Not going to lie, writing this was a struggle, I knew how I wanted it to go but writer's block is a bitch and a half to work through. While trying to burn through the writer's block I did manage to write a one-shot I'm proud of. Whenever I finish one of my ongoing stories I might come back and write more for it.
You can read the one-shot "Hala Potter the Moon Goddess" in my one-shots Heaven story, I have a few one-shots in there I'm proud of.
Anyway, I've gotten a DM from someone who said they didn't like how I answered reviews and said it was me just "Padding my chapters." I would just like to address that real fast, I'll be doing the same in my other stories.
I'm going to say the same thing I said in the response, I do the responding to my reviews in my stories because it helps me to answer questions that a lot of you might have, this way I don't have to try to respond to the same question over and over again in privet dms.
Secondly, Me responding to reviews helps me build a better reader/writer bond, I've seen people say that they were happy I chose to respond to their reviews in my stories before. This helps build a better bond so I like to do this.
I figured this was a better way to do things instead of posting the story and needing to respond to a million different reviews about the same thing, which would cause me to get burnt out and then lose interest in the story.
Anyways enough talk let's start responding to your reviews now, shall we?
deathgeonous chapter 52. Mar 18
Well, this is quite the fun fic. Although it could really use some editing. Your spelling is Atrocious. And all the times you said Lios Lane instead of Lois Lane... Ergh. Still, nice fic, thanks for writing it, and bye for now.
Me: I'm glad you like the story, I'm sorry about my spelling being bad. I have dyslexia and some words are harder than others. I use Grammarly to help spellcheck but some words sneak through.
God of Wind 200 chapter 52. Mar 17
Can I ask why Female Harry is spending all of her money on helping strangers like don't get me wrong its a good cause and all but what about her future children and their descendants and exactly how much money does she have left and if what she is doing isn't going to throw off the economy
Me: Trust me, Adriane has more money than she could spend in several lifetimes. She also has very good investments that keep bringing in money, neither she, her future husband, nor her future children will need to worry about money.
skylorbaker14 chapter 52. Mar 17
Loved the chapter, I also can't wait for the healed Joker to meet Harley. I wonder how Gotham itself would react to losing its crown prince of crime. I also wonder If the court is still around right now and if they would try to intervene with anything that Adraine would try to do with Arkham.
Me: I'll try to have them meet for sure, not saying it'll happen but it might. Gotham is going to be shaken to no longer have the Joker around and the court can try, Adriane's not going to stop.
Let us start the story!
It was a few days after the excitement of being visited by three heroes and Adriane was reading a letter that had arrived during lunch, it was from Grinlast. There were a few other letters that Dobby had brought as well, the letters were from her friends and she couldn't wait to see what they said and hear how they were doing.
She had the letters placed next to her plate as she decided to read the letter from Grinlast first, business before pleasure.
Dear Lady Adriane Kenna Dive Potter Black Gryffindor Slytherin Ravenclaw Emrys.
I am writing to inform you that your wish to buy Arkham has come true, Arkham is now under your control. I will admit, it did take quite a lot of money to get the previous owner to hand the prison over but under your request, I went through with the purchase.
At this moment the prison is undergoing a complete transformation, we will update the prison so that while the prisoners can not escape they can live in comfort without worrying about someone trying to harm them in response to their crimes.
I do have some surprising news I must share with you regarding what I have found while going through the records of the prisoners. I will say that it does not involve your Uncle in case you were worried.
I believe this is news that must be shared in person, if you could arrive sometime today to discuss this with me would be excellent.
I believe you also have a few things you wish to discuss with me as well, this will save both of us some parchment.
May your gold continue to grow and your lives prosper,
Acount manager Grinlast.
Account Manager for Potters, Gryffindors, Slytherins, Ravenclaws, and Emrys vaults.
Adriane finished reading the letter and felt a bit conflicted, while she was ecstatic that she owned the prison she was worried about what Grinlast found in the records.
