Hey guys and gals welcome to the newest chapter of rising remnant 01, and this chapter we'll be continuing the story of Rwby, thought there might not be a lot of zero one fighting this time around.
Anyway this chapter will mostly be focusing on Jnpr, specifically Jaune and Pyrrha since they haven't done a lot in this story.
With that said, let's go!

Ozpin's Office
Third person P.O.V.
Ozpin was sitting peacefully in his office, cup of coffee in hand and just enjoying his time to himself.
"Ozpin!" The peaceful silence was broken when some very angry voices called on his monitors.
Ozpin faced his desk, and was met with the faces of The Council, the people in charge of it all "Yes, council?".
"Why did you allow two random people, who were not even apart of the test join beacon" they asked, as Ozpin drunk some tea.
"It's simple, they should great potential that be useful as a hunter" Ozpin said, as he placed his cup down.
"And what about the strange belt device this second Kamen rider has, could we possibly use them with the Progrise keys developed in Atlas?" Another asks.
"I'm afraid not." Ozpin answered sternly. "That belt and keys are property of the Harvey siblings, and I'm pretty sure they don't trust them with anyone. Trust me I've seen them first hand enough that they shouldn't be left in the wrong hands".
"But think of the knowledge we can acquire from that device alone" One fo thems aid, but Ozpin just glared at them "It is out of the question."
"We will continue this discussion another time Ozpin, about the device, and this Zero One." They leader said, and with that all the screens turned off, as Ozpin just sighed.
Glynda walked in and saw Ozpin rubbing his face. "Let me guess, the Council isn't happy about you letting Alex and Marine join".
"Yes, and they're quite interested with their technology" Ozpin said, but Glynda looked at him.
"While I do agree with you, with this new threat, it might be best if we have more Kamen riders defending rememnant".
"They've already made lots of projects based on the data from Ichigata, if they can get even more from complete Progrise keys, I fear something bad might happen".
"They'll probably send Ironwood to try and collect them, with force if needed" Glynda said, as Ozpin smirked "We'll let him try".
Dorm room
Third person P.O.V.
"Marine, Marine" A voice said, as we see Marine opening her eyes before looking over at her creator, Samuel Harvey.
Marine's wasn't completed at this point, her body was still being built.
"Yes, Professor?" She responded, making the man smile "Good your online, I have someone to introduce you to" he said, making her turn her head.
Samuel smile at her before moving a bit away "Alex, come and introduce yourself to her" he said, as Marine took a look in that direction.
Who she saw was a younger version of a Alex, giving her a curious look "Greetings, who are you?" She asked, making his eyes sparkle.
"Woah, she spoke! She spoke!" He said, making Samuel snicker "Yes she did, why don't you introduce yourself?" He asked, and Alex nodded.
"Hi I'm Alex, Alex Harvey" he smiled, making the robot smile back "You are my creators son? Then I am known as Marine, the presidents secretary".
"Wait, would that make my sister then?" Alex asked, making Samuel laugh "Yes, I suppose that would be right, think of her as your little sister".
"Eh?! Little sister? But she's so much older then me" Alex said, as Samuel laughed.
"I am five months old" she responded, surprising Alex "Woah, guess you could call me your small big brother".
"And that's All-x folks!" He yelled, pointing at her as Marine blink "This joke comes from the fact that I appear to be much older then-" "Hey don't explain my jokes" Alex pouted.
Marine smiled as looking at him before the scene began turning grey.
She blinked a few times for realising she was in her and Alex's dorm room. It was quite empty except for Alex sleeping next to her side.
"Alex?" She said, shaking him a bit to try and wake him up "Snort- Wha?" Alex yawned, looking up to see Marine.
"Marine!" He yelled, with a sound of relief before giving his sister a hug "I'm so glad your okay!".
"What happened, I remember turning off but what happened?" She asked, Alex smiled.
"Well it's kind of a long story you see, after we stopped those guys that kidnapped Weiss, Ruby and the others wanted some answers about why you were a robot and about the zero one stuff, and well".
