

Kana was catching her breath, still uneasy after that first round of fighting.

"He went down easy considering his size" Tsu committed as she panted, wiping her forehead. This worsened Kana's anxiety. This seemed too easy and too good to be true.

'If something's too easy, it usually is. Be aware of your surroundings. Don't trust anything until you back in a safe zone.' Shina's words came to her mind. It was a lesson she'd ingrained in their minds while she'd been teaching them about their quirks and their plans.

"Rikiya Katsukame! He can breathe in the vitality of anyone he touches. And then he gigantifies. It's best to get him into isolation while he's still unconscious!" Ryukyu gives orders while Kana's asthma acts up. She unclipped a pocket from her belt and used the inhaler, pushing the button twice. After inhaling, she was able to breathe better. It sucked that she was the only one of her family members who didn't have a healing aspect.

"Sounds like there's lotsa fighting inside. We'd better hurry!" Nejire said pointing at the entrance.

"Follow Nejire inside." Ryuku called. Kana looked at Tsu and Ochaco and we were all at our limits. "You okay girls?" Ochaco and Tsu nodded but Kana could tell they were one move away from barfing and passing out. Kana was the one who nodded back to Ryuku to show her they were fine before they followed Nejire begrudgingly.

However, as quickly as the waves had stilled, a Tsunami was heading right for us. The Giant broke free of its restraints, making Nejire, Kana, Ochaco and Tsu turn around in shock and slight fear.

"HE SHOULD BE OUT COLD!" Ryukyu yelled, confused. Kana's feet were jarred as she felt the ground rumbling as the giant villain moved. The giant was ranting about a booster he was given. Kana's mind filed that away for analyzing later. Right now, she was more focused on the fact that the villain had taken something, and this was why he was so strong now.

"Now I am feeling good as new!" He roared in excitement. He began raging breaking down walls and messing up streets. It seemed like his power was unstable and it needed to escape him. Kana and her team got to work with helping keep people out of the area, transporting people out of the area or getting information to someone else.

20 minutes later, Nejire was handling the scene while Kana, Ochaco, and Tsu, were carrying three grown men to safety. Kana took the male that was heavier in order to take the burden off Ochaco and Tsu since they were tired. Kana could hold out physically a little longer, but her quirk was done for. Her fingers were nitrogen cold, the tips blue under her heated gloves doing the best it could to keep them from losing circulation. She repressed the hiss of pain as she focused on getting the villain to the police station. Once the girls and Kana had made it to the police station where medics were assembled, she slipped away using the excuse of the bathroom to her advantage. Kana had gotten a text from Shina that she needed to reply to.

Kana, I am heading to the base the heroes are invading.

I am there currently helping them raid the base, but I was tasked with something else, so I am not there personally.

Ok, I lost connection with Bella and Deadpool, Imhotep has made them number one priority!

What a drag. Ok, ill find them and send them to ya!

Good, counting on you!

The conversation ended there. Kana huffed as she walked out of the stall and washed her hands. She opened the door, and the girls whisked her back to the fight. However, once they got back, it was all over. Kai Chisaki was caught rushing to leave his base. The little girl Eri was not with him. Kana kept quiet on this as she couldn't very well tell anyone she knew Eri wasn't dead or worse. She could only watch as everyone started to think the worse.

From there, it was just clean up duties. The Giant was taken out by Nejire and Ryukyu. They had gone all out to put a stop to him and they looked ragged. Kana smiled as she helped them to the ambulance. She stepped back, allowing Tsu and Ochaco to help tend to their mentor and senior. Kana's smile was immediately taken away when she saw the state Kirishima was in. She rushed over to the ambulance that he was in. Tsu was on her tail. The EMT gave them the update, he looked worse than he was which was a good thing.

"Man, they busted you up, but good job." Kana gave him a small smile and patted his head as she looked at his bandages.

"Got my scars to bear." Kirishima smiled, his eyes unfocused. He was already drugged. "You look so pretty Kana. I'm so jealous of Bakugou." Kana immediately rolled her eyes. He was obviously high off the strong pain medications he was given.

"Yeah, I think you need the hospital now buddy." Kana managed to pry her hands out of his grip and let Tsu handle him. She smiled at Kirishima's goofy smile as he was taken away.

Kana saw something in the corner of her eye and slipped away before anyone could see her. As soon as she was in the alley, she saw Toga and Twice leaning against the wall.

"Hey, good, you two aren't dead!" Toga gave Kana a devilish smile and began getting closer to her.

"Kana~!"

"Shigaraki needs you two!" Kana quickly blurted out. She still wasn't over Toga stabbing her in the bar. She didn't want her anywhere near her. Twice nodded,

"Okay we're here. Obviously, we can't go help the boss right now." he said, giving her a thumbs up. "What more is he going to make us do!?" Kana shrugged.

"Wait here Shina is coming."

"Oh great, more sass. Think she'll manage to bring something to drink?" He asked Toga as Kana pulled out her phone to text Shina.

Found them!

Kana sent her the location before she spoke up.

"I have to get back to the heroes. Stay where I drop you." Kana opened a portal and sent them to the location she gave Shina. The portal closed and Kana looked around before she stumbled back to the heroes. Nobody noticed she was gone.

'Good keep the illusion.' Kana smiled to herself before she tapped a random EMT on the shoulder.

"Yes?" he asked, looking at her.

"I'm going to pass out." Kana stated before her entire body throbbed, and she fell backwards. She heard the EMT curse as she sunk into black unconsciousness to sleep.
