"Tod. Prepare for testing of Mimic bot." It's been an hour since her father had came home in tears, after being unfortunately tricked into signing something.
Lisa, along with her sisters and mother comforted him in his time of need, while feeling equally upset that someone had the nerve to do this to him. Lisa very much wanted to find this individual who had committed the terrible crime, so that they would be appropriately punished in the full extent of the law.
But she'll have to do that later, mostly after she completes a series of tests on the Mimic bot. It's almost operational enough to be fully useful to her, but before she can be completely satisfied with her latest work, a couple of bugs needed to be fleshed out.
"Starting up Mimic." Pushing down on a green button on the remote control. Tod stands back as the eyes of the Mimic lights up, it blinks once, then slowly got off of its slab and walks about three feet before standing motionless in the middle of the room with a slight hunch.
Nodding in satisfaction; as she feared that it's legs wouldn't be stable enough to support it. Lisa places on a headband with circuitry embedded on the outside and a long antenna poking out on the right side. "Commencing first test now."
Slowly lifting her hand, Lisa waves her arm about three times, then did the same thing with her other arm. The Mimic follows the motion with a mechanical whine and a couple clicks of its joints.
"Excellent. Commencing second test." Reaching down, Lisa picks up a screwdriver and steadily holds it in front of her face.
Clicking it's mouth, it does the same with a wrench, but with a bit of a delay which Lisa duly took note on.
"Commencing third test." For this one, Lisa simply walked forward to pick up a broom and proceeds to do a few sweeps.
The Mimic walks forward as well, but picked up a mop to sweep instead, before suddenly stopping as a couple of sparks burst out from its hands.
Dropping the mop, it suddenly picked up Lisa's laser pointer and swept with it instead.
Nodding over the results of each test, Lisa takes out her handy recorder. "After some careful tests. It seems that the Mimic bot is experiencing several glitches that messes with it's main programming. I must fix this issue right away, otherwise; this could lead to unwanted results."
With that; Lisa motions the Mimic back onto it's slab and closes it's restraints. "Tod. Hand me the Mimic's helmet."
"Here you go. You should learn to say please more."
Ignoring the sass Tod gave out. Lisa gently sets the metal helmet onto the Mimic's head, where through this helmet; a bunch of images from Lisa's computer is shown through the Mimic's A.I brain.
She hopes that through these images. The brain would identify on what Lisa wanted it to do. Given this overall progress, Lisa can only correctly assume that it'll at least be a couple of hours before the program ran its course.
Unfortunately; she couldn't spent that much time up here, what with dinner coming up soon. Thankfully; she has Tod for important projects such as these.
"Alright Tod. This is the most crucial part of the project, so I need you to pay very close attention to my instructions."
"Got it." Tod replied with a slow nod.
"The Mimic needs to progress on all of it's contented functions, so it's very imperative that files from 1 to 200 are shown. If the wrong file is shown, such as a primitive internet video, it'll corrupt the A.I brain and ruined a months worth of work."
"Stick to the right files. Got it."
"Excellent. Now if you excuse me, I must prepare for my nightly substances." Leaving Tod to his task of managing the files for the Mimic.
He clicks on one file, watches the following selected videos play out in order; before switching over to the very next file.
"Tod is doing a fine job."
While Lisa and the rest of the Louds are getting themselves ready for dinner. The Casagrandes are already having theirs, with tonight's special being Rosa's famous tortillas with a side of rice, beans, and carrot soup.
Being all together. It gave them all a chance to talk about on what they did today, beginning with Frida. "It's the greatest piece of art, I have ever created. It might get a high bid."
"Fully agree. The colors are phenomenal, the amount of detail is exquisite, and the one hundred percent accuracy of the Spanish docking; earns its rightful place of a high bid." Carlos exclaimed; of course he deserved some of the credit, since he did provide several historical facts for his wife's painting.
"That's very great." Having seen the painting herself, Rosa thought that it belonged in a art museum. But turning to her grandchildren now, it was time to hear about their day. "So how was school?"
"It was great. I got an A on my social studies test." CJ happily declared, earning a couple of praises from the family.
"That's my son." Carlos proudly remarked.
"If you think that's impressive. I learned some valuable business skills." Carl bragged; as his sandwich business sure had made him some money.