Flash back
"And that's pretty much it" Alex said, as he just finished everything about him and Marine, but the four girls just stared at him blankly.
"So let me get this straight, your saying your from another world called earth that very different from this world" Yang asked, as Alex nodded "Yup".
"And this world doesn't have dust or Grimm in it" Weiss asked, as Alex nodded "Nope, let me tell ya the Grimm we're surprising".
"And the Kamen rider is actually your father, who disappeared ten years ago" Blake said, and Alex nodded.
"And the Kamen riders are actually a show you and your dad watched when your we're younger?" Ruby asked, and he nodded.
"Yeah, that's pretty much the jist of it" he said, as they stared blankly at him.
"DO YOU THINK WERE IDIOTS!" All four of them yelled, making Alex jump back a bit.
Flashback end
"It took me awhile after that to convince them I was telling the truth, heck I had show them a bunch of pictures from back home" Alex laughed, while rubbing his head.
Marine nodded, before noticing a couple of bandages around his body "You hurt…" she said, as Alex looked at himself.
"Oh right, haha it's fine thanks to that Aura stuff they're healing pretty fast" Alex smiled, giving her a thumbs up but Marine just held his hand.
"You mustn't push yourself Alex, do not forget we are not just here to find your father, you are also the ambassador between Earth and Remnant".
Alex blinked a few times before smiling "It's alright, don't worry about it I promise to be more careful next time, alright" he said, and she nodded.
"Alright…" she said, as Alex smiled before petting her head "Now get some rest, or recharge or what ever you do. You did a whole lot of work today"
Marine nodded, as the two got some rest ready for whatever would come tomorrow.
Chapter 5: Daily life at Beacon
A couple weeks later
Beacon Canteen
Third person P.O.V.
"So! There we were, in the middle of the night...""It was day." "We were surrounded by Ursai..." "They were Beowolves." "Dozens of them!" "Two of them."
"But they were no match... And in the end, Ren and I took them down and made a boatload of Lien selling Ursa skin rugs!" Nora proclaimed proudly, as Ren sighed.
"She's been having this recurring dream for nearly a month now." Ren said. Team Jnpr and Rwby we're currently eating their breakfast at the large canteen.
"Morning" They heard, looking over to see Alex walking towards the table his friends were on as he's at next to Ruby.
"Why hello, mr world jumper" Nora said, confusing Alex before he realised what was going on and turned to team Rwby who were looking away.
"YOU TOLD THEM!" Alex yelled "I'm sorry! We were weak I just had to tell somebody" Ruby said, as Alex sighed.
"It was pretty surprising to find out you and Marine were from another planet" Pyrrha said, and Jaune nodded "Yeah, and that your sister was a robot".
"By the way, where is your robot girlfriend anyway" Yang asked, with a smirk as Alex sweatdropped
"First of all she's my sister and second, I asked her if she could grab some food while I get us some seats" he said, as Marine walked up with a dish for Alex.
"Ah sweet, some nice ol'panca-" Alex said, lifting up the bowl covering the food only to find some vegetables that nobody on the table knew of.
"Uh, Marine what is this?" Alex asked, as Marine smiled "This is known as Boiled Butterbur shoot, an Asian dish that involves boiling a butterbur shoot".
"Yeah, I get that but that's not what I wanted" he said, but Marine just gave him a deadpanned look.
"Alex, after studying your diet of unhealthy foods I have deducted that you will need a better diet, so I have designed a perfect food plan for you".
"Yeah but-" "And if you do not follow this plan, then I will have to unauthorise you from using Zero One" she said, as Alex lifted up his arms "Alright, alright I get it" he said, before proceeding to eat the food "Huh, it's actually pretty good".
"I can't believe we never noticed she was a robot" Weiss said, with Blake nodding while reading her book.
Meanwhile Pyrrha looked over to her partner, who continued to poke at the food on his plate. "Jaune? Are you okay?"
Jaune blinked, as he returned to the conversation at hand from wherever his mind had wandered. "Huh? Oh, yeah! Why?"
"It's just that you seem a little... not okay..." Ruby said, poking her index fingers together.
