Tony, Gibbs, and Jackson spent the weekend switching the rooms around. Kelly wanted the attic that used to be a playroom so it was set for someone to stay up there, Gibbs gave Tony and Nellie the master bedroom since he didn't sleep in there anymore and they started to turn Kelly's old room attached to the master bedroom into a nursery and eventual bedroom for Nellie. During the week Tony and Kelly painted the rooms while Nellie played or napped to help get it going.

"Everything looks good. Now do you want the crib in the nursery or here in the room with you?"

"With me, I thought the crib was for the nursery so I was going to put the playpen in the room with me but I would rather have the crib with me. It could probably fit in that small area by the window and ..."

"It will, that's where my dad and Shannon set up Kelly's area when she came home from the hospital. That's why the cords are on the right side so Kelly couldn't grab them. The bolts in the wall were where we secured the dresser and crib and why I haven't removed them yet."

"Thanks for helping me with all of this Gibbs and I'll thank Jackson's room I'll repay you both when I get the trust and there's so much more Nellie need as well."

"It's our pleasure Dad likes to spoil his grandkids Well Kelly so far but he always wanted more but Shannon and I could never have another one. He would like to know if you would let him call Nellie his granddaughter." Tony smiles,

"Of course, she could use more grandparents to love her. You saw how Yaya and Papa were and I haven't seen Mama's parents since shortly after I turned 9. I went to summer camp and when I came home my Dad said they no longer wanted to see me. He was already remarried and I think Stella had something to do with it but they denied it."

"Well ..." Gibbs didn't know what to say to that. "Before I forget I opened a P.O Box for you and Mike gave your dad the information in case they wanted to send anything to you. I haven't checked it yet but it's at that post office by the mall. Your dad said he wanted to send you something for your birthday so I gave him the PO Box."

"It's probably papers disowning me."

"I doubt that. Can I ask you something about Jackson? I know he's coming this weekend but I don't know how to ask him."

"Sure you can ask anything. I know he said he would like to call Nellie his granddaughter but he would also like to call you his grandson when you're ready. He has another grandson ... I have a son a little older than you that we gave up for adoption when he was born. Shannon and I were young, not married and all we did was fight at the time so we gave him up. A girl I knew growing up had a half-brother and sister-in-law who wanted a child so we let them adopt him."

"Do you ever hope to see him again?" Gibbs takes a deep breath.

"I do, I met the adoptive parents when they came for him. I was home on leave for the birth and to sign the papers and then I didn't see or hear anything for almost 15 years when I came up on him and saw the adoptive dad."

"Did you say anything to them?"

"His dad knows but I don't know if he does. I didn't tell Kelly so I don't know how she would react. She knows she has a big brother out there but ..." Tony takes a deep breath.

"She knows." Gibbs just looks at him and Tony takes one of his photo albums. Kelly and I were going through your guy's photo albums to make a Father's Day present for you and came across one that looked exactly like Nellie does now so we started going through mine. She mentioned the brother and I knew I was adopted so I pulled out the pictures and stuff Mama put together for when I found my birth family. We just ... I didn't know if you wanted to know. Kelly says her mom did but ..." Gibbs opened the photo album to find pictures and things related to Tony from some information they gave Liz and Anthony to pictures and things of him Gibbs guesses until Liz died.

"This isn't why dad wants you to call him Grandpa. He doesn't know or at least I didn't tell him. He wanted to keep you but we thought you needed two parents and Stephanie knew her brother and sister-in-law could be good parents to you. Were they good parents?" Tony nods,

"Yeah, something's going on with my dad but they were good to me. Then things fell apart slowly. I didn't like my stepmom and then there was Faith." Tony stops and looks at Gibbs. "Are we going to tell Grandpa I'm the baby you gave up for adoption?"

"That's up to you but I don't think he would mind. Like I said he wanted to keep you and he thinks of that often. He's coming here this weekend for Father's Day and we're invited to a cookout at my lawyer's house. His son is also turning 15 so they're going to have a cookout and then fly to New York for his actual birthday. He called to invite me and Kelly and I told him about you and Nellie staying here and he said you guys were welcome to come too."

"What kind of lawyer is he that you would go to his home? My dad but that's with the lawyers for his business or other stuff like that."

"Shannon's parents took me to court trying to get custody of Kelly after Shannon died. Arthur was recommended to me and his wife has stepped in to help when Kelly needs a girl around. Her parents also do things when they're here and Kelly goes over."

"Do I have to go?"

