the screen flickered again to a scene, the gods prayed never to befall them. The Twilight of the Gods
An army of monsters, from telkhines to Lastrioygans forced their way through the streets of New York, marching, marching towards Olympus. Grey clouds rolled over the city, bringing darkness from above.
Suddenly, the smell of ozone filled the air and a great flash of lightning struck the army, sending waves of electricity, disintegrating monsters and men alike. It was the gods and they were pissed off
Four figures walked out of the crater. One was a goddess in imperial gold battle amour stepped from the smoke, her mahogany brown hair flowing in the wind. Her stormy grey eyes ready to bring a hurricane of violence to her enemies. She readied her spear and clenched her fist, bringing the gruesome image of Medusa
"Oh, they are soo screwed now," Leo laughed almost feeling sorry for the army, almost.
"Go Athena" the demigods yelled
Athena smiled happily at the thought
The next figure was a god wearing a leather jacket, red muscle shirt, combat boots stained with dried blood and leather pants. His raven black crew cut and red eyes which gleamed with malice made him look more intimidating. He grinned as he saw the challenge infront of him. His features were sharp but cold, his cheeks knife-scarred and a bronze sword in his hand
"Give it up for the GOD OF WAR, ARES" Hermes shouted like he was introducing game show contesters
Everyone clapped as Ares looked around smugly
The last two deities looked like twins. One has molten gold eyes and golden blonde hair, the other had auburn hair and striking silver yellow eyes. The golden one had a bow carved of golden oak which glided vines hummed with power and flashed with light. The other had a bow which resembled gazelle horns and posed with an arrow with a sliver tip. Both of their eyes shone with disgust and determination.
Two Giants stepped forward at the Gods. One with undercut mahogany brown hair, a dazzling smile and two mechanical eyes. They scanned the Gods, maybe identify any possible weaknesses. The other had pure white eyes, jet black dreadlocks woven with bones, forest green dragon legs and a bronze spear ready to skewer someone.
"So the Gods, finally answer the challenge. Prepared to die" Orion said nonchalant
"Your death would be good with me, how you about Apollo? Want to slice this punk?" Ares said sneering at the Giant
Apollo cracked his knuckles, "With Pleasure"
"Its was on like Donkey Kong" Hermes said in a cool narrator voice
The four mighty Gods fought the Giants and their army. Apollo and Artemis attacked the army while the god and goddess of war went towards the Giants. It was glorious, bloodlust and strategy working hand in hand. Athena went to kill Enceladus for good and ...
She fell with one of Orion's arrow in heart.
Her body fell with a thump that caused thunder to rumbled and lightning like a god was screaming. Ares shouted in anger and went to kill the bastard Giant. As Orion tried to hit him, the god of war sliced his arrows with such grace and fury he made Percy Jackson look like a child.
A bolt of lighting was about to stop Orion dead in his tracks, but a white blur raced towards Olympus and stopped the flashing
Meanwhile on Olympus...
The blur raced towards the King of the Gods, grabbing the Master Bolt right as Zeus was about throw it stopping him. The king of the Gods looked at the figure in fear. The figure grabbed the bolt and threw it to the floor, away from Zeus and the gods
" Who... Who are... you" Zeus struggled to say as he was being chocked
The blur came into view. His eyes were white, but still gleaming with malice and happiness. He was the largest and stoutest giant there was. His summer leaf green hair was braided with gold ribbons. His skin was scarred with burns but it was Mediterranean none the less.
"Your new king, Zuzu," He snarled as threw Zeus down towards Manhattan, creating a hole in the walls and clouds
"WHAT THE HADES, HE DARES ATTACKS US AND DESTROYS ME BOLT" Zeus thundered, causing a few planes in the Atlantic to go down
"Calm down brother/husband everything is okay" Hestia and Hera said at the same time, trying to calm their King
Porphyion grabbed the Master Bolt and broke with his bare hands. He got the two pieces and used magic to mend them together, Green roots joined the bolt pieces together and a spear was born.
He pointed the spear at Zeus throne and it crumbled to dust. A new Throne was crested for the remains of Zeus'. It was from a dark brown metal. It had a golden pattern of the giant King holding his spear looking over the world. It shone with power and glory
He looked at the fearful Olympians and he grinned,
"Long Live YOUR KING, PORPHYION SON OF GAEA AND LORD OF THE COSMOS" He said as the power of Zeus filled him
"What the actually fucknuckles was that" Ares, Apollo and Hermes whispered
Atlantis...
The great coral place of the Sea god was in ruins. Polybotes and his crew attacked surprising the Atlantean forces. Also the fact that the giant used the remainders of Oceanus' forces wasn't helpful either
Polybotes had been fighting Poseidon for what felt like hours.
"You can not win, old friend. My brother will take Olympus and I will take Atlantis" Polyboyes said trying to poison the mind of the sea god
"I would rather die then let your sit on MY THRONE, POLYBOTES" Poseidon yelled, his voice booming through the water
A massive green light flashed and a green serpent swam into the room, wrapping itself around Poseidon. It made the sea god look like a mini doll to a 7 foot giant.
The Serpent had a glistening hide that was a patchwork of brown and green like camouflage, yellow lamp like eyes, an uneven nose and rows of perfect white teeth.
Poseidon squirmed under the hold of the creature, but couldn't break free.
"What is that thing?" Percy and Poseidon asked repulsed by the creature.
"How- How is this Possible" ,"Polybotes, what is this creature,"
Polybotes sighed, "Yes he is magnificent." He said swimming around the creature, stroking its scales "Luckily for you, I didn't know about his existence until I came in contact with a drunk god of thunder"
"Zeus know of this ... beast"
I don't know what the fuck that creature is, I swear on the Styx" Zeus said quickly, thunder booming sealed the oath.
"No not Zeus, I think he said his name was Thor"
"Wait as in the Norse God?" Jason asked
Posedion's eyes widened with fear
"This wouldn't be... the Midgard Serpent, would it?" He gulped, praying he was wrong
"Just say his name, Jorumngandr, son of Loki and Bane of the Norse God Thor"
"Wait, Wait- THE NORSE ARE STILL AROUND," the demigods screamed
"Yep and Wise girl' cousin is the son of Frey" Percy said, emphasising the 'p'
"YOU KNEW, LOKI WAS REAL AND DIDN'T TELL ME" Leo and the Stolls screamed
"Why does th- Oh, OH, I see my mistake" Percy said
"NO SHIT SHERLOCK" They yelled back, causing a wave of laughter
" You are allies with the Norse," Poseidon asked, not believing they would betray the Greeks
" And for good reason too" Annabeth said agreeing with Poseidon
Polybotes laughed and poison spread threw the water
"Gods no, Gaea intends to destroy 'you all'. Guess I know what she meant."
Athena's ees widened with shock
"No, she can't- she isn't... she wouldn't" she mumbled
"Mother, what is it?" Annabeth asked
Her mother gave her the look, i will take about it later but not here
Poseidon thought about it and realised what Gaea was going to do
"She couldn't, she can't. It not possibl... Oh Gods. This is bad" Poseidon mumbled
The Giant grinned at the god's anguish, "Well, unfortunately you won't be around to see it so... Goodbye Poseidon and tell Kronos I said hello" and everything went black...