Jaune let out a shaky laugh. "Guys, I'm fine. Seriously! Look!" He held up his thumb while laughing nervously.
"That doesn't convince anyone, you know that right?" Alex said, making Jaune shake his head "Look I have no idea what you are talking about".
Pyrrha spoke up what all of them had been thinking for the past few weeks "Jaune, Cardin's been picking on you since the first week of school!".
"Who? Cardin Winchester? Nah... He just likes to mess around! You know, practical jokes!" He said, nervously looking to the side.
Ruby narrowed her eyes as she crossed her arms. "He's a bully" This made Jaune scoffed in false bravado. "Oh, please! Name one time he's 'bullied' me."
Marine then stepped, sat next to me and made a screen of all the times she's seen Cardin billy Jaune.
"There's the time he activated your shield when you were leaving the classroom and got you stuck in the doorway, making you late to Ms. Goodwitch's combat class. There are the numerous times he's tripped you, the times he's made you drop your books…"
"That's not so bad-" Jaune said, sweating a bit but then Marine spoke again.
"There was also the time he pushed you into one of the rocket powered weapon lockers and set in random coordinates before sending you off to what might've been your death if it wasn't for Alex using flying falcon to get you out".
"Thanks by the way" Jaune said, as Alex just waved "No prob".
"Jaune, you know if you ever need help, you can just ask." Pyrrha said, giving her teammate a gentle smile.
"Ooh! We can break his legs!" Nora said, a crazy smile on her face.
"Guys, really, it's fine! Besides, it's not like he's only a jerk to me; he's a jerk to everyone." Jaune said, as Marine turned her head.
"He hasn't done anything to me, in fact he's been quite helpful to me" Marine said, but Yang just laughed.
"Yeah, but it's obviously because he's got a major crush on you" Yang said, as Marine turned he head confused "What do you mean?".
They were about to answer but then they heard some noise and looked to the direction.
"O-Ow that hurts!" They found Cardin and the rest of his team crowded around a brown haired girl with two brown rabbit ears poking out of the top of her head. One of said ears currently being tugged on by Cardin. "Please, stop..."
"Hah, told you they were real" Cardin laughed, along with his teammates "What a freak!"
"Atrocious. I can't stand people like him." Pyrrha said, as Blake nodded "He's not the only one..." Blake said, eyes hardened.
"It must be hard to be a Faunus." Yang said, leaning her head against her hand.
"I think that my first time seeing an actual Faunus" Alex said, before standing up and gripping his hand.
"Where are you going?" Ruby asked, as Alex just stayed quiet while walking up to him.
"Oi! Why don't you leave her alone" Alex said, as Cardin let go of the girls ears "Oh? And why the hell should I listen to you?".
"Should I show you why?" Alex said, as he lifted up his zero one driver making Cardins eyes widened before he looked up at Marine.
"Tch, where out of here" Cardin said, walking off surprising his teammates and even Alex.
"Huh" he blinked, before looking down and noticed the Faunus had run off to leave the school.
Alex frowned before following the Faunus girl to see if she was alright.
Outside Beacon
Alex P.O.V.
I walked out of the school and looked around a bit to find the Faunus girl, when I noticed that she was sitting next to the steps crying.
I felt bad so I slowly walked up to her "Hey, you okay?" I asked, making her jump and turn around.
"Woah, it's alright I won't do anything" Is aid, making her nod as I sat down next to her, and got a better look at her.
She had long, brown hair and brown eyes, and was wearing the beacon girls uniform. She also had two bunny ears on top her head.
"Thanks… for helojngme out back there" she said, as I nodded "No problem, I'm Alex, Alex Harvey".
"Oh you're the one I heard with the strange weapon" she said, as I nodded lifting up my driver "Yup".
"Well, I'm Velvet Scaralatina" she said, and I nodded "Nice to meet you".
"So you alright?" I asked, and she hesitantly nodded "I really don't get why you let Cardin do that. You're a whole year ahead of him" I said, as she looked down.
