Since the comet was not supposed to fly over the island until about two hours later , its observers waited while chatting , lying on their sleeping bags . All voices fell silent when Nicky finally announced .

Plunged into silence , the Thea Sisters and their friends watched in ecstasy as Halley streaked the firmament with their sparkling blue and white tail . At that moment , they knew that none of them would ever forget this wonderful spectacle . When it was over , everyone was so electrified that they didn't want to sleep at all .

Paulina : Poor little thing . They must have gotten lost !
Nicky crouched down next to the little beast with the tawny fur .
Nicky : Don't be afraid , little guy .
Showing her flashlight on the body of the little animal , Nicky examined it and discovered that the young fox , is a female and had an injured paw . While the poor beast stared at its rescuers with a terrified look .
Nicky : We must keep her warm in a blanket and be careful not to touch it . Otherwise , her mother may no longer recognize her scent .
Violet : It must have happened to her when she was far from her den , so much so that her mother lost track of her !
Vic : So how can we help her ?
Violet : Usually , we avoid removing an animal from its habitat... But in this case , I would say that a veterinarian is needed .
Shen : But... how can we find one at this hour ?!