"That a boy." Having great business skills ran in the family, Hector was sure that given one day. Carl could use those skills at the Bodega, although he doesn't exactly know how Carl uses those skills at school.
"Well I saved Mrs. Lusk from a totally bad hair day." What had happened was that she had overslept, giving her no time on doing her hair. It had been very fortunate for her that she came across Carlota before she attended her first class of the day. Otherwise the students would never let her hear the end of it, especially if it got out on social media.
"And how about you Roberto? Did you have a good day at school?" Hector asked.
"Nothing much. Besides watching a cool movie about George Washington."
"Ah. The first president of the United States. Did you know that in 1751, Washington contracted smallpox while visiting Barbados." Carlos stated.
"No. I did not know that." They never explained that fact in the movie.
"If that's not fascinating enough. Did you know that in 17-" Suddenly having a spoonful of beans being shoved into his mouth, Carlos sputtered a bit in surprise as Frida winked to the rest of her grateful family.
"Here you go mi amor. You need some beans in you." It also saves them from another fact talk.
"Good thing you didn't inherit my stomach." Anytime Hector ate a good amount of beans, it gets rather smelly around here.
"Boy. Let me tell you guys about what I experienced in school today." Ronnie Anne was very sure that she had the best story out of them all.
"What happened Ronalda?" Her grandmother asked.
"Some kids accidentally caused an explosion of goo in science class. We were working with some chemicals, when a sudden boom rang out! Next thing I know; the area and those kids were covered in blue goo." She actually recalled jumping when it exploded. Not that she'll admit it of course.
"Yikes! All that goo in their hair." Carlota can image the awaiting nightmares, if she ever got goo in her hair. She wouldn't be able to recover from it.
"I could get it off." CJ had a very great talent, when it came to haircutting. He would be happy to help them out with the goo.
"I think that they're going to be a bit busy for awhile CJ." Bobby commented for he is very sure that they were in a huge amount of trouble.
"At least it wasn't anything toxic or caused any serious burns." Maria knew that science class accidents are nothing to laugh about. Especially if you aren't wearing any safety goggles to protect your eyes.
"I wouldn't worry. Besides the overall situation of getting it out of their hair. The blue goo Ronnie Anne has described is completely harmless. They just need to take a long bath to get it off their skin and a trip to the barbers." Carlos remarked with an adjustment of his glasses.
"Still wouldn't want it in my hair." Carlota quipped.
"Me neither! You know how hard it is to maintain this glorious hair." Carl exclaimed in a smile of manliness.
"Carl. Don't forget to eat your carrot soup." Frida sweetly reminded. Much to the slight frustration of her young son, but great amusement for her daughter.
Continuing on with their meal, they all enjoyed it; as they also continued to talk about other topics of their day, and most importantly the new season premiere of the Dream Boat. On what they both heard and had seen through teasers, this season is going to be an exciting one.
They were definitely not going to miss it for anything.
Finishing up their own dinner. The Louds thought the same thing as they all gathered on the couch in excitement, even Lynn Sr., who after awhile. Was feeling a little bit better over being scammed.
"Gah! I literally can't wait!" Lori stated with shaking balled up fists.
"I like; totes can't either!" From what Leni has seen through the teasers, the people appearing in this season were going to be a lively bunch. She was especially rooting for Tyler, he was just so cute with those blue eyes of his.
"Well, what are we all waiting for? Turn on the tube popstar." Luna added, while being in one of her better moods. A very much welcome attitude, since she is much more closer to her old self, though they all have to enjoy it as much as they can before the next mood swing occurs.
"Already on it Lunes." Turning on the TV, they are greeted by the brightly colorful, romantic theme song of the Dream Boat.
An overhead view shows the large cruiseliner traveling through the Atlantic Ocean, then through a bunch of heart symbols; the cast and crew members are shown smiling at the camera as they do various activities on the ship. Then it showed ten men standing in a line, being very nervous in their smiles as Katie stood in front of them, looking at each of them with very critical eyes.
The final scene of the intro is the backend of the cruiseliner sailing towards the sunset.
"Oh boy! Here we go!" Lynn stated in excitement.
Playing out. They watched as the episode began with the ship docked somewhere in southern Florida. Standing on the main deck, the host of the ship happily introduced Katie; as well as all of the men, who only one has the potential to be her Dream Boat.
