4. Chapter 03: Fashion Disaster

Alright dear Sonic fans, get ready for a new chapter filled with untold excitement, surprises, and some RPG stuff. Had to do some research work on a few characters and items, etc., which everyone can witness in the chapter. And to honor some special releases of new show seasons, to plan films and the ever continuing comic and game series, got something special made. A little old classics in a new modern world, you can ENVISION what sort of fun is cooled up. And a few other surprises you won't wanna miss. Till then, enjoy…

Chapter 03: Fashion Disaster

LOCATION: THE LEO CARRIER

The scene opens to a new area aboard the Leo Carrier, and it was dubbed: Ultimate Life Research Chamber. The entire chamber was a large research lab that had a large computer screen, storage hard drives, DNA capsule containers, even a holo-console table. And just opposite of the sliding doors where we spot Leo entering, right in front of the lion man was…a capsule pod. A different model compared to what had Leo and Shadow inside during their 'stasis' period or creation. And it was currently active with some Lifeform submerge in liquid.

"Lifeform readings detected - subject ready." A female computer voice announced the results of the work preparation.

"Proceed and open the pod." Leo gave the order to continue the process.

"Acknowledge." The female system replied the order command.

"Well, let's see what we got now?" Leo ponders as he was curious how things go here.

The procedures continued as the system began to drain the liquid out of the pod chamber. When enough of the liquid was drain down a drainage, the hatch door was slowly opening as steam was released. Leo managed to catch a glimpse even with all the steam in the area.

"I don't believe…?" Leo gasped upon what he saw was coming forth.

Now the suspense was enough to drive one crazy before the steam mist cleared away. And once it was gone, the new Lifeform that was seen was…breathtaking.

It was a small, fox-like creature with brown fur, height was 0.3 meters tall and weight no more then 14.3 pounds. The muzzle was very catlike, with a small, black and triangular nose. A fluffy, cream-colored ruff around its neck and a brown, bushy fox-like tail with a cream-colored tip. Had round, brown eyes, long rabbit-like ears, and pink paw pads on the feet. The paws are small with three toes and no visible claws.

"Veh?!" The brown fox replied from becoming active, then saw Leo… "VEEEH!" Then without warning, instantly moved to lightly jump off and rush its tiny legs to the lion man. And was cozying by the lion man's left foot in a friendly manner.

"Hugh…" Leo signs from seeing this sweet little behavior. "Looks like the results are same as last time? I almost thought I had it?" Leo was probably expecting a different result than this. "Alright little one, follow me." Leo instructs the little brown fox that followed him out of the chamber.

LOCATION: CHAO GARDEN

Then from another sliding door, was an area that use to be the Game Room of the old Egg Carrier. Except now it resembles what could be a large garden with a fountain center with a Chao figure. This place was dubbed: Chao Garden, for a pleasant feeling of comfort and where one can relax. When Leo enter with the new brown fox Lifeform, it saw something ahead… There were 7 others like it which were playing by running, jumping and rolling in the grass.

"Veh?!" The little brown fox was puzzled and looked to the lion man for an answer.

"They are your siblings, go ahead. Have fun." Leo gave permission for the little creature to partake.

"VEH!" The little brown fox smiled with joy, and ran ahead.

"Veh-Veh, Veh…" When the other brown foxes saw another of their own, they responded with joy and a form of welcoming.

Leo took a moment to sit near a comfy bench, and saw the little brown foxes having fun especially with a new friend addition. Leo decided to use an ability he gain of his eye from the Giga Professor job, and analyze these new lifeforms.

EVO FOX (8 TOTAL)

SPECIES: ULTIMATE LIFEFORM

TYPE: NORMAL HYBRID – 'CHILD STAGE'

CLASS: SMALL MAMMAL

CATEGORY: TAME ANIMAL

Information: The first new Ultimate Lifeforms created by Leo the Lion. Unlike the predecessors that came before, these EVO Foxes are more tame like they were house pets. In fact their appearance would make them popular and they have a playful nature of young pups. But despite their image of being cute and harmless, they can display great agility and performance of a fox when hunting or escaping from danger. While seen as no major threat, the EVO Foxes are still Ultimate Lifeforms and have a special trait of evolving into stronger creatures. However the trick of their evolution is a mystery with unknown possibilities left to be discovered.

"Greetings Leo." Then appeared from holographic light, was Nicole the Holo-Lynx. "How did it go?" She asked while sitting next to the lion man.

"See for yourself." Leo points ahead for Nicole to spot the EVO Foxes playing like little kids.

"Another EVO Fox, that's progress." Nicole compliments on the nice success.

"Yes, but I may have to be honest Nicole. I don't see them as being able to help in tough situations. They're hardly what I expected when I thought of trying to create Ultimate Lifeforms?" Leo admits that when he got the ability to create Ultimate Lifeforms, he had a different picture in mind.

"What were you thinking of?" Nicole raise an eyebrow to hear Leo explain.

"I guess something close to like Shadow, but not as a running rampage like BioLizard. I know I started off by thinking I can be King of Ultimate Lifeforms, but…" Leo tried to see if he could make something like what Gerald Robotnik did however he's only made peaceful pets instead.

"Well everyone must start out somewhere, it might not be easy creating new life." Nicole states on trying to not look at the big picture right away.

"Hugh, you maybe right Nicole, unlike machines and robots, Lifeforms are a different story." Leo signs to admit defeat from the logic point made. "And trying to raise the Giga Professor to help me make more complicated creatures is a goal, so repeat progress has helped…but it's only up to Lv.3 now." Leo has been raising the job but after 8 tries, it's only gone up 2 levels.

That's when Leo began to have a digital display window reveal what he has from his working effort:

Leo explained what his current self has obtain, it's not too much but it's a small start: especially when increasing one's brain is just as important as one's brawn.

"Well then why not use some SP then to help reach the max quota of Giga Professor?" Nicole suggest a means to help Leo get more results when having max the job for a more experience field.

"I'm being cautious after that incident in Central City, there's no telling when danger will show up again. I'm not even sure which skills or abilities I can unlock to help in such a field?" Leo stated on thinking about the unknown threats after having almost lost a life with the GUN Emperor battle. Not to mention almost dragging innocent lives Leo knew in the Sonic World into such a mess.

Nicole saw how distracted Leo was, he's been working nonstop to the point he seems near exhaustion. When seeing how the EVO Foxes are having fun, it appears it's something Leo has not experienced since being reincarnated as an Ultimate Lifeform. The lion man has only focused on surviving after leaving that abandon Gun Island base, and wanted to explore…but is denied the means of enjoying life. Even for the Holo-Lynx, she felt that maybe it was time for a change of paste.

"Perhaps I can offer a solution to your dilemma." Nicole spoke in having thought up something. "Why not take time off to relax, it may help you and you might discover things overlooked due to working too hard." She gave advice on what can help Leo be more adjustable.

"Hmm relaxing, well between getting off that island and everything, I never did just take my time to marvel at what this world has?" Leo rubbed his chin upon realizing Nicole had a point. "But where can I go?" The lion man questioned, there is so much of Sonic's world to explore, what could be an ideal spot to relax.

"I actual might have found a place which may provide a chance of distraction." Nicole displayed a location on a holographic map for Leo to look over. "This place has everything you may need, it'll be the perfect long overdue vacation you need. What do you say?" Nicole was offering advice that the place they can go might be perfect.

"A vacation, hugh…? I suppose I need that more than I thought?" Leo rubs his chin to think it over, last time he had a vacation was when he use to be human on his old world.

"You can also take the EVO Foxes, I'm sure they might enjoy exploring other places than on the ship." Nicole suggest Leo take some company so he's not alone.

"VEH! VEH!" The EVO Foxes were happily playing while the discussion was happening.

"Haaah…Well, alright…set a course…" Leo signs to agree while giving the order. "Let's have some fun!" The guy decided that today, they put work on hold.

Outside at this very moment, the stealth Leo Carrier began to ignite its thrusters. And slowly was flying off towards its new destination…

NEW LOCATION: MONOPOLE

The scene opens to reveal a strange new place that was some high-tech, streamlined city. There were tube-like roads with hover-cars, colossal building structures and robot-workers walking on the streets, making it resemble something straight out of the future. The place has large variety of different capital-city elements to see, such as mass transport by train, parking lots, a museum, gardens, and freeways. And suddenly a green teleportation beam appeared from above where the Leo Carrier was station in stealth mode behind cloud cover. When the teleportation beam ended, one could spot Leo and the EVO Foxes. The lion man and the brown foxes took a moment to look around such a futuristic city sight to behold.

"To think I live to see the metropolis that's the famous city of the future?" Leo was amazed by the sight he only witness from playing a Sonic game, it's almost breathtaking.

"Are you reading me Leo?" Nicole appeared as a mini hologram off a device Leo was carrying.

"Hear you loud and clear, we all made it." Leo issued on their arrival had no problems.

"Sorry, it appears that this city has put up security measures. The teleportation might be detected by the system." Nicole apologized ahead due to some manner of avoiding detection.

"Well I suppose we'll just go through Megalo Station like everyone else to get further inside." Leo shook his head from realizing how they can get into this city. "But I'm concern if folks see us?" The guy had a point, some folks would freak seeing not just Leo but spot some cute unknown domestic foxes with a lion man is not something that happens everyday.

"Leave that to me, I can get an empty train by hacking a little of the system." Nicole said these things and soon a train pulls up before Leo and company. "Where would you like to go?" Nicole asked to hear what destination Leo had in mind for the visit.

"Well, the best place would be the Botantical Kingdom they have setup here. A nice quiet place with plenty of open space for these little fellas." Leo ponders to look down at the little foxes to assume the wild nature of these guys want to play outdoors.

"VEH!" The EVO Foxes cheered with excitement, loving that idea.

"Are you joining us?" Leo asked if Nicole wanted to join them, an advance AI in the futuristic city should be interesting.

"I'll find a place to land the ship, but I may try looking up a few things this city has we may need to improve a few more things aboard the Leo Carrier." Nicole exclaimed on having her own task to take care of during this time. "If anything pops up that might be interesting, I'll let you know." She promised to inform Leo of anything that might prove interesting to the group.

"Okay then, stay in contact." Leo ended the communication before looking to his company. "Alright, let's board the train." Leo suggest they ride the train into the city.

The little foxes seem excited to jump and spin around. The futuristic mono train pulled up to open the slide doors. As Nicole promised, there was no other passenger aboard, perfect for a group of those wishing to remain under the radar. So after everyone got aboard, the train took off without delay. But there was a camera nearby that caught things only to blink out for a brief moment and continue to record events.

NEW LOCATION: BOTANICAL KINGDOM

The scene opens to where the train makes it's stop, as the doors opened to let Leo and the EVO Foxes out. Upon exiting the train that took off, allowed those visiting to see the area. A forest filled with large vines and palm trees. There are some large greenhouse facilities around the area. There is even a giant hive-like structure like a tunnel for folks to walk along the path. Leo last recalled this entire place was apart of a Race Course from a Sonic game, but apparently after such events pass by…it was apparently reconstructed after surviving a near 'end of the world' dilemma. The lion man takes a moment to breath the fresh air, and exhale it out slowly…

"Sign…it feels so peaceful…so quiet…" Leo signs with relief in his voice, letting himself go a bit. "Sure the island was calm, but I spent too much time trying to get off." The guy admits that this place had a more pleasant atmosphere compared to surviving and getting off a military island base.

"VHE! VEH!" The sounds of the EVO Foxes we're heard as they were running off to explore the area and get a feel for it.

"Haha, don't go too far little ones. We need to stay together." Leo laughs off a little, seeing the little domestic animals eager to play; apparently rediscover some wild nature in themselves. "I wonder what I should do?" Leo didn't think ahead on what he could do to relax on his vacation time.

Then a loud splash was heard nearby that made Leo look in that direction. There was a large river and inside the water were a lot of different fish living in there. That's when inspiration came to one who knows how to fish.

"Fishing, hmm…I suppose it's been a while?" Leo ponders that the idea certainly had merits to pass the time and catch dinner to boot. "I think it's time I polish some jobs that can provide me with some help in this field." The lion man stated on what could help one earn some experience in the field.

Leo search around to use his skills as a Great Hunter and Great Pirate to the test. There were plenty of trees around to provide cutting them down and turning them into needed tools for the outdoors. First was making a handcrafted fishing equipment: rods, strings, hooks, even a box case. The lion man even took the time and made a little wooden deck along with some building structure as a rest area before he started to fish in a big river area. The lion man once swam to catch fish and used the rod in trying to survive, but now…things were peaceful. Leo was doing a pretty good job on having caught some fish real fast. Hours had long since passed from having built things to hunt and fish. Then something of a pop up screen appeared:

"I've already leveled up these two new jobs quite nice." Leo smiled on having acquired some level ups on such jobs. "Looks like that hard work also was very rewarding. Maybe this vacation is really helpful after all." The lion man felt like he can get good results and enjoy himself all at once. "Oh, I got another bite!" Then feeling a tug on the rod, the lion man tries to carefully make sure the prey does not get away.

Leo was challenging himself to this tug of war of the prey he's caught while fishing. And slowly after some fights, reeled in his catch. Only to find the strong prey was not as one would expect. It was a non-anthropomorphic green frog with a round body and four limbs. The limbs are rather thin, and each one has webbed feet with two toes each. Also has a white underbelly, orange stripes around the body, and red dots on the cheeks. It also has medium-large eyes with pale yellow sclera and wide black pupils.

"A frog?" Leo stares at the frog with curiosity while getting it off his hook with the bait. "Hmm, there is something oddly familiar about this frog? He resembles…" The lion man never finished that sentence because he was cut off…

"Froggy!?" A deep soft male voice was heard in the echo winds.

"Froggy?" Leo yelped upon hearing the name, and looked at the frog closely. "It is!? You're indeed someone I know." The lion man can tell this frog was not ordinary, in fact Froggy was a character in the Sonic world series that Leo had recalled such a popular frog. "And where there's a Froggy, there is usually your big pal…" Leo began to sweat drop on what might be coming up next.

"FROGGY!" The same voice was heard before some heavy stomps were heard of the user rushing on the deck. It was a very large and burly anthropomorphic male cat with the majority of the body covered in purple fur with dark violet stripes running up the arms and long tail with the end frayed. The feet are covered in dark violet fur up to the ankles as well as the outer tips of the large triangular ears, on the head and around the eyes. Possesses white fur that covers the torso, upper chest and muzzle protruding outwards, and inner ears. Also has black eyes with pale yellow sclera, and a small black nose. The attire consists of tan gloves, brown sandals with silver buckles, and a brown belt with a gold buckle. And apparently has a fishing rod in the hand. This 200 tall cat weighing at almost 616 pounds and apparently is a Power type was non other then…

BIG THE CAT

"Big!?" Leo gasped on recognizing this Sonic character all too well.

"Froggy!" Big called out to his frog pal.

Too bad the encounter ended up with Big losing his balance and falling against Leo. Well it was rather embarrassing, a big round cat fell and pin down a lion man. And the big purple cat weighted 600 pounds so he was definitely heavy. And topping it off with Froggy landing on Leo's head.

"Ugh, well this was unexpected?" Leo groans from having himself know what he felt to get crushed, and by Big the Cat no doubt.

"Thanks for finding Froggy for me friend." Big thanked the lion man as he got off and picked Froggy from Leo's head. "My names Big. Big the Cat." The big cat introduces himself to Leo without any hesitation and in a slow but gentle friendly manner.

"Yes, I received the message. My name is Leo the Lion." Leo returns to greet as he picked himself up.

"Pleasure to meet you, say, did you catch all these?" Big asked from noticing how much fish Leo was putting in a large crate box.

"Yes, I was fishing earlier. I built this dock to help me fish closer to the center." Leo explained this was a bit of his handy work.

"Wow, you're really good." Big praises on how much effort Leo put in. "Are you planning to throw a feast with all those caught fish?" Big asked from thinking that's too much for one person to eat.

"Oh it's just enough for me and my own little friends, the EVO Foxes." Leo explained that he was getting enough for his little group

"VEH!" Then some of the EVO Foxes were seen rushing to play on the grass, jumping over rocks and logs, and some even took the time to dance around happily.

"Wow, you brought a lot of friends. All seven of them." Big was surprised as he counted how many of those strange foxes were around.

"Seven, there's suppose to be eight?" Leo raised an eyebrow after hearing the number. "Excuse me a second." The guy passed Big to head and check something that bothered him.

"Okay, friend." Big waved off to the lion man leaving the dock. "He seems nice, don't you think Froggy?" Big compliments on how Leo seem like a real nice guy.

"Ribbit!" Froggy replied to agree on that.

Leo was busy spotting each different EVO Fox that was finding activity to keep themselves distracted. But now after doing the count himself, Leo learn that he was one short.

"Where did number eight go? I checked and the one missing is female, let's see where she is?" Leo was trying to figure out where the missing little fox was.

"Veeeh?!" Then a voice was heard from a tall bush that Leo passed by: which from the ruffled leaves gave away that perhaps the last EVO Fox was playing a game of Hide-N-Seek.

"Ah, the old hid behind the bush, I think I get this playful game." Leo exclaimed from knowing this game all too well, this little fox was playing a game. "Gotcha!" He reached a hand to tag the one hiding.

"Gaaaahhhh!" Then a girl was heard screaming without warning.

"Hugh? That voice?" Leo suddenly realized something when looking what he thought was getting was not one of the EVO Foxes; it was actually near a girl's shoe.

"HANDS OFF CREEP!" The girl shouted with angry fury in the stricken voice.

Then in an instant, something was swung that went through the bush to resemble…A HAMMER MALLET! "PIKO!" Leo reacted to get his arms up in defense before being shoot across several feet. "CRASHED!" And soon the lion man crashed directly into the backside of a large wooden tree trunk to make a slight image embedded.

