iItaly Chapter 4: Week 4, an iCarly + Victorious Crossover fanfic

Hey there, I am so sorry this is late, I've had a chaotic week. I needed to catch up on school work, and my parents are building an extension on our house, so me and Pigwidgeon had to look after our younger brother and sister who are both in toddler years, meaning we didn't have much time for writing

Missy sat in the living room scowling. She had hidden for almost 3 weeks before they found her on the boat and now they were gonna make her work for them. Her eyes flicked up as the door opened with a creak. There stood Sam Puckett and Freddie Benson. Missy glared as Sam walked over to her, the rest of the worthless people on the boat following behind.

"How did you get on this boat" Sam said frowning

"Oh my sprinkles!" the smallest girl on the boat had pushed herself to the front of the crowd and now grabbed a lock of Missy's hair "We have the same hair color"

"Get of me" Missy spat. The girl gave a small squeak of terror before hiding behind a girl with black hair who glared at Missy.

"Look Missy," Freddie sighed "Why and how are you on here?"

"Easy" Missy said scornfully "This is my boat"

"How did you come to own a boat?" a boy near the back with dreads asked curiously

"If everyone would shut up, I will tell you" Missy looked at everyone, daring them to disagree with her "Okay, 5 years ago, I was told that I had won a school at sea trip. I was so excited. Only turns out, instead of a 6 month cruise, I got a year long stay on a cargo ship. THIS cargo ship. Eventually, one of the men on here was fishing, and pulled up a suitcase full of million dollar watches. They told me I could keep the ship and then they left. I saw no point in going back to Seattle. Sam had already stolen Carly from me" she glared at the blonde

"Sam!" the small redhead gasped "What have I told you about stealing!?"

"Missy stole Carly from me first!" Sam exclaimed throwing her hands in the air

"Keep talking Missy" Freddie said

"My parents were thrilled that I had gone away and moved to Greece, leaving me behind. So I decided to clean the ship up and offer it out as a bed and breakfast on the water. But I needed money to tidy everything up, so I got a job at a bar. I worked there for three months until I had enough cash to start buying stuff. Once I had brought everything I needed, I sailed around the coast, advertising my services for people who needed a cheap holiday and wedding couples who wanted a short honeymoon. I made a small fortune Then, one day, I had just come back from the shops, when I saw a group of people getting on my boat. I thought they were just here to book some rooms. Then I heard a motor bike drive onto my boat, a person jumped of the back of it and pushed the gang plank down. They parked their bike and went inside. I followed and heard them talking about how America was falling into the sea and they were sailing to Italy. I saw this as my chance to see the world, as I was never very good at sailing. They even left out food for me every now and again, although that may have been by accident. But I stayed hidden because I didn't want to have work for them as you're going to make me work for you" Missy scowled up at them

"Or we could push you off the boat?" Sam offered

"Sam!" the rest of the people snapped

"Then I found out those people were you" Missy sneered "And I realized I didn't need to worry about you and Carly being friends because she's already abandoned you!" Sam's whole body stiffened as Missy completed her sentence. She looked up and Missy grinned, seeing tears filling her eyes

Cat gave a small gasp and turned to look at Sam. She knew how much Carly meant to her, and Missy saying Carly had abandoned her was gonna hurt

"Well, I'm just gonna- gonna go..." Sam trailed of, eyes glazed over. She stood up from the floor, where she had been sitting crossed legged next to Freddie, head resting on his shoulder, and walked out of the room, stumbling slightly. Freddie made to stand up, but Cat put a hand on his shoulder and shook her head

"I'll go after her" she said quietly and followed out the door. She walked along the hall letting her 'sixth sense' guide her to where Sam was. She came to a stop outside the bedroom and peeked in. Sam was sitting on the edge of her bed, staring into space

"Your sad Sam, why? You know that what Missy said isn't true" Cat said quietly, sitting on the bed next to her

"What if she has a point? Anyway, seeing Missy reminded me of- of Carls" Sam chocked out, avoiding her gaze

"Talk to me" Cat said "I can be a good listener"

"The last time I saw her was just before she left for Italy" Sam said shrugging slightly "she tried to say goodbye to me. I won't let her"

"Why?"

"Cause the word goodbye is horrible. Never say goodbye. because saying goodbye means going away, and going away means forgetting. She said that to me once. Said she read it out of a book about a boy who never grew up. I thought someone had written a biography about Spencer" Sam chuckled slightly "I guess I just miss her. I really want to see her, but then I don't"

"Why not" Cat asked

"Cause what if she's made a new best friend? What if she's forgotten about me? I don't want to ruin her new life if it's better for her"

"Well if she doesn't want to be your friend she's missing out. On a lot" Cat said, watching Sam's reaction "she is missing out on a true best friend, who many don't have. I'm lucky, I got Jade, and if I need someone else, I've got you to. And you've got me. Remember that okay?"

"Okay Cat" Sam smiled "and for the record, you're a pretty good best friend as well"

"Thanks!" Cat grinned "Now let's cheer you up!"

"How?"

"We could have a... party!"

"We had a party last week; don't you think it's a bit too soon for another?"

"Then how about... karaoke!" Cat cheered happily "we can sing a song together, which ever one you want"

"Okay Cat, let's do it"

As Cat ran around spreading the news that they were going to have a karaoke night, Sam went o find Freddie

"Hey Fredbag" she said leaning against the door "I'm sorry I ran away like that"

"It's fine, I get it" Freddie said walking over to her "she was talking about Carly, I felt sad too. But you mustn't listen to her, she's just trying to make you feel bad" As Sam looked up at him, she realized how tall he had grown. Her head barely came up to his shoulders, meaning she had to tilt her head up to look at him

"Well, Cat is organizing a karaoke night, she wants everyone to be there, says it will cheer me up" Sam said awkwardly

"I'll come, but I'm not singing" Freddie said firmly

"Come on Benson, I need someone to sing 'Leave it all to me' with!" she pleaded

"No!" he said crossing his arms

"Please!" she said, batting her eyelashes

"Only for you Puckett" he gave in. Sam gave him a brilliant grin and threw her arms round him in a hug before running of to find Cat, leaving Freddie grinning like a mad man

The entire crew gathered in the living room, where Andre had set up his musical instruments to play the songs. Tori and Trina were huddled in a corner, setting up a large TV

"Why do we need instruments if the songs are going to be on the TV?" Freddie asked

"Well, the TV probably isn't going to be as loud as we would like it to be, so we can play along with it" Andre said, putting down his last piano "So who's singing first?"

"Me, me, me!" Cat bounced up and down

"No, I'll go first" Tori said "Here I am, once again-"

"Shush lady" Sam said walking up and pushing Tori aside and smirking at Cat "It's our turn" Cat gave a happy giggle, bouncing up to where Sam was, stretching her mouth out so she could hit any high notes that there were

"Our song?" she asked

"Our song" Sam confirmed

"Us" Jade said, dragging Beck to his feet. She whispered something to Andre, who nodding and started playing the piano. Jade picked her song on the TV and started singing

"That was amazing!" Cat gushed excitedly

"It was okay" Jade said, a small smile on her face

"Let's sing a song Tori" the red head cried happily. After a whispered conversation, they picked their song and walked up to the front

And that is how they spent the rest of the night, singing songs, groaning as Robbie sang yet another about Broken Glass, and having a great time. Maybe another six weeks won't be so bad
