I stretched my arms out with a yawn giving a warm hug to Uzume, who held my head gently between her breasts. "Chiho…k" Uzume said in her sleep as she gently combed my scalp with her fingers. "Yea," I said, getting up with a stretch and a yawn. The two of us changed out of our pajamas and into some casual clothes. Breakfast was some simple rice and fish. I had always preferred curry rice. Minato and his sekirei, Musubi joined us at the table. It was amusing to watch Musubi feed him. The two of them had fallen out of the sky and got a room together here. Kagari had helped patch him up. The two of them were a cute couple, but he lacked confidence, unlike Shinsetsu.
Uzume had warned me against getting close to other ashikabi, as her and whomever's sekirei would eventually have to fight. I appreciated her help. Despite her warning, I intended to get his number, it wouldn't hurt to start gathering allies. Breakfast was fun, Musubi trying to fight Uzume, Miya quickly quelling the excited Sekirei.
After breakfast Uzume decided to take a nap while I meandered around Mason Izumo, waiting for Shinsetsu to arrive. I decided to lay down under the tree in the backyard, leaning on the trunk of the tree.
"Help me!" the voice of a young girl pleaded.
"What?! Where are you?" I asked.
"Help!" she begged.
"Chiho?" Uzume asked as I opened my eyes, Uzume leaning over me. "Are you alright?" I pulled her close to me, Uzume's arms wrapped tightly around me.
"Uzume…" I said as I buried my face in my sekirei's chest. "A child was calling out to me, she needs me," I replied. "She reminds me of when I was in the hospital, how helpless I felt, I need to save her from that," I said as tears started to flow from my eyes.
"That's so kind of you Chiho," Uzume said softly. "You know, she's probably a sekirei, and I'm sure you'll make a great ashikabi for her. Now get some sleep," she whispered, scooping me up in her arms as she carried me back to our room.
Shinsetsu Dorifutā
The sun peeked above the horizon as I walked out of the tent, the twins still sleeping in the tent. I wanted to do something nice for them before work, but it seemed I had slept in. "Looks like cooked fish will have to be tomorrow," I said to myself as I gave a wide stretch and a yawn. I walked back to the tent to get my things for work.
"Hey! Why weren't you with us when we woke up?!" Hikari shouted at me, angrily clenching her fist.
"Oh, I was trying to-"
"Save it!" Hikari said as she stormed out of the tent.
"Fuck," I said, holding my face in my hand.
"Its ok, Shin, she isn't angry with you," Hibiki reassured me. "My big sister has always had to be the rougher of us, because she was always looking out for both of us. She really just wants to make sure you're not going to throw us away or forget about us."
"I'd never dream of it," I replied. "You two have been the first good thing to happen to me in quite a while," I said, giving Hibiki a warm hug. I was surprised to feel a hug from behind, Hikari's sizable chest pressing into my back.
"And next time you leave us, even if it's only a few feet away, don't make us worry," Hikari said.
I turned around to see her in her work uniform. "When I get back from work, you two are going to get a special reward," I said, kissing both of them on the lips. The twins looked at each other with a lecherous smirk.
"And we'll have one, or rather two for you," they said in unison. I gave them both a hug goodbye and walked my way to Mason Izumo. As I did, I bumped into a peculiar pair.
"Pardon me, sir," an American man said. He wore a full suit with a red tie and black dress shoes. He was accompanied by a woman, most likely a sekirei considering her outfit. She had jet black hair and violet eyes. She wore a bikini top beneath a small hooded shawl, a buckled sarong, a choker, wrist bands, and leather knee-high, heeled boots.
"It's no problem," I said.
"It will be if you bump into my boss again," she whispered in my ear as she passed me. I looked back at her, and the sekirei was flipping me the bird while sticking out her tongue. I rolled my eyes as I passed them.
I felt my phone vibrate and opened it. I saw the twins dressed for work in a bathroom, the two of them doing a cute pose, Hibiki giving a warm smile and Hikari with a small frown. I chuckled to myself. It took only a few minutes after that for me to reach Mason Izumo, Miya sweeping the front porch.
"Good morning, Miya, how's your morning been?" I asked.
Miya smiled. "It was a bit too exciting for my liking, but it's much calmer now. What about you?"
"It's been an interesting morning, certainly not quiet," I replied, massaging my brow.
"Well there's not much to do today, just some sweeping," Miya said.
"Alright, I'll get to work," I bowed to Miya and grabbed a broom.
Yukari Sahashi
"Damnit!" I shouted as Mutsu and I arrived at the stand. "They're closed!" I had wanted to treat Mutsu to some good food, but instead I was snubbed. I had to get him something to eat, so we settled on some fast food.