"Ugh, somehow…that was not as terrible as getting punched by a giant robot?" Leo moaned off slightly to stretch his aching muscles from that tension: still comparing what hit him now and a giant robot fist, it's hard to say which felt just as bad to get sent flying. "Still, that hammer seems oddly familiar? And the sound it made, I recognize it from somewhere? And that voice before, if I didn't know any better I would believe it was…" Leo was getting himself unstuck from the log while trying to put the pieces of what or rather WHO he encountered.

Then the answer came when what was behind that bush was something to be prepared against. It was a pink-furred anthropomorphic female hedgehog with light green eyes and peach skin covering her muzzle, inner ears, and arms. She has a small black nose, triangular ears on top of the head, and no back spines. Also has two medium-length eyelashes on each side of the eyes. Additionally, five short head quills point downwards, somewhat resembling a bob cut. Also has three spikes for bangs on the head and a short pointy tail. For attire, wears a red sleeveless and backless dress with two white trims and a white petticoat underneath, tall red boots with a white stripe down the center, white cuffs and gray soles, a red hairband, and white wrist-length gloves with gold bracelets for cuffs.

AMY ROSE

"You are..?" Leo exclaimed shock on recognizing the pink hedgehog: and realized WHY that hammer was VERY familiar to any Sonic gamer.

"So you're the guy that tried to launch a sneak attack on me? Well looks like you didn't get enough of a beating!?" Amy issued from wielding her big hammer and ready to take a swing.

"Please wait, there's been a misunderstanding? I thought you were…" Leo tries to avoid this misunderstanding from leading to the wrong conclusion and worse…getting another whack by that hammer.

"Thought I was easy prey, well prepare to learn the hard way when you start MESSING with Amy Rose!" Amy sternly gazes her threatening eyes while swinging her hammer around the air, she mean's business.

Leo felt a strange sweat drop coming down, of all the Sonic characters to meet…it had to be the famous Amy Rose. Now with friends she is a sweet girl, but to her enemies, she will knock their blocks off with her PIKO PIKO Hammer, and that's no joke. In fact this pink hedgehog could very well be among the popular characters along with Sonic and two other important star cast members. But encountering such a heroine ready to fight Leo after what he witness on not knowing Shadow's strength, the results maybe the same. While thinking of an excuse to avoid fighting Amy Rose, one of the missing EVO Foxes approached and was snuggling near Leo's foot and gave the pleading puppy dog eyes to the pink hedgehog. Course when Amy Rose saw this, well…

"Oh my goodness! That's so adorable? What is it?" Yep, Amy fell in love with the adorable fox acting all cute.

"I'm sorry…this little one is the reason for the trouble. I thought she was hiding but did not realize she was watching you?" Leo rubbed his back head to apologize that this whole thing became one big misunderstanding.

"Oh, I see…so you were playing and…I guess I overreacted?" Amy sheepishly had a nervous smile upon realizing her own goof on the subject. "Sorry about hitting you with the hammer before hearing your excuse?" She put the hammer down while apologizing for how she reacted.

"Hah, truth be told…it's not the first time I survived getting hit across something." Leo tried to lightly joke about having experienced such things. "At least to a measure of nearly losing my life?" He muttered this under his breath, recalling the times when he got hit and how close his life was endanger before leveling up.

"Anyway, I suppose you know my name. What's yours?" Amy wanted to greet the lion man in a proper way.

"Leo the Lion, a pleasure to meet you." Leo approached to look down as he and Amy shook hands. "And you already meant this EVO Fox, which I need to get him back to the others." He issued to the brown fox wiggling its tail eagerly.

"WAIT! There's more of them? Can I see them?" Amy asked with big sparkling eyes on seeing more of these cute little foxes.

"Um, certainly?" Leo was slightly taken aback; apparently he forgot that some girls might be unable to resist the adorableness as the EVO Foxes apparently have.

BACK AT THE FISHING SPOT

The scene opens to where one EVO Fox ran ahead while Amy was getting to know more about Leo. Apparently, Amy heard tales from Cream the Rabbit about a nice lion man that helped her out in Central City, and wanted to know if Leo was indeed 'that' lion. Leo felt uncertain about mentioning that subject considering he put those endanger because of him. But that was cut off when spotting the dock was given decorations and cameras were setup. Now seeing such a sight would raise question as what happened while Leo was gone since he didn't do any such settings for a simple dock over a river to fish. As the EVO Foxes played with the one that came back, Amy and Leo encountered Big and Froggy.

"Oh hello Amy, hello Leo!" Big waved off to greet friends he knows.

"Hello Big, and you too Froggy. I guess you meant Leo." Amy waved to greet old friends while seeing that these guys knew about Leo.

"Yep, he's a good fisherman." Big replied with a happy nod and carried the crate box that had Leo's catch of the day.

"Woah, you caught this many fish? I guess you are a good fisherman if Big thinks so?" Amy was utterly stun on how many fish one person caught.

"Well, it's nothing when I had to build this dock rest area to help feel a bit more relax when I arrived today." Leo scratch the back of his head to explain the point of making a dock to help him go fishing by the river.

"Wait, you built this whole dock….TODAY!?" Amy asked completely shocked, either Leo is very fast or he's quite skilled at making stuff.

"Speaking of the dock…Big, what's happen here? What is all this?" Leo raised an eyebrow, uncertain where the camera equipment came from while he was away.

"Um, not sure? Someone said they were setting up a fashion show?" Big scratched his head, not really having known much else about the subject.

"A fashion show here, who could…?" Leo raised an eyebrow surprised: the lion man tries to recall what sort of theme involved a fashion show, and more so…by who?

"Places everyone, quickly now…" A female voice was heard calling out to some staff setting up the prop themes of flowers and plant life.

"Oh there she is now." Big points to who was in charge of this setup.

"HUGH!? Wait a second! Is that who I think it is?" Amy gasped upon having seen who it was.

"Who is it…?" Leo was about to ask until his voice fell short when looking at the general direction of the new voice…

Soon everyone saw who was directing the staff members to decorate the area and the dock. Turned out it was an anthropomorphic female cat with close-lying light amber fur, a peach muzzle, and long black hair that is kept in voluminous pigtails. Also has two triangular and perked ears with peach canals, a small black nose, large sharp black eyes, thin arms and legs, and a slim tail.

The attire is very detailed when studying it's design. Wears a red hairband and elaborate white and laced cloth-like hair barrettes around the ponytails, alongside a red dress with poofy shoulders, black straps with silver buckles on the cuffs, a black collar, and white laces on the lower rim. Also has a pair of white angel wings on the back, although they are probably not real as they're apart of the outfit. The dress also has black outlines around the waist and shoulders, and a black area on the front skirt with white fasteners. Additionally, wears white gloves with red backs and laced cuffs, black arm wrappers around her wrists, and pointy red and black high-heeled boots.

HONEY THE CAT

"O-M-G! That's Honey!?" Amy gasped with amazement on who was present.

"Um, where? Are there bees near it?" Big asked from looking around expecting a bee hive filled with honey, but…

"Honey the Cat, she's a famous fashion designer. Her outfits are to die for!" Amy issued like an excited school girl on seeing someone famous in designing clothes was present.

"Oh, wow…I wonder if she can make an outfit for me to give to Froggy?" Big asked from thinking if maybe he can get his frog pal an outfit too.

"Ribbit!" Froggy exclaimed from replying to that question.

"Honey…this here is another surprise?" Leo exclaimed from being the most surprised one here. "I didn't think I meet a character like that here?" He secretly mutter under his breath about such a chance encounter.

Leo was in a deep thought at this moment, and for a good reason because of this unexpected chance encounter. When he was human before his reincarnation, he enjoyed catching up on the latest Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. A 'Fighter' type model game introduced not just a few old characters but also new characters…and Honey the Cat was something special. There were always rumors about her design was based from another game character and about word that she was a unimplemented character in that first fighter game. But apparently fans enjoyed her so much that Honey became a more fully incorporated character when years later a new HD fighting model game of the original was made, and she was given more a back story about herself as a fashion designer. Afterwards she appear in Sonic comics, and Leo could only imagine the day of fans wanting to see her on television and other future games.

"Hi there!" Honey waved out to greet those nearby with a smile which made Leo return his focus on the current situation. "Are you all here to see the show?" She asked from thinking that was the case when she reveals her latest designs.

"Oh, are you putting on a fashion show right here?" Amy clapped her hands, eagerly excited now.

"Yes, it's for a wild survival theme. And I noticed what you each are carrying." Honey inspects Amy and Big from the items they carry. "Fishing rods and hammers, it's perfect! How would you like to partake in the show?" She request that those present join her in presenting things in a show.

"REALLY!? I be honored to star in your show!" Amy grasped her hands together with sparkling eyes, it's like a girl's dream come true to star in a fashion show.

"Will Froggy be okay to join?" Big asked to show his frog pal if he can partake too.

"Of course, the more realistic, the better." Honey smiled to happily welcome anything to make her theme fashion as realistic as possible.

"Gee, thanks…" Big happily replied on having gotten an okay for him and Froggy to join.

"Hmmm?" Then Honey suddenly took notice of Leo, and began to walk around as if inspecting him.

"Um…" Leo felt like he was being intervene for some reason and was not fully prepared.

"You…there's something unique about you?" Honey stated which made Leo realize she was not far off the truth there. "Say, can I ask for your name?" Honey wanted to know who she was dealing with like any professional would do.

"It's…Leo…the Lion…" Leo replied while uncertain where this discussion was going.

"Well Leo, we can always have some help setting up, you look capable enough. What do you say?" Honey asked if Leo was up to help in the girl's work to setup a fashion show.

"Oh he is, he made this fishing rod and worked hard on this whole dock area." Big praises on Leo's well-made crafts work on making stuff for the outdoors.

"Ohh, really, he's that good?" Honey took a moment to rethink things after what she heard. "So tell me…how good are you crafting stages and outfits?" Honey asked a pretty unique type of question.

"Well…I pretty much worked on survival materials to live outdoors, so maybe I can give it a try?" Leo shrug off to admit he can do his best to fill in the quota Honey was asking for a survival theme of designed outfits.

"And maybe you can have these cute little foxes to perk up your branding." Amy held out a hand on the little EVO Foxes that were nearby before seen running around Leo in a silly game.

"Veh…?" The EVO Fox held by Amy replied with a puzzled, but made it appear adorable cute.

"Awww, they're so adorable. I love it! Let's do this!" Honey smiled from seeing such cute little foxes and agreed instantly. "Leo, I know it's sudden since we just meant and I'm already asking a lot now, but I really appreciate if you can help make this the biggest, bestest, most out of sight show for everyone to enjoy. What do you say, ready to team up with Honey the Cat?" The girl eagerly held out a hand, awaiting for Leo to participate.

"Um…" Leo scratch his back head, sure he said he can do his best but he's uncertain about if he can pull off making something super great. "I don't…" Leo has never experienced the pressure of famous big celebrities asking a huge favor that might be a harder task then he believed, it might be impossible to accomplish such a tall order Honey was requesting. Then a hidden window screen pops before only Leo can see with some new information.

***FASHION CHALLENGE***

OBJECTIVE: Honey the Cat has requested help to put on a fashion show, and wants a few things for the theme setup: 'Wild Survivalist'. Task One: Decorate a stage that involves survival themes which includes folks surviving in the wild. They must look natural and not something fake but has well-made craftsmanship to be convincing. Task Two: Design some outfits & tools that represents survivors that live outdoors. If Honey the Cat loves them enough, then she will approve them. Final Task: Design personal outfits for Big, Froggy, Amy and Honey. Make certain they are perfectly styled to fit each character.

"I don't…" When Leo saw this quest update, he nearly had his mouth gaping open at such a rare reward before turning his focus to Honey. "See…why not?" Leo finished to smile while giving his answer to partake and shook the cat girl's hand: that made Amy, Honey and the EVO Foxes cheered.

The girls seem excited, Big and Froggy seem okay, and Leo, well he seem fine despite the crazy encounters. And now he's got himself roped into helping a fashion show, well at least it's something that is not life threatening. Course the pressure of satisfying a big celebrity like Honey the Cat will be a challenge. Not to mention it's now apart of a Quest, and the Rewards might very well help the lion man out. So Leo the Lion is gonna do his best to help the show go on…

SOMEWHERE IN MONOPOLE

CONTROL TOWER

The scene changes to what was the main control tower that has complete control over all Monopole. But then something appeared on an elevator to open and reveal some strange figures entering the restricted site.

The first one seem like an eager and overly excited type that laughed without a care and found himself so eccentrically happy. This guy was a small green anthropomorphic male woodpecker with black eyes, a yellow beak and legs, two spiky tufts of feathers protruding from the head, and two tail feathers. For attire, wears a red neckerchief around the neck, white gloves with cuffs, and red flat shoes with gray soles, each with a white stripe over it.

BEAN THE DYNAMITE

The second one was a heavy sort of being about 5 to 6 feet tall in height and apparently kept a serious motion. This guy was an anthropomorphic male polar bear with light beige fur. Possesses a heavy and bulky lower body and is rather tall. Also has slightly thin, but muscular arms and short and thin legs. In addition, has a triangular patch of white fur on the chest, a long peach muzzle with a pointy black nose, seemingly conjoined eyeballs with black pupils, round ears with peach canals on top of the head, three locks of hair on the forehead, shoulder-length fur around the neck, and a ponytail. For attire, wears an orange and red toque that has holes that allow the ears to poke out, a green scarf, a pair of brown mittens with yellow tips on the fingers and red wrist straps, and a pair of brown-toed orange and black boots with gray soles, red straps and yellow shoelaces.

BARK THE POLAR BEAR

The last one was definitely the middle man of the crew, and clearly has a hidden agenda. This guy was an anthropomorphic male jerboa with black eyes and purple and white fur. Has a large, sharp fang on the left side of the mouth. Also has long ears, a pointy blue nose, long feet and a long, thick, purple tail that can most likely bounce on and attack the foes. For attire, wears a big brown Stetson hat with a black band, brown gloves with metal plates on them, a brown belt with a gold buckle and brown boots with white gaiters. Also has a holster to the right side of the belt to house a popgun.

FANG THE HUNTER

These three went over to where Fang began to activate the monitor screens that displayed areas around Monopole. And after checking each different section, one of the cameras displayed activity going on around the Botanical Kingdom area. And some lion man was working on using some kind of technique to craft objects with a few plain looking stuff into some authentic products. It was Leo the Lion, and then Honey came to check on the outfits which when she saw them she instantly hugged the lion man with 'thank you' replies on the style theme. And together the two would work on more outfits for the staff and their friends along with Leo continuing to work on the other stage setups.

"Hey-hey, is that the target? Is it, is it? Hugh-hugh, come on...tell me?! Please…" Bean points to a monitor displaying a lion man helping to get a stage ready for Honey.

"Yep, that's gotta be him alright." Fang grins to nod in confirming what they found; their target.

Then someone pointed to the picture at Fang and Bean, it was Bark. Course the bear didn't say much, he seem like the strong silent type. Course another reason was that this guy was shy and doesn't talk much, so some folks interpret what he's saying. Another reason was a poster that had Leo the Lion's face, but that was during the Gun Emperor incident and before he evolved.

"Yeah I know, the image displays the fur is not the same, but so what?" Fang shoved the poster aside from not being mindful of such technical difference.

"Maybe he dyed his hair?" Bean stated an eager idea on what was done that the lion man changed his look to give folks the slip.

"I don't care if he dyed his WHOLE body! He's the target." Fang protest on knowing their target when he sees it.

"How can you be so sure?" Bean raised an eyebrow, questioning if they got the right or wrong guy.

"Like so!" Fang began to plug in a strange drive into the control towers main system and fiddling with the keyboards.

That's when a security footage revealed a train opening and closing before departing. Then a static blur reveals a coded block program of when Leo's group appeared by a green teleportation and boarded said train.

"You see, the system was acting wonky, it cut off showing when that lion man appeared. And the report says he escaped by a warship that vanished. It's our guy alright." Fang declared from knowing this was the guy they wanted base on the intel that described Leo the Lion's last act appearance.

"Ohh, and are the cute little pet foxes also apart of the bounty?" Bean asked from spotting the happily playful EVO Foxes in the area by the security system.

"No, but I can see worth in selling something that rare for filthy rich types to keep as pets or their prize possession." Fang grins slyly from getting a bonus on collecting their target and a few extras along the way.

The silent guy Bark shook his head while pointing to the bounty price along with the words 'Wanted: Dangerous Lion Man' and it had 'Bounty - $1,000,000,000' on the value worth. It doesn't take a genius to see that the polar bear was warning the group that Leo the Lion could be dangerous if his bounty prize is over a million and more around the billion area. That might show that the lion man is worth so much but he's not so easy to get taken down.

"Don't worry, we got a way to capture our quarry without stepping in. Curtesy of our employer." Fang smirked with confidence while a strange digital image of an 'H' and 'T' appeared to cover the screens.

What was soon installed into the system began a strange hostile takeover. The weather controls began to become active followed by some robots in hangers. These robots seem deactivated until something began to restart them. Those within the tower watch as what will happen next is about to begin.

BACK IN BOTANICAL KINGDOM

The scene shows a more well designed fashion show stage connecting to the dock rest area by the river. There were setup themes on any survival themes be them forest, jungle, volcanic, even ice, it had it all. Leo had been working for hours to get everything setup, luckily he had used up many of the Wooden Boards, Wood Planks, and the Rocks with the aid of his High Alchemist job to turn them into new objects. Followed by with a bit of paint work to turn certain merged rocks into a volcano, used the sandy rocks to break them down and make glass while designing the ice theme. Heck the lion man had to use a bit of metal he had to help the staff's ice cooler to produce better blocks of ice. And even used much of the wooden boards and wood planks to make survival constructed background houses and into jungle stage trees. And not to mention the staff were wearing leaf base attire for hats, leafage made shoes, wooden necklaces around the necks, and even some tribal tattoos of different paint colors on the foreheads, cheeks, legs, tails, even around the eyes. The lion man truly felt like he outdid making a survival theme of those from during the primal ages.