"No we're going but you don't have to go. If I want you to go somewhere I will tell you otherwise I will just tell you what we're doing and leave it up to you. Speaking of which we didn't forget your birthday so Dad's staying for that and we're going to do something for Father's Day too. What do you want to do for your birthday and what would you like?" Tony snorts,

"I don't celebrate my birthday since Mama died. If I was home Yaya would make a big thing about it but it would be with people she knew and things she thought an adult would like not a child. They just wanted to show off what they did for me but I'm good. You guys have already did so much for Nellie and me so ..."

"That's what Father's Day is for birthdays are different and should be celebrated. We already have some ideas I just wanted to know if there was anything special you would like."

"Kelly promised me we could bake my favorite cake for my birthday and I haven't had that since Mama was alive she made it for me every year and I miss it. If I think of anything else I will let you know." The rest of the week went quickly until Friday when Anthony was back in town and wanted Tony to meet him for dinner late so Tony left Nellie with Gibbs and Kelly.

"Junior, where is the baby? I would've thought you would've brought her with you."

"It's 8, she's already in bed Dad. She just needed her last bottle and a story to go to sleep which Kelly loves to do. Shes' already sleeping through the night so she'll be fine."

"I just wanted to see her that's all."

"I would've met you earlier for dinner with her. I will send you pictures, I'm sure there will be tons of them. We're going to Grandpa's for July and there's 4th of July activities. He's going to tell me about them to see if I want to enter Nellie."

"You're not going to Mother's 4th of July party?" Tony snorts and Anthony looks at him. "I know you two don't see eye to eye but Mother would be disappointed if you don't go."

"Yaya said if I don't give up Nellie I was no longer family, I know I'm not wanted there. Besides everyone there my age will socialize and discuss things that aren't there for me anymore. Even if they were my goals they're not going to want to talk while I'm holding a child and tending to her needs."

"Bring her nanny along Junior. This is an event you can't miss and that's what nannies are for."

"I don't have a nanny for her and I don't think I'm going to get one. One of Gibbs' neighbors runs an in-home day care for $200 a week. It's cheaper than a nanny and she does it for a living."

"Then who is Kelly that you said will put her to bed tonight? I assumed that was the nanny."

"My little sister, she's the one I rescued in March. Gibbs and Kelly's mom are my biological parents. Gibbs is there too but Kelly's capable of taking care of Nellie while I'm here. Look I don't want to fight, I came here to have dinner with you. What did you want to see me about?"

"I wanted to see you before your birthday and I have some things for you and the baby ... Nellie. That's why I asked where she was. Your mom's things are in the car and a few things for her. I also have these things for you." Anthony hands him a folder with two checks, papers stating he had a share of the company, a list of names, addresses and phone numbers along with bank account information. "I had Sherman Wilson transfer your bank account here to Alexandra Bank in your name only and that's the information for it."

"Then what's with the checks?"

"One is for your birthday from Mother and Father and the other one is from some properties and stuff Liz invested for you. They pay out every so often and they were put in a separate account and just contact him to give him your bank information."

"If he set up the account here ..."

"He didn't pay attention to the details and I actually didn't know about the investments until we were settling everything for me to come here. I know I'm not your favorite person Junior and I know you found your birth family but I still love you as do my mom and dad."

"Only if I do things they want me to do. Did I plan to become a teen dad no, I planned to marry Faith and raise Nellie together but I can't change what happened. I'll still go to a private school, Nellie will be taken care of, I found my birth family who doesn't mind if we stay in touch."

"Okay, I will believe you but if you need anything just call me or the office. Hamilton will always help you and they would like to see you the next time you're in New York."

"I'll make sure to do that." When they were done eating Anthony hugs Tony.

"I love you Junior, make sure to take care of Nellie. If she's anything like you she'll give you a run for your money." Anthony hands Tony an envelope that Tony could tell was thin and wondered what was in it.

"Thanks dad and I love you too." Tony left in a cab and found Kelly and Nellie asleep plus Jackson was at the house.

"How wa dinner? What is all of this?"

"Stuff my dad brought for me, i haven't opened it yet so I'm not sure what it is. Dinner was okay, we talked about Nellie, my grandparents ... the 4th of July."

"Does your family do anything for the 4th?"

"Yaya always has these day long parties where it's a ton of fun. We race trucks, swim in the pond, play sports ... though it might be worth it to finally wipe the tennis courts with Brian Wilkins. Dad always wants e to forfeit the game so he feels good about himself and they don't lose their business but ... anyway I told Dad I wasn't going."

