Happy Halloween everyone! And of course a very special Happy Birthday to our favorite red-hooded, silver eye, scythe wielding huntress Ruby Rose!

Nora took the book from Ren's hands. "Sweet! Looks like we got a chapter dedicated to Halloween."

"Awesome!" Ruby cheered.

"I wonder how magical people celebrate Halloween," Weiss mused.

"Wouldn't it be funny if the kids dressed up as witches while they went out trick or treating?" Jaune asked.

"They could go out in their regular clothes and it would be considered a costume," Yang said.

"This is a dormitory school though so I don't think that will happen," Pyrrha said.

"I just hope they get to eat lots of food and sweets," Ruby said.

Malfoy couldn't believe it when he saw Harry and Ron walking around the school the following morning. The two looked tired but still very happy.

"And I'm loving the way this chapter's starting off already," Jaune said.

"Love it when that blonde brat gets taken down a peg," Yang said.

"Yang, you're a blond," Ruby reminded her. Yang just shushed her sister.

In fact, both Harry and Ron found the encounter with the three-headed dog to be an awesome adventure and were looking forward to another one.

"I'd feel a lot better if they never went near that dog again," Blake said, shaking a little.

Harry had already filled Ron in about the package that Hagrid had picked up from Gringotts and the two wondered what could need such protection but unfortunately didn't have much clues to go on.

"Granger is pretty smart. She might have an idea," Ren suggested.

"Maybe Neville might know something as well," Jaune chimed in.

Neville was too scared to even mention the dog and Granger was just straight up mad at them and refused to speak to the boys. Neither of them cared though considering her attitude.

"Don't blame them," Blake muttered.

Now Harry wants a way to get back at Malfoy for trying to set him up that night. He didn't really need to try though as a package for him provided just that.

"What did Harry get?" Ruby asked.

"I doubt it would be something from the Dursleys," Weiss said.

"Maybe Hagrid made him some sweets to rival the ones Malfoy gets," Jaune thought.

"Um I don't think Hagrid's the best cook," Ren reminded him. Jaune snapped his fingers.

"Maybe it has something to do with him joining the Quidditch team," Pyrrah thought. "Wood did say something earlier about Harry needing a broom for it." Excited at the prospect, Nora eagerly started to read.

A group of six owls carried a large, thin package and dropped it off in front of Harry. Attached was a note which Harry quickly opened up. It was from McGonagall which told Harry not to open the parcel at the table as it contained his new broomstick, the Nimbus 2000 but she doesn't want the other kids knowing about this otherwise they'll all ask her for one.

"I think it's pretty obvious that Harry got a broom," Weiss said, a little annoyed but happy.

"Nimbus 2000? Did we hear that in one of the earlier chapters?" Ren asked.

"Back when Harry was in Diagon Alley. Some kids were admiring it in a shop," Pyrrha answered.

The note continued saying that Oliver would meet Harry that night on the Quidditch field at seven for his first training session.

"Finally we get to learn about the sport!" Nora shouted, throwing up her hands. And by extension the book which then fell on her head.

"Are you alright Nora?" Ren asked while the others snickered.

"I'm fine. I'm fine. Let's just continue," Nora said after finding her spot.

Harry hid his enjoyment with some difficulty as he passed the note to Ron who was just as surprised. The boys quickly left, wanting to open the broomstick before class started. On their way up they came across Malfoy, Crabb, and Goyle. Malfoy wasted no time in grabbing Harry's broom and felt it through the package. Malfoy knows that Harry's about to be in trouble now as first years aren't allowed broomsticks.

"Boy is he in for a shock when he learns that Harry made the team," Yang said.

"Even more so because Malfoy's the reason that McGonagall let him in," Jaune laughed.

Ron couldn't help but brag that it's the new Nimbus 2000, which he said was better than the Comet 260 Malfoy has at home. Malfoy snapped back how Ron couldn't even afford such a broom.

"Does he not have anything else better than that old insult?" Weiss asks.

"It doesn't matter if it was mentioned before or not. If it strikes a nerve then he's going to keep doing it," Jaune said.

Before things could escalate, Professor Flitwick shows up and Malfoy instantly tells him about the broom Harry just got. However Professor Flitwick already knows about it. Having just heard from McGonagall about the special circumstances and asks what model it is. Harry explains that it's a Nimbus 2000 and adds that it's thanks to Malfoy that he's got it.