"Well...It's because of that guy's family. The Winchesters are very important people with his father on the Vale council itself," Velvet replied, "If I did anything, he would probably twist the truth to his father and…"
"Right, yeah I kinda get that" I said, remembering what I did when I was a kid. "It's still not cool. He really needs to stop messing with people just because of such a reason."
"You know what they say; Power corrupts," Velvet sighed, "Please don't tell my teammates about that. Coco tends to...um...overreact just slightly?".
"Alright, I promise" I said. "But say the word...and Nora is willing to break his legs...offers on the table." I joked. "And she'll start with the toes and slowly...work her way up to the knees…"
"Maybe," Velvet replied, smiling a little at the the thought. As I stood up "Then how about I tell you one of my knock em'out gags!" I said, and she nodded.
"I know 100 percent, that you 'Cardone' with 'Cardin'" I said, before pointing to the distance "And that's A~~~~ll-x folks!" I screamed.
I then looked down at Velvet who looked confused "W-Was that it?".
"Ah man, I thought that one was really good" I said, sitting down "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, um".
"Coco" we heard, before looking over to see Velvet's team waiting for her "Oh, I have to go, it was nice to meet you"
"Yeah, same" I said, as she ran off making me smiled 'Hmm, I should probably head back to the others' I thought, walking off.
Glynda's class
Third person P.O.V.
"This is the part where you lose." Cardin said, holding his mace over his shoulder. Jaune stood opposite from him, leaning against his sword in support, clearly exhausted.
Jaune stood up, gripping his sword. "Over my dead-!" Jaune was cut off when a knee suddenly slammed into his gut, courtesy from Cardin.
"Guh!" Jaune let out a breath of air as he dropped his sword and fell to the ground, pain clear on his face.
Cardin raised his mace once more, ready to slam it down onto a clearly worried Jaune, but the sound of the arena buzzer cuts him off.
A moment passes as the lights shine back onto the surrounding bleachers as Glynda's voice rings out.
"Cardin, that's enough!" Glynda stated, as Cardin lowered his mace and walked away.
Glynda then walked up to the stage and put up a screen, which showed images of Jaune and Cardins, with two meters next tot them with Jaune in the red.
"Students, as you can see, Mr. Arc's Aura has now dropped into the red. In a tournament-styled duel, this would indicate that Jaune is no longer fit for battle, and that the official may call the match."
Jaune laid back down onto the floor in defeat as Glynda turned her head to look at the losing warrior.
Jaune pulled out his scroll, his aura level low and blinking red, compared to the full green bars of his team's aura levels next to his.
"Mr. Arc, it's been weeks now. Please try to refer to your Scroll during combat." Glynda chastised Jaune, who let out a sigh and nodded.
"Gauging your Aura will help you decide when it's appropriate to attack, or when it is better to move to a more... defensive strategy. We wouldn't want you to be gobbled up by a Beowolf, now, would we?"
"Speak for yourself..." Cardin muttered off to the side, but Glynda glared at him "What was that?".
"Nothing!" Cardin said, as he and Jaune ran off to their seats.
"Next, will Mr Harvey and Ms Nikos walk up" Glynda said,as Alex and Pyrrha walked up to the stage.
After a few minutes, Alex and Pyrrha stood opposite of each other, Oyrhha had her weapons ready while Alex had his driver in his hand.
"I'm glad we get to have a sparring match Alex, I've wanted to test out your armour" Pyrrha said, entering a fighting position.
"Alright, let's do this!" Alex said, placing the Zero One driver on his waist which made a belt wrap around it.
ZERO-ONE DRIVER!
He then pulled out the Progrise key and pressed the button on it.
JUMP!
Alex smiled, before pressing the key on to the driver, scanning it.
AUTHORISE!
The driver made a portal appear above him before he flipped the key open. "HENSHIN!" Alexyelled, inserting the key into his driver making a screen pope out from it.
PROGRISE!
It said before the screen moved towards Alex starting the Henshin.
TO-BIA GA RISE! RISING HOPPER!
It said as the screen passed by him putting him into the black red and silver suit before the metal Grasshopper fell out of the portal, split apart and was absorbed into the suit making the armour appear which finished the transformation.