"Excellent, just excellent!" Leo turns around after a final touchup on the stage, and spotted Honey complimenting the staff's work. "Good job trying on those outfits, they'll get everyone excited." Honey stated as she wore what was like her attirie but in a more green leafy with tree bark tied sandals, and large leafy wings on the back, plus had teal markings around her eyes and forehead. "Hey Leo! This setup is wonderful…you got talent. My agency could definitely hire you if you're up for the job." Honey then approaches Leo to give him praise on such an excellent work on the set themes.

"Thank you…it was actually…a nice change of paste." Leo exclaimed from never imagining himself doing this: but felt it was alright to try something new.

"Well take a look at your work, it doesn't get much better." Honey smiled to have the lion man take a break and see how much he's help them out.

Leo looks a bit around to see how everybody was doing after the lion man finished the last detail work. And there was so much spirit in the air. The EVO Foxes played around in some areas that were part of the setup. One fox plays in the river and happily swims. The second fox was on tall grass and plants, apparently bathing in the sunlight. The third fox ran around a camp fire, almost like it was dancing to the flames. The fourth fox brushed it's self by a frozen ice cube that had tiki mask. The fifth fox rolled on a bear skin rug which was building up some static electricity to make the fur stand upwards. The sixth and seventh foxes played in a dark or light spot, and the eighth fox happily played around from checking how the others were enjoying themselves and discovering new things that fascinated them independently.

"Your right, it doesn't get much better then this?" Leo agrees on what Honey said to marvel at all they accomplished.

"Hey Leo! We're ready!" Then Amy's voice was heard as she along with Big came to greet Leo and Honey after getting changed and prepared for the fashion show.

Amy had some notable differences compared to before. She has a dark pink fading to a lighter gradient fur on her head. Her mohawk-stylized bangs are also light pink and some of her quills are tied back by a yellow hair tie, while the others are in three small braids held by blue hair ties on each side of her head. Triangular flop ears on top of her head, and two medium-length eyelashes on each side of her eyes. Wears blue and yellow paint marks on her face and forehead with dark pink marks on the edges of her eyes. For her new survival attire, wears a brown crop-top with a big green leaves-made collar, a white bandage on her upper right arm, a blue marking on her upper left arm, two gold earrings on each of her ears. A thin brown headband with wooden quills on each side, a green skirt with a dark green underside held by a blue belt with a pocket. Stone bracelets with spikes, white gloves with pink marks on the fingers and wood backsides held by ropes, and boots made of leaves and tree bark.

Big came behind Amy but with some notable differences to his usual outfit. As such, he's still a very large and burly anthropomorphic cat like before. But Big now has many dark markings across his body, primarily on his head and belly. For his new survival attire, Big wears light brown gloves held in place by leafage. His shoes consist of leafage as well which is held together by ropes. And he also seems equip with a wooden stick fishing rod with string and hook, plus a wooden craft slingshot.

Why even Froggy was given a notable change, but only as far as him he wearing a brown mushroom hat.

"OMG, every time I look at it, it just screams perfection of Survivalist of the wild nature!" Honey expressed herself on having seen how wonderful the outfits are well made.

"I know, right? I bet Sonic would be flabbergasted seeing me dress like some amazon warrior of the jungle. He might not even recognize me." Amy issued as she was seen wielding a hammer made out of wood and has some vines rolled around it.

"You know next time I should see what would be perfect for such a famous blue hero like him?" Honey pondered what could be design for Sonic to wear. "Perhaps Gloves and Shoes might do wonders." She seen the blue hedgehog wear such things, maybe something like that could work.

"Well those might be easy compared to a whole outfit." Leo exclaimed on knowing those are small things when making an entire outfit.

"Anyway Leo, I wanna say thanks for the effort on the great costumes here. And this swell hammer you made me. Does it suit me?" Amy asked as she pose herself as a fierce jungle warrior carrying a tough wooden hammer.

"If I said yes, would that spare me the wrath of your hammer?" Leo asked from knowing the wrong thing said means Amy would take the hammer she wields and clobber any that disagree.

"Sheesh, you hit someone with a hammer ONE time due to a misunderstanding and they hold onto it?" Amy rolled her eyes from sensing the lion man still holds that unpleasant memory of when she hit the guy over a misunderstanding just one time.

"I'm joking, the costume for you and Big are made perfectly." Leo stated on just yanking the girl's leg while giving a nice comment to not go overboard on the joke.

"Hahah, thanks." Big laughed off happily for the comment.

"This is perfect! We couldn't have done this without you Leo. You are a true artist in making such wonderful production materials." Honey congrats the lion man for an outstanding job for the setup on the dock and the outfits for everyone to display when they start the show.

Just then a pop-up screen appeared for only Leo to see during this moment:

"I'll look over my stats in a little while, but with this I should be well around Level 65." The lion man exclaimed from recalling what level he was at and what this now means for him after completing the bonus quest.

"Okay everyone, we're about to start in five…four…" Honey was going for a countdown as everyone got into their places. "Brrrr…um, when did this place get so cold?" She asked from rubbing her shoulders together from a sudden chill.

"Um, is it because of the ice cubes that it's cold?" Big asked from recalling the ice cubes used for the stage set.

"No, they couldn't make this place that chilly?" Amy raise an eyebrow, finding that logic hard to believe.

"Then what's going on?" Honey ponders what could be causing the problem.

"It is strange, this place shouldn't have any cold weather for a botanical theme kingdom?" Leo was puzzled as he saw his breath, something does not add up here.

Without warning, the weather system was acting up. Everyone was feeling strong winds bringing in the cold. Leo knew that something about this was not right, but did not know what's happening.

"Ribbit!?" Froggy called out with a worried tone.

"I know Froggy, I don't think we can do the show in this weather?" Big stated on how things seem to have come apart.

"Crack-Crack…/Hmm?" Leo heard sounds from above the dome, and witness the formation of icicles shards which were cracking. "Watch out!" Leo cried out from seeing something about fall towards them, as shards of frozen ice broke off at that time.

"Hiyah!" Amy took her wooden hammer to take a swing. "PIKO!" Despite the hammer being wood, it broke the shards of frozen clutter to pieces. "When did the city have its weather make hail snow that big?" The girl asked from thinking this was too strange.

"Ribbit-Ribbit!" Froggy yelps to give a sensitive warning to everyone.

"Froggy says to be careful, the next ones are the size of mini-vans." Big alerted the group of what's coming is something big.

"Hugh…?" Amy and Honey looked up to find in all odds, a snow shape minivan?

"BRAVE SHIELD!" Leo jumped forth while summoning his shield.

"BASH!" The large hail impacted against something: it was a golden oval shield with a sun crest mark on it. "Crack…/Crumbled…" The entire hail ball broke into tiny ice cubes.

"Correction! Fully Loaded Mini Vans!" Leo issued on the danger that could have been; luckily his new shield has far greater defense then the ordinary GUN SHields. "We need to get everyone away!" He issued that this unpredictable weather can cause untold trouble.

"My crew has gotten away, is anyone else left?" Honey stated on seeing her staff having made it to safety towards the train station.

"Hugh! The little EVO Foxes?!" Amy gasped upon realizing the little foxes were not here.

"Grrrr…/BASH!" Leo yelped to use his golden shield to block more large icebergs falling. "Friends, hurry! We need to leave!" He called out to the EVO Foxes that stop playing to see the bizarre weather and heard the lion man call them.

The EVO Foxes began to immediately take action to run towards Leo who used his Brave Shield to keep Amy, Honey, and even Big with Froggy protected. The coldness formed more icicles on the dome, breaking off and dropping at an alarming rate. And the little Ultimate Lifeform foxes were using the active abilities they picked up to keep themselves alert of danger despite simply having fun.

"VEH!" Then one EVO Fox pushed the youngest out that was moving slow. "BASH!" Then another large ice chunk crashed behind to knock one fox into the river.

"HUGH!? No…one of them got hit?" Honey gasped upon seeing the poor fox was in trouble.

"Wait, one of them is swimming after the other…" Amy points on what else was happening while using her wooden hammer to help Leo break the incoming icicle shards around their section.

Just as Amy mentioned, one EVO Fox that was a good swimmer dove under the water. And then it came up with the one fox covered in some ice bits attach to it's fur. It was a brave effort for one of the little foxes to save another. Until without warning, a tornado appeared to hit the water and drag the foxes out and thrown them in the air. And they were near what appeared to be a lightning storm…

"Ugh, where did that come from?" Big yelped from never seeing that much weather problem at once.

"Ribbit!?" Froggy replied in agreement with worry.

"What's with this weather?! As if the first winter nightmare wasn't bad enough, now storms and Tornados?" Amy protest on the crazy weather they are having, this was not natural. "Hugh, Leo?" Then she saw the lion man rushing away from the stage towards those that are in need of help.

"They might not be made for battle, but I am responsible for them." Leo issued forth on knowing he will not lose those he helped bring into the world: he held his golden sun shield out. "This new and improved shield will not break as easily as the GUN Shields did in the past! Not from having used a few rare materials to finally make it after leveling up High Alchmist!" He declared with his new shield can do and can perform much better defense.

"VEH!" Then to another surprise, one of the EVO Foxes ran to jump onto Leo rushing to danger.

"Wait, what are you?" Leo yelped as he could not stop what the daring fox was doing.

That's when the storm became active, and thunder noises were heard to alert Leo and the little fox of danger. Just before the lightning struck the two that were in the air, the wild EVO Fox had a static buildup from earlier to direct the lightning away. Leo watch one brave fox endured the electricity while after it was over, felt a paralyzing effect. But that bought enough time for the lion man to rescue the two in the tornado and go back for the one fox luring the lightning away.

"I got you all now." Leo had finally gotten hold of the three EVO Foxes and held his shield against the lightning strikes that came when the little static lure was gone.

"Froggy, where are you?" Big called out as his frog was missing during the windy gales that had turn up.

"Um, Big…" Homey points to seeing Froggy hopping through the grass…but smoke was behind him.

"Oh no, one of those bolts started a fire?! And Leo and the others are heading for it?" Amy gasped upon seeing the danger to realize another problem that's occurring now.

But as Leo was still dropping from a mid air rescue attempt, fire spread across the grass field and covered a lot of ground. One of the other EVO Foxes ran through the fields and dodged areas with the least amount of flames while having picked Froggy up in its mouth. Then as Leo landed on the ground least covered in fire, he saves the fourth fox and Froggy. But the flames surrounded them, but then a fifth EVO Fox rushed through the flames to open a path while slightly cringing from the burns. Leo immediately picked up the fox while trying to brush off some tiny smokes on the fur.

"What is it with you guys getting into trouble?" Leo exclaimed from having gone through the elements to save these young pups. "Come on!" He issued on making it through this hectic weather.

But then a bright flash of light blurs everyone's sights to cause blindness. But then one of the other EVO Foxes that was use to the bright light managed to call out for Leo to launch an attack. So firing one Howling Crusher at max power destroyed the bright light the weather made which finally stopped the crazy weather. But now with no lights everyone was in darkness. But as luck had it, another EVO Fox was able to see in the dark and called for everyone to follow. As Leo had his eyes recover and carried the little ones he saved, he followed behind against the unseen elements to meet up with Big, Amy and Honey waiting under the wooden stage.

"Froggy!" Big happily ran forth to Leo as Froggy jumped into his hands.

"Crack-Crack…" But as many were distracted by the weather fiasco, tall stage setups were cracking and becoming loose: and Amy and Honey were directly underneath it.

"VEH!" Another EVO Fox jumped from spotting danger.

That little critter took a blow to protect the girls from the falling wood debris of the stage set. Amy and Honey were shocked, and came around the poor brave fox. Soon the entire stage began to suffer from the damage and crumble apart to fall towards those still beneath it, but…

"CHAOS LANCE!" Leo announced to summon an energy form lance in the hand. "KaBoom!" And threw the enlarge version lance that destroyed the last stuff and made sure it didn't hit anyone else. "Everyone alright?" Leo asked to make sure no one else was hurt.

"We were okay, but this little one…protected us?" Amy held the hurt EVO Fox gently for the brave action.

"The poor thing, why would it do something it couldn't do?" Honey asked from feeling sorry such a thing happen.

"Why indeed?" Leo slowly placed down the EVO Foxes he picked up along the way and looked at what happen to them. "Hmmm?" He noticed how each of them little Ultimate Lifeform critters endured the harsh elements, but they also fought to protect another and others. "I think, that even though they think they are weak…their hearts are strong." He states his opinion on having seen such bravery even from those too small to help.

"Yeah, one of them saved Froggy." Big issued on when one of them foxes protected Froggy from getting burn.

"Ribbit!" Froggy exclaim from also agreeing.

"Hmmm…I'll try to use my shield to protect us from anymore surprises. We have to reach the station and leave this place." Leo stated from holding his golden sun shield, preparing for any other surprises to escape whatever malfunction made this place too dangerous to stay.

"I'm sorry you all got caught in this, I guess now it's a fashion disaster." Honey kneels with Amy as they gently set the hurt EVO Fox next to the others that were injured or trying to keep the rest company.

"VEeeeeh…?" The youngest called out to the girls that were about to shed tears…when a glowing cloth drape wiped their tears away from the same EVO Fox.

"Hugh, wait…something is glowing from it?" Amy yelped along with Honey, the one that protected them…was being covered in a blue light.

"Hugh?" Leo turned to notice what he heard, but then became more surprised when one glow became many. "No, not just one…all of them?" Leo issued from seeing all the other EVO Foxes were glowing a bright blue aura around their bodies. "Are they…evolving?!" Leo was almost too shocked to believe this, was it possible.

That's when the EVO Foxes were each showing a sudden growth measurement going from 0.3 meters to almost 1 or 3 meters, and their physical features were adapting a change of their looks. So much that one could say they wouldn't resemble fox-like creatures. That's when Leo's Scouter began to display information on these new evolved foxes.

Information: After an EVO Fox discovers it's unique character, they can evolve in different kinds of evolutions but with different kinds of types. Which is why it's difficult to determine what unique evolve form they take from either the environment or the encounters of different individuals. What is for certain is the little Ultimate Lifeforms awaken into their more grown-up forms with an increase in agility and strength to be compared to predators of the animal kingdom. Along with obtaining unique abilities that makes them fierce on the battlefields.

First up was the male EVO Fox that experienced the static jolts of hitting a lightning, the bright blue light flashed to reveal it's new form. A quadruped mammalian, covered in spiny bright yellow fur. It has long ears resembling a rabbit, deep purple almond-shaped eyes, and a blunt catlike muzzle with a small black triangular nose. Has a spiky white mane encircling its neck. Legs and paws are slender, with three toes on each and no visible claws. Has a spiny fringe of fur covering its backside, and it has a small short spike-like tail that is not often visible. Its back legs seems to be powerfully-built, allowing it to run at high speeds like a cheetah.

'Evolveon - Jolteon

Type: Electric

Information: This evolved version is possible when exposed to electricity or thunder elements. Behavior: They're very sensitive and temperamental, which causes them to constantly charge as they quickly change moods. This means novice trainers may find it difficult to tame them, until said trainers have earned their trust. Natural Abilities: They're able to gather negative ions from the atmosphere, using the resulting electricity to create lightning bolts of up to 10,000 volts. Individual cells also create small electrical charges on their own, which combine with the static electricity caused by their bodies can result in powerful electric-type attacks. They can also make lightning and cause small thunderstorms. When threatened or angered, their fur stands on their ends and becomes sharp bristles, and they will fire these electrified needles from their bodies. When they exhale, little sparks form in their mouths due to their electricity.

Second up was the male EVO Fox that was wet from experiencing much swimming in water, as the bright blue light flashed off to unveil it's new form. Shares physical traits with aquatic animals and land creatures in appearance. Its body is light-blue with a white ruff around its neck. Has cream-yellowish ears-like fins made of webbing on both sides of its head along with a third on the top. Has blue ridges that run down the length of its spine and on to its tail-fin. The tail resembles that of a dolphin or whale. The molecular structure is close to water, and the body glitters when sunlight hits at certain angles because of it. It has a graceful, slender body shape, further adapting it to aquatic regions so it could swim faster. Its face is feline in structure, with a short muzzle and a small, triangular nose.

'Evolveon – Vaporeon'

Type: Water

Information: This evolved version is possible when exposed to liquid or water elements. Behavior: Prefer clean freshwater lakes. They have developed gills to become better suited to an aquatic lifestyle, and their cell composition's similarity to water allows them to melt into the water. This ability enables one to remain camouflaged while swimming and ambush their prey: other fish types. Natural Abilities: They're highly adapted to aquatic life. Unlike their pre-evolution stage as an EVO Fox, they have the ability to breathe underwater. They have the power to melt into water and disappear, and are shown to be able to manipulate water molecules. They can detect moisture and water with their light-blue fins. If their fins jitter around, this indicates rain is coming.

Third up was the male EVO Fox that heroically rushed into the fire and only endured some burns on the fur, but as the bright blue light vanished showed an unburn new form. A quadruped mammalian that resembles the Evo Fox the most but with some changes. Has vivid flame-orange fur with a bushy yellow mane, a wide, fluffy flame-shaped long tail, and a tuft of yellow fur atop its head, in a fireball shape. Has a short catlike muzzle, wide black almond-shaped eyes, and a small black triangular nose. Its ears are long and rabbit-like, with flare-like tips. Has large, bulky paws with no visible claws. The body is generally bulkier than most of the others.

