Killian then couldn't help but chuckle as Liam took in a deep breath and blew it over the hot chocolate.

He then looked up at Emma. "Can I drink some now, Mommy?"

Emma smiled as she told him, "Go ahead, kid. Just drink slowly." He bobbed his head before he took a sip.

Whipped cream covered his nose as he placed the mug back on the table. Killian couldn't help but laugh as he reached for a napkin.

"Here, lad, let me get that whipped cream."

Liam turned his head. "I can do it, Daddy." He then grabbed the napkin from his father and wiped his nose. He took another sip of hot chocolate and repeated the process.

"This is really good. I think I like it as much as Granny's."

Chuckles ensued around the table. Anna Elizabeth then placed her mug down before she piped up, "I gotta say the same about the tea. It's really good, too."

She then grinned and shot a look over at Killian. "The barista's gotta be at least half-English, right, Dad?"

He let out a chuckle while Emma shook her head. "Gods, Killian, she really is related to you."

He only shrugged as he sipped his tea. Sharon then tilted her head.

"Emma, didn't you tell me that you and Killian spent your honeymoon in England?"

Emma sipped on her hot chocolate before she nodded. "Yeah, we did - part of it there and part of it in Italy."

Sharon nodded as well. "I've spent some time in both places, and they are absolutely lovely. Do you ever think about going back?"

"Maybe one day," Killian began. He couldn't help but smile. "I always thought we'd take the children and show them where we grew up."

Dylan placed his mug on the table. "How old were you when you all moved to the States?"

Killian rubbed his stubbled chin. "Let's see, I was 10, my sister, Belle, was 8, and our brother, Liam, was 13."

"I'm named after him!" Liam then piped up. "He's Anna Elizabeth's other daddy."

He then blinked and looked up at her. "Do you remember him, Anna Elizabeth?"

She smiled. "Yeah, I do - some things anyway. He was a really good daddy."

"That's good."

The little boy then questioned, "Where is England, Daddy?"

Killian smiled. "It is a long way away. It's way across the ocean."

Liam's eyes widened. "Really? That's really far away. Why did your mommy and daddy move so far away?"

"Well, you see, my father had gotten hurt really badly - so he wanted to move somewhere new."

"Was he okay?"

"Aye, lad, he was okay."

Liam smiled and bobbed his head. He then added, "And then Uncle Liam took care of you and Aunt Belle when your mommy and daddy went to Heaven."

Killian ruffled his son's hair. "That he did. Aunt Belle and I were very lucky to have such a good brother."

The little boy hummed before he sipped more on his hot chocolate. Dylan sipped on his coffee before he gestured with it.

"So, you all lived in New York City, right? Where your brother and sister went to NYU."

He then tilted his head. "Unless, uh, I'm asking too many questions."

Killian shook his head. "I'll admit it's been a while since I've shared my life story - but we are family, mate."

He took a breath before he continued, "When we first moved to the States, we settled in Athens, New York - and my parents commuted to the city. And that is where we all stayed until Liam got a full ride to NYU."

Sharon scrunched her nose and then added, "And your sister, Belle, stayed there until she and her husband found out they were expecting a baby, right?"

"Aye, love. Liam, Belle, and I were all rather close as children, and she wanted our children to grow up together."

Sharon couldn't help but smile. "I really do love how close you all are." She then took Dylan's hand in hers.

"We're the only family each other had for a long time - but it's nice to be part of something bigger."

"For me, too," Emma began with a smile. She then grinned and added, "Even if they annoy me, I wouldn't trade them for anything."

She then cut her eyes at Killian. He raised an eyebrow.

"Why do I feel like you're talking about me?"

"Because you annoy me the most."

Killian rolled his eyes while the others chuckled. Except for Liam, who tilted his head.

"Daddy annoys you, Mommy?"

Killian ruffled his son's dark hair. "What she means is that I do rather like teasing her."

"Oh, okay. It's just for fun." The little boy continued to sip on his chocolate before he tilted his head once again.

"Can I have more cinnamon?"

Anna Elizabeth piped up. "I'll take you - I wanna find some classic rock on the jukebox."

She then took her brother's hand as they slid out of the booth. Sharon then reached into her purse and grabbed her change purse.

She passed it to Anna Elizabeth. "Here. I always save a few quarters just for that reason."

Anna Elizabeth smiled and nodded as she took it. She and Liam then strolled over to the counter.

Dylan placed his coffee back on the table. A grin then spread across his features.

"Classic rock, huh? That has you two written all over it."

Emma and Killian both chuckled. He then offered, "We definitely passed down our love of music to her."

"But to be fair, it probably started with Liam and Elsa - but the singing is all you, Jones."

Killian raised an eyebrow. "Last-naming me, are you? I'm not quite sure how I feel about that."

"Well, you always call me "Swan," so I thought I'd give it a shot."

He rolled his eyes. "You're a little more ridiculous than usual today, Swan."

She stared at him - and then let out a sigh. "I know - I think I'm just…nervous."

"About us? Oh, Emma, I wish you wouldn't be - I'm fine. Really."

"I know you are - and I am, too. It just still feels…big - and I'm not sure I know what to do with that."

Dylan cleared his throat. "By doing what we've been doing. Talking and laughing - like family."

Sharon squeezed her husband's hand as Killian leaned over and kissed Emma's cheek. Anna Elizabeth and Liam then slid back into the booth.

The teenager couldn't help but smile as she sang along: "Shot through the heart, and you're to blame. Darling, you give love a bad name."

Killian couldn't help but grin as he teased, "You know, love, I'm rather surprised you didn't belt it out - complete with an air guitar solo."

She rolled her eyes. "We're in public, Dad. I'm not gonna go full rockstar."

Everyone chuckled. Sharon then spoke, "Even still, I'm sure hitting those high notes is bound to pay off during football games."

Anna Elizabeth beamed. "It actually probably does. Helps me get my voice warmed up."

Liam then piped up, "Anna Elizabeth can do flips in the air! It looks like so much fun."

"It's probably a little less fun for us - but yes, Anna Elizabeth is a great cheerleader."

The teenage girl's face lit up at her mom's words. She then turned to Sharon and Dylan.

"Maybe you guys could come watch me cheer some time?"

"That sounds like a great idea. I'm usually at all of our games - but it's more directing traffic than anything else. And making sure all those kids stay out of trouble."

Killian hummed. "Ah, yes, the life of a cop - you have my every sympathy, Sharon."

Emma rolled her eyes. "Hey, I'm not that bad, you know."

"Did I say anything of the sort?"

She swatted his arm while everyone else giggled.