A jump to the sky turns into a Rider kick
The two then entered a fighting position, as Zero One pulled out the Attache Caliber in the sword mode.
"And… BEGIN!" Glynda said, as the two rushed towards each other.
(Play Zero One Bgm)
Pyrrha thrusted her spear towards Zero One but he jumped over it before closing the attache caliber and reopening it, before slashing ag Pyrrha.
She blocked the sword with here shield, before switching her spear to it's gun mode and fired at Zero One knocking him back.
Pyrrha then fired several times at Zero One but he dodged out of the way before pressing the rising hopper key into the driver.
Grasshopper Ability!
The armour on Zero One's suit shined as he jumped up towards the roof before jumping off the roof towards Pyrrha.
But he overshot it and landed behind her, so Zero One did a spin at Zero One but Pyrrha blocked the attack with her shield knocking her back.
Pyrrha fired several times at Zero One with her gun so Zero One jumped away to dodge it but Pyrrha used her sembalence to have the bullets follow him.
"Oh crap!" Zero One said, blocking the bullets with his shield.
'So her Sembalence is magnetism Huh! Looks like I need a faster form' he thought, pulling out the flying falcon key before pressing the button.
WING!
He then placed the key on to the driver so he could scan it.
AUTHORISE!
This summoned a large mechanical falcon which flew around distracting the two Magia's as Zero One pulled out the Rising Hopper key.
"Come on! Birdie let's do it" he said, slotting the key into his driver making the green armour moved around.
PROGRISE!
FLY TO THE SKY! FLYING FALCON!
The falcon split apart before being absorbed into Zero Ome creating new pink armour in the chest, shoulders, thighs and a new face plate.
Spread your wings and prepare for a force.
"Here we go!" He yelled, jumping into the air before flying towards Pyrrha.
Zero One tried slashing her with his sword but Pyrrha raised her shield to black the attack knocking zero one back.
Pyrrha then shot several bullets towards Zero One and had them follow him, so he flew around dodging the bullets.
He then slashed them all in half, before flying up high and pulled out the biting shark Progrise key before pressing it.
FANG!
"Let's finish this!" He then flipped the key open before slamming it into his sword causing several fin blades to come out of the sword.

BITING KABAN SLASH!
Zero One then flew extremely fast towards Pyrrha ready to slash him, but she used her sembalence to stop him place.
"Eh?" He said, looking up trying to move before Pyrrha use her sembalence to throw Zero One towards the wall, knocking him off the stage.
(End song)
"Oh I'm so sorry, I still don't have full control of my sembalence" Pyrrha said, as Zero One git back up and pulled out his Progrise key before closing the driver.
"It's alright, it's alright that was a pretty awesome sembalence ya got" Alex smiled, as Glynda walked up.
"That was an excellent match you two, but Ms Nikos you need to learn to properly control your sembalence while Alex you need to properly learn to fight against semblances" Glynda said, as the two nodded.
"Remember, everyone, the Vytal Festival is only a few months away! It won't be long before students from the other kingdoms start arriving in Vale, so keep practicing!" Glynda said.
"Those who choose to compete in the combat tournament will be representing all of Vale!" She said, as the bell began to ring, as the students around them started to leave.
Alex looked up and noticed that Pyrrha was looking towards her partner with a face that seemed to show worry and guilt.
Alex shook his head, before getting back up and making his way towards his next class 'I heard that the history is pretty fast but I had teachers with robots, so how bad will it be-'.
History class
Alex P.O.V.
'How the hell is he so fast?!' I screamed, in my head as Professor Oobleck zoomed around the class room.
"Yes, yes prior to the Faunus Rights Revolution, more popularly known as the Faunus War, humankind was quite, quite adamant about centralizing Faunus population in Menagerie." He zips around a giant map of Remnant, sipping his small coffee cup.
Dr Oobleck looked to be in about his 30s with shaggy green hair, and a pair of glasses covering his eyes. He wears a white shirt which has some of it tucked into his trousers, and a yellow tie.
