UA Meeting Followed by Sports Announcement

Shiny is looking at herself in a mirror to make sure nothing is out of place with her hair and her hat is still looking good as ever.

"Shiny, are you ready?" Toshinori asked.

"Yeah, just wanted to make sure I look presentable for the meeting with how serious is gonna be, so I thought they could use a little positive air." Shiny explained her reason for getting herself extra ready for the meeting.

"Well, we are going to be talking about the event that happened at USJ with the villains and how strong those guys are." Toshinori rubbed on the spot where the scar is.

"I'll say, that Nomu was certainly a strong guy though I couldn't help but notice something off about how he acts… Almost like he wasn't even alive on the inside." Shiny commented, not sure why felt that way towards Nomu.

"Whatever the case, that guy was definitely something else given that it had two Quirks to fight against me." Toshinori pointed out.

"Do you think Naomasa has found anything about the League of Villains? Like where in the world did, they come up with such a lame basic name like that?" Shiny asked with a little joke for the mood.

"Yeah, that I guess the name could use some work." Toshinori chuckled.

"Alright, off to the meeting we go." Toshinori said as he and his wife leave their home.

(UA High School, Meeting Room)

Nighttime has come and most people would be expected to stay within their homes and having their own time before going to sleep, all except for a certain group of heroes of the UA staff members along with All Might, Shiny Rod, and joining them is Detective Naomasa.

"Our investigators are trying everything they can learn about this so-called "League of Villains". We've made some progress, but we can't find anything on this Shigaraki so far." Naomasa informed.

"We've searched our records for men in their 20s or 30s who are registered as having some sort of disintegration Quirk, but so far, we've come up empty. Same for the Wrap Gate villain, Kurogiri. So, they're not citizens or they're using aliases." Naomasa said.

"And that we don't know anything." Vlad said, understanding that much, and doesn't like it.

"At least we know who to be on the lookout for and to make sure we're prepared for them." Shiny said as Midnight nods in agreement.

"We've gotta track 'em down. The villains may have been bruised very badly, but once they heal up, the ringleader will probably try pullin' somethin' like this again." Snipe feared.

"He did seem like the type." Toshinori said out loud.

"Is something on your mind, All Might?" Nezu asked.

"Is it about Tomura?" Shiny asked which her husband nods.

"The attack on the USJ was too bold. No sane adult would ever attempt it. The ringleader kept monologuing about reasons he was there, and he bragged about Nomu's many Quirks, but he never said a word about his own powers. When things didn't go his way, he was visibly upset. Like he was gonna throw a tantrum." Toshinori pointed out the flaws of Tomura Shigaraki.

"Ah, I guess him bragging about Nomu's Quirks was a quick way to draw me into a fight." Toshinori admitted.

"But it was still a foolish move to reveal all of that during the fight. You would think he never learned to keep quiet about certain things." Shiny pointed out on that flaw.

"This Shigaraki made wild, immature claims, but did so with a completely straight face. And he talked about Nomu like he was some kind of a pet." Toshinori said.

"A pet that is shown to be the physical embodiment of impossible when it was reveal to have two Quirks at once, almost like Nomu was made like Tomura said." Shiny started to feel fear from thinking back with Nomu fights against All Might.

"It seemed like he'd never been told "no" before—like he thought things would go his way no matter what. He has the personality of a spoiled little brat. A man-child." Toshinori described how Tomura seems to him.

"A child with incredible power though." Vlad pointed out.

"It's possible he never those girls never got the Quirk counseling students receive in elementary." Midnight said.

"Maybe so, but it doesn't really matter now." Snipe stated, can't focus too much on the past right now.

"There were 72 villains arrested in the aftermath of the USJ attack. They were all small-time thugs who usual work around lurked around back alleys." Naomasa mentioned the other villains.

"What worries me is that this "man-child" got them all to follow his crazy plan. They view him as a real leader." Naomasa said, feeling this uneasiness in his gut.

"Criminals are starting to feel more pressure now that the world is brimming with heroes. That could be why they were so quick to back such simple-minded villainy." Naomasa stated.

"Guess that make sense." Vlad understood how villains are desperately trying to make themselves look threatening enough.

"Villains are always trying to one up the heroes, and they almost had it too." Thirteen feared on the thoughts of the USJ incident.