"So, when am I going to meet your brother?" Mutsu asked me as he finished up his fifth burger.
"I don't know, I haven't heard from him for a while now. I hope he's alright," I replied, looking out the window of the shop. Just as I was about to turn around, I saw a beautiful young man running through the street with desperation on his face. "Mutsu! Lets go!" I shouted as I shot up from my seat and ran out the door towards him. Mutsu ran up from behind me and picked me up.
"This will be faster," He said. I could feel his lean muscle wrapped around my waist. We pursued the man, only to discover that he was being chased by other sekirei.
"You will join Higa-sama!" The sekirei shouted.
"Leave me alone!"
"Mutsu, get him and run!" I shouted. Mutsu nodded as he pursued the hostile sekirei. It was a female sekirei with long pink hair adorned with black ribbons and light-coloured eyes. She wore a sleeveless white polo shirt, as well as a frilled black skirt secured to her waist by a brown belt emblazoned with black stars on both sides of the belt's buckle. She also wore white knee socks secured by more dark ribbons, matching the ribbons adorning her upper body.
"Get away from me!" the other sekirei shouted.
Mutsu caught up to the sekirei, drawing his blade. The female sekirei turned around to face Mutsu, a green aura surrounded her hands forming into a pair of claws. She charged forward, slashing at my sekirei. Mutsu tossed me at the other sekirei. "Get him away from here, while I fend this one off!" Mutsu ordered.
"Got it!" I shouted back as I pursued the white haired sekirei.
"Stop chasing me!" he shouted.
"I'm not going to force you into anything, just hear me out!" I pleaded as we reached a dead end in an alley.
"Fine!" he finally relented. "But if you pull anything suspicious I'll end you," he threatened.
"Ok. Look, I was eating with my sekirei when we saw you being chased so we decided to help out," I explained.
"Oh, but what other motives do you have with me?" he asked, holding his hands close to his chest.
"None," I lied. A pretty-boy like this was a rare find, and I'd be damned if I'd let an opportunity like this slip through my fingers.
"You're lying," He replied, shooting a nasty glare at me. "But you seem to have good intentions, so I'll go with you. My name is Shiina, number one-hundred and seven," He said as he walked up to me and held my hand. I noticed he was blushing.
"Are you reacting to me?" I asked.
He turned his head away from me, but kept holding my hand. "Yes, but I'm not going to wing myself on you until I'm ready, do you understand?" Shiina asked.
"Yea, I got it," I said as Mutsu joined us in the alley.
"Yukari, are you ready to head home?" he asked.
I nodded. "Yea, but let's pick up some groceries on the way."
As we walked back to the house, I noticed that Mutsu was glancing towards the rooftops every few moments.
Shinsetsu Dorifutā
We arrived back to our tent, the twins were acting weird as I got ready for bed. Then it happened, Hikari pounced on me, pressing her breasts up against my back. "Uzume, from Mason Izumo, I need you and your sekirei to come down as soon as you can," She ordered.
"I have some questions…"
"I'll answer them all if you come over," Uzume responded.
Hayato Mikogami
I walked alone in the park, the silence giving me some much needed time to think. I hadn't been able to get some sleep ever since I moved to Shinto Teito. I looked up to the stars, it was an awfully beautiful night, despite how cold it was. I looked back down ahead of me, and I saw something strange. It was a woman wearing a loosely fitting robe that was held together by chains. She had a blank expression on her face and a weird sekirei symbol on her forehead. I walked up to her and gently tapping her shoulder. She looked to me with a most subtle of curious expressions.
"Hey, are you out here all alone?" I asked.
"I am, are you?" she asked back.
"Yea, I just wanted to enjoy this evening. Are you alright?" I asked. I wished I had brought something like a coat to give her, she must be freezing.
"I'm not well…" was her reply.
"Do you need a place to stay?" I inquired.
"Yes…"
"Then come with me! I can give you a warm place to sleep at night and three meals a day!" the woman nodded and got up from the park bench she was sitting on.
"My name is Hayato Mikogami, what about you?" I asked, extending my hand for her to take.
"I'm Discarded Number Seven, Akitsu," she replied.
"Well Akitsu, lets get you to your new home!" I said as she took my hand. I called for my limo and we were driven back to my home. It was odd that she had numbered herself, and also clling herself discarded wasn't a good sign, but I'd look after this woman.

So we're going to be doing The Green Girl next chapter and then we're going to be deviating from the timeline a bit and go for Tsukiumi!