Glancing at the letters from her friends she sighed before standing up, she would read them tonight, right now she needed to know what Grinlast had found, or else she would go insane worrying about it.
She let Sirius and her Uncle Jack know that she would be at the bank if the two needed her for anything before she had Dobby pop her in front of the bank. She winced when realizing that Grinlast might get a bit put out with her when she mentioned wanting to move again, he was probably still trying to settle in at this branch here himself.
She walked into the bank with her head held high, stopping to give the goblins guarding the front doors a simple yet respectful nod before she carried on. She felt the fur on her tail stand up in anticipation of what she was about the hear, she tried not to let her nerves show as she was led to Grinlasts new office.
"I've been expecting you, Lady Potter." Grinlast spoke as he spun around in a muggle desk chair.
This caused Adriane to stop and stare in disbelief, she had a few more questions than she did before she came in here.
"Okay two questions, where did you get that chair and who the hell let you watch tv?" Adriane's voice showed how baffled she was, her confusion made Grinlast laugh before he gestured for her to take a seat.
"To answer your questions, all managers at this branch of the bank have a comfortable muggle desk chair," Grinlast chuckled, "And my sister is the one who introduced me to the muggle tv, it is very informative."
"I bet so, the only thing you were missing when you spun around was a car to pet," Adriane snarked back, confusion turning into amusement.
"Yes, well the missus is allergic to cats-" Adriane interrupted with wide eyes, "You're married?"
Grinlast laughed, "Yes, I suppose I have forgotten to mention that didn't I? My apologizes, I like to keep my wife safe, you know what the british magicals are like, no goblin over there worth his gold mentions his family to them."
Adriane nodded, "You're forgiven, but you know I was just surprised. I don't expect you to tell me everything about yourself."
"That's very kind of you, now we have a very troubling topic to discuss today," Grinlast spoke, sitting up straighter and getting serious."
Adriane stiffened her spine and wrapped her tail around her waist a bit tighter, "Yes I got the impression that this isn't good news?"
Grinlast did a so-so motion with his hand, showing how much Adriane has influenced him over the months the two had known each other, "It's both good news and bad news, it's better if I explain."
"As you know we were going through the records for those who stay at your new prison, while going through one we found some information that we thought you should know."
Grinlast brought out a folder and continued speaking, "There is a recurring prisoner there that has some very interesting relations, it says on her records that the name she goes by is Pamala Isley, she has records of changing her name though."
The goblin looked up at Adriane with a serious face, "Her original name is Pamala Evens, sister of Petunia and Lily Evens. . . And your aunt."
Adriane felt like the ground had just gone out from under her, "That can't be true, if it was then it would have shown up on my test!" She cried in disbelief.
Grinlast silently handed over some parchment, Adriane glanced down at it against her better judgment and felt the blood rush out of her face. She had just been handed an inheritance test, it was a test for Dr. Pamala Isley. Adriane wondered how they got her blood but decided to ask later.
She glanced up at Grinlast who gave her an encouraging nod before she started to read the test.

Adriane shook as she held the paper that had just turned her world upside down once again, in the back of her mind she wondered why it was always an inheritance test to spice up her life.
"As you can see, she is indeed your aunt." Grinlast's voice knocked her out of her mind, bringing her back to the present.
"How didn't she show up on my side of the test then?" Adriane asked, still reeling from what had just been discovered.
"We believe that whatever accident caused her to become the way she is messed with the magic of the test, whatever happened made it so your relation couldn't be revealed unless she took a test herself."
"Is it because she has plant dna?" Adriane asked.
Grinlast paused before shrugging, "Perhaps."
Adriane looked at the test again and frowned, "What does it mean two percent magic?"
"Ah, that means your aunt is a squib, she has a small amount of magic but she cannot access it," Grinlast explained
She hummed in understanding before she stood up, "Thank you for letting me know, I have to go process this but please expect a letter sometime this week or next concerning a few requests of mine."
