Chapter 10

(Third Person P.O.V.)

"No way, I'm not leaving you here to do this alone, we're a team remember?" Yuuko said to Max in a very serious and slightly annoyed tone of voice and matching facial expression.

Max then sighed and looked at Yuuko with a calm but still slightly annoyed facial expression.

"Alright, but don't get careless, or reckless either, if we're going to do this, we do it the Max Steel way, got it?" Max asked in a serious tone of voice and matching facial expression.

Yuuko simply nodded in agreement as just then some of the men in the purple armor and tinted helmets came to try and capture them.

Max and Yuuko then both got into their fighting stances and were ready to fight.

One of them charged in and tried to punch Yuuko, only for her to dodge and get behind him and then deliver a back spinning heel kick to his head that knocked him down and out, the second one then tried grab her from behind, only for Yuuko to grab his arm spin underneath said arm and behind him, and putting his arm in a painful lock before kicking his knee out from behind, dropping him down to one knee, she then quickly turned and hit him with a roundhouse kick to the head which knocked on his back and out cold.

Two more then arrived and Max grabbed a skull from a nearby skeleton before jumping up into the air and throwing it at one of the two men coming towards him, hitting him in the head and knocking him down and out for the count, they other one then charged at Max and tried to hit Max with a wild haymaker hook punch only for Max to simultaneously block it and punch him in the head before quickly grabbing his attacking arm and locking it with his so that he could not get away and then punching him in the head a second time before using his arm as lever to throw him head first into the stone wall of the cave, knocking him out unconscious.

Max then saw another two come and drew out what looked like some kind of high tech futuristic plasma swords.

Max then grabbed an old cutlass from the rib cage of another skeleton and began to dodged swings from the armored men's plasma swords, he then swung the old cutlass at them and they dodged as well, then one of them swung his plasma sword again, Max tried to block it with the cutlass but the plasma sword cut right through it, but luckily he only cut the cutlass and Max himself was fine.

"Damn, I gotta get the upgrade!" Max said in a shocked and surprised tone of voice and matching facial expression as he continued to dodge plasma sword swings from the armored masked men.

One of them then swung his plasma sword at Max only for him to grab his arm with the sword in it and use to block the plasma sword of the other armored and masked man before side kicking the one whose plasma sword got blocked in the head, making him drop his plasma sword and knocked him out unconscious, before Max used the arm of the other armored and masked man like a lever to throw him to the ground, lean over him and punch him in the head, knocking him out as well.

Just then as Yuuko had already dispatched another of the purple armored and black tinted helmet masked pirates, one of them sneaked up behind her and grabbed her and kicked one of her knees out from behind her, dropping her to one knee as he had his arm tightly around her neck and pointed a laser gun right at her head.

Seeing this Max then stopped fighting and put his hands up, which two of the armored and masked men then put behind his back to restrain him, they then lead both Max and Yuuko back into the cave and to their leader.

Th rest of the masked armored men then brought out the other two prisoners.

"Max look, it's the Takeuchi brothers, the ones me and Akihisa came here looking for to rescue." Yuuko said to Max in a surprised but still serious tone of voice and matching facial expression as she spoke in a way that sounded like Max Steel and Akihisa Yoshii were actually due separate and different individuals, but when in truth Akihisa Yoshii and Max Steel were actually one and the same and the same person.

The two brothers then looked and were completely shocked and surprised as they were caught off guard by who they saw.

"Whoa, Shogo-Nii, check it out, it's Max Steel from the Del Oro Extreme." Kengo Takeuchi said to his older brother Shogo in a surprised tone of voice and matching facial expression.

Just then the pirate captain walked out and spoke.

"These interruptions have been most distasteful. When did looting Baja become a spectator sport?!" The pirate captain said in an annoyed tone of voice and matching facial expression.

"You can't keep us here like this, my boyfriend went to go get help!" Yuuko said in a defiant tone of voice and matching facial expression to the pirate captain.

"Well, then it seems I will need a bargaining chip then. Take her to the black yacht!" The pirate captain ordered and his men did just that.

They then took Yuuko away to their ship and then took Max and the two Takeuchi brothers to a large fisher in the ground and tossed all three of them into it.

Meanwhile the pirate captain was speaking with one of his men who was operating some kind of earthquake machine, and both were looking at a monitor that showed the entire Baja area.

"Activate the earthquake machine." The pirate captain ordered the masked armored man at the controls, who simply replied with "Yes Sir" before activating the machine, which caused the ground and to shake violently.