All the Beacon students busted out laughing at Harry's snark. "Oh man I wish we could see the look on that brat's face," Yang said.

"That's what he gets for trying to show off," Weiss smirked.

As Harry and Ron head back up to the tower Harry did say that if it wasn't for Malfoy stealing Neville's Remembrall this wouldn't have happened. Granger then pipes up, hotly asking if he thinks this is his reward for breaking the rules.

"No this is his reward for being a good friend," Ruby growled. "If you were a friend you would see that."

"Seriously, what is this girl's problem?" Blake asked. She's never seen anyone this uptight.

The boys just told her to leave them alone and she did. Throughout the day Harry couldn't keep himself focused on his classes as he kept thinking about his new broomstick or the Quidditch pitch where he'll be going to that night.

Weiss fondly rolled her eyes. While Harry should focus on his studies, she understands that he's still a kid and would be more interested in sports than school right now. He deserves a chance to be a kid after all.

After Harry ate a very rushed dinner, he and Ron went back up to the dorms to unwrap the broom. Even though Harry didn't see brooms the way Ron does, he thought it looked amazing. The mahogany handle looked like it was just polished. The twigs are neat and straight at the end. And Nimbus Two Thousand was stamped in gold letters at the top.

Yang gave a low whistle. "That does look impressive. But it's got nothing on Bumblebee."

"Bumblebee?" Nora questioned.

"Yang's motorcycle," Ruby explained.

"Can I go on a ride sometime?" Nora asked.

Yang gave a shrug. "Maybe one of these days."

Harry soon left the castle and headed off towards the stadium. Hundreds of seats were on high platforms all around the pitch so that everyone could see the action up close. At the end of each side of the field were three golden poles that looked like giant bubble wands.

"Those must be the goal posts," Ren speculated.

"But then why are there three?" Ruby asked.

"Likely each one has a different score," Pryyha suggested.

Harry didn't want to wait around for Wood and so already mounted his new broom and took off flying. The Nimbus Two Thousand moved so smoothly as Harry zoomed around the goal posts. Wood showed up not long after carrying a large box under his arms and called Harry down. After he landed, Wood complimented Harry's flying skills, now seeing what McGonagall was talking about, before saying that they were going to be going over the rules first.

"Finally!" Weiss shouted, throwing her arms up in the air. "We've heard about this sport ever since Diagon Alley. It's been driving me crazy not to know how this game goes."

Wood opened up the box he had and inside were four balls of different sizes. Wood picks up the largest one which was about the size of a football. Three of the seven players, the chasers, toss the ball back and forth to each other as they try to get it through one of the three golden hoops.

"Seems simple enough," Pyrrha said.

"That's likely where the main action is," Blake said.

Harry compares it to basketball but Wood doesn't know what that is so Harry brushes it off.

The Beacon students let out a small laugh. "I mean it's also kinda like football as well," Ruby said. Yang nodded in agreement.

"In that case then one of the other team members must serve as the goalie," Jaune guessed.

Wood then explained about the Keeper, which is his position, who defends the hoops.

Jaune clapped his hand in excitement. "Called it!"

"Wood must be good if they made him the captain," Weiss said. It was surprising to her. A simple goalie being the team captain. Although she supposed there was more to being a team leader than meets the eye. She looks at Ruby and Jaune as she lets the thought settle in.

Harry recounts everything Wood said to him and then starts asking about the other three balls. Wood hands Harry a bat saying it's for the Bludgers, which are the two identical black balls. Warning Harry to stand back, Wood unleashes the black orb which flies up into the air on its own before diving straight for Harry. Luckily Harry was able to use the bat to send it back to the air.

"Those sound incredibly dangerous," Weiss said.

"That's probably what makes the game more fun," Nora cheered.

The Bludger flies around for a second before trying to go for Wood. Wood dodges and leaps on to it, struggling to get it back into the crate. When he's successful he goes on to tell Harry that the Bludgers go around knocking people off of their broom so there are two beaters (in their case the Weasley twins) to keep the Bludgers away from their teammates and knock them into the opposing team.

"Those things aren't too dangerous are they?" Pyrrha couldn't help but ask.

"If things got too bad then the referee would intervene," Yang suggested assuring the spartan.