Having all go into a single file line in front of the host and Katie, each of their names are shown, right along with private interviews on their overall thoughts on being on the show. Some of them were excited to be here, while several others sounded very self centered with their clear goal to win and saying not so nice things about one or three of their fellow contestants.
After each interview. The ship pulls away from the docks and out to sea.
With the season officially beginning. Katie went off with one guy at a time, just to get to know each of them, while the show occasionally switched over to private interviews of the contestants.
Watching with great interests. The Louds are very glued to the TV, not paying any attention to anything, except for when their bodies automatically reached over and munched on the popcorn. They were only free from there transfixed stares, when commercials played.
During this brief period. They take the chance to either go to the bathroom or get a drink, but mostly; they were discussing their overall opinions on the guys in the show. Ranging from what they liked or didn't like about them. But if there is one thing that they can all agree on, it's that Trent was the absolute worst.
Lisa calculated that his entitled, self-center keister would be booted off this episode. If not; then he's going to be making things spicy during his stay. Something she's very well sure that the network is going to love. Spicy means high ratings after all.
They were overall having a great time. Right until a commercial began to play.
They would've ignored it, much like the other ones, but when the commercial showed spinning pizza with exploding confetti on all corners. It gained their full attention. "Do you like pizza?"
The commercial then switched on over to a row of lit up arcade cabinets. "Do you like playing games?"
Overlooking a dining room that's panning from left to right. They all widen their eyes in shock; as a cartoon bear head floated above an all to familiar name. "Then come on down to the newly rebranded Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! A place where fantasy and fun comes to life, thanks to the magic of mechanical engineering."
Cutting over to a line up of the toy animatronics. They all remained motionless with their cartoony grins greeting the watching audience. "After a long absence. Freddy and his friends are back to entertain guests with rocking new songs and all sorts of fun surprises."
Now cutting over to several stock images of kids either eating pizza, playing arcade games, or having fun during a birthday party. Joyful music plays out, all the while the Louds are completely slacked jawed.
"Play the newest games, do various activities from rides to even bowling. Book private birthday parties as you enjoy our tasty pizzas at an affordable price."
Switching on over to the front of the building now. The same logo as before is shown. "So come on down to the new and improved Freddy Fazbear's Pizza; where fantasy and fun comes to life. Make sure to come on down during this opening week to get a special discount."
The commercial ends with Toy Freddy telling the audience that he couldn't wait to see them with a friendly wink at the end.
After that; a promo for a new episode of "The Immortal and the Restless" played, which none of them took notice on, due to one thing on their minds, which Luna gladly expressed their current feelings on what they have just seen.
"What in the bloody frick was that!"
Normally; Rita, Lynn Sr., and Lori would've reprimanded her over on what she had said, but due to the current circumstances, they didn't even register it.
"Freddy's is back?" Leni questioned in confusion. "But how? I thought you owned it dad?"
"I do. How is this even possible? They can't just open up a new Freddy's! I made ding dang sure to keep any restaurants related to the place closed down for good!" After what had happened to his family, he didn't want anyone to suffer the same loss that they have went through.
Rita meanwhile; couldn't find a voice as she sat there with a frozen, shocked face. Terrible memories flashes through her eyes from the terrible panic on that fateful day; searching for her children around the restaurant, standing in the parking lot, crying her eyes out as the police searched Freddy's and the overall area from top to bottom, not being able to accept that they were dead, even when the tombstones were placed close together in the cemetery.
That day had perhaps been slightly worse than the day they had disappeared. The weather was grey with rain, all of their family members and friends have attended the funeral, and the picture frames of each of them have been placed on the bottom of the tombstones. Solidifying that they weren't coming home.
Next to her completely frozen body. Luna is the exact opposite as her whole body and fists shook in anger. Her teeth are grinding hard against each other so hard, it looked like that they were going to crack and break. She was essentially a ticking time bomb of anger that's all directly aimed at the people responsible for restarting the place that destroyed her family.
She didn't just want to give them a very loud, verbal lashing that would make Guy Grazer cower in fear. She wanted to take both of her hands on their necks and strangle them to the very inch of their lives.
It's only fair; for you would have to be a complete sleaze ball to opened it back up, after all that had happened. She swears that it better not have been Flip who done it.
As for Lisa; although she is absolutely seething in the inside. On the outside; she remains in her usual static demeanor. "Seems we found out on what father's signature was used for."
