Well hello! This is A new goal-fanfiction's new chapter. I admit, that I drew some inspiration for this from Disney's Wish-movie. See ya the next chapter.
Natsuki walked with Sasuke to Tokyo's Tōkyō-eki train station, where they were going to meet Sasuke's friend, who was coming to visit Tokyo for about a couple of weeks.
The sky was covered with gray clouds, and it was snowing.
Natsuki, and Sasuke had returned from Gifu to Tokyo on the night train a couple of days earlier, after they had been investigating Hikari's affairs, only to find out what an eyewitness Natsuki had met had said he had seen happen in Nagoya around the time of Hikari's disappearance.
"Senpai, what's your friend like?" Natsuki finally asked, as they stopped in front of the train station cafe to watch the trains.
"Quite talkative," Sasuke said. He was wearing a black winter coat, dark gray pants, and dark gray winter boots, and he had a scarf that Natsuki had knitted around his neck, and gloves that Natsuki had knitted on his hands.
Natsuki nodded. She was wearing a light brown winter coat, black pants, and brown winter boots, a purple hat, and purple gloves.
"The Tokyo train is arriving at track 5. Stay behind the white platform line," The loudspeakers announced.
Finally, the train stopped at the platform, and the train door slid open, and people walked out of the train.
"Sasuke-kun!" A girl shouted, and a tall, thin girl with long, light pink hair, green eyes, fair skin, and who was 16 years old walked out of the train. She was wearing a red winter coat, black pants, and black winter boots, pink gloves, and a pink hat, and she was carrying a red shoulder bag over her right shoulder, and a red suitcase in her hand, as she walked out of the train, and directly in front of Sasuke.
"Senpai didn't tell me, that his friend was a girl, but it's best to keep a cool head," Natsuki thought a little nervously. Cold shivers ran down her spine, as she watched the conversation between Sasuke, and the strange girl, and her skin crawled. She couldn't help, but feel like an outsider, as she looked at Sasuke, and the strange girl, because Sasuke seemed to have forgotten Natsuki while talking to the strange girl, which is, why Natsuki didn't hear Sasuke, and the strange girl's words.
"Why are you so quiet?" Sasuke asked after seeing Natsuki's silence, and looked at Natsuki like a girl.
"Nothing. I'm just thinking about my friend Hikari, who I'm worried about," Natsuki said.
"I understand. Natsuki, this is my friend Haruno Sakura," Sasuke said by way of introduction.
"Evening," Natsuki said, trying to smile. "I'm Uzumaki Natsuki, Uchiha-senpai's archery-club mate."
"Evening. Sasuke-kun called earlier, and told me about your friend Hikari. You must be upset about Hikari's disappearance," Sakura said.
"Hikari, and I grew up together, so it's no wonder," Natsuki said. She felt a little uncomfortable, that Sasuke had talked about her affairs to a complete stranger before even introducing them. "I'm going home, because I need to think about Hikari's situation a little more. See you later."
Natsuki left the train station, and walked along the city sidewalk until, she arrived at she's house, and closed the front door of her house behind she, leaning she back against the front door of she house.
"Huoh!" Natsuki sighed in relief at being far away from Sakura, as she felt a little more relaxed now, that she was far away from Sakura.
"Maybe it's completely pointless to feel like an outsider now, because I'm trying to be content with just being Uchiha-senpai's friend, until I get the courage to tell him how I feel," Natsuki thought. Despite that decision, she felt a little jealous when she saw Sasuke with Sakura.
"Even something! Such a strong feeling of envy. It could still be useful to me," A man standing in a dark tower said as he felt a strong feeling of envy in the air.
The man looked at the shelves in front of the tower walls, where he could see light blue, basketball-sized balls that looked a bit like crystal balls, floating in the air.
A purple, ball-sized energy-ball with a black color appeared in the man's hands, and he sent it floating out the window:
"Find the owner of that envy, and merge with him."
The energy-ball traveled through the window at the speed of light, and it moved so fast that hardly anyone saw it as it searched for its target, with which it was supposed to merge.
"1/1/2025.
I'm a little confused today. Today, I went with Uchiha-senpai to the Tokyo Tōkyō-eki train station to wait for a friend of Uchiha-senpai's who was coming to Tokyo for a couple of weeks. The friend in question was a girl named Haruno Sakura. She's pretty and seems friendly, but I felt uncomfortable as soon as I saw her with Uchiha-senpai, and when I heard from Haruno, that Uchiha-senpai had told Haruna about my missing friend Hikari. But then again, anyone would feel uncomfortable if they found out that others had been talking about their things to complete strangers who didn't even know the owners of those things. When I looked at Uchiha-senpai, and Sakura together, I couldn't help but feel like an outsider. To top it all off, I had chills running down my spine, and my skin had goosebumps, and I'm pretty sure the cold weather wasn't the reason for the reactions I just wrote. Maybe I'm just exaggerating, because they probably haven't seen each other in a while, and I didn't expect Uchiha-senpai's friend to be a girl. But I calmed down as soon as I left the train station to think about Hikari's disappearance, which I've been thinking about a lot lately. Maybe I should talk to the girls, and get their opinions on the matter," Natsuki finished writing her diary, and sat down at her desk.
Suddenly, a bullet-sized, black-violet glowing energy-ball appeared from the door behind Natsuki, which quickly hit Natsuki's back, moving inside her, causing her to shiver coldly, which disappeared as quickly as they had appeared.
"What that was?" Natsuki thought about the cold shivers she had just felt.
"The bullet reached its target. Now I'll start monitoring the situation," The man said, standing in his tower.
Natsuki put her diary in its familiar hiding place, and called Ino:
"Ino, could we talk to Hinata tomorrow at the MS-Shinjuku department store?"
"Do you want to go shopping tomorrow?" Ino asked.
"Yes, but at the same time I want to hear your opinion on something that's been bothering me a bit. I saw something today, that I couldn't wait to see," Natsuki said.
"Okay. I'll let Hinata know. See you tomorrow at MS-Shinjuku," Ino said, turning off the phone.
"I hope the girls can advise me tomorrow," Natsuki hoped.
