It was a mild fall day, and Deku and Todoroki were lying down on a towel in the front yard of the UA dorm, snuggling with each other. Usually, Deku preferred to be the "big spoon" in the arrangement, but he also really enjoyed being the "little spoon", mainly because 1. He enjoyed feeling Todoroki's breath against the back of his neck, and 2. She had special "cushioning" for his back, so to speak.

"Ah, this feels so relaxing!" said Deku.

"Speak for yourself, honey. Snuggling with you is like holding a giant teddy bear."

Deku laughed. "Shoko, you're so funny!"

"What? Holding you feels really good!"

"I know; it's just…you have such a unique worldview!"

"Would you expect anything less from your sexy girlfriend?"

"I guess not."

"Midoriya, Todoroki, there you are!"

Deku and Todoroki broke away from their snuggle session and sat up to see Shoji standing there.

"Hey Shoji, what's up?" asked Deku.

"Listen, I wanted to thank both of you for giving me the confidence to go out with Yumiko Miura, especially you, Todoroki. Not only have we had a happy relationship together, but…but…"

"Are you OK, Shoji?" asked Todoroki. "You're shaking."

"Sorry, it's just…when the other Heteromorphs were threatening to storm Central Hospital, it was because of my dear Yumiko that I found the courage not only to stand up against them and set them on the right track, but also to stand up for Koda, and…"

At this point, Shoji broke down crying, eliciting gasps from Deku and Todoroki. However, it was because of Deku that Todoroki found the courage to smile:

"It's OK, big boy! We're both really proud of you!"

Todoroki gave Shoji a big hug, which she gladly returned. While Todoroki wanted to cry along with Shoji, feeling his multiple arms wrapped around her made her feel too snuggly to cry, even if it was because of Deku that she was in this exact situation right now. Even if the dupli-armed hero was one of those side characters that she didn't know everything about, she cared about his feelings and was happy to comfort him. While she was only too glad to comfort Shoji, Todoroki couldn't help but notice Deku crying as well:

"Deku, why are you crying?"

"Sorry, I'm just so proud of how far you've come, Shoko, knowing that it was because of me that you and Shoji can be there for each other!"

Todoroki smiled. "Awww! Come here! Shoji, let's give Deku a Super Special Hero Huggle!"

Shoji and Todoroki gave Deku a big hug, which got him smiling again. Even if Japan had yet to see victory in the Final War, and even if other countries were having troubles of their own, he still felt good knowing that it was his kindness that earned him the love of his life.

Criticism is gold. Negativity and nitpicking are pyrite.
