Gotham 99 Season 1 Ep 5 Part 2
We then come to a majority of the squad minus Vrak, Lizzy and Moxxie at Moe's bar, drowning there annoyed sorrows over what happened earlier with the case.
Uzi groans and said, "I hate the Mandibuzz so much!"
"Me too. But he's kind of hot." Vaggie said and the squad looking at her confused "What? You can hate people and still think they're hot. Case in point, Alejandro."
"You know what? I'm with you on this. Shego." Uzi said smiling.
"Yeah, she's thick." Vaggie said nodding.
"Right?" Uzi said smiling.
"Always classy, Uzi." J said with a grin.
"Mm-Hmm." Uzi said nodding.
"Sorry you got mandibuzzed. Happens to the best of us." Vaggie tells Uzi.
We flashback to several times Gavin has taken cases from them. The first was Vaggie's where she was in an apartment building with several officers ready to raid one of the apartments.
Vaggie said on her radio and fellow officers "On my count. One, two..."
Gavin then rushes in and said "Three! I got it from here!" He kicks down the door "Yeah! Get up! Get up! Turn around!" He laughs as he arrests the two inside while Vaggie annoyed leaves.
We then come to J's flashback where she, with N, is arresting a suspect and said "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say..."
Gavn then comes around the corner and takes the suspect while saying "Can and will be used against you in a court of law. Thanks, guys, I got it from here."
We then come to N's flashback where he was in a coffee shop awaiting his order as the Barista said "Skim white chocolate macchiato for N."
"Yes." N said smiling as he was about to take it.
But then Gavin comes in and takes it saying "I've got it from here." He then leaves.
"I used a gift card for that!" N said to that in shock.
We return to the present where Uzi said "Robot God, I just... I want to get back at him so bad! I wish I could throw his cell phone in the toilet or slash his tires... I don't know."
"Or slash his gorgeous throat." Vaggie said nodding.
"I cannot figure you out." N said confused.
"Okay, I'm buying everyone drinks as long as we're here thinking of a revenge plan. Best idea gets 50 credits." Uzi said and takes out a napkin to write on "Throw 'em on out."
"What if you called him from a hospital and said his whole family is dead?" N said throwing out the idea, the others look on surprised except Vaggie who grins at it "Like, they died of cancer."
"N, that is so dark." Uzi points out but then adds while writing "I'm putting it down."
We come to the Gun Range where Vrak, Lizzy and Moxxie were, the latter doing his best to couch the other two.
"So my stance feels good, but I'm still not hitting center." Vrak tells Moxxie.
"All right. Back your left foot up a hair." Moxxie instructs the captain.
"Like this? Mm, mm, mm!" Lizzy said holding the gun like a gangster would and motioning like she was firing.
"No! Lizzy!" Moxxie said panicked and stops her "We've been over this"
"Well, show me!" Lizzy said and has Moxxie wrap his other arm around her with a grin and said "wrap your nice, impish arms around me and..."
Moxxie sighs and while having Lizzy holding the gun right tells her "All right, look, hands here, stand up straight, chin forward."
Hold on, the area where my nose would be itches." Lizzy said and moves her gun to where said spot would be to screatch.
"Lizzy!" Moxxie said annoyed.
"When I lock my shooting arm, the other hand feels unstable." Vrak tells Moxxie who goes to help him "Now, what stance am I supposed to be doing... Weaver or isosceles?"
"You guys did stances? Like, I'll be like..." Lizzy said and proceeds to do some Charlie's Angels like stances.
"Yeah, everybody does stances, Gina." Vrak said with a nod. While Moxxie struggles to instruct both of them at the same time.
"Listen, uh... Hey, all right, all right! Look, hey, both you, just watch." Moxxie said and takes Lizzy's gun and spot and fires seven shots at the target, all seven hitting the centre target.
"That's eight! He did it!" Lizzy cheers smiling
"That was only seven." Vrak told her motioning her to cut it but was too late as Moxxie over heard.
Surprised the imp looks to them and asked "Why are you counting my shots? Are you trying to have me recertified?"
"Yes." Vrak said and then explained "If you make eight of ten shots, I can sign off on you carrying a gun again. Lizzy's here as an official witness, and I thought it'd be easier for you in a no-pressure environment."
"I can't believe you tricked me!" Moxxie said annoyed.
"You're too good a cop to be shackled to a desk." Vrak told him and motions to the target "You only have one hit until you get recertified. So deep breath, huh? Take the final shot."