'Evolveon - Flareon'

Type: Fire

Information: This evolved version is possible when exposed to heat and fire elements. Behavior: Shy type of creatures that are very emotionally sensible and when nervous, releases large amounts of heat through the fur. They can be very nervous when meeting new people, but has a sweet and warm-hearted personality. Usually doesn't like being the center of attention. They're also an altruistic and loyal being, giving their life just for the trainer they bounded. Although having a warm-hearted and submissive personality, if it gets angry for an important reason, it can be real hot-head and explosive. Natural Abilities: Has a flame sack in the body. The body temperature can reach up to 1,650 degrees Fahrenheit (898.88 degrees Celsius) before battle. The fire that is expelled from the mouth is even hotter, and can reach 3,092 degrees Fahrenheit (1700 degrees Celsius).The yellow fur has an important function: to release heat so that one does not suffocate.

Fourth up was the male EVO Fox that had a perfect handle on seeing through the darkness, once the blue bright light went off reveals a new darker form. A quadruped mammalian that resembles a black cat, a black rabbit, or a canine. Has sleek black fur with luminescent yellow rings encircling the ears and tail and round yellow circular patterns on the forehead and on each of the legs. The physical characteristics resemble a feline, with a short muzzle and a small triangular nose, but the large ears are reminiscent to a hare or a rabbit. Has red eyes, and unlike the rest, also has visible black-colored oval-shaped pupils that often appear slit, as well as patches of black fur of a darker shade around its eyes. Has a slightly bushy black tail with a single yellow ring encircling the thickest part; the tail thins out at the tip. Has small sharp fangs, and can be seen when it opens its mouth.

'Evolveon – Umbreon'

Type: Dark

Information: This evolved version is possible when exposing one's self at night or within dark elements. Behavior: They are carnivorous fox-types, and will stalk prey silently during the night. When they sense an enemy's presence, waits for the enemy to come into range. Kills the prey by biting it by its throat before eating the corpse.Despite being carnivores, they're very protective of their trainers and will chase aggressors by pursuit. Natural Abilities: Upon being exposed to the moonlight, the patterns on their fur glow and fill up with energy. They release the energy at night or when they're excited, and can use it to strike fear into bystanders to scare them away. The patterns on their fur gain a dim light when about to attack. They can spray a cloud of toxic gas from their sweat glands to paralyze their aggressor when agitated. They're also nocturnal and have powerful night vision. The color of their fur also lets them hide in the dark.

Fifth up was the female EVO Fox which saved Froggy and managed to navigate safe paths to avoid the flames, after the blue light ended and transform this one in a lighter form. A quadruped mammalian with catlike features. Has sleek and lilac purple fur covers the body. Has a red jewel attached to its forehead. The face is distinctly catlike with a short, blunt muzzle and a tiny, triangular nose. Has long pointed ears almost similar to a fennec fox, and whisker-like tufts of fur protruding from each side of the face just below its ears. The eyes are deep purple and almond-shaped with white pupils. Has a slender tail that tapers into two ends

'Evolveon – Espeon'

Type: Psychic

Information: This evolved version is possible when exposing one's self sunbathing or encounter with light elements. Behavior: They're extremely loyal to their trainers. They're possibly connected with the sun and daylight, likely due to their conditions for evolution. It's said that they gathers psychic energy in the gem through sunbathing, making them poor battlers in the dark of night. Natural Abilities: Uses the fine hair on the pelt and the gem on the head to sense air currents and predict their opponent's next move as well as the weather. When predicting an opponent's actions, the tip of the tail quivers. The gem on the forehead glows when it unleashes psychic energy from the gem and darkens when all of the built-up energy has been exhausted. Builds up its psychic power by bathing in the sunlight. As such, it does not handle battles at night well.

Sixth up was the female EVO Fox that endured the coldness of the ice elements, once the blue light faded revealed a new blue theme change of coldness for the new form. A quadruped mammalian that bears a resemblance to an Arctic animal. The fur is a light-blue color, with diamond-shaped patterns on the back, tail, and ears in a darker shade of blue. Has a cerulean blue cap-like feature on its forehead with two long blue strips dangling from either side. Has a short feline muzzle with a small triangular nose along with long pointed ears. The tail is long with a pointed dark blue diamond-shaped tip. Has small dainty paws and feet that are dark blue in color.

'Evolveon – Glaceon'

Type: Ice

Information: This evolved version is possible when exposed to coldness or ice elements. Behavior: Most are docile, powerful, cool and collected, making them a top choice for trainers. However, wild ones are skillful hunters. They either actively tackle their prey by shooting their spiky icicle fur, or enamor the victims through their captivating beauty to prevent them from being aware of eventually being frozen by their icy breath. Natural Abilities: They can control their body heat and freeze the air around them to create a diamond-dust flurry, and their emanating coldness can cause powdery snow to appear. In addition, they can form small ice crystal by lowering their surrounding temperature, and the lowest temperature their body can drop to is -60 degree Celsius (-75 degree Fahrenheit). By decreasing the body heat, they can also freeze their fur into sharp needles and nearby moisture into ice pellets to shoot at their prey. Despite their proficiency over the cold, if they overexerts their powers, their body temperature will drop too low to the point that they would be unable to control it, resulting in hypothermia.

Seventh up was the female EVO Fox that enjoyed playing on the grass and other plants, in the end the blue light left to reveal a new form. A quadruped mammalian whose most distinguishing features are its lithe body structure and vegetation protruding from the body. The tail and ears are stylized to resemble torn and tattered leaves. Besides the leaf-like ears and tail, there are a multitude of smaller leaves growing from the body; leaves grow out from the knee joint areas on the forelegs and hind legs, the chest and the back. A larger, curled leaf grows from the middle of the forehead and is the same, soft-green color of all the other leaves. The body is tan-colored, while the feet are brown colored. The cellular build of the body is more closer to that of a plant rather than an animal.

Evolveon – Leafeon'

Type: Grass

Information: This evolved version is possible when exposing one's self to plants and/or vegetation elements. Behavior: They're mainly pacifists and do not like to fight. So they are gentle and kind. Despite their peaceful disposition, they will sharpen their tails in battle should the need arise, be it dire situations or protecting their friends. They spend the majority of their time bathing and basking under sunlight to perform photosynthesis, so they don't always need to eat. Most inhabit quietly in forests that have clean flowing rivers. Natural Abilities: Employ photosynthesis and purify the air around them by sleeping under the sunlight; they get their energy in this way instead of eating. The tails are razor sharp, capable of slicing through the largest of trees. Their emitted aroma is similar to fresh grass in its youth; as one ages, this fragrance bears more of a resemblance to fallen leaves. The aroma can be made to create a popular perfume scent.

Eighth up was the youngest female EVO Fox which felt

a quadruped mammalian Pokémon with white colored fur covering most of its slender body. The top of its head is a vibrant shade of pink, and it has long pink rabbit‐like ears with dark blue insides. Sylveon has a short, blunt catlike muzzle and a small black nose. Sylveon's skin is arranged to form pink and white bows on its right ear and around its neck. Attached to the bowlike skin are ribbonlike feelers with pink and blue tips that curl around Sylveon's body. It has four slender legs, small dainty pink‐tipped paws, and feet with three visible toes on each. Sylveon has two large blue eyes with white pupils and two pointed teeth on its upper jaw, seen when its mouth is open. It has a fluffy pink tail that curves inward slightly to form a crescent shape, possibly a reference to the moon phase.

'Evolveon – Sylveon'

Type: Fairy

Information: This evolved version is possible when having been exposed to strong levels of affection and strong friendship elements. Behavior: Kind and gentle; one uses their charm to hunt in the wild. They use their ribbonlike feelers to hold hands with their Trainers and walk alongside them, enabling them to sense the feelings of their Trainers. They can bring even the most intense battles to a halt by using their feelers to exude an aura of peace and tranquility, causing those near them to lose their fighting spirit, before they strikes a powerful and unexpected attack. Their movements are graceful and fluid, making them appear to be almost weightless. They are known to captivate or charm others with a gentle, calming, and rather adorable "Nyaaah" noise, which they often make when using a move to enchant a target.They're very attractive to other creatures, which provides them an advantage on luring prey with their appearance in the wild through deception. This means that they can enamour a predator or a prey item with their charming looks, and gain an advantage. Despite having an adorable and graceful appearance, they're heavily implied to be carnivorous. When riled up, they'll become fearless and will not hesitate to strike, no matter how large its opponents are. Natural Abilities: They can exude a peacefully soothing aura from their ribbon-like organs to tranquilize their foes or prey. They can wrap and strangle quarrellers with their long extensible feelers as well.

"Incredible, their unique characteristics of what they were doing, their encounters and overcame such obstacles…Help them evolved into…a new kind of species!? The Evolveons!?" Leo exclaimed from never believing such a thing was possible to happen: sure he knew there was a possibility of them evolving but it never mention any method.

"Wow?" Big was felt amazed with a silent Froggy on his shoulders.

"They're amazing?!" Honey looked at the newly changed EVO Foxes, each was so different, yet appeared either fearsome, mysterious, even majestic.

"They're all so different?" "I guess if you name them before they be hard to tell apart, but now that won't be so hard." Amy

"Ugh, names?" Leo yelped upon having been asked such a question. "I never did give them names to identify besides what they're animal names are, but I wonder if…" The lion man was in deep thought over it, before something clicked. "Jolteon, Vaporeon, Flareon,, Umbreon, Espeon, Glaceon, Leafeon, Sylveon, line up in front of everyone here if you please."

That's when the eight Evolveons approach in a straight line before everyone on their called name and order.

"Woah! They came to you like that!?" Honey exclaimed from being amazed by this talented bunch.

"Are these…really their names?" Amy looked to Leo, surprised by how each one came precisely from such an organized command.

"Hahahah, they're the names of what each different form is." Leo lightly laughs off to admit the names are just what each form he can see are called. "But they seem to understand it, so that's what matters." Leo admits that this was plenty to think these guys know who the lion man calls out.

Suddenly an alarm was going off that had everyone look, thought it was another bizarre weather. But it was shutdown when Leo's attack damaged the ceiling dome that controlled the weather output. Instead, something was coming through a large gate door that what came out appeared in numbers and were rolling before stopping to unroll themselves. They were white and black robots that are slightly taller than the average human. They have basically a disk for a torso with a white outer rim and black sides. On the front of their torso they have a featureless face, except for a sharp chin and a red eye strip. On the middle of their torso's sides they have round black shoulders with two lights on the sides; blue on the right and red on the left, with the MeteorTech insignia labeled on the front of their shoulders. They also have a buffer on the front waist area, three-fingered hands, copper feet that look like claws, and animal-like hind legs with fins attached on the sides.

Information: Robots produced by MeteorTech, they curl into a wheel as it they were an Extreme Gear itself and functions identically to a Wheel type Extreme Gear. They wield swords to pull out when attacking targets. It was later revealed they were robots created by Dr. Eggman who secretly ran MeteorTech, they were harmless and part of a security company's products, were meant to be sold to various other organizations around the world and become an integrated function of society. Then on Eggman's orders, go on a rampage and seize control of the different regions in Ehggman's stead, so the doctor could complete his Eggmanland project. But from the events involving the leader model SCR-HD and becoming possessed by an Ark of the Cosmos, everything fell apart and the world almost was endanger of a great disaster until Sonic's group stop them altogether.

"SCR-GPs, here? How?" Leo was utterly stun to see these guys so suddenly, and of all times to boot.

"What…what are they?" Honey yelped from never seeing such bots before.

"Robots?" Big stated to answer the simple question.

"Oh great, not these guys again." Amy slapped her forehead from recognizing these robots.

"You know about them?" Honey asked Amy who had prior knowledge of these robotic things.

"Yeah, and it's not a pleasant memory." Amy shook her head to admit the memory is not a good one.

"I can imagine." Leo exclaimed from knowing all too well, that these MeteorTech Robots were the enemies from a Sonic racing game he once played.

"Well now I'm mad from whatever ruined our fun and hurt innocent foxes has earn themselves a beating." Amy glared with rage while wielding her wooden hammer; ready to go on the offense.

"Hmm?" Just as Leo was gonna engage, he saw the newly evolved EVO Foxes making battle stances on their four limbs: each displayed some elemental flow of aura:

'TRAINER CHALLENGE'

OBJECTIVE: Command the newly evolved EVO Foxes – the Evolveons, to engage in battle. Command with confidence to beat the enemy. The more coordinate the attacks, the more it raises their experience. Defeat higher level opponents to receive extra bonus experience. Perform well to receive rewards to increase Gigi Professor and Commander levels. Also unlock other rewards afterwards…

"Actual, I have a better idea…" Leo spoke up to stop Amy from engaging and had everyone look to the newly changed Ultimate Lifeform foxes. "Friends, let's show these bots they messed with the wrong group having a vacation." The lion man stated with a smile, deciding they let those that just evolved get a chance to test their strength.

The newly evolved EVO Foxes cried out as they leaped into action with greater speed.

"So…so fast!?" Honey yelped from seeing those once playful foxes now move with faster agility.

"Not Sonic's level of speed, but pretty impressive though?" Amy compliments on the quick work those Evolveons can act.

"Wow, what are they gonna do?" Big was pondering the idea while Froggy watch on his shoulders.

"Simple, I'll give them a command to help even the battlefield." Leo explained a brief summary on coordinating attacks. "Vaporeon! Lure them towards the river and dive in!" The lion man shouted an order to help divert the enemy's approach to their location.

"VAPOREON!" Vaporeon spoke it's name before rushing towards the river area and jumped in. "SPLASH!" When the SCR-GP robots saw this to investigate, Vaporeon's body disappeared into the water.

"She Disappeared!?" Honey was stun by a hidden ability to become invisible in water.

"CRASH!" That's when Vaporeon launched out of the water to tackle some robots with it's fish tail around the knee joint area. "KA-SPLASH!" The action knocked a few directly into the water while trying to reposition themselves.

"Now Jolteon! Knock the others in the water and give them a shock!" Leo gave the next order to combat and use strong element advantage tactics.

"JOLTEON!" Jolteon called forth as it rushed onto the scene, it's spikes suddenly became harder. "BASH!" Then as it tackled the next group of robots, the spikes pierced their armor haul while wobbling directly to the water. "BRRriizzzz…./KABOOM!" That's when Jolteon unleashed a electric attack like a thunderbolt, shocking the robots in the water and cause them to blow up.

"SLASH!" Nearby some SCR-GP Robots used their swords to attack the creatures, Flareon seem to retreat a bit…

"Flareon! Don't be afraid, release your inner flame!" Leo gave encouragement to have the little one show it's real strength.

"Flareon!" Flareon regain it's courage, and emit heat outside the body. "POWFfvhmm…" Then opened the mouth to release a breath blast of flames.

"Yeowch!? That's gonna burn?" Amy yelped upon seeing such a big move.

"Trriizzz…" The robots were damaged from the flame thrower, as sparks occurred when moving.

"Leafeon! Restrain those moving!" Leo gave another order to have the robots be restrain.

"Leafeon!" Then Leafeon began to act, as some green vines appeared from out of nowhere from it's leafy body. "WHIP!" These vine whips managed to laso the runaway robots and toss them to crash against the rest by the river.

"Glaceon! Freeze them in their tracks!" Leo gave the next order to keep the enemy from going anywhere.

"Glaceon!" Glaceon heard and leaped in front of the robots trying to roll at them. "Kreek-Kreek, Kreek…" When opening her breath released a chilly blizzard that froze the enemies in place.

"Now! Umbreon, show them your fierce attack!" Leo then gave another order to shatter the frozen foes with something strong.

"Umbreon!" Umbreon responded as it charged forth at the still foes. "Trussvhmm…" A dark beam was fired directly at those frozen in place.

"BAM!" The attack destroyed the group that had no defense.

"Espeon! Predict the next move and team up with Sylveon to move the last ones together!" Leo quickly instructed the next two on a different performance of coordination.

"Espeon!" Then Espeon's jewel forehead glows, then head signals to the others of where some robots rolling were gonna attack from.

"Sylveon!" Sylveon then began to move and used it's ribbon that stretch forth. "WHIP!" That attack caused the robots to lose control of their sharp turn. "CRASH!" They ended up crashing near other SCR-GP robots that were not prepared.

"Now, altogether – FIRE!" Leo gave off the next order for an all round attack when the enemy was pin.

Soon the Evolveons form a crescent row for an attack pattern, then began to channel some energy force: Jolteon with thunder, Vaporeon with water, Flareon with fire, Leafeon with solar energy, Glaceon with blizzard, Umbreon with dark energy, Espeon with light energy, and Sylveon with wind. When these eight attacks were fired together as one, the robots brace themselves. "BOOM-BOOM, KABOOM!" There were multiple explosions from such a combine attack by each different type. When it was over and the smoke cleared away, the MeteorTech Robots were pretty much now nothing but scrap metal scatter on the ground. Everyone watch as the battle was over in surprised. Then Leo saw a pop-up screen with a message for him…

Leo muttered to himself on the intriguing rewards he received. "I knew defeating these MeteorTech Robots would provide something, but gaining something related to Extreme Gear for speed is a bonus." The lion man felt like this was a pretty good haul, perhaps he might make use of what gave the SCR-GP Robots their speed to compete with Extreme Gear users on race tracks.

Then Leo's thoughts were distracted by the arrival of the Evolveons that approach him. The lion man couldn't help but kneel down with a smile, and gave each one a gently petting for a job well done. And the others approach from wanting to check on the former EVO Foxes, even though they change they still were friendly towards Big, Froggy, Amy and Honey.

"Wow, who knew something that started out so cute could turn out so tough?" Honey expressed her thoughts on having seen something out of this world.

"Guess that's why you never judge a book by its cover." Amy smiled to gently pet Sylveon as she smiled.