'Seriously I think the only one follow is sis' he said, looking towards Marine who was writing down notes at the same pace.
"Now! While this must feel like ancient history to many of you, it is imperative to remember that these are relatively recent events! Why the repercussions of the uprising can still be seen to this day" He says, and speeds to the front of the seats.
"Have any of you been subjugated or discriminated because of your Faunus heritage?" A few students then raised their hands, including Velvet.
"Dreadful, simply dreadful remember students, this is precisely the kind of ignorance that breeds violence! I mean I mean I mean, just look at what happened to the White Fang!" He zips back over to his map.
"Now, which of you young scholars can tell me what many theorist believe to be the turning point in the third year of the war?" Weiss raised her hand in response. "Yes?"
"The battle of Fort castle" She answers, as Oobleck smiled.
"Precisely! And who can tell me the advantage the Faunus had over General Lagune's forces?" I then heard snickering, and looked up to where Cardin's seat is, and saw him flick a small piece of paper on Jaune, waking him up. "Hey!"
"Mr Arc! Finally contributing to class! This is excellent! Excellent! What is the answer?" Oobleck asked, as Jaune gulped.
"Uh, the answer…..The advantage…..of the Faunus…..had over that General guy's stuff….. is um…" Jaune said, looking around only to look at me.
"Oh yeah! They had the help of the Kamen rider right?" Jaune said, making me smile.
'Heh, guess dads pretty famous if they're teaching about him in schools' I thought, as Oobleck turned his head.
"While yes, the Kamen rider was a contributing part to the Faunus revolution that was not exactly the answer I was looking for, can anyone else tell me" Oobleck said, looking around.
"Cardin! Perhaps you would care to share your thoughts on the subject!" Oobleck asked, and Cardin who had his feet up on the desk, looking as smug as ever.
"Well, I know it's easier to train an animal than a soldier." Oobleck just shakes his head at Cardin's response.
"You aren't the most open minded of individuals, are you Cardin?" Pyrrha asked him, annoyed "What? You got a problem?" He asks, tensing up for a fight.
"No, I have the answer." Pyrrha states. "It's night vision. Many Faunus are known to have nearly perfect sight in the dark."
"General Lagune was inexperienced and made the mistake of trying to ambush the Faunus in their sleep." Blake added. "His massive army was outmatched, and the General was captured".
"Perhaps if he actually listened in class he wouldn't be remembered as such a failure" Blake said, making Cardin scoff.
Cardin gets up with a very angered look on his face. "Mr Winchester, please take your seat!" Oobleck orders him.
"You and Mr Arc can both join me after class for additional readings." He says, in which Jaune sighs in defeat. "Now! Moving on!"
A while later the bell finally rings, as everyone in the class scrambled out the door.
But Pyrrha seem hesitant as she stood by the door entrance. "You go on ahead. I'll wait for Jaune." She said and the rest of us nodded, leaving her to her own devices.
Beacon Roof
Night time
Alex P.O.V.
RISING HOPPER!
A jump to sky turns into a rider kick
"Okay, this spot looks good" I said, jumping using my armour to jump on to the nearby roof and then layed down.
I then used my suits enhance vision to get a great look at the moon and the stars around it.
But when I did, I frowned when I saw that the moon was shattered, with some pieces drifting off into the distance.
"This world really is different from back home" I sighed, before hearing the sound of the door to the roof opening.
"Alex?" I heard, looking down to see Ruby in her pyjamas looking for me.
"Oh hey Rubes" I said, jumping down from the roof making her scream a bit "Sorry, didn't me to scare you".
"It's fine but why are you up here so late? And why are you wearing your armour" she asked, as I smiled, rubbing my helemt.
"Well I wanted to do a bit of star gazing, see if I can't find any new constellations since this isn't my world" I said, confusing her.
"Conste-what?" She asked, as waved my hand "Never kind, so what did you want me?".
"Well I was wondering, how are you feeling" she asked, confusing me "What do you mean?".
"I mean, your on a whole another planet from your own you must be feeling homesick" She said, as I sighed.