"If you wanted to go Tony it's fine. You'll be emancipated and as long as you tell me where you're going so I don't worry ..."

"I already made plans to go to Stillwater for July. Plus I'm not sure I want to see Yaya yet. I said I would go to New York this summer though jus not yet. I have other family there and he gave me their contact information so I'm going to start that way." Jackson comes down carrying Nellie who was wide awake.

"She tired Kelly out who is fast asleep on your bed but she was sitting there playing with her dog." Tony laughs taking Nellie.

"Auntie Kelly was supposed to put you to sleep not the other way around silly." Nellie blew raspberry's making them laugh.

"Dad and I were talking about how you were the baby Shannon and I gave up for adoption before you came home. He heard Kelly refer to herself as Auntie Kelly and wondered when and if you would ever all him Grandpa to Nellie."

"Only when you're ready. I'm sure things are moving fast and ..."

"Both me and Nellie would like to call you Grandpa. Calling you Jackson always just seemed weird and I didn't know if you would mind. I didn't even realize until last week that that Gibbs may have given up a kid for adoption. Some of Kelly's baby pictures if I didn't know they weren't Nellie I would wonder."

"I would've liked if you called me Grandpa from the time we knew you were going to stay but I thought that might be too soon to bring it up. I thought starting with Nellie might eas into it but I didn't realize you were that baby so ..."

"I was going to bring it up for father's day but I wasn't entirely sure how." Tony and Nellie soon go to sleep and the next day Gibbs was called into work for a few hours but would take Kelly to the party when he came home. Kelly played with Nellie while Tony took a shower and then got a diaper bag so he could take Nellie shopping. While busy looking for something for Nellie to wear he didn't hear anyone come up the stairs.

"Anthony David DiNozzo Junior what on earth are you doing?" Tony jumps dropping the dress he was looking at.

"Trying not to jump out of my skin Aunt Camille. What are you doing? How did you find me?" Tony picks up the dress and just looks at Camille who gave him a look. "You barged in here and yelled at me. I was looking for something for my daughter to wear." Camille doesn't say anything but goes and hugs him tight.

"Are you okay? Have you watched the news?"

"No, we watched cartoons this morning and then dad called saying he was going to stay late and I was getting ready to take Nellie shopping. What happened?" Camille wipes her eyes.

"Anthony's dead, he was hit by a semi truck and he told Alexandra and Jonathan that he was coming for you. He said he wanted you in New York at least until the 5th and ..."

"He was here last night and he tried to get me to go to Yaya's party but I wanted to go to Grandpa's house. Nellie wasn't even with us last night but ... how did you find me? He didn't know where Gibbs and Kelly live."

"Jethro called to say they would be late and I told him the party was canceled because of what happened. I just mentioned your dad's name and he asked if we know you and that you were here. I didn't tell the others just in case it was a coincidence but you always watch the news or you used to and ..."

"I didn't even know you guys were here so I wouldn't have been able to reach you." Tony sits down on the bed. "He gave me some names and their addresses and phone numbers. I was going to reach out later this week but ... do you know if Nonie heard anything?"

"They're at the house, the party for Charlie was canceled but they came the other day to spend the weekend here."

"Let me tell Grandpa what's going on and get Nellie ready to go. I don't ..." Camille hugs him again.

"Don't rush, I'm sure as long as we get you there in one piece it'll be okay." Jackson was talking to Gibbs who then spoke to Tony.

"Camille told me about your dad. How are you doing?"

"She told me too ... I don't think it's hit yet. My family is at her house ... my other family is there. She's my Aunt and Charlie ... they're here for his birthday. Nellie and I are going over there to see them."

"Okay, if you want to come home just call Dad or I will go pick you up." Tony lets out a small chuckle,

"I don't think that will be that easy."

"I've met them, I'm sure it won't. Let us know if you need anything or I'll call and check on you later."

"Thanks, Gibbs," On the drive to Camille and Arthur's house Tony was quiet.

"Are you okay Tony? We had no idea you lived with Gibbs or we would've said something sooner. We knew he was taking you in but so much stuff was going on. Well, not you but the kid who helped them in New York. Alexandra's beside herself because she said they pushed you away so even if you were okay you probably wouldn't reach out to them."

"If I had knows what happened I would've. Dad gave me a list of names, phone numbers and addresses so I wold've kept calling. I don't watch much TV on the weekends. Too much to do with Kelly and Nellie then we go to church too." Soon they were at the house where everyone was in the living room or kitchen and Ruth Paddington who was Tony's maternal grandma was the first to see him.