"Once a large part of the peninsula is both flooded and reduced to rubble, the authorities will be too busy with rescue efforts, leaving us free to recover the treasure that we buried under the ocean floor." The pirate captain said in a confident tone of voice and matching facial expression.

Soon he and his men then began to leave the cave and Island to head back to their ship, with the earthquake machine still on, one of the masked and armored pirates then looked at Max and the two Takeuchi brothers and then back to his captain and asked curiously, "Sir, what about them?" to which the captain replied, "Simple, haven't you heard the old pirate saying, dead men tell no tales." in a very confident tone of voice and matching facial expression, before motioning to his men to continue to move along, which they did.

Meanwhile with Max and the Takeuchi brothers, Max had just dug himself out of some rubble and was now digging the two brothers out, he then instructed Kengo to grab one side of his brother while he grabbed the other side, they then tossed him up out of the fisher, Max then instructed Kengo to climb on top of his shoulders, he then boosted him up where his brother Shogo grabbed his hand and pulled him up, leaving Max to jump out of the fisher himself.

"How did you do that?" Kengo asked in an amazed and impressed tone of voice and matching facial expression, to which Max just simply replied with, "Training."

Max then made his way to the controls of the earthquake machine.

"Kubo, Roberto, guys how do I stop this thing?!" Max asked in a very serious tone of voice and matching facial expression over his communicator.

"Sorry Max, but neither of us knows, it's hor first earthquake machine, you'll have to improvise!" Roberto said in a worried and slightly panicked tone of voice and matching facial expression over the communicator, while sitting next to Kubo who had the same facial expression as him.

Max then tried using the keyboard but to no avail so he tried the only other option he had, which was to smash the controls.

Max then said, "Going Turbo" before activating the Turbo Mode on his Bio-Link and began smashing the controls, which caused the machine to short out and stop.

Max then turned off the Turbo mode on his Bio-Link and looked at the Takeuchi brothers and said, "Found the off switch." to which Shogo replied with, "Then why hasn't the earthquake stopped, to which Max replied with, "Good question." in a serious and slightly surprised tone of voice and matching facial expression.

"The earthquake is riding on sheer momentum now, but don't worry Dr. Yevchenko is working on a solution, but for now get out of that cave Max!" Kubo said in serious and urgent tone of voice over the communicator.

Max and the Takeuchi brothers then ran out of the cave as quickly as possible and made it to beach where the Hydro Jet was.

Max then got on the Hydro Jet and told the Takeuchi brothers to wait there until help arrived while he went after Yuuko.

Max then rode off and got behind the pirate's ship where he then pulled out his grapple gun and fired a grappling hook and line onto the ship and got onboard.

"Max according to Dr. Yevchenko, the earthquake can be stopped by sending an equally powerful shock wave into the fault line in the opposite direction, Rachel, Kat and Miharu, that's where you three come in, that shock has to come from you three." Roberto said in a calm and collective tone of voice and matching facial expression over the communicator to the other members of team Steel, to which Rachel replied with, "Roger that, we're on it." in a calm and collected but still serious tone of voice.

"Alright then, I'll grab Yuuko and split as quickly as possible." Max said in a calm and collected but still slightly urgent tone of voice and matching facial expression.

Just as Max made it to Yuuko she shouted, "Max look out!" in order to warn him as one of the masked and armored pirates swung his plasma sword on him, which Max avoided just in time and then kicked him, knocking off the ship and into the water.

Max then turned and looked to see the other masked and armored pirates and their captain with their plasma swords drawn, their captain then looked at Max and grinned as he said to his men, "Slice and Dice!" in a very enthusiastic tone of voice.

Just then three N-Tek Hawks flew close by and past the ship temporarily distracting everyone, as all three Hawks each all launched missiles into the water aimed directly at the fault line, which stopped the earthquake.

Back at N-Tek HQ Kubo and Roberto who were both monitoring the situation along with Dr. Yevchenko were giving each other celebratory hugs as Roberto said, "Yes it the missiles worked the earthquake is subsiding, it's over." in a happy and relieved tone of voice and matching facial expression that Kubo also had, until Max said, "Not quite!" over the communicator in a serious tone of voice and matching facial expression as he jumped and hit one of the masked and armored pirates with a flying side kick, knocking him off of the ship, as he was fighting all of them now and either knocking them out or knocking them off the ship and into the water, as the pirate captain ordered to his men, "Keep him occupied!" in very serious tone of voice and matching facial expression as he pulled out his own plasma sword and grabbed Yuuko and took her up with him to the higher level of the yacht before removing his eye patch to reveal a cybernetic eye.