"Yeah… I guess I am I mean this worlds so different from my own and besides Marine I don't have any family here" I sighed, as Ruby nodded.
"I guess I get it, by the what's your world like, E-Arth?" Ruby said, as I laughed "Actually it's called Earth".
"Really? It has an A in it" she said, as I smiled "Yeah, trust me" I said, before looking up.
"I guess my planets pretty peaceful, they used to have a lot of wars and stuff until my grandpa made his Humagears, robots that helped out humans with their jobs".
"Wait so what your saying is that there are no weapons or Grimm!" Ruby asked, and I shook my head "Nope".
"No way" Ruby said, looking down "Yeah, that stuff's mostly on anime and movies, heck I could show you some of it on our day off".
"Really! That sounds awesome" Ruby said, with stars in her eyes "Sure no,problem".
"Anyway I should head back now" Ruby said, standing up "I'll come down a bit later" I said, as she nodded before leaving.
I jumped back on the roof, while looking up at the stars "I wonder how grandpa and my friend are doing back home" I said, before hearing the door open.
I quickly hid and looked down to see Pyrrha and Jaune walking out the door.
"Pyrrha, I know I'm going through a hard time right now, but I'm not...THAT depressed." Jaune spoke, looking down.
Pyrrha quickly looked at him then at the edge of the roof as what he was implying caught up to her mind 'Huh, guess she like him' I said, looking at her blushing face.
"N-n-no! That's not why I brought you up here!" she explained, after calming down a bit.
"Jaune, I know you're having a difficult time in class, and you're not the strongest of fighters. So..." she paused taking a deep breath, "I want to help you." she smiled.
"W-what?" Jaune asked, as I blinked 'Guess that's the reason why she looked at him…'.
"We can train up here after class where no one can bother us!" Pyrrha explained, as I thought about it 'Guess it is a pretty good idea'.
"You think I need help?" he asked, scratching his hair.
"N-No that's not what I meant," she corrected, realizing he was misunderstanding.
"But you just said it." he pointed out.
"Jaune, everybody needs a little push from time to time," Pyrrha stated, "It doesn't make you any different from the rest of us. You made it to Beacon...that speaks volumes of what you're capable of!"
"...You're wrong," Jaune sighed as he turned away, "I...I don't belong here."
"Eh?!" I whispered, as I continued to watch as Pyrrha frowned "That's a terrible thing to say! Of course you belong here!"
"No, no I don't!" Jaune snapped, making Pyrrha flinch a bit at the tone, as Jaune looked down "...ugh. I...wasn't really accepted into Beacon."
"Wh-what do you mean?" She asks, coming over her shock.
"I mean I didn't go to a combat school! I didn't pass any tests! I didn't earn my spot in this Academy!" He turned back to face her. "I lied. I got my hands on some fake transcripts and I lied."
"What? But why?" she asked, as Jaune looked at her,
"Cause this is what I've always wanted to be! My father, my grandfather, and his father before him were all warriors. They were all heroes! I wanted to be one too. I was just never good enough.?."
"Then let me help you." Pyrrha said, putting a hand on Jaune's shoulder, but he jerked it off.
"I don't want your help! I don't want to be the damsel in distress! I want to be the hero!"
"Jaune, I…" Pyrrha said, with a frown on her face
"I am tired of being the lovable idiot, stuck in a tree while his friends fight for their lives! Don't you understand?!" he said, before looking down.
"If I can't do this on my own…Than what good am I?" Pyrrha tried to reach out to him, but he moves away. "Just, leave me alone."
"If that's what you think is best." Pyrrha sighed in defeat, and made her way back to her dorm room.
I was about to jump down and talk to him, but then I heard a snide laugh from the side of the building.
" Jaune…." Cardin laughed, as he climbed up the side of the dorms. Which surprised Jaune "Cardin?!".
"I couldn't help but overhear you two from my dorm room. So, you snuck your way into Beacon huh? I've got to say Jaune, I never expected you to be such a rebel" Cardin smirked, as Jaune clasped his hands together
"Please! Cardin, please don't tell anyone!" Jaune pleaded, but Cardin just patted his back "Jaune, come on. I'd never rat out a friend like that."