"Arrrrrrr….how did things go so wrong?" Then a voice was heard on the loud speaker that echoes all over. "That should have done the job and we could have grab that lion and those miserable foxes!" The voice belong to Fang as he sounded majorly upset by having witness a failed act on capturing their targets.

"Cheer up Fang, there's always next time to collect the bounty." Then Bean's voice spoke on the speaker to cheer the guy who sounded disappointed.

"Clearly Bean, you don't see how much this guy is worth, the bigger the bounty means the risk he's dangerous." Fang's voice issued on stating an important fact; big bounties can also reflect how dangerous those highly wanted are.

"Ohhh, is that why he's up for a Billion on this Bounty Poster?" Bean's voice asked from announcing how much Leo is worth.

"Yes! And…what is it Bark?" Fang's voice was cut from a strange silent wave motion in the background. "Why is that light flashing?" The voice asked from having sounded like something caught attention in their area.

"I think that's the speaker, hey we're on the air." Bean's voice stated on realizing what the light flashing meant. "Hi mom! We're in the Control Tower!" The guy happily called out for those listening to hear especially his mom.

"Bean, you DOLT! They know where we are, let's vamoose!" Fang's voice lashed out from realizing they've been discovered and worried about the consequences.

That's when things went quiet while from an off scene sight, we spotted Fang's group on the Control Tower leaving as Fang click a device that called an aero-bike to their location. It was moderately strong armor and a blue-and-yellow colored hull. Plus it came equipped with two side cars for passengers. This was the Marvelous Queen, Fang's air bike and means of transportation. He uses frequently because he lacks the speed to get out of trouble by his own means, and comes with many gadgets to. Fang revved the air bike just as Bean and Bark got into the side cars and they fled the tower. And back in the Botanical Kingdom, Leo had absorb the intel of who he recognized were speaking.

"Those names, they couldn't be…?" Leo could only imagine it, but the names of Fang, Bean, and Bark remind him of characters from the same Sonic world.

"Well now we know who was causing trouble. Team Hooligan." Amy signs to slap her forehead upon having come to term who started the crazy weather problem. "Thanks to them they made a mess of Honey's show." The girl was upset that those guys had to cause trouble right in middle of a show they were putting together.

"Well we can just try again tomorrow. Still, something concerns me?" Honey lightly smile to look at tomorrow being a new day rather then the troubles of yesterday. "It sounds as if they were after Leo, and for a bounty reward?" The cat girl was worried when having heard there's a bounty placed on Leo the Lion's head.

"Ribbit-Ribbit!" Froggy spoke up to get attention.

"You're right Froggy, that was a big number we heard." Big replied in agreement that a billion was a very high number indeed.

Leo suddenly began to rack his brain over what has occurred that couldn't be ignored. First were Team Hooligan composing of Fang, Bean and Bark, characters that also existed in the Sonic game world and from the comic series. From what was recalled, Fang was a bounty hunter and he teamed up with Bean and Bark for their abilities with explosives and pure strength. Yet somehow the danger of manipulating the weather controls to being attack by SCR-GP Robots seem well above their capabilities unless…they had help from another source. But as Leo pondered this, he heard metallic rust and saw sparks come from one of the robots struggling by it's joints being badly damaged. Leo almost froze on sight what he saw was hidden among the bots. This one had many of the same features as the mass-produced SCR-GPs, but with some unique details as well. A white and black robot that's slightly taller than the average human, has basically a disk for a torso with a white outer rim and black sides. On the front of its torso had a featureless face, except for a sharp chin and a blue eye strip. On the middle of its torso's sides had round white shoulders with two lights on the sides; blue on the right and red on the left, with the MeteorTech insignia labeled on the front of the shoulders. Also has a buffer on the front waist area, three-fingered hands, copper feet that look like claws, and animal-like hind legs with fins attached on the sides. Leo's little Scouter displayed the information.

Information: Sometime ago the original robot created by Dr. Eggman's MeteorTech, and was controlled by Eggman's mother computer in the Crimson Tower. It was also apart of a security company's product but would be used by Dr. Eggman for one of his world dominion schemes. Until an Ark of the Cosmos crashed into the storage facility where SCR robots were stored in stand-by mode. Plus due to Eggman having the control unit of the Ark of the Cosmos as the core of MeteorTech mother computer, the program inside the Arks of the Cosmos took control of the SCR robots, SCR-HD included, and compelled them to gather the five existing Arks of the Cosmos with the purpose of bringing them back to Babylon Garden. SCR-HD itself, took possession of the Ark of the Cosmos that triggered the rampage and became the out-of-control SCR robots' leader. Using the world's SCR robots, SCR-HD ordered its fellow SCR robots to collect the Arks of the Cosmos located across the world. But along the way encounter Sonic's group and meant with troubles. At the end, the robot model was believed terminated…

Hidden: The replica was made almost identical to the previous model. But it's only using the small body as a puppet while the main mind operates elsewhere. While it is not dangerous currently, it's real body can pose a greater threat when it determines it's target needs to be dealt with by stronger results.

"I didn't think one survived, least of all…" Leo was stating on what remained and more so: the secret hidden clue on the enemy's data which raises more questions then answers.

But then the replica of SCR-HD charged at Leo's direction without warning, it held it's blade ready to strike. But the lion man quickly reacted with a clutch right fist.

"BEAST KING FIST!/SMASH!" Leo immediately reacted by charging energy into his fist and smashed an energize lion-head onto the robot. "CRASH!" That SCR-HD Robot smashed against a tree to leave a deep imprint.

The others heard the sound before coming to investigate, and they gasped. Apparently one robot was not dealt with and tried to attack Leo who punched it several feet away and into a tree: that's quite a destructive force from one solo fist blow.

"Woah? There was actually one more!?" Honey yelps from never seeing that robot and thought it was done in like the rest.

"I'm shocked, I thought these guys took them all out?" Amy looked to the Evolveons, she also believed those bots were taken out…save for one.

"Hmmm…we best maybe leave the area, I feel that it's not safe." Leo held his chin from having an unpleasant feeling about this.

"But, isn't it over?" Big asked this puzzled question as he and Froggy seem confused.

"It's just a preciatious, one I hope I'm overthinking things?" Leo stated from wishing it's just his nerves acting up.

"Well my staff needs to know, so maybe we can check on them." Honey shrug off to feel they check on those that left ahead of them.

"Good idea." Amy nods in agreement to that.

"I'll catch up in a moment." Leo issued as Big, Froggy, Amy and Honey went ahead while being in company of the 8 Evolveons. "Too close for comfort, it must have been blended in with the others but was only temporally out. If it wasn't damaged from taking that final assault by the Evolveons, I wonder if it might pose a bigger threat?" Leo was feeling concern about this replica version of SCR-HD showing up: it's almost like what he experienced when aboard the Egg Carrier but the enemy this time….is far more dangerous. "Still, this encounter does not bold well in my gut? This victory seems hollow? I better check in on Nicole to get another opinion." Deciding that since his communication was still with him, Leo secretly activated it to get in contact with his ally.

"Leo, can you hear me?" Nicole's voice was able to reach Leo with a sound of concern.

"Yes, I can. But not so loud." Leo hushed Nicole's voice so that no one notices. "Nicole, did you pick up what went down?" Leo whispered into his com-link on the AI somewhere around this future city.

"I did, it appears something prevented me from assisting." Nicole's voice replied while having analyzed something that kept her from being active. "Should we pursue the ones that hacked the system?" Nicole asked about pursuing Team Hooligan for more answers since they caused the mess.

"No, I rather not chase after them. I know those types all too well." Leo shook his head on not minding the matter: heck characters like Fang, Bean and Bark are probably simpletons that aren't capable of what just happen earlier. The only answer would be if they had outside help. "So now it seems whoever wants me has put up a bounty, and a pretty big one? I don't know what others might show up, but they might be far more dangerous then Team Hooligan. Perhaps I best not stick around…?" The lion man exclaimed from thinking that the danger they avoided was just the tip of the iceberg, and more surprises may come his way like before.

"Aaaahhhhh!" Then there were screams that belong to Honey and Amy.

Leo immediately turned in the direction of where the girls were at and the direction of their scream. But Leo yelps when Big the Cat was sent flying and the lion man didn't react in time.

"Ooooffhhh!" Poor Big yelped when he impacted and was on his stomach which was on top of Leo.

"Ugh…why do I find myself in such situations?" Leo groans lightly to push himself free of being pin by Big.

But that's when something was seen overshadowing everyone. And for anyone that is a Sonic fan knows that isn't a good thing, especially when looking up to find an enemy that is all too familiar. It was gigantic robot version of SCR-HD but it's color scheme was silver grey, purple and black, and has a red optic eye center. But it's upper body was attach to a large sphere with glowing purple lines. Base on size it was clearly 120 feet tall with the sphere being 32 m in diameter and weighing 1,350 tons.

Information: The transformed state of SCR-HD was created when the original merged with Astral Babylon's artificial black hole/core unit and the energies from the five Arks of the Cosmos. After SCR-HD completed its objective by bringing the Arks of the Cosmos to Babylon Garden, it became Master Core: ABIS, only to be defeated by Team Sonic and the Babylon Rogues when they tried to stop the ship's core unit from creating a black hole that could destroy the Earth. However a secret organization recreated an exact duplicate version of ABIS. Granting it capable of performing gravity technology by the Babylonians, manipulate gravity to perform Gravity Dive on a larger scale. Can also completely distort gravity over an immense radius, resulting in the environment being torn apart by gravity shifts. Form large yellow energy bolts which it can shoot them at opponents. Also create and gather giant blocks of molten rock and throw them like meteors at opponents, creating large explosions upon impact. Has the ability to teleport over short distances. The real threat is that unlike the original ABIS, this replicated model still has it's sense to not lose control and go on mayhems which makes it a far more dangerous enemy.

"It can't be…Master Core: ABIS?!" Leo gasped upon seeing such a powerful opponent. "Ugh, I don't know if my luck is not high enough that now I have to deal with THIS of all things?" Leo signs to slap his forehead, unable to determine what this scene spelt for him. "Worse of all, he's far stronger then GUN Emperor who was only determine at Level 75…this one's 50 levels higher. And it's Power Level is no joke." Leo could feel that this might be a really bad time to encounter such an impossible opponent with a higher level and highest power level having both size and a special ability.

"Target Identified- Project X." ABIS spoke with a deep mechanical male voice when gazing at Leo. "Confirmed- Designated Target Has Ultimate Lifeform DNA." When it spoke these words out, anyone near heard it.

"Hugh…?" Leo gasped upon knowing the robot has targeted him, and knows it's an Ultimate Lifeform. "Grrr…Big, I can really need some space to move!?" The guy tries to move but being pin down by a large round cat is not easy to get off, especially in such an emergency.

"Grrrr…." Then the newly evolved Evolveons ran to approach the towering giant robot while emitting their energies: too bad that also caught it's attention.

"Scanning Lifeforms." ABIS issued from scanning the strange new creatures that did not cower from it's presence. "Confirmed - New Ultimate Lifeforms Detected. Data Currently Unknown." There was nothing about other Ultimate Lifeforms outside of the lion man in it's databanks.

"What are you doing, you must flee!" Leo yelled out to warn the Evolveons, they are no match for this enemy.

"Alert – Command Update Received! Confirmed Mission Objective." ABIS stated on having its eye flashed a moment when analyzing the new data that someone from afar transferred to the bot. "Contain all Ultimate Lifeforms. Subdue Any Resistance." ABIS has confirmed its new orders on what it must do: the capture of Leo and the new lifeforms.

Just then a smoke bomb occurred that blinded the giant robot, which allowed Leo a chance to escape with an injured Big. But during the commotion, ABIS saw the Evolveons ran out a tunnel leaving the area with Amy and Honey leading them.

"Engage Pursuit Mode! All Obstacles Will Be Terminated." ABIS issued forth on subduing all resistance and capture it's targets.

Now ABIS performs some gravity feat that caused the entire structure to crack and break before bursting through the walls. It was in pursuit of Ultimate Lifeforms, even if it's not the lion man himself. And from nearby Leo set Big aside as Froggy hops over to check on his friend.

"He will be fine, can you look after him?" Leo asked Froggy for a big favor to watch over the big cat.

"Ribbit!" Froggy replied to that response.

"I think I'm losing it, I'm asking a frog to watch over someone way bigger than him?" Leo scratch his head from realizing how crazy that sounded. "Nicole, can you read me. We have a Big problem here." The guy used his com device to alert Nicole of the major situation they have.

"I saw on the monitors within the city, and it gets worse. The new enemy is after the Evolveons along with Amy Rose and Honey the Cat." Nicole formed her holographic image when it was just the two and reported the latest event of danger present.

"Why them too?" Leo asked from realizing that now two more of Sonic's friends are brought into danger.

"They apparently realized the robot is targeting them, so they are trying to help get them faraway from it's reach." Nicole reports the manner of the girls helping the Evolveons.

"One thing after another. And this is no ordinary opponent either." Leo exclaimed on how serious things are against a new and very powerful foe. "My knowledge on this one is he's a Final Boss in a racing theme Sonic game. And a pretty dangerous one using the strongest 'Gravity' base ability. The only way to beat this foe was fight gravity with gravity." Leo theorized what he remembers about Master Core: ABIS, but there's a problem. "I don't know who wanted to build a replica of this enemy, but if this one is the same, we need two things: Extreme Gear to ride and the skill to handle an encounter against Gravity Dive, but both seem impossible as I'm not skilled in either? I'm not sure how else we can beat an enemy this powerful?" Leo was racking his brain on how to deal with this: sure he fought replicated E-100 Series and GUN Emperor but in terms of high danger level, a Final Boss at the end of a game is nothing to sneeze at.

"Maybe it's not all hopeless, come to these coordinates. I have a surprise that could cheer you up." Nicole spoke up from having a solution that might help out; the holographic image disappeared afterwards.

Leo was uncertain what Nicole had found that could help them out in such a dire case, but knew there was no time to delay. There is a dangerous enemy running amuck and worse off, hunting his friends. The lion man quickly ran off while leaving Froggy to watch a sleeping Big the Cat.

RESEARCH DEPARTMENT

The scene opens to a much later time where Leo enters through some sliding doors and stares in surprise at something. In a center capsule case, there were apparently two Chaos Emeralds inside that were connected to the system. One was yellow and the other was a turquoise color each. And while there were hard drive storage and other electrical equipment devices hooked to the dubbed: 'Chaos Generator', what was really something was by the large windows outside. Outside was a facility of mechanical arms that had collected a lot of materials of metal, wires, chips, engine components, weaponry, etc. and outside that was an entire chamber to construct something large: like for example…giant mechanical robots. Leo was taking all of this in slowly while being amazed…

"I was unaware this place could exist?" Leo muttered both surprise and shock: this area was never seen when he played the game and explored about all known areas of MeteorTech.

"I'm glad you like the little surprise I found." That's when Nicole was seen but instead of popping out of digital holographic light, she walked to the lion man.

"Nicole, you're here…?" Leo was surprised to see the holographic lynx appear full size outside of the Leo Carrier. "Oh yes, this city must have advance holographic devices here too that could allow that." The guy had a device that Nicole can appear small size, but without holographic tech installment, one can't see the Holo-Lynx's actual size.

"Actual, I made this." Nicole pulls something out for Leo to take hold and study it.

At first it was a turquoise theme color handheld device. But attach to the top was fitted with a golden ring. Leo instantly recognized this was actually a Super Ring from the Sonic game series, and one that has the strength of 10 Rings. From the lion man's knowledge, just one provides re-energizing qualities label as Ring Energy that's some type of energy infused within the Rings. An example Leo recalls from Sonic Games showed that Rings in smaller quantities, could power devices, such as Emerald Detectors and Badniks. And even more so the larger amounts of Ring Energy could also be used to power massive strongholds. And of course when harnessed by organic beings, can rejuvenate their stamina and abilities. Suddenly an announcement screen popped up to inform Leo of something.

KEY ITEM: RING HANDHELD DEVICE – Version One

Information: A unique handheld device constructed to help Nicole fully assume her lynx form outside the Leo Carrier. Though it dissipates if the Power Ring attached to the handheld device runs out, which is why a Golden Ring provides far more up to 10 Rings. In her holographic form, Nicole has fully functional limbs and the use of several senses when out in the real world. While her hologram form is vulnerable to attack, no damage is incurred to Nicole so long as her handheld form remains unharmed. Nicole is able to create barriers of an unknown greenish energy, which are strong enough to block laser fire. Currently ring handheld device is only capable of this function, upgrade will unlock hidden function and abilities for the AI Nicole.

"This device, I recall this." Leo recognized the object immediately as something that exist in Sonic Universe from the old cartoon and comic series. "I believe much later on, this device could allow a physical body just like from the comic version?" Leo was not mistake, he base this Nicole on another version who obtain a physical body to mingle with the Sonic characters. "But I had the materials except for a few when making the blueprints, so I only was partially done and it couldn't function yet?" The lion man rubbed his chin, puzzled how something he started is working when it was not finished.

"Yes, I thought I surprise you with this. When I came, I managed to find the last materials to complete it's construction." Nicole explains what she's been doing ever since she was in the system and checking out this future city and it's tech.

"Well I'm happy to see this, but I suspect it's not the only reason?" Leo turns to notice the Chaos Emeralds and the assembly outside the window.

"Yes, apparently someone secretly used this place to construct those robots using the energy by the Chaos Emeralds. They even replicated what data was research on studying the Ark of the Cosmos." Nicole explains the basic function of this setup here, and the reason behind having seen the SCR-SD, SCR-HD, even the biggest threat was that ABIS was made here as replicas of the originals.

"They were able to do that?" Leo asked from finding this too horrible to believe. "Does that mean, the replicated Chaos Emeralds were also…" The guy felt uncertain, but maybe this place could have even replicated the emeralds for others to use: like with GUN Emperor.

