"It's like you have been sitting next to the untempered schism for a decade as I did when I was a child."

"What does that mean Doctor?"

"It means your no longer human."

"That's why Mildred loves Gallifreyan lullabies."

"Did I just hear you named that baby after my Gallifreyan name?"

"I missed home." David muttered as he toed the dirty floor of the TARDIS.

"Looks like I won't be trusting you with any secrets." I snapped back harsher than I meant.

"Oi! Doctor Boobs! Only I can yell at him for stupidity." I smiled at Rose coming to his defense. She really had learned to love him.

"By the way Boobs. He took of his wedding ring and plopped it into my hand. "Now scan me."

The scanner revealed that he was half human. "You built a chameleon device."

"I would have given Rose one had I scanned her with my sonic." David said to me.

"This is getting strange." I said with a shake of my head.

I realized I was still holding baby Tony and promptly put him down. "I want Rose with me on this one because UNIT knows Rose very well."

Rose pulls her hair up and kisses David goodbye. She grabs my hand juat out of habit and I pull away. "I'm a woman."

"Your still the Doctor." She retorted. Rose took my hand and gave me a reassuring squeeze.

We walked out of the TARDIS and into UNIT. We got to the front door and I pulled out the psychic paper and showed it to the guard.

"Who else would accompain Rose Tyler?" The guard asked me.

We walked in and I asked the receptionist where the office of Martha Smith aka Jones is located. "We have to call her down to see you do to the classification of the sector she is in." The receptionist got on the phone and yammered for a minute. About three extra minutes and Martha came out of a door at the end of the hall.

"Hello ma'am. How may I help you?"

"Rose Tyler." She said offering a handshake.

"So I am to assume this is the Doctor since last I knew you were trapped in a parallel universe?" Martha asked as she shook Rose's hand.

"Yes." I said with a smile.

"I'm glad you didn't pick me or I would have to be gay." Martha joked as she pulled me into a hug.

"Yeah. I am surprised as well." I answered as I awkwardly hugged her.

"What can I do for you today ladies?"

"Have you heard from Mickie?"

"It's funny you should ask as I haven't in two days."

"The Master has him." I said simply.

Marha's jaw dropped amd tears started to form in her eyes. "You're going to do something about it right?" She asked.

"That's why I'm here."

"Good." She nodded as a tear leaked down her cheek.

"I need you to come with me."

"Fine. I have to let my boss know and then we have to stop at my house to grab some things for me and Mickey."

"Not a problem." I said as Kate Lethbridge-Stewart came out of the far door that Martha did.

"Is she here about Mickey?" Kate asked.

"Yes." Martha nodded as the tears vegan to fall faster.

"Go. Stay as long as you need."

"Thank you." She headed back to her office to grab some things.

"Is this the enigmatic Rose Tyler?" Kate asked.

"Yes I am." Rose answered.

"If you ever need a job at UNIT let me know." Rose nodded. "Are you two back together?"

"No I'm in a relationship with the Meta-crisis Doctor, but nothing has ever stopped me from holding her hand."

"Meta-crisis Doctor?"

"My hand got cut off during the Sycorax invasion of Christmas day and when Donna Noble touched the hand it turned into a half human and Donna became part Gallifreyan."

"And you left that Doctor in the other Universe with Rose?"

"Yes. They even have a half Gallifryan baby!"

"I love babies!" Kate said as Martha came through the door with her purse.

"Ready to be off?" I asked.

"Yeah." Matha said as she wiped her eyes.

We all headed out of the building and into the TARDIS. "Ok guys the console room is getting full. Let's find some bedrooms yeah?" I said to my crew.