After Max knocked the last one of the masked and armored pirates off the ship and into the water, he was now dodging laser beams that were being shot at him from the cybernetic eye of the pirate captain.

Max then pulled out his grapple gun and fired a grappling hook and line and swung into the jolly roger hologram making it look as if he had vanished, when really he had swung around from the other side and broke off Yuuko's hand restraints, just then the pirate captain turned around and saw both Max and Yuuko.

Max then tried to hit the pirate captain with a flying side kick but he managed to dodge it, the pirate captain then fired a laser beam from his cybernetic eye which grazed Max's shoulder, as he then slowly approached Max who simply looked at him and said, "So I take it this is the part where now you make me walk the plank?" in sarcastic tone of voice and matching facial expression, to which the pirate captain simply replied, "Ha, don't you wish!" in a very confident tone of voice and matching facial expression, but before he could do anything more to Max, Yuuko hit him with a flying side kick from behind, knocking him off of the ship and into the water, which also almost made Yuuko fall of with him but luckily and thankfully Max caught her just in time.

"Thanks for having my back there, Yuuko." Max said in a very grateful tone of voice with a matching smile on his face.

"Any time, you're my boyfriend after all, and thanks for coming and rescuing me." Yuuko said in a grateful tone of voice and matching smile on her face.

A little while later Max who was now back to being Akihisa Yoshii was with Yuuko as they both met up with Rachel, Kat, and Miharu as well as the Takeuchi brothers who were asking where Max Steel was as Yuuko told them he just left.

"Oh by the way Yuuko, is that my camera?" Shogo asked curiously as he saw Yuuko holding his digital camera in her hand before handing it back to him

"Yeah, it's how we were able to find you guys, you know my boyfriend Akihisa and I are both students of your dad and former students of your aunt back in Japan, and Akihisa has been having a bit of trouble and has been struggling a bit in your dad's class, so if you two could put in a good word with your dad for Akihisa, we both would really appreciate it." Yuuko said in a hopeful tone of voice and matching facial expression.

"Sure thing, after you guys and Max Steel all came looking for us and saved us, it's the least we can do." Shogo said in a happy tone of voice and matching smile.

"Oh man, dad is not going to believe this when we tell him" Kengo said in an excited and enthusiastic tone of voice and matching smile on his face.

afterwards later on Akihisa was riding his Hydro Jet in the water while Yuuko was in her bikini and sitting in a beach chair relaxing under some shade while wearing some sunglasses and having a a cold drink, both of them now enjoying their vacation.

Flashback Omake

Akito was currently at Akihisa and Akira's apartment confronting Akira and calling her out on her actions and behavior towards their younger brother.

Akito looked to his younger sister and said, "Sending you to Harvard was waste of time and money, but obviously those two irresponsible dumbasses who call themselves our parents, whom both would rather work overseas simply as an excuse to not properly raise and teach their own kids and would also rather spend their time getting drunk, gambling and partying when they're not working, obviously and stupidly didn't think so, but regardless of what they thought and believed and still think and believe, in the end Akira you are nothing more then a deadbeat who went to Harvard and got a degree in education for nothing as you not only don't use it, all you really ever do is verbally, sexually, and sometimes physically and as a result therefore also mentally and psychologically abuse our little brother, or rather I should say my little brother because based on your actions and behavior alone it is very obviously clear that you are no sister of mine nor his!" with anger and contempt in his voice and a matching facial expression which was one of a death glare.

Akira took an old framed picture of herself, Akihisa and Akito together, to look at and said, "Yeah as all I wanted to be was my little brother's house wife yep. Total waste, but now that can't happen either!" She said in an angry tone of voice filled with anger, hate and contempt for her elder brother and a matching facial expression, she then growled before throwing the picture at Akito.

Akito then used his briefcase as a shield to block and knockdown the incoming thrown framed picture at him, Akira then tried to charge in and punch him in the face, only for her to block it and counter by hitting her in the gut which knocked the wind out of her and hunched her over before Akito followed up with a front kick to her side that pushed and knocked her down she continued to hold her gut, coughing and trying to regain air back inside of her diaphragm. "Well... I Didn't plan that but I certainly Don't regret it now, Akihisa and his girlfriend Yuuko are both waiting in the car, goodbye and good riddance, you creepy, disgusting and abusive incestful little psycho bitch!" Akito said with anger, hate, contempt and venom in his voice as he continued to give Akira a death glare as he left the apartment and got in the driver's seat of the car and drove off to the airport with Akihisa and Yuuko in the passenger seats, but not before Akira flipped him off with the middle finger as he exited and left the apartment and the apartment building.