"Those Beaters should be skilled enough to keep their teammates from harm," Ren said.

Harry can't help but ask if the Bludgers killed anyone and Wood assures that that's never happened at Hogwarts. Worse they get is a couple of broken bones.

"So it's the professional games that have death. Great," Weiss deadpanned.

Finally, Wood takes out the final ball. It was painted gold and very small. Wood calls it the Golden Snitch. And it's Harry's job as the Seeker to catch it. Catching the Snitch ends the game and scores the team of the Seeker who catches it another one hundred and fifty points. The game can only end when the Snitch has been caught and the record so far is about three months. Reserves were brought in so players could eat and sleep.

Ruby gave a low whistle. "That's impressive."

Yang gave a shrug. "Sounds kinda boring to me. I mean the first couple of hours sure but longer than a day?"

"Plus how did the students do their classwork? There is no way the faculty would have interrupted their studying for the sake of a sport," Weiss scoffed.

"That would have been a lot of cramming," Blake said in agreement.

Wood asks Harry if there were any questions and when Harry denies it Wood starts their training. Since it was getting dark they couldn't use the actual Snitch yet for fear of losing it.

"Smart," Ren said.

Instead, Wood pulled out a bag of golf balls and tossed them to Harry for him to catch. Harry didn't miss a single one. Wood was amazed. After half an hour, night had fallen and they couldn't continue. Wood is certain that the Quidditch Cup will have their name on it this year, thinking Harry might even be better than Charlie Weasley. Saying that Charlie could have played for England if he didn't chase after dragons.

"You know, Ron's older brothers seem to be quite skilled at the game. Do you think Ron will try out for the team next year?" Pyrrha wondered.

"That would be awesome!" Ruby cheered.

"What position do you think he'll be good at?" Weiss asked.

Pyrrha thought about it for a moment. "I'm not sure yet. Maybe a Chaser or a Keeper since his brothers play the other posts."

Between his homework and now having Quidditch practice three times a week, Harry found himself rather busy and was taken by surprise when he noticed that he'd already been at Hogwarts for two months now. Hogwarts was becoming more of a home than Privet Drive ever did.

I actually know the feeling. Weiss thought to herself over the collective groan at the sorta mention of the Dursleys. Even though it's been only a week here at Beacon, Weiss finds herself making a home here in Vale. A much warmer one than at Atlas. And that wasn't because of the climate.

Halloween morning had the halls smelling like freshly baked pumpkin and in Charms class the students were now ready to learn how to make objects fly. Something they've all been wanting to do since Professor Flitwick gave a demonstration using Neville's toad.

"I really hope Flitwick was gentle with Trevor," Blake said.

"Oh my gosh! So they can use their magic to simply lift stuff off the ground. Oh that would be so useful for moving!" Ruby gushed.

Harry got paired up with Seamus, which set his mind at ease as Neville was trying to catch his eye.

"Oooh yeah. No offense to Neville but I don't blame Harry," Yang said.

"You'd think the school would put Neville in special classes to help him so he doesn't hurt himself," Weiss said.

"Yeah well we got a bigger problem than Neville right now," Nora said.

"What do you mean?" Jaune asked.

Ron got paired up with Granger.

Teams RWBY and JNPR flinched. "This could end very badly," Blake said.

"Could? It is going to end very badly," Weiss corrected.

Flitwick continued on with the lesson reminding them of the swish and flick technique and to make sure the incantation is pronounced correctly, recounting the wizard Baruffio who said "s" as opposed to "f" and wound up with a buffalo on his chest.

Everyone was confused at that. "Are we going to get more context on that or?" Blake asked.

Nora gave a dejected sigh. "No. It goes on with the practice session."

It wasn't that easy though. Harry and Seamus preformed the movement but the feather still layed on the desk. Seamus got so mad that in his impatience he set his feather on fire and Harry had to put it out with his hat.

"And I thought Neville was accident prone," Pyrrah said laughing. Suddenly her hand brushed up against something and she found an envelope next to her.

"That's weird. Those only show up in the book," Jaune noted. Pyrrah opened the envelope.

Kind of a shame I can't show you the movies since the technologies of our worlds are so different. I mean I could try but I honestly don't know if you would even be able to play them on the devices you have. Anyway Seamus blowing things up kinda becomes a running gag in the films. It's pretty funny.