Grinlast nodded and showed her to the door before heading back to his office, Adriane just walked out of the bank in a daze.
It was an hour later that she once again found herself in the beautiful garden that she had found when she first moved to this town. Now she knew that this place was probably the grounds that her newly discovered Aunt lived in and claimed as her own.
Adriane didn't care, her aunt had some explaining to do. She walked up to the doors of the greenhouse and didn't bother to knock as she stormed in.
"PAMALA ISLEY!" She screamed into the greenhouse, her anger showing through. She managed to storm to the middle of the greenhouse before she heard something quiet thump behind her.
She gave no notice that she had heard the thump, she acted like she didn't know that the green-skinned woman was sneaking up behind her. As soon as Pamala was close Adriane spun around and kicked the woman's legs out from under her before acting quickly and pinning her to the ground.
She saw the plants around the two rear up and get ready to attack so Adriane leaned down close to the woman's ear and whispered, "Hello Aunty, how good it is to finally meet you."
This caused the woman and the plants to freeze, From her position Adriane could see the way Pamala's eyes widened as she glanced behind her at the young teen pinning her to the ground.
She recognized her as the girl who had explored her greenhouse not long ago.
Adriane used her magic to tie up her Aunt before stepping back, glaring at the woman on the ground who was now sitting up against one of the benches.
"I must say it was a surprise when i found out that I had another Aunt out there," Adriane said, her voice was cold enough to freeze the earth but all it did was cause Pamala to wince.
"I don't know you kid," Pamala tried but got cut off by Adriane's sharp angry laughter.
"Oh, you're right, you don't know me. Tell me something, how do you think your sisters Lily and Petunia are doing right now?"
Pamala blinked before gulping, "Well I haven't had contact with either of them for a long time, last I knew Lily had just gotten married."
Adriane let out another sharp laugh before her face went blank, "So you don't know huh?"
"Know what? Listen kid I get that you're claiming to be my neice but-" Once again Pamala was cut off by the angry teenager.
"My mother was Lily Potter, your sister, she's dead." Adriane didn't bother to sugarcoat it, she didn't have any mercy left in her heart for this woman.
She watched as Pamala struggled to understand what she just said, she saw the second when she processed it and understood what Adriane said.
"Dead? She can't be dead!" Pamala screamed, tears coming to her eyes.
Adriane shook her head, "You would have known she was dead if you had kept in contact with her, you would have learned about her having me and you would have learned that she and father died when I was fifteen months old."
She watched as Pamala's green skin turned a murky color as she paled, "What?"
"You would have known that I was sent to Aunt Petunia's, you would have known that they abused me and forced me to be their slave, you would have been there to save me but instead you abandoned my mother, father, and me to become a villain.' Adriane's eyes were cold, "Are you happy Auntie?"
Pamala couldn't speak, she didn't try to get away when she felt the ropes binding her break thanks to her wonderful plants, all she heard were her newly discovered Neice's words of hate, hate that she deserved.
"You know, Uncle Jack at least had the excuse of being possed by Dark Magic to become the Joker," Pamala's eyes widened and her head snapped up to stare at the angry teenager in shock, what did she just say about the Joker? "But you have no excuse for being a villain, I've heard your reasoning is that you want to protect earths plants but in doing so you're making things worse, the people of gotham are terrified to own a plant of any kind in the fear that you'll use it to murder them."
Adriane glared at her aunt before using her magic to stun her and then she took her to Arkham and left her at the front door, she would let the Prison deal with the woman. Maybe one day she would visit but for now, she was so angry.
She knew it wasn't all Aunt Pamala's fault that she left and lost contact but Adriane couldn't help but think of what might have happened if she stayed in contact with her mom.
Would things have turned out differently? Perhaps nothing would have changed, Adriane didn't know but she did know that her Aunt needed help and the new prison would hopefully be the help she needed.