"What?" Her family all stated at the same time.
"The person who scammed father with the fake CowBella tickets. It seems that they have used his signature to completely hand over the franchise rights over to them, meaning that they have no problem with copyright laws, when it comes to opening up their very own Freddy's." Lisa carefully explained with crossed arms and a slow shake of her head. Just what a evening this has been.
"But who would do such a horrible thing?" Leni whimpered.
"I'll tell ya who. Someone with no regards to our feelings, just to make a quick buck." Luna couldn't deny that prior to the incident, both Freddy's and Fredbear's had been very successful, it was so successful that the water jug they kept for saving money, got quickly filled up in a matter of days.
It should be no surprised that someone would know of that success, then would take the business for themselves just to get rich.
"I'm afraid that you are very much correct third oldest sibling. I'm also afraid that us doing something against this audacity is going to be complicated at best." Lisa gravely informed.
"But that's literally dad's business. Surely we can sue them or something like that." They just couldn't sit here and let them get away with this.
"Theoretically we can and very well should. However with them having dad's signature, the law sees it that they're the rightful owners. At best; it may take several weeks before we can get a court hearing." They would need hard evidence in order to get a good case against the fiends, and Lisa has a good thought that they have hid any evidence through both sneaky and dastardly tactics.
"But we gotta do something. Don't we?" Leni questioned.
"We're darn tooting we are! We are going to march on down there! Speak to the owner! And demand that they shut the place down!" Slamming a hand against his palm, Lynn is very much tempted to go down there right now.
"Is that going to work though?" Rita questioned. Don't get her wrong, she wanted that place shut down as much as everyone else in the room, but keeping in a realistic mind. The most likely thing to happen if they do that; is being smugly laughed out of the place.
"We gotta at least try honey. We can't just let this outrage go on."
"I'm still ain't so sure about it." She sighed, but it would be nice to confront them for hurting her family.
"Besides. We can't just leave now." Lori added for they all had both school and work to worry about.
"I already got that figured out. Come this weekend. We're going down there and pay the owner a visit." It was very well in motion now and nothing was going to stop them from demanding on the meaning of this outrage.
Having seen the commercial themselves with the exception of Ronnie Anne, who's was in the bathroom at that moment, or Bobby who had went down to the Bodega to get Hector his box of raisins from his office.
They have all been amazed by the commercial in various ways; from the games and rides, party rooms, the pizza, and those high tech animatronics. They all just look so shiny in those plastic casing of their's, Carlos guessed that it must've cost them a small fortune on those animatronics.
It also caused a few of them to get a good idea. When they came to think about it, it certainly has been awhile since they all had a nice family outing. Perhaps they can head on over there sometime this week, although it really does depends if they're all free on a certain day.
It's definitely a deep consideration regardless. If they do go; they just hope that it wouldn't be too crowded.
Ronnie Anne and Bobby meanwhile have finally returned from their individual tasks and sat back down at their spots, complete with Bobby handing Hector his box of raisins. "Here you go grandpa."
"Gracias nieto." Opening up the box, Hector immediately began to eat them.
One of them would've said something about the Freddy's commercial, but the timely intervention of Dream Boat coming back on stopped them; as they all reglued themselves back to the show.
Not really having no other option, but to take this night guard job. Fritz Smith had arrived at this new restaurant about an hour ago, when he arrived there were about two people still here; the janitor cleaning up the main area, and a technician that's been working in the backroom.
Now with both of them gone. He was alone in the building with only the main office lit up, while the rest of the place has dim nighttime lights on.
He supposed that it isn't the worst place to guard; for he can always be working at a cemetery or in the prison instead. Besides; it should be easy money for all he had to do is sit here, check the cameras a couple of times, until the end of his shift at 6AM.
It shouldn't give him too much trouble as no one is going to be breaking into a family restaurant, plus with those high tech animatronics coming in tomorrow, they should provide him with extra security.
But if there is one thing for sure. Until he gets another job, he is going have to bring something with him in order to entertain himself during the awaiting hours. The only thing he has on him now is his phone, that he is currently using right now to play a mobile game, a rather tough puzzle game to be more specific.
"Dang it!" Losing to the same level yet again. Fritz is getting pretty frustrated for he had been so close this time. He wanted to quit, but he had been so close that he had to continue it just for closure.
