"Hey Jazmine, how was work today"? Tom hugged his daughter. While Sarah gifted Jasmine with some flowers.

"It was mentally exhausting, but it's more pros than cons…..You guys are sweet gifting me flowers…" Jazmine smiled while walking towards the bouquet of peonies and carnations. Jazmine's Favorites.

"No dear we got you this painting for you from our trip to Europe, I think those are from Chris" Sarah Implied.

"Thank you, guys"

Jazmine's expression turned excited but wish she could express herself towards chris. The distances was getting similar to Cindy and Riley. It's time for some fun and connection.

Jazmine Ran upstairs to her bedroom, entered the bathroom and closed the door.

Jazmine POV

"Pick up the phone baby, I know you're home baby, no he's not home but he better answer"….

Chris !

Chris answered the face-time.

"What's Up Love, did you get my gift?

":Yess.. thanks baby you're so sweet" I twirled my hair.

"Well, you deserve it, congratulations again on your new job".

"Thank you, speaking of jobs.. are you able to make a bit of room? We got invited somewhere"! I hope he is able to go.

"Really Where?! And it depends on what days and time".

"So obviously you know Riley is a rapper, but he is going to be the opening act for one of my favorite artists in LA" !

Chris looked surprised, "Mhm. Beyonce ? He was definitely Reaching.

" No! But I wish !... he's a guy. Rarrai" !

"Ohhh okay he's pretty dope"

"It's October 22 we will be staying for the weekend, so you will go"?

" Yeah I'm there with you and it's all-inclusive" Chris smirked, Idk where we were staying though.

"Yay" ! (Finally some quality time).

Chris looked away. "But I won't be flying from Maryland, I'll be flying from ATL, GA".

Just thinking about ATL makes me get chills and cringe... but I'm sure he had a good reason.

"Work out there"?

Chris closed a door in the background. "You know it, Hey baby I gotta go but I'll talk to you later".

"Good night baby ! I love you See you soon"!

Chris ended the FaceTime sooner than I wanted him to but I know it's 6:50 pm out there.

Enter Jasmine D, the princess of MD. Not really, but she was similar to Snow White. Daughter of Tom and Sarah Dubois both college grads Attorney at Law and Human Resource Manager. Besides Being a selfless but dramatic character, Jazmine was a true lover girl that extends herself for the sake of love. She thought her first love would be her husband. Of course, she's a Pisces with Libra Placements. She currently lives with her parents but is contemplating rooming with Cindy or her own place, because living with Chris would make her crazy (like should of wait until marriage crazy).

Me: Chris is In! We're going to LA to see Rarrai and Riley!

Cindy: Cool! So I'll text Riley about the flight tickets and etc get it all planned when the time comes.

Me: Great! Oh Chris is leaving from ATL so his will be different.

Cindy: No worries

Me: Thank you! Oh he sent some flowers by. Sweet of him

Cindy: that's nice

Cindy: is he out here now ?

Me: No working in Atlanta rn

Cindy: How would you feel if you met up with him in ATL?

Me: Well he is working 1. And 2. I mean I would be happy to be with him, I just don't like the city that much.

Cindy: So.. being with him is all that matters?

Cindy was weird with the questions. When did she care about my relationship so much?

Me: Yeah definitely, especially if I was out there while he is working.

Cindy: Oh okay cool!

Cindy: Don't forget to pack that Orange little box

"Should I send this to Chris"?

*Jasmine started to herself while snapping A picture from her bed in lingurie.

Dream Flashback

"C'mon Jazmine we have to apply for some schools out here too". Cindy Leaning over the laptop Jazmine was working on.

"I did! It's just (she whispered) he didn't apply to a lot of them, and what if I get rejected, I at least I want to be in the same state Jasmine stated. The former friend appeared from the distance along with his brother and friend. The two holding a basketball in his hand.

"Mariah if you don't stop crying. You're going to get in damn. You Niggas think the world's going to end", Riley whipped his head, leaning forward to kiss Cindy. Cindy rejected the idea.

"Shut up Reezy, you're being insensitive. I wish we all were going to college together" Cindy Yelled.

"Yeah! None of y'all wanted to follow me" Caesar Yelled.

"You know you're not too far, and I have a cousin in New York, me and your bestie be there for summer okayyy" Jazmine stated, pinching the 5'10 locd Friend on the cheek.

Jasmine found herself alone in the freeman's house at the same age and time they were in High School. She found herself walking upstairs to his bedroom. All of the social justice posters were on the wall, and his bookshelf was filled with manga and autobiographical material. She also noted the group picture of them with Riley, Ceasar, Cindy, and even Hiro.

Hanging with them was like family. Of course, she had other friends in high school. But nothing beats her friends. They were her fam since she was 10. Now everything was about to change. Like it would be ripped away.
