"I have to head back to my village. There are some people there in need of my help. Make yourselves at home. If I do not see you by sunrise, have a safe travel to the capital.", Nyko said to everyone with a small smile on his face.
"I could go with you if you need some help.", Abby said to Nyko.
"You need to stay here in case Reivon or Anya need you. But thank you Fisa Abby.", Nyko said to Abby with a smile on his face before he grabbed his bag and left the hut.
"Is Anya able to travel tomorrow?", Clarke asked her mother.
"Medically yes, it's up to Anya if she wants to move around.", Abby said to them as looked at Anya.
"A warrior is never down for too long.", Anya said with a smirk on her face.
"Stubborn ass.", Clarke said with a chuckle to her voice.
"Just like some other people I know.", Abby said to her daughter with a knowing look on her face.
"Yeah yeah.", Clarke said with an eye roll.
A few hours later and everyone was getting settled down for the night.
"Worried about something?", Clarke asked Lexa when she noticed Lexa staring at the stars in the sky.
"Not worried per say. Just concerned that most of my people will not be willing to make such big changes.", Lexa said to Clarke.
"I think they will, everyone on the Arch so far has taken change well. If anything we can give them their memories back. Maybe then that'll keep them wanting peace as much as we do.", Clarke said to Lexa.
"I never thought I would get to see you again. How did all this happen?", Lexa asked Clarke.
"A lot of shit happened after you died. It would probably take me years to tell you exactly what happened. But right before the time got turned back. We were tested so that a higher being could judge us to see if we could transcend. I kind of made the human race fail. The guy that was supposed to do the test killed Madi, my daughter, so I sort of killed him during the test. So I became the person to be judged for all of humankind. The higher being looked like you, they take the form of someone you love. They decided to either turn back time to redo everything so we could eventually transcend in like a hundred years. Or to just basically kill us. I thought there would be a catch since there always is a catch. We'll see if that ever pops up. But so far we've changed things and the world hasn't ended yet.", Clarke said to Lexa.
"You had a daughter?", Lexa asked Clarke.
"That's all you got from that?", Clarke asked with a laugh to her voice.
"No, I got everything else. I'm more interested in you having a daughter.", Lexa said with a small smile on her face.
"Yeah, remember the city of light? Well ALIE said the world was going to end from nuclear power plants exploding around the world. Long story short that happens. I found Madi right after it happened. We survived because we're both nightbloods. She was six when I found her, or should I say she found me. Child from hell I called her at first. But I raised her for six years before everyone else got to meet her. She reminded me so much of you. Down to her personality as well, stubborn as they come, but so loyal at the same time.", Clarke said which made Lexa huff.
"I am not stubborn.", Lexa said as Clarke began to laugh.
"Yes, yes you are my love.", Clarke said to Lexa who smirked at her and began to laugh at herself.
"Are you going to see Madi again?", Lexa asked Clarke once their laughter died down.
"I hope so.", Clarke said with a small smile on her face. "We should get some sleep since we'll be traveling tomorrow.", Clarke said to Lexa.
"I am going to sleep under the stars tonight. Why don't you join me?", Lexa said to Clarke.
"How romantic.", Clarke said as she leaned on Lexa's shoulder.
"You're not too worried about wildlife?", Lexa asked Clarke.
"I have slept outside under the stairs for a while now. I am completely different than when we first met.", Clarke said to Lexa with a smirk on her face.
"I do not think you are different. You have had this in you, you just needed to figure that out.", Lexa said to Clarke.
"To get where I am was a lot of self fighting. I now understand why you did everything that you did. I get why everyone did what they did.", Clarke said to Lexa.
"We did what we needed to do to survive. It may not have been the best of ways, but I'm assuming that is why we have come back here. I am assuming we are here to change events?" Lexa asked Clarke with a knowing look on her face.
"All I was told is that we can change how events are played out but major events have to happen. People that are supposed to die for a reason will but in a different way. A few things have already changed.", Clarke said to Lexa.
"Like how you got down here? Or Raven getting hurt?", Lexa asked Clarke.
"Yes, both of those had to happen but they happened differently this time around.", Clarke said to Lexa.
"I meant what I said to Raven, she has a place in Polis if she wants it. Same goes for all our people. Maybe we can have peace this time around.", Lexa said to Clarke.
"Thank you. The goal is peace.", Clarke said to Lexa with a small smile on her face.
"Lets get some sleep.", Lexa said as Clarke cuddled into her side and placed her head on Lexa's shoulder. "Clarke?", Lexa said as Clarke was falling asleep.
"Mhmm.", Clarke said with her eyes closed.
"Thank you for making our people one.", Lexa said to Clarke with a small smile on her face.
"You'll have to thank O, she brought everyone together.", Clarke said with a smirk on her face. Knowing that Lexa would never thank Octavia because it would get to Octavia's head.
"That is not going to happen. So thank you.", Lexa said as Clarke chuckled at her.
"I'll let Octavia know you said thank you.", Clarke said with a laugh before she settled into Lexa's arms for the night.
"Do not do that. Her ego will get bigger. I need to keep her in her place.", Lexa said as Clarke was closing her eyes.
"Clarke, we need to open Raven back up.", Abby said as she came out of the hut.
"Shit what happened?", Clarke said as she and Lexa followed Abby into the hut.
"She's bruised which means she's still bleeding internally.", Abby said to Clarke.
"Fuck, come one Rae.", Clarke said as she and Abby put Raven on her stomach. "I thought I stopped all the bleeding.", Clarke said to her mother as they were opening Raven back up.
"This was nothing you did or didn't do for that matter. I looked before you closed her up, the bleeding was under control. There might be a piece of the arrow stuck somewhere that we all missed.", Abby said to Clarke.