"There's movies?" Ruby asked.

"I mean if the books are popular enough in our friends' world then it would make sense that it would be adapted into movies," Jaune figured with a shrug.

"Probably for the best that they're only able to send the books though," Blake said. "Sometimes movies have to leave out a lot of things for time or they change them for no apparent reason so we wouldn't be able to enjoy the actual story the way they are meant to."

"Yeah but some movies do a great job of adapting the books or make the story even better," Yang argued. To her surprise, another envelope appeared in her lap.

You are not wrong, but in my humble opinion the Harry Potter movies are a mixed bag in terms of adapting the novels. But I won't bore you with the details.

Everyone just shrugged in agreement and went back to the book.

Over with Ron and Granger the latter was lecturing the former with how to pronounce the spell.

"Last I checked she wasn't the teacher," Jaune grumbled.

"To be fair, in this case she's only trying to help," Ren said.

"She still doesn't need to be so smug about it," Yang argued.

Ruby agreed with her sister. "She sounds worse than Weiss when she helps me with my homework."

"Is that supposed to be a compliment or an insult?" Weiss asked. Ruby didn't answer so Weiss just took it as a compliment.

"Wait a minute!" Nora yelled.

"What is it?" Ren asked, rubbing his ears with how close he was to the loud hammer wielder.

"Lev-i-o -sa. Herm-i-o -ne. HERMIONE! I figured out how to pronounce her name!" Nora proudly declared. To her delight, a third envelope appeared on the pages.

I'm impressed. Hermione had to help a new friend pronounce her name in a future book (you guys weren't the only ones with that problem, you'd think the movies would've solved that) so I was going to hold off until then but you managed to figure it out early. To think that spell of all things was what clued you in Nora.

Nora beamed and went back to reading.

Ron then told Hermione to do it herself if she thinks she's that good. Hermione had done just that and was able to levitate the feather about four feet above her desk. Much to Flitwick's amazement and Ron's irritation.

"Ron don't tell a show off to actually show off it never ends well," Jaune groaned.

After class, Ron was mocking what Hermione said to Harry and called her a nightmare when said witch pushed past him with her head down. Harry could briefly see tears in her eyes. Harry figured she must have heard Ron. Ron tried to shrug it off saying about how she has no friends. But even as he said that he looked uncomfortable.

All the Beacon students looked awkward as well. They knew Hermione was a bit of a brat to Harry and Ron. But could she really not connect with anybody? Weiss looked at Blake and Yang for a second before setting her eyes on Ruby. What would have happened to me if I DIDN'T get paired with her? If she had ended up with Pyrrah like she wanted, would she have been good friends with her? Or would it have been hollow?

"Maybe Ron should say something to her," Ren suggested.

"Yeah. I mean Hermione is a bit annoying but it doesn't seem like anyone has given the chance to get to know her. Ron and by extension Harry should be the first ones to do so," Pyrrah said.

"But doesn't Hermione have dorm mates like Harry and Ron?" Ruby asked.

"They probably don't talk to her either," Yang answered. Ruby slumped her shoulders.

Hermione wasn't in class for the rest of the day.

That got the trainee Huntsmen worried.

When the boys made their way down to the Great Hall for dinner, they overheard Pavital telling Lavender that Hermione had retreated to the girls bathroom and was crying. Only saying that she wanted to be left alone. Ron felt even more awkward at that.

"Some space for a little while should help," Blake said.

"Yeah, Ron will be able to apologize when they meet up at the dormitory after dinner," Yang said, giving Blake a tender smile.

The great hall was decorated with live bats swooping around the ceiling and bumping into some of the pumpkins causing the candles inside to flicker. Hermione was placed on the back burner as Harry and Ron helped themselves to dinner. Out of nowhere Quirell sprinted down the hall to the table where the teachers were screaming about a troll in the dungeon before passing out onto the floor.

"A what?" everyone asked. A new envelope appeared in front of Nora.

A creature that is very big, very stupid, very violent and very, very strong.

"How did something like that get into the castle?" Blake asked.

"I don't know. But the teachers need to find a way to get it out before it reaches the upper levels," Weiss said.

"What about Hermione? Someone needs to warn her?" Ruby stated.

