Description: The Potter family had been excitedly waiting for the birth of their child only to be devastated when the child was stillborn. Seeing all his plans crumble around him, Dumbledore orders Fawks to kidnap a magically powerful child to replace the dead Potter heir.
Fawks returned with a little girl named Usagi Tsukino, she was only a month old when she was kidnapped from her crib in the hospital.
Dumbledore sat behind his desk staring at the letter that he had just received, deep in thought. The letter sat there innocently as if it was not bringing news that had his plans crumbling to dust in his hands. He picked the letter up and read it again, his face showing how upset he was.
Dear Headmaster,
It is with great sadness that I write to you to inform you that our child didn't make it, Mine and Lily's daughter was stillborn. I do not know what to do, Lily keeps crying refusing to get up and eat and I can not blame her. If I didn't have her to take care of I would probably be doing the same.
Sirius has been a huge help these last few days, I'm writing this right now only because I know you were excited for us.

Dumbledore sighed and leaned back in his chair, he did feel bad for poor James and Lily but thanks to the prophecy the child would have died either way, most likely along with them.
He had to figure out what to do, he already checked the magic levels of the newborn Neville Longbottom and while it was decently big for a newborn it wasn't anything impressive. Nothing that would help defeat Voldemort.
His eyes caught on Fawks and he got an idea, "Fawks, I have a job for you."
He saw the phoenix move its head to look at him, Dumbledore got up from his chair and walked over, gently running his hand over the phoenix's back.
"Poor James and Lily's child didn't make it, dear Lily is refusing to eat or move from the bed." He spoke in a soft and sad tone, he needed to make this believable for the phoenix, or else it would refuse to do what needed to be done.
He smiled softly when Fawks let out a few sad trills in response, "I know my dear friend, I want to help them as well but sadly losing a child is hard on a parent. I do have an idea on how we can help though, of course it's not something we should do lightly."
Fawks let out a curious trill in response.
"Well, as you know there are plenty of muggle-borns out there, I was wondering, now keep in mind you are allowed to refuse," Not that Dumbledore would let him, if this didn't work he would have to use spells," But I was wondering if you would bring one of them back, hopefully magically powerful so they will survive if Voldemort were to attack their new family."
Albus stayed still as Fawks stared at him with his black beady eyes, this was the tricky part. If the phoenix figured out that he wanted to use this child as a sacrifice then he would refuse to do as Albus asked, but if Fawks believed that he truly just wanted to help James and Lily out then he might agree.
After a few moments of staring Fawks let out a chirp before flashing out of the room making Albus sigh in relief. The phoenix had bought his excuse, now he would have to get a blood adoption potion ready. Thankfully he kept several random but useful potions in his rooms and one of them was just the potion he needed.
It took a few hours before Fawks flashed back in with a screaming baby, Albus rushed up and stared surprised at the child, he had thought that Fawks would bring back a child that already looked like the Potters but it seemed Fawks focused more on how powerful the child was.
As Albus cast a few spells to calm the child down, tell him its gender, and how old it was he couldn't help but stare at the child.
The spells came back telling him that the child was a girl and was born on June 30th, nothing a potion to de-age her until she was a few days old wouldn't fix.
The little girl already had a head of full blond hair, a bit longer than any other baby hair he had seen before, he eyes were bright blue like sapphires and her skin was pale with no blemishes except for a birthmark on her chest.
He will admit he freaked out slightly when he saw it, it looked like someone had stabbed the child and then healed it just enough so it wouldn't harm her but would leave a scar. Picking her up he checked the back and sure enough there was a birthmark on the back as well, it was strange but a few spells showed him that the birthmarks weren't scars and were truly just peculiar birthmarks.
He picked the child up carefully and carried her to his rooms, the first thing he did was check to be sure he had the potions he needed and thankfully he did. He used a de-ageing potion along with a few spells to de-age the child so she would be only a few days old, her new birthday would be July thirty-first.
Then he grabbed a blood adoption potion, and he transfigured one of his hair brushes into a baby carrier and used spells to make sure it would be safe for the two-day-old infant, he didn't want to kill the child right now after all.
After securing the child in the new baby carrier and making sure the spells would keep the little girl in place so she wouldn't shake around, he charmed the carrier so no one but he would see it, or the baby girl inside.
Albus then started making his way to Godric's Hallow and the Potter family's home. Albus disliked what he was about to do but as soon as James opened the door he was placed under the imperious, he made James let him into the house, and spotting Sirius Black sitting on the couch he quickly hit him with the unforgivable curse as well.
He then walked upstairs and used it on Lily too and had her come downstairs, after getting a list of everyone who knew about the Potter family having a stillborn, thankfully it was only a few people he already had in his pocket, he had James and Lily put seven drops of blood in the blood adoption potion and then fed it to the little girl.
He watched as her hair changed from blonde into a dark amber color, a mixture of Lily's bright red hair and James's black hair. The girl's eyes changed from the color of sapphires into stunning emeralds the same as her new mother. The girl's skin darkened just a bit, the birthmark was still on the child's stomach though, not that Albus expected it to change.
Albus handed the child to Lily, before wiping their memories of Lily giving birth to a stillborn, instead, he replaced them with memories of Lily giving birth to the little girl in her arms, he then erased their memories of him putting them under the imperious and replaced the last few days with memories of them taking care of their new child.
"Headmaster, do you want to hold her?" Lily asked when she came out of her trance, Albus chuckled and shook his head.
"I'm good my dear but you have forgotten to tell me what this little one's name is?" Albus was curious, what name would Lily choose?
Lily lit up as she adjusted her hold on the baby girl.
"Her name is Hala Lillian Potter."