Moxxie sighs and goes to take the shot getting into position and said to himself "Don't overthink it. Just relax and breathe. Bring air into your lungs... Like you've done your whole life." As he aimed at the target he begins trembling and panting as he said "Oh, my Satan. Guys! How do you breathe? I forgot how to breathe! Is it two in, one out?" He panics.
Back at Moe's bar the revenge planning was continuing with N making another one saying "What if we wrap his motorcycle in plastic wrap and melt it with a hair dryer? Little trick I learned in gift basket making class." He smiles proudly while Uzi adds it to the list.
"All right. Here's what we're up to." Uzi said and looks at the list "Steal his kidney, burn down his house, replace his aloe tissues with regular tissues. Thank you, N."
"You're welcome." N said with a smile.
"Leave a dead cat in his cedar closet. Note: He would have to own a cedar closet." Uzi continues.
"He seems like he would." Vaggie said with a smile and nod.
"Sneak into his apartment and burn popcorn in the microwave. Thank you, N." Uzi continued, and N laughs "Uh, Grif asked for mashed potatoes, so I wrote that down. Well, I hate to say it, but I think, by default, N' motorcycle idea is the winner."
"Yeah! Winning by default!" N said smiling as he takes his winnings.
"Let's get into it. Anybody know where The Mandibuzz lives?" Uzi asked the others.
"On third, right near here." Vaggie tells everyone.
"How do you know that?" N asked surprised and Vaggie just gives a smile.
"Chug 'em, guys. We're rolling!" Uzi tells everyone.
We then come to the detectives as they finished wrapping up Gavin's motorcycle in plastic wrap.
N grunts finishing up and said "Yes! Take that, Mandibuzz! Whoo-hoo!"
"All right, give me your hair dryer." Uzi said holding her hand to J and Vaggie.
"What?" Vaggie asked confused.
"What are you talking about?" J asked also confused.
"Don't you girls who carry around purses carry one in them?" Uzi asked them.
"Have you met a normal girl?" J asked her and Uzi shrugs.
"There's a drugstore four blocks away... I'm on it." Grif said and begins to head there.
"Oh, no. Grif traveling four blocks? That could take weeks." Uzi said and pulled out her phone.
Indeed, Grif upon reaching the end of the alleyway they were in and onto the street she was already winded "Woo." He lets out and keeps going.
We come back to the gun range, where Moxxie was still hesitant to take the final shot, he needs to make.
"Take the shot, sergeant." Vrak told the imp.
"I just need a second." Moxxie told him.
"You had 18 minutes of seconds." Vrak countered with.
Soon Lizzy's phone rings and she answers saying in a low voice "Lizzy's authentic stolen police badges. How can I help?" Vrak overhears and looks over to her.
"Hey, it's Doorman." Uzi said on the other end.
"Oh, hey Uzi." Lizzy said.
Uzi then asked while having Lizzy on speakerphone "Hey, do you carry a hair dryer in your purse?"
"Of course. I'm not an animal." Lizzy said to that.
"Great." Uzi said giving J victorious look then said, "I need you to bring it to The Mandibuzz's apartment."
"There's someone named "The Mandibuzz"? Tell Vaggie. She'd be into that." Lizzy said and hearing that Vrak goes to take the phone.
"Come on!" N said at that.
Vrak takes the phone and said on it "Doorman, why are you asking Lizzy about Detective Garvin?"
"Oh, Captain, hello. Uh, we are preparing him a gift basket of sorts." Uzi said stepping away from the others.
"Look, I understand that you're upset. But if you want to keep this from happening again, I suggest that you pull your team together and solve these cases before major crimes can step in." Vrak tells her "Am I clear?"
Uzi smiles at that and said "Yes, sir. That is definitely clear. Thank you, sir." She hangs up and turns to the others smiling.
"You should be frowning." J said confused "Why is Uzi smi... Why are you smiling?"
"Because the Captain just gave us the perfect revenge plan." Uzi tells them "We team up and solve this case right now!"
"That is not what he meant." J told her.
"Think about it, J." Uzi said and explained "We go back to the scene of the crime, find the murder weapon, and out-mandibuzz The Mandibuzz! No one gets in trouble if we crack the case."
"Okay, pink slips. I'm in." J said sighing and everyone eles gets excited.
"Yes! That's right! All right. We're angry. We're getting revenge." Uzi said smiling "We're a little bit tipsy. We should not be driving. We're taking the bus."
"I love the bus!" N said excited and they all head to the bus stop.
Well Uzi and co got a plan but will they succeed and will Moxxie take the shot or remain as an officer chained to his desk.