"Yes, though they are replicated, they function the same as perfect Replicated Emeralds." Nicole explained the manner on learning what was used here might solve on where the created fake Chaos Emeralds came from.

"Then whatever could be replicated, they must have tried to create the Ark Rings to power up the replica ABIS." Leo theorized how an unknown force was able to achieve something that was destroyed. "I maybe strong now, but I even wonder if using Chaos Boost and Chaos Blast will be enough to put a dent on ABIS?" The guy ponders that if he uses those moves, he might stand a chance but the difference in level is still too great.

"Actually I also discovered something about your next evolution." Nicole mentions something that earn attention from Leo. "If you have the right stats, you could unlock a Tech-Warrior class. And we can create a new Armor, Gear and Weapons from the supplies here." Nicole explained what she was offering that can help Leo out the most.

"Really now?" Leo asked from thinking that sounded too good to be true.

"And apparently with your current level and use of the saved SP, you can unlock using abilities if we apply the Extreme Gear Tech material you obtain into your gear." Nicole explained the other steps to take that will help Leo get stronger in the long run.

"Well now, it seems now I'm more excited after hearing I can use new abilities after I evolve." Leo showed a smile from liking how this sounds.

"Oh, then should I not bother mentioning that we can also create our own giant robot if you're happy enough?" Nicole made a sly smile from thinking Leo was happy enough: but the mention of OWNING a giant robot, was hard to pass off.

"Heh, even better." Leo grins from liking everything he's heard, it's about time he got good news. "Tell me what to do?" He request that Nicole explain what should be done to achieve this goal.

"I've finished resetting the chamber here. You can send orders on what you wish to create. And during that time, you can channel the four Chaos Emeralds to slowly evolve in preparation for a Rank-Up." Nicole explains the process while mentioning the last thing will be to help the lion man evolve.

Leo nods his head before he slowly steps into the capsule chamber. Then two more tower connectors appeared as Leo placed the Green and Blue Chaos Emeralds next to the Yellow and Turquoise. Suddenly the capsule hatch shut and the thing was glowing along with the emeralds. Data was being sent from Leo to the machines to begin rapidly developing new gear. Even a giant robot display was seen along with displays on Leo's body to construct new measurements.

An energy force from the user is spread forth as a wide area buff skill that increases the status, equipment performance, and the amount of damage dealt to creatures and items of everyone and every item that moves according to the user's orders.

*King Of Alchemist: A Superior Job from the alchemist grouping, the highest form on specializing on alchemy. As a production job field, the stat increases the focus on user's MP and DEX. And after updating to a superior job, MP and DEX are given a major increase. Studying materials and find ways to combine items to form new objects. The purer the material used will create better items that increase product values and efforts for different fields. After unlocking the Final Evolution, one is able to create brand new superior types of metal using the Superior Job. One such metal items could almost be as close as near indestructible Adamantine. The hardest types of metal forms to create would be Mithril or Orichalcum because they require the user skilled in magic or obtain a magical source. Without such an additional job factor, making Mithril and Orichalcum is near impossible task to perform.

*Commander In Chief: A Superior Job from the leader grouping, the highest on commanding others even those below that are Commanders and Leaders of units. The ability to raise the status of members in the party is increased by 50 percent. A special skill is granted to help empower people and their equip gear called Great Order.

"Leo, I've managed to link the materials that can give you a new upgraded armor. It was a bit tricky, but the system can produce it from the materials you acquired and those you can purchase." Nicole explained the matter of using what the lion man has to convert into what Leo wants.

"Alright, let me see them." Leo nods from wanting to see what he'll be working with.

That's when a digital image displayed what looked like a black strap suit with armor plating plus gear around the leg and arm joints. The specs seem amazing enough to leave anyone surprised.

NEW GEAR:

*Speed Gear Mech Armor: A powered suit designed with special turbines capable of reaching the highest limit of rotation speed. The turbines are constructed into both the arms wrist area and feet just between the ankle and kneepads. When worn by Tech Warriors, it becomes apart of their body and feels natural to wear. Accelerates the user to reach speed up to over 200 miles per hour to match the top speed of race cars. With Extreme Gear tech and energy from Chaos Battery Chargers, a booster function will make the user powerful enough to speed one up to over 500 miles per hour to match racecars with a super speed engine capability. The armored suit decreases wind resistance, thereby allowing performance on the field along with faster muscle reaction. "It appears with your new King of Alchemist job, this condition is open." Nicole stated on reviewing the amazing discovery the armor can give.

"Alright, let's get to work. I'll send in the details of the Giant Robot to you next Nicole." Leo stated on quickly moving along from one project to the next.

"Received, with a little more time and achievements from this….you should earn enough experience to reach 75." Nicole stated on what they might also acquire at this rate.

"The requirement besides 4 Chaos Emeralds is a level restriction. The same for the new gear armor. Well, hopeful this will be enough." Leo signs from seeing it's not easy to gain more strength due to restrictions: but for any gamer, that's how RPG systems work and it's best to play along then argue.

It seem like almost a half hour had passed since Leo entered capsule chamber. The four Chaos Emeralds were still placed in the corners in the chamber. But mechanical arms moved to construct a special suit materials while placing them in open compartments for the capsule. The capsule's arms took the suit gear to begin placing them on Leo's body. Nicole was busy preparing the other projects during the time. The performance was going well that another pop-up screen was displayed:

"Beep-Beep, BeepBeep…." Just then, an alert was heard before something showed up on screen: it was ABIS that had destroyed the train that had Amy, Honey and the Evolveons on. Right now the giant robot was searching the area while the targets choose to continue to escape towards another section of the city.

"Oh no, ABIS is cornering everyone in Aquatic Capital." Nicole gasped from seeing this and tries to check live video feed; which began to show the area was breaking apart due to zero gravity effects. "At this rate, the enemy will change the entire area and render escape impossible."

"Hmm…what's our progress on the giant robot?" Leo's voice was heard inside the capsule chamber.

"The new Mecha is only at 50 percent completed. It needs at least another half hour?" Nicole reports that the construction and preparations were only halfway through.

"Time we don't have, can we move ahead?" Leo's voice asked if perhaps they speed things up.

"Yes, you are ready…" Nicole nods to confirm that everything else was ready on Leo's word.

"Alright then …" Leo nods from knowing what's about to happen next. "Nicole…Begin Next Rank-Up!" The lion man's voice spoke but behind the steam in the capsule, his eyes flared with confidence.

"Acknowledge…" Nicole nods to accept the request. "System shall begin…" She began to update the system's function through the machinery.

Nicole push in more key commands as the 4 emeralds were placed in front of Leo. When Leo took hold of the Green, Blue, Yellow, and Turquoise, he held them tightly. And bright lights were emitted into the body again.

"Huuurrrghhh…" Leo cringed from sensing an incredible pain coursing into him. "ROOOAAARRRRrruuurrghhh!" Then he released a mighty roar before his body was covered in bright light.

The brightness and energy emitted by the emeralds made the instrument machines go crazy. Nicole had to work on controlling the massive power functions before it overloaded the system. Nicole quickly pressed more keys when the light faded out and opened the hatch that released steam. And once that was over, coming out of the capsule pod was Leo with a new change. The same muscular land youthful ion-man body that was 12 feet tall has become 14 feet. The main fur was still golden yellow fur, mane was orange color, light golden-brown nose, mouth and ear tips and the eyes were blue. The facial feature had the two sharp crescent fangs coming down from the upper mouth. The only real change was the new gear and armor the lion man wore. A dark grey cloth suit with sleeveless design, covered with silver metallic plating on the kneepads, outer legs, bottom waist with plate hip pads, bulky chest-pate armor, and a V- tech headband over the eyes, plus dark metal armbands. Lastly were the mechanical lion-man bootwear and gauntlets with dark silver gloves with a top metal covering, both had turbines with red and white stripes. Now Leo was truly appearing not just as a warrior, but of a tech-class fighter to boot.

The lion man muttered from knowing if he's at least a bit fast, he can last long against Super Speeders from the Sonic series: at least he hopes so.

"Are you going to head off to help the others?" Nicole asked if Leo was about to head off now.

"No, I think I need to do a little something else." Leo felt like he should increase his assurance before a big battle. "Nicole, I'm going to spend SP on upgrading 3 jobs: Strong Gladiator, Matador and Armored Pilot." He request these jobs to help him become even stronger.

"I can understand the first two, but the last one…?" Nicole was about to question the logic but…

"Trust me, the last one may become needed especially against a level 150 boss." Leo issued from knowing it never fails to be extra prepared: and a secret weapon is always best kept in reserve for emergencies.

"Understood." Nicole nods her head on understanding the reason.

The next moment had Nicole's eyes glowed before a pop-up screen appeared before Leo. The lion man nods as the process went through and the results were shown:

"No, well…perhaps as an assurance against such an enemy. How much could I use to speed the production of the giant robot?" Leo pondered if maybe there's a way to quickly finish the biggest project on constructing a new giant robot.

"For faster production will require both SP and currency, which also includes the additional defensive and offensive armor and weaponry." Nicole explained the catch of what comes as payment for such request. "Will that be alright?" She asked from sensing the price was too much.

"Yes! We can't be picky with such a threat at large!" Leo firmly answered upon knowing he will be responsible on the up-front payment.

Then something popped from below which Leo instantly responded to grab and hold it up front to display. A board type Extreme Gear which was thicker, rather a straight shape, and colored white on the top half and grey on the lower half, with broad cyan metal accents on the front, and a smaller cyan plate on the rear. Has two foot panels on the board's top surface.

"This is…the Extreme Gear – Mag? When did you?" Leo exclaimed surprised that Nicole got him this.

"Just something that was left behind, I haven't had time to improve it, but…" Nicole was about to mention another matter but was cut off…

"No, at least having an Extreme Gear is better then not having one. Besides, I'll depend on our secret weapon later on." Leo shook his head in deciding to at least use this board to help keep him going until their giant robot friend is ready. "Alright, I better hurry off…"

Without anymore time to spare, Leo used his new speed to quickly leave the area. The scene slowly goes dark when the nearby slide doors opened and closed when the lion man passed them. Leo begins to take on a new daring challenge ahead while Nicole prepares the last touches on the giant robot project.

The scene opens to the entire area having been undergone a strange transformation. That's because gravity has reshaped the areas around the once known future city to resemble something else. And we spot Amy and Honey riding Extreme Gear. The one Amy rode was ?, it was called ? Homey rode the same model except hers was ? Right now the girls each had carried an Evolveons in the arms and the other two on the waist. And right now they were trying to flee from being pursued by ABIS.

"How did that thing reconfigure half the city?" Honey asked from looking at the horrors all around them.

"Talk later, just don't let it catch you or else…" Amy tried to suggest what to focus on but…

Suddenly the entire scenery that everyone was in undergone a weird warp and they lost their boundaries. And then from ABIS came a compartment of hexagon disc that surround them and formed an electric barrier cage. The Evolveons tried to attack but the cages withstood their attacks and had to cease when almost accidentally hit Amy and Honey with them.

"Prime Targets Secured. Extra Lifeforms Detected - Not Essential, Termination!" ABIS declared that the Evolveons are the only prime matter, anything else will face destruction.

"Termination?!" Honey gasped upon having heard that issue.

"Buddy, if Sonic was here, you be singing a different tune!" Amy exclaimed with a firm frown on who teach this enemy a lesson.

"CHAOS BOOST!" Leo's voice was heard before a bright blue flash zipped through on an Extreme Gear. "KING OF FIST!" That's when two turbine arms rotated at fast speed while on route to the target.

"BASH!/Grraaaaarrrrrrgh!" ABIS let out a raging roar of fury when being impacted by spinning double fist punches that pushed him adrift briefly.

That's when something landed on the starting line or rather hovered while riding an Extreme Gear. It was Leo the Lion, fully geared up and looking like he's ready to face ABIS.

"Leo!?" Amy raised an eyebrow stump by who showed up for the rescue. "Okay, so maybe I was off about who show up, but this is nice too." She shrug off from having hope Sonic be who come save them but at this rate anyone would do.

"Wow, he's gotta a new wardrobe change. I like it." Honey exclaimed from noticing the Speed Gear Mech Armor that Leo wore was quite a fashion style.

"You want me ABIS, then I'll come to you and free my friends." Leo points to declare this manner to the enemy. "So let's see who wins this endurance, you or me!?" The lion man challenged the giant robot enemy of who can withstand the longest. At this moment a hidden message pops up:

""Grrrrraaauurrrrrgh!" ABIS unleashed a disgruntled roar against one challenging him.

That's when the race began as ABIS took the captured hostages with him along the distorted track. Leo quickly follows the road path on his Extreme Gear to catch up to ABIS. That's when the enemy robot disappeared from sight along with the captives. Leo remain calm while recalling how this tactic was the signature the Final Boss ABIS used in the game. Because no sooner did the enemy appeared ahead; having a Gravity ability to zip ahead was a cleaver move. And suddenly the entire space became distorted and Leo was losing his hold.

"LEO!?" Amy and Honey cried out with worry while the Evolveons watch with concern.

"Don't worry! I'm not out yet!" Leo shouted while recalling how to overcome this enemy technique.

Leo immediately tried to find control of his surroundings, and dashed ahead. Came across the hovering platforms before using a boost from his own Chaos Boost to keep up and catch up to ABIS. The enemy was preparing some gathering of meteors when the lion man appeared.

"TAKE THIS! CHAOS SPEAR!" Leo summons a barrage of energy spears before hurling them forward. "BOOM-BOOM!" They landed on the robot's chestplate with a few explosions.

"Grrrrraaaaarrrrgh!" ABIS cried out as it felt that attack damage its body while hovering away from the opponent and the warp in space return to normal.

"What was that!?" Honey yelped from the sudden action that Leo did.

"That was…Shadow's move? When could he…?" Amy was puzzled, she didn't expect Leo could perform the same moves as Shadow the Hedgehog.

"GRRUUAaarrugh!" ABIS growled in fury at having been hurt by its target.

"Enjoy it while you can, that was still just a warm up!" Leo remarked from having more in store against the enemy.

Now ABIS was moving further along the warp space path, making it harder for Leo to deal any damage to him. Then the enemy robot disappeared from sight, Leo knew this trick and prepared himself. As the lion man leaped over a ledge while spotting ABIS appear ahead. But then ABIS moved further and performed another distortion of gravity all over.

"Disable Target's Balance!" ABIS announced as it manipulated the obstacles to slow down the lion man.

"That would work, if I didn't know your tricks ahead of time." Leo remarked from having already predicted this movement.

Leo quickly avoids the objects floating and trying to hit him while gaining speed on two to three platforms hovering. Then ABIS was seen ahead and Leo prepared himself.

"Here's a more powerful technique! CHAOS LANCE!" Leo suddenly summons an energize lance and then hurls it forth with his newfound strength. "KABLAM!" And that from the power of the attack and enhanced strength caused a bigger explosion on the black metal sphere.

"GAaarrrrughhhhh!" ABIS cried out as it felt a second damage to its body as flames erupted while space return to normal.

"What's wrong, losing control?" Leo remarked from deciding to taunt the robot; a little something he's seen Sonic do plenty of times.

"BUOrrrraaarrughhhh!" ABIS recovered to roar in fury, seeing the lion man would not go down so easily.

That's when ABIS took things seriously by getting distance, and fired a laser from its hands at Leo. But Leo quickly used the Brave Shield that took the force impact and protected the lion man.

"Looks like it's going into it's next stage. Now I have to evade it's laser assault." Leo stated on having seen what's coming next and needs to act quickly.

ABIS continued to fire the laser shots as Leo used his skills to duck and dodge the shots. But then ABIS disappeared from sight, and Leo couldn't lose track of the enemy. After going over another hill lap, ABIS appeared as Leo was closing in. The robot moved ahead when Leo was grinding on some rails. Only for space to become distorted into a tunnel path.

"A little more trickier then last time, but…" Leo issued from having guessed what measures he needs to take here.

Leo managed to use the hovering platforms to gain enough speed to make it through to where the end was. There was ABIS waiting for the lion man who appeared.

"KING OF FIST!" Leo announced as he prepared the high-speed rotating fist move. "SMASH!/BOOM!" Then dealt a serious blow against the enemy's face where the optic eye was that made a huge explosion.

"Gaarrruhhhhh!" ABIS groans from feeling a third pain as flames erupt and its space distortion return to normal.

"I can't believe he's this strong?" Honey felt so overwhelm by what was happening.

"Against this enemy, even Knuckles would have trouble landing such a strong punch?" Amy couldn't believe one punch did that damage.

"BUUAaaarrugh!" ABIS roared in rage as purple energy flowed around its body to power up.

That's when ABIS was charging to fire more laser shots to slow Leo down. But the lion man was using the skills to evade and not get hit by the attacks. Then ABIS vanished from sight ahead which Leo used enough speed over a lap hill to appear right when ABIS did. Seeing the lion man persist, ABIS went ahead to perform another gravity distortion.

"Try this as much as possible, I know the routine!" Leo issued from having recognize the pattern and how to get by.

Leo was seen trying to use the hover platforms to catch the enemy while avoiding more rubble all over. ABIS was seen arms cross thinking this was enough, but Leo showed him a surprise.

"You tasted my fist, now try my feet! CYCLONE TURBINE!" Leo rotates his whole body when charging at the target. "Kick-kick-kick-kick-kick…/BAM!" And delivered the ultimate barrage of roundhouse kicks, there was so many so fast that eventually caused an explosion on the robot's surface waistline.

"Gaaaarrrrughhhh!" ABIS cried out as the damage caused him to be on fire and space distortion return to normal.

With how things were turning, ABIS was done holding back and decided to use its gravity power to force all the large rubble into one spot above him. And threw the entire meteor at Leo.

