Chapter 1

(Attack on Beacon)

There were fires all over the place, the White Fang and Grim were attacking, hunters were dying, and it was all their fault.

(Beacon Tower)

Pyrrha Nikos was facing down the woman that killed Headmaster Ozpin, Cinder. She had an arrow aimed at her, ready to fire it. "Tell me, after everything you did to, what was his name? I think it was Jaune Arc?" Pyrrha got mad. "Oh, you're mad? I wasn't the one who helped throw the boy out." Pyrrha looked down; her failures were thrown back into her face. "Let me guess, you did it so he'd be safe? But, after all this, I have just one question: Do you still believe in destiny?" Pyrrha glared at Cinder and got up.

"Yes." She said, Cinder smirked.

"So be it," Cinder fired, and all of a sudden, there was an explosion.

(I'm shipping up to Boston Instrumental - Dropkick Murphys)

In front of her was a young man dressed in a jacket. His jacket was opened, and inside he was wearing a gold basketball jersey with a black parody of the Boston Celtics logo on it. It was him wielding a sword, jumping right at you, in jean shorts and steel-toed hi-tops. He was solid and buff; he had blond hair in long braids in a mohawk ponytail on a tanned head with a beard.

His hands were in his jacket pockets, his hood was up, and the only thing Cinder saw was ice-cold chips of glowing blue ice for eyes. "Who are you?" She said as she notched another arrow. She was about to fire when he was moving, rushing right to her. One hand behind him charging up, the hand in a claw with the energy in it.

"Get That Shit Outta Here!" He swiped his hand up, sending a golden claw to her, knocking her down, cutting her. Then he was in the air, arm drawn back in a fist, and connected with her face. She went flying and almost fell off the tower. Then he clasped his right fist with his left hand, sent his aura into them, and pulled out a golden kendo stick. Then twirled and pointed it at her, "Let's go." He said, and they went at it. Cinder was firing arrows at him, and he was blocking them left and right. Then hit her with it; every hit was heard and was as loud as an explosion.

She was screaming at every hit; he was swinging as if he was putting in work. His hood fell off, and his blond braids were flying. Pyrrha was in shock; this was Jaune. What happened to him? Then he stopped and started to take off his jacket. Revealing his basketball jersey, he was also in black boardshorts with gold trim and black hi-tops with gold trim. Cinder slowly started to get up. "You'll pay for this!" She said.

He smirked, "Bring it!" His kendo stick now had blades coming out of it. They went at it again; he was getting as good as he was giving. Then she turned her bow into a sword, but she was cut and bloodletted. Then he kicked her to the dragon, leaped up, and sliced its head in half, killing it. She was caught by someone, and they were gone. The Grim were running away in fear.

He willed away his sword and picked up his jacket, Pyrrha went over to him. "Thanks for helping me." She said, he glared at her. "Jaune." He rolled his eyes and was about to leave when a red streak of rose petals appeared and revealed Ruby. He glared at her, she looked back at him. He pushed past her, to jump down, to go help the others.

"Who was that?" Ruby asked.

"That was Jaune," Pyrrha said sadly.

(Ground in front of the Tower)

Jaune rushed right to the attack and started to beat the unholy out of the White Fang. Faunus terrorists were falling left and right. Then the leader had heard about what was going on. His name was Adam Taurus. "Who Is Doing This to Our Brothers?" He said.

"It's a human!" Said one of them, then they saw Jaune. "There!"

"I'll handle him my…" Said Adam, when he was clocked upside the head, sending him flying, then hit with a glowing kendo stick. Jaune reaches into his jacket, pulls out something, and throws it at the group. Just then they heard beeping and looked down.

"SHIT!" Said one of them, and they exploded, killing them all.

(With Adam and Jaune)

The two were swinging on each other; swords were clashing. "You think you can beat me, human?" He said Jaune rapped him in the mouth, sending blood from it. Then he smashed his nose, almost caving it in.

"I Know I Can, 'Steer'!" He said, continuing to beat him with a kendo stick. He kicked Adam in the balls, and as the bull was doubled over, he grabbed his head and hit him in the face with his knee. Then he kept on doing it, harder and harder, until Adam's horns broke off in Jaune's hands, and he flip-kicked Adam into the air and then sent him through some trees with the last one almost impaling him. Then Jaune looks into his hand, seeing the horns. He put them in his pocket.

Then he started to walk back to Beacon.

(A couple of hours later)

Jaune was sitting down in the auditorium with the rest of the students. His feet were on one of the chairs in front of him. Everyone was amazed at who they were looking at; this was that failure Arc. Guess he wasn't anymore; as a matter of fact, he was doing better than them. They failed the school, but a 'failure of a hunter' saved them and quelled the attack, killing the leader of the Vale White Fang terrorists.

They look at Jaune, some with remorse as he was relaxed. Cardin had gone over to him thinking he was going to force him into something. He hit Jaune's feet and tried to knock them off; Jaune shot up and grabbed him by the throat. "GACK!" He said.

"Cardin Winchester, my former bully," he said. "What's up, loser?" Cardin tried to get Jaune's hand from his throat. "You realized you fucked up, right?"

"GUH!" Jaune squeezed harder.

"Yeah, I thought so. So, you are going to apologize to me for getting in my face, right?" Cardin didn't say anything; he squeezed harder. "RIGHT?" He quickly nodded, "You are going to leave, right?" He nodded, and Jaune let him go. "Bye!" Cardin got back up and glared at him.

"You'll Pay For This Arc!" She said, "I SWEAR, YOU'LL PAY!"

(Arcadia; Imperial Castle)

Rachel Arc was a very beautiful woman. She was tall, blonde, and very powerful. She had just beaten the man she was forced to marry down and looked at him. "You think I would give you this much power?" She said, "After what you did to my son?" He looked at her with a sneer.

"What are you going to do?" He said.

"You didn't read the entire contract, did you?" She said, "When my father allowed you to marry me? When I became queen, I had gained power, and you enjoyed it, didn't you?" She got up off her throne. "So when you got rid of my 'weak son,' you pissed me off. So, here's what I'm thinking." She quickly grabbed him and lifted him by his throat. "I am going to annul this marriage and take from you the power of Arcadia. You can go back to being a weak, pathetic, cowardly bandit. While I'll make my beloved son heir to the Empire."

"YOU BITCH! YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME!" Just then, he started to get weak, and he lost everything. "NOOOOOOOooooooo…!" He went back to his weak form and passed out. She called for her guards and had them take him out of the Empire.

"Reginald?" She called, and an elder gentleman walked in.

"Yes, ma'am?" He said.

"Could you bring me my phone, please?"

"Very well, ma'am." So he did, and she called the one person she wanted to talk to.

(Beacon Academy, Jaune)

He was still relaxing when his scroll rang, "Hello?" he said.

[Hello, sweetheart.]

"Oh hey, Ma." He said.

[I'm coming to see you, we need to talk.]

"Okay, when?"

[In a couple of days.] He thought about his new looks and smiled.

"Okay, hey, mind if I send you a picture?"

[Okay, why?]

"It's a surprise."

[Alright.] So, he took his scroll and took a selfie. [Oh My God. What happened to my beautiful baby boy?]

"It's still me, just changed."

[Doesn't matter what you look like; I still love you.] He smiled.

"I can't wait to see you." He said.

[Me neither, bye love.]

"Bye, Ma."