"There are plenty a' people out there lookin' for a cause to get behind." Snipe commented.

"So, what can we do to stop them?" Midnight asked.

"I know we can't really stop evil and hatred entirely, all we can do is prepare ourselves for the worse and we also have to help our students get ready for another attack like this in the future." Shiny stated.

"Vlad King, that means you will have to push your students from Class 1-B in case they get attack by villains too. I rather know that more students are prepared to be safe than sorry." Shiny instructed Vlad King.

"Alright, I'll do what I can to train my students." Vlad King nodded, also thinking of the villains might harm his students too.

"Well, it is thanks to you heroes that we have the time to devote ourselves to this case. We'll expand our investigation and continue searching for the perpetrators who planned this attack." Naomasa promised.

But then something in Nezu's mind made him think about Tomura.

"A man-child, huh?" Nezu said which Toshinori heard him.

"Something on your mind, sir?" Toshinori asked, wondering if Nezu as a little insight of his own about this.

"In some ways, he shares common ground with our students. They both have so much potential. And like our students, I suppose it's possible someone is guiding him, trying to nurture his malice and villainy." Nezu said, seeing something about Tomura that makes him look like a student for a dark teacher.

"I don't wanna think about what that could mean." Toshinori worried.

"If someone out there is training Tomura to become a villain, then I would hate to think what would happen when Tomura starts to mature even more." Shiny worried.

"Let's hope the guy doesn't start thinking about puberty anytime soon." Thirteen worried as well.

(The Next Day)

"Okay, did I get everything for school?" Akko checked her school bag, making sure that she got everything for going back to school today.

"Akko, are you ready?" Akko's mom called out from the kitchen.

"Yeah mom, I'm done." Akko responded.

"Better get going." Akko said as she quickly leaves her home and makes her way through the busy streets.

Akko made her way to her classroom where everybody is having a little chat amongst each other about the USJ incident.

"Hey Diana, how was your day off from school?" Akko asked Diana.

"Well, it was a lot more peaceful than today though I suppose it has been feeling a bit too quiet without you loud bunch." Diana answered.

"Aw, you missed us!" Akko smiled.

"Shut up! It's not what you think!" Diana yelled a little.

"Yeah, she misses us." Ochaco nodded.

"Hey, you guys! Did you watch the news last week?" Toru asked to her classmates.

"About the USJ? Yeah." Mashirao answered.

"It was so cool that we got a few seconds of screen time!" Toru bragged a bit.

"Though I bet nobody noticed me hanging out in the background." Toru exclaimed, feeling that she didn't get much attention as the others.

"Probably not." Mezo said bluntly which made Mashirao gasp.

"I-It is difficult to stand out when you're just gloves." Mashirao pointed out, hoping to try make Toru feel a bit better to know this.

"We're totally big deals. Those news channels love us—we're basically celebrities." Denki believed.

"Yeah, it's kind of crazy, right?" Eijiro asked.

"Get over yourselves. The hero course that pumps out pros was attacked, and that's what they care about." Kyoka stated.

"Who knows what would've happen to us if All Might hadn't shown up." Hanta said, feeling very relief to be alive today.

"Why'd you say that?!" Minoru yelled in fear.

"I'm gonna pee myself just thinking about it!" Minori said, fearing that he would've been overcooked by that Nomu villain.

"Oh, shut up! Grow a pair, loser!" Katsuki shouted to shut the little grape boy up.

"Did you guys see All Might fighting the bird guy? That dude was super strong, and he still destroyed him!" Rikido said throwing a few jabs in the air.

"Yes. His strength is truly a thing of wonder." Fumikage nodded.

"Once again showing us why he's the number one hero in Japan, and why he's the strongest hero in the world." Diana stated.

"Hey Izuku, I think it's just me, but I don't think the villains are going to try attacking UA again since it was a big failure to them." Akko said to him.

"I think you're right. UA will definitely up their security and know what the villains' who escaped look like, they're gonna lay low for a while." Izuku agreed.

But Izuku couldn't help but feel worried about that the villains are using their resting time to think of a new plan to attack the heroes, especially with that hand villain's main goal is to kill All Might which he might've come close with that Nomu guy.

Guess he will need to train harder and get stronger with using One for All in case of a potential villain attack in the near future.

And the clock changes to a new minute and Tenya comes running in.