Everyone started to panic. Dumlbedore had to fire off several purple sparks from his wand to restore order before calmly instructing the Prefects to lead their house back to the dormitories immediately. As Percy guided the Gryffindors back Harry asked Ron in a whisper about how a troll was able to get in. Ron wasn't too sure but figured Peeves let it in as a joke.

"I doubt it. Peeves may be reckless but I don't think he'd ever do something this dangerous," Jaune said.

"Let's worry about that later. I'm still freaking out over Hermione," Ruby said.

Harry then remembered about Hermione, knowing that there's no way she'll find out about this until it's too late. Ron hesitated for a second before agreeing and, making sure Percy didn't see them, snuck away from the Gryffindors to the Hufflepuff crowd before sneaking down a deserted corridor and then making their way to the bathroom Hermione was in.

"Wait, they're going there alone?" Weiss asked in shock.

"Why can't they let a teacher know first? Or Percy?" Pyrrah asked.

"Hard to say for sure. Let's just hope that all three make it out in one piece," Ren said.

They soon hear footsteps behind them and ,thinking that it's Percy, duck behind a stone griffin.

"I thought they didn't have Grimm in this world," Jaune said, confused.

"We're getting a lot of these notes today," Nora said, holding up another envelope.

Some of the fantasy creatures do bear some resemblance and share the same name as the Grimm you face. But they are completely different.

"We'll focus more on that later. Let's just see who's following the boys," Pyrrah said.

It wasn't Percy that ran down the corridor but Snape. Ron and Harry wonder what Snape is doing down here as they watch him head off for the third floor.

"What would Snape be doing on the third floor?" Ruby wondered.

"Someone must have let the troll in as a diversion in order to get the stone," Weiss believed.

"Meaning either he's going to try and head whoever did it off or..."

"Or he let it in himself and is trying to steal the stone," Blake finished.

"Well which is it?" Jaune asked.

"It's too soon to say and we can't jump to conclusion just yet," Pyrrah said.

"Pyrrah's right. Let's just see if Hermione comes out of this in one piece. Maybe afterwards we'll have more info on what's going on and piece the puzzle together later," Ruby said.

Ron starts to smell something and it's not too long before Harry can smell it too. A foul combination of old socks and the public toilet that no one wants to clean. It was soon followed by the sounds of low rumbling and large shuffling feet. Then they saw it. Twelve feet tall, dull gray skin, big lumpy body with a small head, long arms carrying a club and legs as thick as tree trunks.

Ren gave off a low whistle. While this world might not have Grimm the creatures there seem no less dangerous.

The troll starts to go into a room and Harry notes that the key is in the lock and they could lock the creature in. Ron likes the idea and together they creep towards the door, slam it shut, and lock it.

"Why do I have the feeling that it's not that easy?" Jaune asked.

"Probably because of the giant club it's holding," Weiss remarked sarcastically.

Excited about their victory, Harry and Ron head back up the corridor.

"You dolts! What about Hermione?" Weiss screeched.

"How much you wanna bet that she's in the room the boys just locked the troll in?" Nora whispers to Ren.

"You're the one with the book. Remember," Ren pointed out.

"Killjoy," Nora scoffed.

A high-pitched scream soon rang in the corridor. The two instantly realize that that was the girls bathroom. The same one that Hermione has been crying in all day. They didn't want to go back there but there was no choice.

"This is what happens when you don't go to a teacher first," Weiss scolded.

"I don't think it would matter. That troll was going into that room regardless. If Harry and Ron had wasted the teacher's time telling them about her, Hermione might have been dead already," Ruby said. Weiss rolled her eyes but conceded to Ruby's point.

Hermione was trying to make herself as small as she could along the wall, looking as though she was about to faint. Harry told Ron to try and confuse the monster and the two started to fling debris at the troll's head. The troll started to go for Harry but Ron was able to divert it's attention and make the troll go for him instead, letting Harry run towards Hermione urging her to move. But Hermione was frozen stiff.

"Now really isn't the time to freeze up," Yang groned while her hands gripped the edge of her bed.

"She's eleven. Can you blame her?" Jaune said though he also looked nervous.

The troll started to become annoyed with all the shouts echoing around the bathroom. It started to make its way towards Ron. Who was backed into a corner. Harry then did something that was both brave and stupid. He rushed in and was able to jump onto the trolls back from behind.

"At least the book acknowledges how stupid Harry's being here," Weiss groned.

