Hey I am back again with the fourth chapter and in this chapter there will be no fights, morphs or any ranger stuff just Lincoln and Sid talking and making things up. So let's get into the story.

Chapter 4: You are my light

LOUD HOUSE

A alarm clock was going off loudly interrupting the sleep of a boy with snow white hair. Lincoln sighed and turned off his alarm, he stood up and saw it was an hour before his sisters woke up. He quickly grabbed his bathroom supplies and walked out of his room.

He stepped out and immediately ran to the bathroom. After getting ready he walked back towards his room. His phone vibrated and he saw it was from Sid, Lincoln sighed again and saw it was a text.

"Lincoln I am so sorry that I couldn't make it to our date, are you mad at me for not showing up, I am really sorry please respond babe"

He read it and got a bit sad that he made her feel that way, he quickly typed out a reply.

"I am not mad at you Sid, just disappointed that you didn't show and I am glad you didn't come, you could've gotten hurt at the attack and also we need to talk about something important. Are you free this evening, can you come to Royal Woods?"

He immediately got a reply from her.

"Sure, I am free we can talk about anything babe I am here for you and I'll never hurt you"

Lincoln's eye twitched at that sentence, she has already hurt him alot buy lying to him and hid something important from him.

"Sure, it's a date then how about the arcade"

Lincoln sent the text and Sid responded immediately.

"Umm ok let's go to the arcade"

Lincoln chuckled a bit and and looked at his piggy bank and sent a reply.

"how about our usual time "

Sid response was

" ok I am down, love you, bye"

Lincoln sent a gif of a waving bunny and put his phone inside his pockets before grabbing his backpack and making a course to the kitchen while dodging his sisters.

After breakfast the kids were dropped off at their schools and Lincoln knew today was going to be a boring day.

GREAT LAKE CITY, SID'S ROOM

Sid Chang was bouncing around looking for a good outfit for the date, she took the day off from school and made Ronnie Anne do it too. " So Lincoln and you are going on a date to an arcade "Ronnie Anne said a bit annoyed that it was Sid instead of her.

"Yeah Linc asked me out and we talked like nothing was wrong, though he wants to talk about something important" Sid replied as she was searching for a cute outfit for him and throwing dresses on the floor.

"I get it but why did you want me to help you in picking a dress, I thought you'd ask Carlota as she is a Fashionista" Ronnie Anne asked while looking for a dress for Sid.

"We are one of Lincoln's best friends, even though it's embarrassing for me to admit, I don't know that much about him" Sid said, Ronnie Anne frowned at the best friend part. "Anyways does this outfit look cute" she wore a white t-shirt with a blue jean jacket and pink shorts.

"Yeah it looks good on you, I think it's the perfect one" Ronnie Anne said, making Sid give her a thousand watts smile. "Alright, good luck on your date" she said with hidden sarcasm which Sid was oblivious to understand.

"Thanks Ronnie Anne, you're the best" Sid said and hugged Ronnie Anne tightly and not letting her go. Noticing that she was turning purple, Sid let go of her and smiled sheepishly.

ROYAL WOODS

Lincoln was walking out of his school and walked towards his house to get ready for his date. "Hey" he heard someone call out to him and turned to see Tabby, one of his sister Luna's friends. " your Lincoln right, do you remember me right from the-" she got interrupted.

"I know Tabby, do you need something?" He asked her. She blushed a bit and looked at the ground while playing with her jacket.

"Umm are you free this evening, there is a deal at this pizza place, so I was hoping that, can you come with me"she asked him with a huge blush.

"I am sorry Tabby, I have a date with my girlfriend today and it's really important as we have a long distance relationship" Lincoln replied making her sad and disappointed. She nodded and ran away quickly.

Lincoln started to walk back home. When he reached his house, chaos was happening, it was one of those Sister Fight Protocols, Lincoln got annoyed and went inside to see Lynn Lucy bickering and the rest hiding. He ignored this and tried to walk to his room. Lincoln got pulled away by Lynn " whoa there, where do you think your going, you know the protocol right, top floor is my…floor"

Lincoln was glaring at Lynn while two silhouettes of a red tiger and a red lion, roaring and snarling at her. Lynn was scared now and looked at her brother with nothing but fear "Lynn after almost a month me and Sid are going on a date, I will not obey your stupid sister fight protocol, got that" he said in a dark voice

"Y-yes sir" Lynn said as she ran downstairs and Lincoln went inside his room to look for an outfit. He thought his meddling sisters would barge in and try to help him but they didn't, Lincoln was happy about that.

MEGAFORCE BASE

"Amazingly in only 16 hours he unlocked 2 new ranger keys" Shane said as he looked at the glowing Wild force and jungle Fury red ranger keys.

"Lincoln must have proven himself worthy to the jungle Fury and wild force rangers due to the last battle" Gosei said, making Kendall and Shane nod.

"He has big things coming his way" Kendall said as she walked to her computer to complete her project.

ROYAL WOODS, ARCADE

Lincoln was waiting for Sid to arrive. He suddenly got hugged from the back and turned to see Sid in her outfit "you look so cute, you know that right?" He asked, making her giggle. Lincoln wore a red glad sleeved hoodie with black long sleeved undershirt, black pants and white and red sneakers.

"You look awesome too baby" she said as she snuggled into his chest. "Let's go inside. I really want to play this new game" she said, making him nod.

After their date and them being a cute couple and getting admired they went to the park and sat on a bench. "So babe, what did you want to talk about" she asked and Lincoln got a serious expression.

"Sidney are you hiding anything from me" he asked, making her eyes go wide, he only called her by her full first name when he was serious.

"Umm what no I am not hi-" she got interrupted by Lincoln, who looked pissed off.

"Stop lying ok I know what you are hiding" he said and looked right into her eyes "why did you like me Sid, you could have told me, I thought you were ghosting me".

"Lincoln I am so sorry I didn't mean to hurt you, it was orders from the higher ops" she said making him nod in understanding.

"So my girlfriend is a power ranger, huh" he said, making her nod " can you morph for me please" he said with puppy dog eyes, a dreaded technique used by his younger sisters and Sid's little sister.

"I can't resist that, you look so cute right now" she said as she summoned her morpher and her Kyutama. She morphs into her pink ranger form while no one was looking. " Happy?"

"Yes and also I need to show you something too" he said as he pulled out his Gosei morpher and summoned his power card and morphed into Megaforce red ranger. Making her eyes go wide the second time on their date night.

"Y-you're the Megaforce red ranger? And you didn't tell it to me" she sounded pissed and looked straight at him with her hands on her hips " explain" she ordered with the authority every girlfriend has over her boyfriend.

After explaining both demorphed and sat close together, understanding each other's burden and their bond getting close as the moon is behind them, both of them lean closer, their lips almost brushing against each other.

LOUD HOUSE

Lincoln returns home, covering his face with a paper bag and his parents and sisters looked confused, until he pulls the bag and reveals his face, which was covered with kisses and lipstick marks. "OMG" his sisters and mother yelled out together, while his father gave him a knowing look.

"I'll be at my room" he said and walked to his room and closed the door .

I am late in uploading this chapter due to an exam I had to write, it was for 4 hours so yeah after I finished that I edited and published this chapter

Also suggest a name for the Kyutama as I said in the first chapter. I want to replace Kyu with cosmic.