"Kaboom!/Goooooarrrr?!" Leo yelped as he felt that which caused him to slightly fall back.

"LEO!" The girls cried out while the Evolveons made their own animal cries at seeing the lion man in trouble.

Now ABIS prepares to gather another meteor attack and throws it the defenseless Leo. Just as the meteor was heading for Leo's position, a large shadow appeared out of nowhere to take the attack. "BREAK!" What happen was the meteor was completely broken from the center and scatter apart.

"What is this!? This does not compute?!" ABIS reacted surprised, another opponent has appeared but just who.

When the dust of the meteor cleared, everyone saw what was before them and was utterly shock. A 100 feet tall heavyweight frame mecha machine where a lion motif is the frequent design element. The entire armor plating was brown with golden design patterns, three toes for the feet and four fingers with three claws off the wrist. There were components resembling heavyweight construction tires station with two between the chest and arms, and the last two placed as acting heels for the robot feet. There was even engine fuel motor devices above the knee-joints protective by armor and exhaust pipes style from construction and racecar features attach between the back arm joints. The chest plate was a golden lion head with sharp white teeth feature and blue color seen in the inner ears and eyes; which there appears to be a scar across the left eye area. There's even an extended cable with plug-style edge piece acting like a tail. Lastly the head was styled like a knight's helmet but more mechanical with an orange mane, a lion mouth-guard, red forehead with two spike ears with two yellow mouth bolts around the jaw, and had blue color eyes. Attach to the right arm is equipped with a large weapon lion style version of a pile driver.

The strongest made so far of Leo The Lion's new robot series: the L-Series. After obtaining a large amount of rare metal material, the construction built of a giant robot became possible. Its power is the greatest among Machine-types thanks to its charging power of Chaos Batteries along with installing certain number of Replicated Chaos Emeralds to power it, so it is difficult to stop Heavy Leo from charging head-on. The other source of its charging power is its passionate fighting spirit, and Heavy Leo's strength doubles the more its fighting spirit burns. In addition, unlike its weapons, which are only used for fighting, it's A.I. has a kind heart programming in that it also carries out rescue operations, so if there is a person seeking help, it will firstly rush over to them, and then remove any obstacles using its prided power. "Wha-what is that?" Honey yelps upon seeing something like that show up, it looks like a giant mechanical lion man.

"I'm not sure? Never seen it before?" Amy exclaimed from having seen GUN and Eggman Robots, so this one is new.

"Awaiting Orders, Master Leo!" Heavy Leo spoke with a rugged but tough eager male warrior's voice.

"Alright Nicole, it appears Heavy Leo has arrived." Leo smiled from seeing this guy showed up in the nick of time.

"I'm glad it made it, it just barely stopped that meteor." Nicole's holographic image appeared on Leo's com to confirm things.

"That's why I gave it something to break through things as big like meteors." Leo issued on having believed that adding that gigantic pile driver was the perfect call.

"I've managed to equip 7 Replicated Chaos Emeralds inside, it's power can almost rival those that obtain Super Forms." Nicole stated that though it's power is no near perfect, it can rival near other opponents that obtain Super Form modes.

"We were very lucky to use the 4 real emeralds to make at least seven replicas to power this giant robot." Leo stated on what they did to quickly make use of the replication device in that lab they discovered. "And now to try this skill when I have allies – GREAT ONE!" Leo announced to prepare something to boost up their abilities.

After Leo announced that, an energy force spread from him to Heavy Leo: none knew it was a buff skill to increase the status, equipment, and damage power they can dish out. With things heating up, ABIS channels to gather the fragments to throw another meteor at Leo. But luckily the explosive rubble didn't get its target upon impacting the ground because they avoided it. Then ABIS vanished ahead, as those on the move tried to catch up.

"Target Is Escaping!?" Heavy Leo analyzed the pattern of it's foe.

"It's sensing that it's being cornered?" Leo stated on recalling the pattern ABIS will make after the first 2 phases are through: they are on the third and final phase.

"Caution! You need to deal at least two more heavy blows to end the battle." Nicole spoke to suggest how many more strikes are needed to defeat the enemy.

"Yeah, just waiting for it to show up." Leo replied from carefully awaiting ABIS' next move.

When spotting ABIS after leaping over a lap hill, Leo grinds a rail on his Extreme Board while Heavy Leo follows on the main road. But ABIS moves away to perform another gravity distortion. But luckily Leo got a boost to push through by Heavy Leo giving a palm slap force of air current. That helped Leo to land on the platforms faraway and move towards ABIS about to attack.

"CHAOS BLAST!" Soon a red aura of energy surrounds Leo's body while announcing this next move. "POWWW…./KABLAM!" Then unleashed a mighty explosion force blast directed precisely at the lower sphere body of the enemy robot.

"Grrrraaaaaauurrrh!" ABIS wails in pain under flames and sort circuits as its distorted space returns to normal.

"Get ready! This will be the final moment!" Leo instructs Heavy Leo, he dealt one major blow and now it's time for the next partner to add the finish touch.

This was the final straw, as ABIS channels to collect more rubble to form a large meteor. After throwing the explosive object, Heavy Leo took the blow to endure it for Leo. But ABIS continued to hurl more gather meteors but no matter what, the pursing heroes would not give. So ABIS vanished ahead just as those leaped over a hill lap while watching over for a meteor thrown by the enemy to hit them but missed.

"Targets shall Not Succeed!" ABIS issued from re-summoning the meteors to fire off scatter medium size ones.

"That's where your wrong." Leo remarked from having a countermeasure in waiting. "Heavy Leo – BARRAGE SWEEPER!" Leo spoke forth in what attack pattern will help them out.

"Roger!" Heavy Leo replied from hearing the order.

Heavy Leo used its autocannon extending from the left shoulder to fire long range barrage attacks. Those attacks managed to destroy the extra meteor pieces from hitting Leo's side. Now ABIS was truly showing signs of emotion, and hovered further away. And space was distorted as everything was thrown at the heroes caught in chaos.

"Time for a little joint operation!" Leo issued from landing on Heavy Leo's shoulder in a ready position.

But breaking through thrown rubble and surprise laser shots, Leo managed to soar through thanks to Heavy Leo. And then was ABIS preparing a meteor move, when the lion man struck first.

"The final strike Heavy Leo!" Leo gave the next command as it's finally time. "SONIC EXCAVATOR!" He shouted on unleashing the next move to end this.

"Right On!/BRrriizzzz…." Heavy Leo replied before many saw the Pile Bunker rotating at super speed with a charge glow. "KA-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM, KABLAM!" That's when Heavy Leo charged to impale ABIS, causing multiple explosions to occur that spread over the enemy.

"GRRAAAArrrrughhh!" ABIS screamed as instead of flames of electric burst, a void portal appeared and space distortion return to normal. "ERROR-ERROR…GRAVITY CORE BREACH!?/KABOOM!" With a final effort by Leo's side, they managed to deal that last explosive blow. ABIS struggled before being sucked into a black hole of its own creation.

"Waaaaaahhhh!?" Honey and Amy scream as they were being pulled into the black hole along with ABIS until… "Huuugh!?" Without warning they stopped, as the girls and the Evolveons witness Heavy Leo grabbed their prisons.

"Brace Yourselves!" Leo yelled out as he held onto Heavy Leo's horn piece when watching the events unfold.

"BAAArRRrRruuaarrgh…." ABIS made a final agonizing scream before the black hole closed in on its self with a bright flash of white light. With this, the enemy boss was defeated; and by it's own gravity force to boot.

"These are…?" Leo was completely surprised, the major achievement was no small feat: this was a huge haul!

"Alert – Danger Approaching!" Heavy Leo warns those of a matter to take notice.

With Master Core: ABIS gone, much of the things remade by the robot controlling gravity no more…things were left to fall apart. So after securing the cage holding Amy, Honey and Evolveons in Heavy Leo's hand, Leo climbed aboard as the giant robot braces for a rough landing. Deciding to give the new reward a try, Leo quickly found five ring-shaped metallic stones on put one on the wrist. Then perform Gravity Control which slowed everybody's descend down. Soon the heavy robot landed on the ground, and used its spare arm with the drill to knock or break falling debris. When the madness was over, that gave everyone a sign of relief.

"Everyone alright." Leo showed up in front of the cage of those that appeared fine. "Alright Heavy Leo, break the cage by squeezing it…gently enough to let everyone get out." He instructs the giant robot lion man on how to be careful and gentle with flesh folks.

"Roger!" Heavy Leo replied to hear the commands.

Slowly Heavy Leo managed to do just as it was asked to do, and slowly put pressure on the cage that broke the hexagon devices that couldn't bare it. The barrier was gone and everyone was freed, and the Evolveons came to happily greet Leo.

"Yes, yes, I'm glad you are all fine. You were very brave enduring all that." Leo finished gently receiving love from his pet friends.

"That was….amazing!? How did you…when did you…where did you…?" Honey was so amazed that she didn't know what to think after seeing such a scene.

"I think you've left us in quite a pickle, how's about answering some questions?" Amy crossed her arms and firmly ask the lion man to explain himself.

"Yes, well I suppose you earn as much?" Leo slowly stood up after receiving a pet's welcome.

"First question, is that a GUN Or an Eggman Robot?" Amy points to Heavy Leo, pondering the origin of this giant robot.

"Um, neither, I made him to help." Leo shrug off to admit that Heavy Leo is of his own creation.

"Well it's a good thing he did." Honey stated with a smile, if not for an additional ally they be in trouble.

"Okay, that answers one thing, so the next thing is saying…" Amy looked to Leo with firm eyes of suspicion, the lion man waited and then… "Thanks for the save." She smiled to give thanks for the help in saving them.

Leo smiled at this while accepting the handshakes from Amy and Honey. The Evolveons were seen happily cheering in their own way. At last things have turn out wonderful for their side.

OUTSIDE MONOPOLY CITY

The scene changes to the outside part of Monoploy City, a section was wrecked but it was due to ABIS' attack. Right now the Leo Carrier was de-cloak to appear just above the exit. And those by the exit of the city was Leo, Heavy Leo and the Evolveons. And nearby watching them head off before stopping to look back, Leo's group saw Amy, Honey, even Big and Froggy: course the four were now in their casual outfits again. This was the moment that it was time for Leo's side to head off, but the air felt a little disappointing.

"Do you have to leave so soon?" Honey asked from wishing such an extraordinary talent didn't have to leave.

"I'm sorry, but what happen here, someone is clearly after me. And it seems I've invited danger to not just myself…but for others around me." Leo shook his head to apologize in advance, knowing that all the troubles that happen were from those pursuing him.

"…?" The Evolveons sat down to look at Leo with concern but sad expressions, the lion man kneels down to gently rub their heads to calm them.

"And now whoever is after me, will come for these little guys. I just…didn't want to be alone. And look where it got me?" Leo admits that he only wanted to have company, but it just gets them involved and now whoever wants Ultimate Lifeforms like the lion man, will come for the Evolveons too.

"Well now, I say whoever is causing you grief is the one to blame, not you!" Amy firmly protest from sounding upset; knowing that Leo didn't do anything wrong. "Besides, anyone who harm these little guys is the REAL baddie!" Amy approached to gently scratch the ears of Syleveon and Leafeon.

"They're like Froggy, they're our buddies." Big stated on his simple view of such new friends.

"Ribbit!" Froggy jumped up to land on Vapoareon who didn't mind the eagerness of the frog.

"So, where will you go now?" Honey gently pets Flareon and Glaceon while pondering of Leo's next destination.

"I'm not sure, but if there is a place to call our own…I'll find it." Leo issued to say as he stood up, declaring he'll find a home for himself and others like him.

"If Sonic was near, he say that if life's getting you down, just run." Amy smiled to boast on what a certain blue hedgehog would say and do at this time. "Now if only he stays in one place for us to have a date?!" She held her head in the left hand, hoping for someday such an event will come for Amy Rose.

"Ahahah…I'm thinking beating that enemy is maybe more realistic then what you're suggesting?" Honey lightly laughs from finding the odds of what Amy suggested hard to swallow.

"Hey, it can happen!" Amy protest from not giving up her chase on Sonic being hers: Leo lightly chuckled from having expected this character side of the pink hedgehog.

"Still, where did you get such things?" Honey changed the topic to focus on what's around. "You have a ship, you have extremely good taste in wardrobe and gear, and have a giant mecha? Are you secretly rich?" Honey raised an eyebrow to question how Leo has even come across all these expensive looking stuff.

"Let's just say, I'm not just strong, but also smart enough to keep myself alive." Leo stated on the basic principle on how a survivalist can keep going that needs both brains and brawn. "And I guess I'm not really alone with those I can create. Be it robots or these little fellas." Leo smiled to turn his attention towards Heavy Le and the Evolveons.

Many of the Evolveons made happy replies from having heard Leo say such nice things about them.

"Right Master Leo, you got us!" Suddenly as Heavy Leo spoke up, Amy and Honey realized this was not a simple robot that follows commands; it seems to have a personality.

"Did that thing just TALK like a person!?" Amy raised an eyebrow at having heard Heavy Leo speak.

"I didn't see this coming?" Honey admits that she thought the giant bot would speak more robot.

"Sorry, during the rush job the body was prepared, but the A.I. was still buffering. It acted on instinct from what I gave it." Leo scratched the back of his head to admit the surprise was due to a late update on Heavy Leo's new personality.

"Master Leo has nothing to worry about, I'm as strong, even stronger than the giant bot earlier. I'll make sure nothing goes wrong!" Heavy Leo declared with that warrior spirit burning on wanting to protect those he cares for.

"Haha, somehow maybe picking an eager and brave personality of a warrior seem like a good fit. There might be other things he may develop overtime." Leo laughs off lightly when seeing the behavior of Heavy Leo. "Still, it never hurts to have someone watch over your back." He admits that it's nice knowing there's someone strong watching over him.

"Will we see you again?" Honey asked a big question that was on their minds.

"I'm hoping so, and tell Cream and the others…I hope to see them again soon." Leo lightly smile while asking this favor of Amy to pass a message.

"You bet, and maybe we can enjoy a picnic together." Amy happily stated while mentioning what else they can do.

"Yeah, we can have one by a lake and do more fishing." Big stated on knowing they can fish more and catch something to eat.

"I like that…" Leo lightly nods to with a smile, as he looks to the Evolveons expressing their interest on snacking on something tasty. "Sorry, I meant 'we' would like that." Leo corrects himself which made the Evolveons very happy to partake in a meal. "Alright Nicole, we're ready to beam aboard." He spoke in the com device to give Nicole the signal.

"Understood." Nicole's voice was heard from the other end; as the Leo Carrier began to channel it's green teleporting beam.

"Goodbye! See you soon!" Amy waved off to Leo's group with a smile.

"Bye, and do checkout my next fashion show for new designs!" Honey happily waved off to the new friends they made.

"Bye friends!/Ribbit!" Big and Froggy waved and croak off to those leaving.

Soon Leo, Heavy Leo, and the EVO Foxes were under a green beam of light before teleported up into the Leo Carrier. When they were aboard, the warship heads off while Amy, Honey, Big and Froggy watch on as the ship flies and goes into stealth mode to vanish in the skies. But a distance away from where Leo's company said farewell to their friends, someone else was spying on them. And it was from a cliff outside Monopoly City, and they were three figures.

The first one was an anthropomorphic female swallow with light and dark purple feathers that cover the body and head. The hair is styled like a pair of long braids. On the arms near the wrists are light purple fire-like markings. Has a golden-curved beak, light purple eyelids, cobalt blue eyes, and two tail feathers. For attire, wears a white kerchief, white gloves that possess visible lining with golden bracelets and red lining, a white tube top, and dark purple flare-designed white trousers. Also wears red boots with white accents and gray soles, a white necklace with a red utility gem, and gray sunglasses with gold lenses.

WAVE THE SWALLOW

The second was an anthropomorphic male albatross of hulking physique with gray feathers and white feathers covering the body. On the arms near the wrists are dark gray fire-like markings. Has light blue eyes with red and black markings around it, a golden beak and the hair is short. For attire, wears tan gloves that possess visible lining with black bands, small goggles with yellow frames and white straps, a brown necklace with small gray pieces, and black, yellow and white sneakers with sock-like cuffs and gray soles.

The last one was an anthropomorphic male hawk with emerald green and dark emerald green feathers covering the body and white feathers on the front torso. On the arms near the wrists are dark emerald green fire-like markings. Has a golden beak and azure blue eyes with red and black markings on the sides. Hair is styled like a mohawk with dark emerald green tips. Also has three tail feathers with dark emerald green tips. For attire, wears a pair of white gloves that possess visible lining with red and black cuffs and dark gray bands around each wrist. Also wears red, black and white boots with gray soles, and goggles with yellow lenses, white frames and gray straps.

'THE LEGENDARY WIND MASTER'

There was no doubt about it, these three were the Babylon Rogues known as a band of thieves. Each member is a descendant of the ancient Babylonians, an alien race of genie-like beings that got stranded on Earth in ages past. In addition to being a talented and professional group of present-day thieves, the trio are acclaimed world-wide for their Extreme Gear skills. There's Jet the Hawk as the leader of the current generation of Babylon Rogues, known as the Legendary Wind Master due to his mastery of Extreme Gear riding, which earn him an impressive reputation. There's Wave the Swallow as the technical and mechanical expert of the current generation, and takes care of her groups' customized Extreme Gears. There's Storm the Albatross as the muscle of the current generation, an imposing sight, he's the hulking individual that possesses incredible strength, enabling him to destroy just about anything in his path.

"Wow boss, that was some crazy stuff, right?" Storm exclaimed from having seen something wild that took one's breath away.

"No kidding, that was just nuts. It's like re-watching the past, but with a whole new twist." Jet exclaimed from having witness the whole thing that was like reliving their last adventure.

