Eggman's scheme backfires and he must work with the angered echidna to escape, but their progress is brought to an inevitable halt just as freedom is in sight. A/U: Maria survives the ARK raid, but she is gravely injured and illness causes her to be placed into stasis to save her. 50 years pass and having been cured of NIDS, both Shadow and Maria have awakened to find life had left them behind. Now they must adapt to the modern life paved before them. All the while overcoming loss, trauma and finding their place in the world.

Team Sonic tried to power-of-friendship Stone, Shadow has been begrudgingly dragged into the mix, Stone is also there now, and to somehow add more into the mess, there is a third alien hedgehog running around (movie-verse, spoilers for the end credit scene of the third movie)

This is the story that starts with South Island and ends at Angel Island. Sonic the Hedgehog is facing trials and tribulations by fighting his playmate of an enemy, Dr. Eggman, making new friends he come across and travel to show the world that he is Sonic the Hedgehog. But when a new threat emerges, ruthless and cruel, Shadow will be driven harder than he ever has before not to just keep his promise, but to control his rage with the help of his team, and of Amy Rose.

After saving the Earth from the Space Colony Ark, Sonic the Hedgehog is left with one last thing to do. Something that leads to a surprising and dramatic confession. One Shot.

A complete 39 episode tv series written in script form, based on the publicly released notes for the 1993 Sonic The Hedgehog animated series' aborted 3rd and 4th seasons by series script editor Ben Hurst. Now updated to post 90s sensibilities and written with a TV-14/MA rating in mind. This is NOT an adaptation of Archie Comics nor is it related anyway to the Sea3on Youtube series.