Hala was sitting in an abandoned classroom she had turned into a rudimentary bedroom for the moment. It was her fourth year at Hogwarts and she was debating the pros and cons of running away.
It had been a month since her name was spat out of the Goblet of Fire and her friends turned on her. Only a few people believed her when she said that she didn't put her name in the Goblet.
Luna believed her, she also seemed to see things others couldn't and know things that weren't widely known. She still remembered the first time she met the small third year.
It had been in Hala's second year and she was being shunned and blamed for the attacks happening because she was able to speak to snakes. She was wandering the halls trying to avoid the glares when she bumped into a small first-year who didn't have any shoes on.
Hala hadn't hesitated to help her find her lost shoes and when they were done Luna took one look at her and thanked her, she still remembered the confusing words. "Thank you, Moon Princess, the floor can be very cold and uncomfortable without my shoes."
While Hala was confused she still took the time to become good friends with Luna.
Neville was a good friend too, the two had found out in their first year that they were god-siblings, Neville was her godbrother. Ever since the two found this out Neville took on the role of big brother to her, it was nice to have someone look out for her and protect her.
Fred and George didn't believe she put her name in either, the two identical teens helped keep the rest of the school away from her as much as they could.
Hala also knew that Hermione didn't believe that she entered her name into the Goblet but she was actively choosing to stay by Ron's side. She told Hala that she wasn't going to risk having the rest of the school hate her for being friends with her anymore.
Hala could understand that Hermione was scared but she couldn't help feeling bitter, if the roles had been reversed then she would have been by her friend's side no matter what.
Hala decided that other than her four friends nothing was keeping her here anymore. She might have stayed for her Godfather, Sirius Black, but he was on the run and if he was caught he would get the dementor kiss and lose his soul.
Her magic also seemed to be telling her she had to leave, so later that night under the cover of darkness she snuck out of the school with her bag full of the things she wanted to take with her.
She had left behind the old baggy clothes that were hand-me-downs from her much bigger cousin, she would buy new clothes when she had the time. She left behind her potion supplies along with several books for classes she found useless.
She wrote a note for whoever found the room she had been staying in and then used her invisibility cloak to sneak down to Hogsmeade and used the floo in the three broomsticks to floo to the leaky cauldron. She was careful to make sure no one was watching the floor as she left.
When she arrived at the Leaky Cauldron she snuck to the back of the pub and went into the Alley. She needed to get money from the bank if she was going to run away, as soon as she got on the steps to Gringgots she took off her invisibility cloak. She knew the Goblins wouldn't like it if she went in wearing it, and she didn't want to make them upset since she needed their help.
She looked around to make sure no one spotted her before she rushed inside and waited for a teller. It took fifteen minutes for there to be a Goblin free to help her, she spent those fifteen minutes worried that someone would recognize her and drag her back to Hogwarts.
"Next!" A deep growl came from a Goblin, Hala rushed over.
"What do you need?" The Goblin asked as soon as Hala was close.
"I want to know how much money I have in my vault, I also want to know if I own any properties."
The Goblin looked down at the papers, "Name and Key."
Hala winced, "I'm Hala Potter but I don't have my key with me-"
"Nice try human, do you know how many people come in claiming to be the Potter heir?" The Goblin glared at her with beady black eyes making Hala panic.
"There has to be some way for me to prove that I'm who I say I am!" Hala cried out. If she couldn't get her money, then she would have to live on the streets because she refused to return to Hogwarts.
The Goblin stared at her in thought for a few moments before he smirked, "There is one way, there is an inheritance test we can do for a small fee, if you are indeed the Potter heir then we shall take the fee from the potter vaults, if you are not the Potter Heir then you shall have to work the fee off if you do not have the money on your person."
Hala nodded and agreed right away so the Goblin called another younger-looking Goblin over and soon she was being led into an office, the door had a nameplate on it proclaiming it the office of Grinlast, account manager for the Potter family.
Half an hour later she was holding her inheritance test and shaking in shock at the results.

Hala couldn't believe it, this was too much for her to process at the moment. She had a family out there, she had a mom, a dad, and a brother out there, maybe they were looking for her. She looked closer at the test and closed her eyes in pain, so that's why she was with the Potter family.
Hala assumed (Rightfully) that her blood-adopted sister was stillborn and the two were rightfully devastated, she still didn't know how she got with them or why no one told her about this but she had a feeling that she would find out someday.