"I'm still wracking my brain trying to figure it out?" Storm scratched his noggin to figure out the whole thing.

"Then you best stop before either of you hurt yourselves." Wave rolled her eyes to remark that such heavy thinking is not these guys style.

"What, hey!?" Storm protest in anger from hearing that insult.

"Knock off you two, we were passing by the area to improve our Extreme Gear skills and then saw not one but TWO giant robots go at it." Jet cuts the argue off between Wave and Storm after what they picked up after arriving. "I'm amazed that what Wave picked up wasn't special effects, but real danger." The hawk was truly baffled by such real danger from a threat they recalled was destroyed.

"Still, this has presented a golden opportunity for us." Wave lightly smiled from having thought up something.

"Oh, do go on Wave. I want to hear how what happen is good for us?" Jet raised an eyebrow to rhetorically ask what's on the swallow's mind.

"Well for starters, that robot was the one we last saw was destroyed, correct?" Wave asked if these guys realize the ABIS they saw was like the one from the past.

"And that was the last time we saw Babylon Garden." Jet stated on recalling when ABIS was swallowed by it's own black hole powers, Babylon Garden took off into space.

"Yes, but whoever made that robot didn't just make it resemble it, it had the same abilities as the 5 rings and after returning the Arks of the Cosmos back to Babylon Garden." Wave points out a specific matter about ABIS having gain such power when all 5 rings were return to the place of their ancestors.

"Oh right, those things that really gave us a boast when riding our gears and did those cool Gravity moves." Storm smiled from having remembered how awesome it was to perform moves with zero gravity.

"What's your point Wave?" Jet raised an eyebrow, wanting the girl to explain what she's talking about.

"Think about it Jet, we can have the ability to have our very own Ark Rings but this time figure a way to use them without any problems like before." Wave explained the major matter that was truly hard to pass: if they can obtain the rings then they can continue using gravity abilities but without the major danger of causing a black hole to destroy the world.

"Hugh, sounds very nice." Jet began to smirk from liking the sounds of that.

"But didn't that robot with those copies get destroyed?" Storm scratch his forehead, thinking the enemy was totaled and any chance of getting those Ark Rings is meaningless.

"Yes, but luckily…he's not the only one." Wave issued from pulling up a handheld device that displayed the scene of Leo wielding an Ark Ring. "See here, he equipped an Ark of the Cosmos to stop themselves from falling from that height. And the scans determine is was just like the rings we had in our possession." Wave points to the video feedback that showed Leo using Gravity Control to slow himself and everyone that fell from such a height.

"Wow, he actually did that?" Storm was a bit surprised by such a feat.

"Apparently it might be an attempt to make a prototype, if I could study it then I might know more?" Wave theorized what she can get by studying the contraption.

"What I wanna know Wave, is one thing. How's some unknown lion even able to acquire Babylonian technology when they don't exist even to make a copy?" Jet ponders how such a thing is possible from the beginning.

"Good question, I'm not sure. But here's the real shock." Wave then change the image display to reveal information about a bounty on Leo. "Apparently someone is after this lion man, apparently they want him so much they offered a BIG Reward." When the Babylon Rogues saw the bounty, the males were just as surprised as the female.

"Wow, check out how many zeroes he's got." Storm points at the billion dollar bounty. "That's like, a lot a lot!?" He tried to count with his fingers before waving his arms out.

"That is a pretty big bounty, even I feel like wanting that piece of pie." Jet tap his beak from finding the reward too much to pass off; it's a billion for crying out loud.

"Mhmmm….pie?" Storm smiled to rub his belly, loving the idea of food. "But boss, we're not bounty hunters? We're thieves, right?" The big guy ponders about which they actual are.

"No dugh Storm." Jet rolled his eyes from having to clarify what their profession is. "But after what we seen and the tech this guy has, makes him as problematic as Eggman?" Jet firmly stated on knowing that from the tech the lion man used could make him equally a rival against Dr. Eggman and his machines.

"Don't sweat it Jet. We won't be going after him, just his tech." Wave issued on their focus is the tech in Leo's possession, not the lion man himself. "If we can find blueprints on how he managed to make his own version replicas of the Ark Rings, all the better." The girl stated on how they roll with it and do what thieves do best.

"Um, if we wanna go after who has them, what about who is after him?" Storm questioned something about dealing with those that are after Leo to put up a high bounty.

"You know I rarely say this, but Storm has a point." Jet rolled his eyes to point at Storm having a good point; which is rare for the muscleman to bring up.

"Gee, thanks boss." Storm smiled happily for the comment without knowing the meaning behind it.

"Why go after one dangerous enemy instead of who put up the bounty?" Jet asked Wave from thinking something about this doesn't sit well.

"Because we don't know who did it, I been trying to hack it but the codes used are tricky." Wave stated from using her tablet but she keeps getting negative responses to learn more on who put up Leo's bounty at all.

"So somebody wants to remain mysterious, that does sound like someone just as dangerous?" Jet crossed his arms from thinking someone who's that crafty could be dangerous if they aren't careful. "Well no point staying around, come on! It's time for this crew of thieves to steal something of great worth." The hawk issued on giving the order out for his crew.

"Right on boss!" Storm pump his fist up, raring to go. "Um, so which one are we going after first?" The big guy asked from not knowing what target they are going for.

"Oh that's easy…" Jet gave a sly smirk when being asked that. "Well go after one before the other." The sly hawk answered with his own witty remark on how they'll do things.

With that said, the Babylon Rogues ride their Extreme Gears off towards away from the city. The scene goes dark from unknown events that continue to appear everywhere Leo the Lion goes…

ABOARD THE LEO CARRIER

The scene reopens to a Chaos Garden where we spot the Evolveons having made some comfortable home arrangements. After they were taking time to sleep, Leo was nearby to smile at those getting some rest before heading off. Nicole then reappeared by the exit door just as Leo stopped to look at the sleeping Evolveons one more time.

"The little ones surely tired themselves out, undergoing such evolution." Leo stated on knowing today's been a very busy day for all of them; including the new Ultimate Lifeforms.

"And according to the data after the battle, you can now tried to make a new Ultimate Lifeform formula after these EVO Foxes evolved and gave you bonus." Nicole report the wonders of what Leo gain from these new Ultimate Lifeforms gave to help further develop others along the way. "They is one that mentions creating a copy of yourself?" Nicole displayed information on the recent new data that shows another step from creating Ultimate Lifeforms.

"A copy, hmm?" Leo rubs his chin from finding this news somewhat intriguing. "But would this copy be different from me?" The guy asked from wondering if such a measure could bring forth a unique character different from himself.

"Here's the latest of the secret and special rewards. They may hold the clue…" Nicole issued from displaying a holographic window display with the information while she and Leo were moving throughout the ship:

It's believed that when many wished to harness the power of the elements, encasing them in tiny crystals was the way which they be no bigger then to fit in the palm of one hand. Using them for daily things for little fires, produce clean water and ice, and power electrical devices. "Yes, and I think while my abilities are good, let's try something with a new edge? I'm a lion, but we'll use a different lion's genetics that we can obtain." Leo nods while wishing to further make changes: besides, having those that look almost like him might cause confusion.

"Alright, we can have one of the Leo Hunter robots pick up some white lion fur." Nicole nods to send orders to one of the robots collect a sample and bring it back. "How about it's abilities?" She asked the next question for Leo to decide.

"When the EVO Foxes were made, we followed a formula after much trial and error. But we didn't include their unique elements, they discovered those on their own." Leo stated on what occurred when having first made the EVO Foxes. "Is it possible to use an element like how I got a handle to perform Gravity base abilities?" He turns to ask Nicole this very important question.

"We currently only have the material for you're previous forms." Nicole displayed holographic images that show Leo when he was just a small cat-like character and then his lion-man form after. "Outside of the natural element forces, Gravity would be placed something as unique that exist separate from the others." The Holo-Lynx girl explained the property of such an element which is different from certain basic types.

"Like Space or Time, hmm…I suppose obtaining Gravity was a stroke of luck. Even though it was a dangerous close encounter?" Leo held his chin to rethink about the whole idea.

"It might be hard for them to even master a Gravity ability even if we manage to create something like the Ark Rings but in a more modern style." Nicole stated that if a new lifeform is made, they should slowly get a handle on things before taking a big step.

"I see what you mean, it might be too soon to give that out?" Leo ponders to rethink that even though they now have a prototype model of the Ark Rings, it might be too much for beginners to handle right away. "Hmm….then was there anything else we obtain from our vacation that could work and make this next one as strong?" Leo turns to ask Nicole if there was anything else that could be worth a try.

"There is the Element Fragment Pieces you recently obtain." Nicole points out what they obtain that are fragment pieces. "When you were created, you didn't have some natural element while Shadow can perform Chaos base abilities. So this could give the new lifeform a slight advantage." She explained the function on when Leo started he was normal even as an Ultimate Lifeform, so if they provide an additional means could result in improvement.

"Hmmm, which element for a new young white lion creature? I wonder…" Leo ponders from hearing this while recalling the current element pieces they have. "Considering that Giga Professor is only at Level 5, and I can now go beyond pet matters, perhaps we'll save the trickier elements for later." The guy knew that unless he raises that job, using elements like fire or such elemental forces could backfire even as a first try.

"In that case, why not use the Metal Element, it seems the easiest to start with?" Nicole suggest using the safest method to try: give a metal element that gives possibly metal defense and offense a try.

"Good idea, after that we can try the others on a later batch." Leo replied from thinking that could help in their early start.

Soon the scene shows that Leo and Nicole pass the time to prepare the necessary ingredients. After extracting a blood of Leo, and obtaining white lion's fur from a zoo, they were placed inside a capsule chamber. Wasn't long before Nicole began to use the Element Fragment Piece containing the Metal type. Considering it's a first test run, only one fragment piece was used. As the process was starting, a sudden pop-up screen appeared before Leo:

*Gravity Dive: A forward burst of gravity-driven speed. When performing the technique, causes a brief explosion of light erupting from said object that inverts all colors from the user's perspective. The user will then generate a temporary black hole further down the track, creating a powerful gravitational disturbance that affects all objects within a large radius. This results in objects alongside the tracks to be torn off the ground and to float closer to the center of the track. At the same time, the user slowly floats weightlessly above the ground. Once in position, the user shouts a personal quote and is, in an instant, pulled forward at maximum speed, gliding through midair in semi-flight very quickly.

*Gravity Control: A direction-changing shift in gravity. When performing the technique, the user assumes a pose and raises their arm that is wearing the Ark Ring. The Ark Ring subsequently gives off a small wave of light and releases ripples, followed by the ring itself glowing, which is accompanied by the sound of gravity bending. The gravity in the user's nearby vicinity is then negated, causing various nearby objects and the user itself to be suspended in space. The user itself also slows down and will drift through midair for as long as 'Gravity Control' is in effect. The user then selects a new direction for gravity to pull them. Once the choice is made, the user gets pulled in their chosen direction at high speed for an instant using a quick shift in gravity. The other objects caught in the gravity shift are destroyed in the process, however.

*Gravity Ring: A basic and thick transparent ring in midair made of purple energy. After activating Gravity Dive or a Meteor Burst, produce a Gravity Ring right behind them. These Gravity Rings will linger for a while before disappearing. However, one passes through a Gravity Ring before it disappears, they will gain a burst of speed similar to the one produced by the Gravity Dive or Meteor Burst.

*Meteor Burst: The ability to make midair dashes using gravity. In order to perform the technique, one first must be in a state of flight while using Gravity Dive with an Ark Ring. While in flight, should the user makes contact with some debris that are suspended in midair as a result of the lack of gravity produced by the Gravity Dive, will cause them to slide along the surface of the aforementioned debris. As the user then bounces off from the debris, they are propelled off of it at incredible speeds for a brief moment.

"Unlocked elements…Earth & Fire?" Leo muttered off surprised by what was shown he was capable of using outside other things.

"That is correct, the ones that are elemental forces are as followed: Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, Ice, Lightning, Light, and Darkness." Nicole described the elements that many different lifeforms can decide which they are a natural for.

"And what about those I currently have not mentioned?" Leo was curious as he had two types of elements not related to the natural elements.

"Different element subjects, some would be a sub class compared to the main or rare elements that rule over." Nicole explained the concept of the elements difference to Leo. "But don't worry, you obtain useful types during the time. Gravity to control balance and Tech on handling mechanical devices." She explained the matter on how Leo slowly obtain such different elements.

"I suppose, considering I just gotten a handle on Tech, and then Gravity, learning I had Earth quality much earlier might be my action on surviving to become tough when waking up in the world?" Leo exclaimed from thinking over on what he's been using that could be his element on the field, etc. "But now I'm even more curious about the announcement that mentioned my next form?" Leo scratched his chin because of what was later announced as a special rank up on his evolution. "Nicole, can you display it?" He turns to Nicole, hoping she can shed light here.

"Displaying conditions for the special rank up on Leo's evolution." Nicole exclaimed from waving her hand forth, making a holographic image appear: this one displayed a tall imposing figure almost 80 or so feet tall, well-built, and emits a mighty motion that seem almost king-like, or maybe more then that?

Information: This form is so powerful it can even compete against those that obtain Super Forms. The unlocked potential in a warrior's spirit awakens and transforms the body to fit the greatest size of the spirit that's nearly gigantic. Once the body form is obtain, one will have the mighty strength of the giants, the toughness of a dragon's impenetrable scales, the energy flow of thunder and lightning, the sheer fire unleashed like the sun, and the brightest of light of one's goodness.

What Leo stared at was enough to leave him completely shocked and even gasping in surprise. And plenty of reasons why after having read the explanation. Apparently when recalling foes that undergone evolutions to gain their Final Forms, this must be what it was like. And so if Leo can obtain this, then he might even stand a far better chance against some real tough enemies that are like Final Boss level.

"Nicole, is this truly correct?" Leo turns to the Holo-Lynx, still can't get what was revealed

"It is, it looks like you can finally be a step closer to reaching your goal with this form." Nicole stated from agreeing that this form has the most promise.

"Indeed, a form like this fits for a king." Leo nods to also agree, if this one can be a rival match those in Super Forms, then it's perfect. "But the requirements are high in demand." The guy stated on looking at the conditions needed to achieve such an evolution.

"To gain strength is not easy Leo, but at least now you aren't in the dark of what you need to do now." Nicole stated on trying to see the bright side pass the obstacle on the road.

"The elements and level may take time to develop, yes. But the real issue is what I'm most familiar with." Leo stated on noticing the few requirements that can be done given time: including to gain two other elements. "It took nearly four Chaos Emeralds to obtain this 3rd form's second state, but now requires all 7 for this special one. That's the same condition as what gives Super Forms to Sonic and others." Leo questioned about how he needs to find all the Chaos Emeralds to gain such a form.

"Yes, I've looked up the data, and it's clear that just as Chaos needed all seven emeralds to evolve, you need the same amount." Nicole stated on reviewing Chaos who underwent evolution by the 7 emeralds until obtaining a perfect form.

"Yes, but while I have four, finding the last three means if they are hidden or in more secured areas, and who owns them? And…" Leo mentions the next tricky stuff they have to do to acquire the last Chaos Emeralds.

"And…you're worried about the last requirement?" Nicole noticed that Leo was distracted by something else.

"You read my mind." Leo lightly nods to agree from recalling the last condition. "Sol Emeralds, they're the same as the Chaos Emeralds." The lion man knows the other existence of such emeralds.

"Except they exist in another dimension." Nicole points out that the Sol Emeralds aren't of this world but another.

"And just as Knuckles the Echidna is Guardian to the Master Emerald, the Sol Emeralds are protected by another guardian and one who commands fire under her control…" Leo stated on knowing who was most likely in charge of watching over the Sol Emeralds. "Blaze The Cat…." He mentioned her name from recalling who Blaze is, and one to be cautious about.

"Perhaps we should focus on one thing at a time." Nicole suggest what they should do instead.

"Right, let's work ourselves up." Leo nods slightly to agree: knowing they have a long way to go. "Still, whoever is after me, I just hope they don't become a threat so big I resort to going after the Sol Emeralds, the last thing I need is to make a friend into another enemy." The lion man stated and for good reason: from the memory Leo has about the Sol Guardian, if one crosses or gets her mad, Blaze will show them her fiery fury.

"Why not rest, and we can see what can be done later." Nicole suggest that they focus on such topics another day.

"Yawn…good idea, maybe tomorrow will bring something good to our door." Leo let loose a yawn, feeling tired from all the excitement and hold off till later.

With enough said, Leo turns in to leave the chamber to get some rest, as Nicole disappeared by holographic particles. The scene focuses on a new lifeform that was small but more like a creature of the Sonic world. The scene goes dark from here as after one major event closes, another will rise up in the following…

NOTES: The EVO Foxes are based on Eevee from Pokémon series.

*Each evolved form is based on the known evolution forms of Eevee. Which they been given the name Evolveons, since in the dub version each one has 'eon' at the end of their name.

The line Leo used in a question 'I don't...see why not?' is a reference from when Captain Quark used in the Ratchet & Clank film.

Characters like Honey, Fang, Bean and Bark are those mostly known in the game series, and have appeared in the comic series of the Sonic world.

The locations and robots are all characters seen from Sonic Riders Zero Gravity game.

The complete evolved form is base on GrapLeomon with the armor and mechanical gear.

The giant Mecha Robot called Heavy Leo is based on HeavyLeomon from the Digimon series. The personality is based on the one seen from Digimon ReArise game series.

Well now after a long while, I managed to get this chapter up and was it something. And now we can have more things to look forward to in the future. Next chapter, a new Chaos Emerald is detected, but it's location is at Tails' Workshop. Leo finds himself in a pickle in trying to get the emerald from Sonic's Best Friend. And what happens when Tails has some company over? And just when one gets involved, the latest party crasher comes into the picture – Doctor Eggman himself!
