It had been six months since Sonic Underground defeated Robotnik after that Virtual Reality Game and Mobotropolis was back to normal.

They found Aleena a month after the game and Robotnik had been gone since.

Everything had been good and everyone had been happy since with Knuckles giving them the Chaos Emeralds and fixing everything and everyone from being robotocizied.

Knuckles and Sonia had started dating shortly after everything slowed down.

Sonic felt like it went to easy though. Just an explosion like that can't defeat someone smart like him that easily.

She was in her room pacing right now trying to figure out when he'll come back.

"He'll be back soon. I saw him yesterday while I was on that run and knew it was to easy. It's only a matter of time." she said and stopped. "I have to tell mom, uncle Chuck, Sonia and Manic." she said shaking her head and left to find her family.

When she got there she saw them at the dinning room.

"Ah Sonic, you're just in time for dinner." Aleena said smiling and Chuck saw a look on her face.

"What's wrong?" Chuck asked.

"We need to get the Resistance and Freedom Fighters back." Sonic said and they froze.

"Why?" Sonia asked.

"I was on a run yesterday and I saw Robotnik." Sonic said and Chuck froze.

"What?" Chuck whispered.

"That's impossible." Aleena said. "You three stopped him."

"You know he's to smart to stop that easy mom." Sonic said.

"Sis, I think you had a nightmare about that." Manic said and she looked at him.

"I'm not lying!"

"We stopped him Sonic. You know that." Sonia said and Sonic looked at them in shock.

"You two don't believe me?"

"No we don't." Sonia said standing up.

"After all the time we spent together, you think I'm making this up?!"

"You are!" Manic said standing up to.

"Children!" Chuck said mostly looking at Sonia and Manic.

"You're just trying to get more attention!" Sonia said and Sonic looked at her. "You're the heir and get the most respect and attention and yet you want more!" she said and Sonic took a deep breath to try and calm down.

"I didn't ask for that Sonia, It's not my fault I had to grow up fast when I joined the Freedom Fighters at four and Resistance at thirteen after meeting you guys. But I was born first so you need to grow up and accept that." Sonic said. "We have more important things to discuss." she said and looked at Aleena. "Please believe me mom. He's still out there and we need to get them back so we can find him and stop him."

"No Sonic! He's gone and you know it!" Aleena said and Sonic stood there looking at all three of them. "If you don't think he's gone then there's only one thing for me to do." She said and Sonic looked at her while Chuck froze.

"Aleena." Chuck said slowly.

"No Chuck. This is for her own good."

"What is it?" Sonic asked.

Later everyone in Mobotropolis and Knuckles were outside watching Aleena, Chuck, Sonia and Manic look at Sonic.

Knuckles had come to visit after dinner and was confused about what was going on but was caught up when Aleena called telling everyone that Sonic felt as though Robotnik was still out there and was being punished for it.

Only Chuck, Cyrus, Trevor, Freedom Fighters and Knuckles believed Sonic that Robotnik was still out there but were staying silent watching Sonic stand on the end of Mobotropolis.

Then Sonia hit her medallion unleashing her keyboard, hit it and hit Sonic with the laser.

Sonic glared at her while everyone gasped and Sonia put her keyboard away.

"You are no long the heir of Mobius, princess of Mobius and are here by exiled from Mobotropolis." Aleena said and Sonic glared at her, Sonia and Manic.

"You'll regret this." Sonic said and looked at everyone as they started shouting for her to get out. "YOU'LL ALL REGRET IT!" she said and looked at her former family. "And with me gone, they'll be lead by immature, spoiled, pathetic brats that were raised by either a rich woman and got whatever they wanted whenever they wanted and didn't know what they were doing when we created Sonic Underground without my help or raised by thieves and stealing from people for years. So good luck being lead by them instead of a Freedom Fighter at four, your weapon, the reason he lost so much power so fast and often and all that shit Robotnik lost was because of me! Just ask uncle Chuck, Freedom Fighters and Resistance members! I was in Robotropolis for years and while uncle Chuck was your spy, I was the weapon and risking my life as a kid! I'm the reason Sonia and Manic learned how to become the fighters they are!" she said and backed up. "I'll prove to you he's alive! And when you find out you'll regret what you did!" she said, turned around, used a Sonic Boom and was gone.

Knuckles, Chuck, Cyrus, Trevor and Freedom Fighters stood there angry at everyone then Knuckles looked down and turned his head looking to the side.

"Knuckles?" Sonia said and he looked at her. "Are you OK?" she asked and everyone looked at him

"You're an idiot." Knuckles said shocking everyone but the people that were on Sonic's side. "You're Sonic's sister! You should've been on her side! Both you and Manic!" he snapped and they twitched a little.

"He's gone Knuckles. We finished him." Manic said and Knuckles looked at them.

"You really don't know how to be Freedom Fighters and Resistance members compared to Sonic." Knuckles said shaking his head. "I may only be an ally, but after guarding the Chaos Emerald I know what Sonic has going on in her head."

"She's just got to much on her mind." Sonia said putting a hand on his shoulder but he backed away.

"She's right." he said and they all looked at him. "You really are a spoiled brat! None of you had the life Sonic did except the people that believe her."

"Knuckles-"

"No! We're done!"

"W-what?"

"We're done and I'm going with Sonic." he said and looked at Chuck, Cyrus, Trevor and Freedom Fighters. "I can feel her Chaos and will be able to find her. I'll stay with her, help her and make sure she doesn't get hurt as much as I can. They left her, but I won't!" he said and they nodded.

"Thank you." Chuck said and Knuckles nodded, turned around, started running, jumped and started gliding.

While everyone watched him leave Sonia cried and Manic held her close.

Later Knuckles felt Sonic's Chaos and saw her fighting some robots.

"I knew you were still out there!" Sonic said and kicked a robot so he stopped and saw Robotnik laughing.

"And yet no one but Knuckles, Sir Charles, Cyrus, Trevor and a few Freedom Fighters believed you! Here you are an exiled princess fighting me alone!" Robotnik said and laughed harder.

Knuckles growled so started digging to hide and when he got to them he punched above Robotnik punching him.

"Ahhh!" Robotnik said and fell off what he was riding. "What?" He said and saw a strong and angry Knuckles.

"Knuckles?" Sonic said confused.

"She's not alone Buttnik." Knuckles said. "I promised the people that believed her I'd stay with her."

"Oh, so she still has a friend hmm?" Robotnik said.

"Until the end." Knuckles said and punched Robotnik hard knocking him out then looked at Sonic. "You OK?"

"Yeah. How'd you find me?" Sonic asked.

"I can sense your Chaos."

"Chaos Emerald?"

"Yup." he said and she nodded.

"So, what do we do with him?"

"Tie him up and wait until he wakes up. Then we need to figure something out." She said with her arms crossed and he nodded.

Later they were sitting there waiting for Robotnik to wake up.

Then they heard him groan and stood up in front of him with their arms crossed.

"We'll make a truce and let you go if you're willing to make a few deals." Sonic said and Robotnik looked at them.

"And what would that be?" Robotnik asked.

"You stay away from Mobotropolis, don't hurt anyone there and keep our identities quiet. We won't tell anyone you're Ivo Robotnik if you don't tell anyone Sonic is Princess Sonic and heir to the throne." Knuckles said and Robotnik thought.

"Fine. I won't tell anyone or go to Mobotropolis." Robotnik said and they shook hands.