Seeing how the camera wasn't watching. The large gift box near the prize counter, opened up its top; as the Puppet slowly raised out of it.
With grace and silence, the Puppet floats on out of the arcade and all the way down into parts and service.
Slowly floating herself into the middle of the room, she looks to all of the four withered animatronics with her burning white dot eyes. She can sense all of their pain and misery.
This is something that she simply couldn't allow, they were her siblings after all. Raising up her arms, she uses all of her power to stir up their spirits.
Jerking with lit up eyes, they all twitched and shake aggressively like rabid animals.
Slowly; with a grind of his gears, Freddy rose up to his full height with his top hat slightly tipped to the side. After readjusting it back to his preferable position, he turned to face the others. Bonnie had a hand on where his face used to be, Chica is jerking her eyes from left to right with her body hunched forward, and Foxy is looking at the added holes in his arms with several sparks escaping from his neck.
Seeing them all like this made a rage grow inside of him, a rage that made his eyes go slightly red.
Turning to the Puppet, who floated ideally next to him. She silently pointed up to the camera at the corner, which they all looked up at briefly before looking back to her. Lowering her head, she turns around and leaves the room.
Slowly getting up themselves, they followed Freddy out of parts and service, and into their new surroundings.
Alerted by the sounds of clanking and heavy footsteps. Fritz immediately got off his puzzle game and checked the cameras for any possible intruder, a thing that he really didn't want to deal with during his first night on the job.
Looking through the cameras situated in the lobby, arcade, party rooms, and the east side of the main area. He sees nothing out of the ordinary, but upon accidentally switching over to parts and service, he's absolutely dumbstruck upon discovering that all of those withered animatronics were missing. Just where in the hell did they go?
Hearing more clanking from somewhere in the building. He flips over to the camera pointing down the hallway with the restrooms and found Withered Bonnie standing near the girl's bathroom.
How was that hunk of junk even over there? Is beyond him, but he guesses that as the night guard, he has to put it right back in parts and service, right along with the others; wherever they are?
Grabbing his flashlight, the only thing that comes with the uniform. Fritz goes out of the office and takes a slow approach to the area, when he reached it. The shine of the flashlight showed that the faceless rabbit is still in its spot.
Now that he was here, he began to wonder on how exactly he was going to move this thing? He doesn't know if there was a cart nearby or something else. It's most likely though that he was going have to drag this thing back, where hopefully; it wasn't too heavy to do so.
Reaving himself up, he takes a step forward, but then stops upon noticing the red dots lighting up on where the eyes should be. Slowly; lifting up its head to fully look at him, Fritz is frozen in confusion for he wasn't expecting it to be active, especially in this current state. That technician must've flipped a switch or something.
The robot in meantime; continues to stare at him, but suddenly with a loud mechanical roar. It runs at him with its arm stretched out.
"Holy crap!" Dashing away in fright, Fritz runs for the office. He can barricade the door and call for help against this malfunctioning robot that's chasing him.
Getting at about five feet away to the hallway, he stops as Wither Chica blocked his path. "What the hell!?"
Leaning forward, her eyes go back into her head, showing the white plastic casing. It freaked Fritz out; as he now turned towards the lobby.
Screw this job! He has many better options than being in a place filled with hay wiring animatronics roaming around.
Hearing something behind him. Fritz is hesitant, but curious enough to turn around to see on what it is, only to immediately regret it as Withered Foxy is hunched on one of the tables with its head position sideways.
He doesn't observe it enough to see it any longer, his urgency to leave this place is raised up to eleven.
Coming into the lobby at last, he pushes against the door and smacked himself against the glass. Stunned with a stinging pain on his nose, Fritz pushes himself against the latch a couple of times, until remembering that he would have to unlock it.
Hearing multiple footsteps coming in from behind him, Fritz grabs the lock and turned it. Not noticing the lit up eyes on his right.
Pulling the door halfway open, Fritz is suddenly grabbed by the back of the neck and is lifted off the floor.
Being forcefully turned around to face his grabber, he found himself looking into the red eyes of Withered Freddy, who studied him briefly, but then opened his mouth and shoved him inside.
In a snap with as much force as a bear trap! Fritz's headless body crashes to the floor, spilling the clean tiles with his blood.