"Uh, a friend?" Jaune asked, with raised eyebrow and in response Cardin walks over, and puts Jaune in a headlock. "Of course. We're friends now Jauney boy."
"And as the way I see it, as long as you're there for me when I need you, we'll be friends for a long time."
He lets go Jaune, who's gasping for air. "That being said…..You seem pretty close with that Alex kid with the cool belt, if you get me that belt and those key things I'll forget I ever saw this" Cardin said, as Jaune gave me response but a nod "There we go, that's bett-" he was cut off when I jumped down from the roof.
"Yeah I don't think he will" I said, crossing my arms as Jaune looked at me "Alex? What are you doing here".
"Honestly, I was here the whole time on the roof" I said, pointing to where I was before turning to Cardin "Anyway, I ain't letting you blackmail my friend like that".
"And why should I listen you?" Cardin asked, looking at me "Your just some brat with a fancy belt and armour. Take off the suit and your nothing".
"I seriosuly don't get why that Marine and Pyrrha even decided to hang out with you weaklings, you weren't even meant to be here" he laughed, smirking at me as Jaune looked down.
"Well at least we're not some brute who think he can get what ever he want by overpowering people" I said, before looking over at Jaune.
"Also, I seriously doubt Ozpin wouldn't know that Jaune snuck in. He saw potential in both of us, but the question is what potential did he seen in you" I said, as Cardin scoffed before walking off "What ever, you losers should just have your fun".
When Cardin left, I sighed with relief before closing my driver and pulling out my Progrise key, returning to normal.
"Why…" I heard Jaune say, as I looked at him "Why did you help me out?".
"Why wouldn't I? We're friends right" I said, but he looked at me "We barely know each other, so why…".
"I guess… because I could relate to you" I said, as Jaune blinked "What do you mean".
"I mean, I had no idea what I was doing when I stumbled into your initiation, I was just one guy looking for my dad and now I mean this crazy school where people are trained to fight monsters".
"So pretty much what I'm saying is that if Ozpin would let me in, then he'd definitely saw potential in you" I said, as he smiled.
"Besides, I saw you back in the forest you may not be a good fighter but you are a good leader" I smiled, making him blink "Really".
"Hell yeah man, I mean if it wasn't for you that Desth stalker would've probably gotten you and your teammates".
"Listen, there's a couple of words from a movie in my world that think applies to you 'We don't need a strong solider, we need a good man'".
"Wow, what was the movie called" Jaune asked, as I sweatdropped "…Captain America… But I'll you show those movies another time, trust em you'll love them" I smiled, as we walked back to our dorm room.
Hallway
Third person P.O.V.
We see Cardin walking back to his dorm room, after talking to Alex and Jaune growling "That bastard, he doesn't even deserve the power he has"l
"If I had that power, I'd have all the chicks fawning over me and heck maybe that Marine would ditch that nerd for me" Cardin blushed, as he opened the door to his room.
His eyes widened when he saw Furo placing zetsumerisers around his teammates waists, hacking them.
"What the fuck are you doing!" Cardin roared, as Furo turned around a smile on his face "I'm blessing your friends with the Ark, now we're going to be friend so will you".
Cardins eyes widened when he saw Furo lift up a Zetsumerisers and a Grimm key "You mean I can have the same power as that hopper bastard".
"You mean the hopper guy? Yeah I guess" Furo said, before being surprised when Cardin snatched the riser from his hand.
"Looks like this is exactly what I wanted" he said, placing the riser on his waist and belt wrapped around his waist.
His eyes flashed red before as electricity course through his body until he went silent as she stood up "Connected to MetsuboJinrai. Net".
The scene froze as it showed off all of Alex's Progrise keys.
Alex: Rising Hopper, Biting Shark, Flying Falcon and Leaping Frog.
Furo: Nevermore

And done, woo boy it's been awhile since I've updated this story, honestly I quite enjoyed it.
So Alex has gotten another possible pairing with Velvet, honestly I have no idea who I'm pairing him with so if you have any ideas, please tell me.