The troll didn't notice Harry around his neck. But he did notice Harry wand in his nose which had gone up there when Harry leapt onto its back.

"Eeewww," everyone cringed.

"This rescue plan is not going well," Blake said.

"Well they are causing a racket. The teachers should be able to show up soon," Ren said.

The troll roared in pain as it flailed around. Harry hung on for dear life. Hermione stayed frozen on the floor. Ron grabbed his wand and casted the first spell that came to his head which was Wingardium Leviosa.

"Last we checked, Ron can't do the spell properly!" Weiss shouted.

"At least someone is doing something," Ruby said.

"Let's just hope it works now," Pyrrha said.

The club flew out of the troll's hands, rose high into the air, and then dropped on the troll's head with a loud crack. The troll swayed on the spot before falling on its face.

"Alright! Nice work Ron," Ruby cheered.

"Did he kill it?" Blake asked.

"I doubt it. They need to leave before it wakes up," Ren said.

Harry clambered off the troll and got to his feet. Ron just stood there in shock with his wand still raised. Hermione was the first to speak asking if it was dead. Harry confirmed that it's just been knocked out and got his wand out of the troll's nose, wiping its snot on its pants. A loud slamming and footsteps were soon heard and soon McGonagall, Snape, and Quirrell quickly arrived on the scene.

"Oh now the teachers show up," Blake complained.

"They missed quite the show," Nora laughed.

Quirrell nearly fell over in shock at seeing the troll.

"How is he their Defence Against the Dark Arts professor again?" Pyrrha asked, rolling her eyes.

"That's what I'd like to know," Weiss said.

Snape went to examine the troll. McGonagall walked over to her students demanding an explanation. To Harry and Ron's surprise, Hermione spoke up taking all the blame.

"Wait. What?" everyone asked.

Hermione went on to say that she went to look for the troll thinking she could handle it but admits that she was wrong. If it hadn't been for Harry and Ron she would have wound up dead.

"Why is she saying that?" Jaune asked.

"I mean yeah Harry and Ron did come to rescue her but she didn't know about the troll. What would she get out of lying?" Ruby wondered.

"Because the boys still had time to tell a teacher about Hermione. Instead they went off on their own. They'll get in less trouble if it sounds like there was no time to talk Hermione out of finding it," Blake explained.

Harry and Ron tried to pretend not to be surprised by the lie. McGonagall was mad and docked five points from Gryffindor, scolding her for doing something so foolish before informing her that students were finishing up dinner in their dormitories. Hermione left and McGonagall turned to the other students. She praised them on their luck and granted them five points each before dismissing them. Letting them know Dumbledore will hear about this.

Pyrrha hummed in thought. Something told her McGonagall didn't truly believe what had happened but was letting it go since the kids were alright in the end.

"Surprised that it actually worked," Yang said.

"She's right though. Ron was incredibly lucky that spell worked when it did," Weiss said.

"The stress of the situation must have had a hand in it. In times like those, instincts will kick in and you will be able to perform feats you didn't even know you could," Ren supplied. He thought back to the night he lost his parents. The trauma from that allowed him to unlock his semblance. Giving him and Nora the chance to escape.

Ron grumbled that they should have gotten more points.

"Just be glad you didn't get in trouble," Jaune said.

But he admits that he was grateful to Hermione for lying to the teachers like that considering that they saved her. Harry had to remind him that they were the ones who locked that thing in there to begin with.

"I don't think it would make a difference. Even if the door was unlocked I think it would have taken the troll a while to get out there and he would have caused some damage before then," Yang said.

They entered the dormitory to find Hermione waiting near the door. After a short awkward pause, they thanked each other and went to get dinner. It was at that moment that Hermione Granger became the friends of Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. After all there are some experiences you can't get through without liking each other in the end. And taking on a mountain troll is one of them.

"Other ones involve killing a Nevermore," Ruby said.

"Or a Deathstalker," Jaune added. The others laughed while Weiss rolled her eyes with a smile. She wouldn't admit it. But the end of their test did allow her to see Ruby, Blake, and Yang as her friends. Even if it still took some getting used too.

"Let's get started on the next chapter!" Ruby cheered.

Nora handed the book to Blake. "I know you read the first few chapters but if you feel like starting again..."

"It's fine," Blake said while taking the book. "It'll be easier to keep track that way."