"Attention! Homeroom class is about to begin! Everyone stops talking and take your seats." Tenya ordered, not noticing that everyone has already taken their seats.

"We're already sitting, Iida." Hanta said, the scene shows that everyone in class have already sit down at their desk.

"You're the only one who isn't sitting." Rikido pointed out, causing Tenya to groan while gritting his teeth.

Tenya went to sit down at his desk while feeling ashamed of himself for underestimating his classmates for being ready, he'll have to try putting more faith in his classmates.

"So, Tsuyu?" Mina leaned back to get closer to Tsuyu, and almost trip back as the frog helped her be steady.

"Who do you think is gonna teach class today?" Mina asked.

"No idea. Mr. Aizawa's still in the hospital recovering from his injuries." Tsuyu reminded her of their teacher's condition.

And then the door slides open revealing a very familiar man the students became shocked to see that it is none other than their homeroom teacher standing at the door with his entire face and both of his arms were completely covered in bandages.

"Hello, class." Aizawa greeted.

"Mr. Aizawa, what are you doing here?!" The students gasped.

"Whoa! What a pro!" Denki commented shock.

"Mr. Aizawa, I am glad to see that you are okay!" Tenya said, raising his hand.

"You call that "okay"?" Ochaco asked.

"Let just stay calm and pray that he isn't a cursed mummy." Akko said, shaking a little in fear.

"My wellbeing is irrelevant. What's more important is that your fight isn't over yet." Aizawa said.

This got the students to jolt up when their teacher just said that their fight isn't over yet, some are fearing that it's more bad guys suddenly going to show up to attack UA again which is something they do NOT want to go through again that felt like a lifetime of craziness.

"The UA Sports Festival is about to start." Aizawa informed.

All the tension and worries that were on the students have now been washed away with utter shock.

"Ugh! Why would you scare us like that?" The students of Class 1-A screamed.

And then all the students have started to get very excited for being informed about the UA Sports Festival which is a very, very big deal here in this school.

"Let's go kick some ass!" Eijiro shouted.

"Wait a second." Denki said with shaving his hand onto the spiky red hair boy's face.

"Is it really such a good idea to hold the sports festival so soon after the villains snuck inside?" Kyoka asked.

"They could attack once we're all in the same place." Mashirao added with concern.

"Apparently, the administration thinks this is a good way to show that the threat has been handled and our school is safer than ever. Plus, they're beefing up security compared to the past years." Aizawa explained.

"I guess that would make sense." Diana nodded.

"This event is a huge opportunity for all students at UA. It's not something we can cancel because of a few villains." Aizawa stated.

"Uh, I'm sorry, but why not? It's just a sports festival!" Minoru said, looking very scared.

"Mineta, don't you know how important this competition is?" Izuku asked the grape head boy.

"Of course, I do. I just don't wanna get murdered." Minoru said in fear.

"Our sports festival is one of the most-watched events in the entire world. In the past, everyone obsessed over the Olympic games, but then Quirks started appearing. Now, the Olympic have been drastically reduced in terms of scale and viewership. For anyone who cares about competition, there's only one tournament that matters. The UA Sports Festival." Aizawa explained.

"Yeah, even I know it's a really big deal because I watched them every year!" Akko excitedly.

"That's right. And top heroes everywhere will be watching. This is where you get scouted." Momo said with a strong look on her face.

"Sure, unless you're dead." Minoru gulped.

"She's right. After graduating, a lot of people join pro agencies as a sidekick." Denki explained on that part.

"Oh yeah, I'm looking forward to show the Pro Heroes just how strong I am!" Akko smirked.

"Please, I will be the one they'll pay attention the most." Diana proclaimed.

"Yeah, but that's as far as some people go. They miss their change to go indie and star eternal sidekicks." Kyoka stated and looked at Denki.

"Actually, that's probably where you're headed. You're kinda dumb." Kyoka pointed out harshly making Denki feel hurt in the heart.

"It's true that joining a famous hero agency can garner you greater experience and popularity. That's why the festival matters." Aizawa narrowed his eyes a little.

"If you wanna go pro one day, then this event could open the path for you. One chance a year, three chances in a lifetime. No aspiring hero can afford to miss this festival." Aizawa warned them about those chances.

"That means you better not slack off on your training." Aizawa said with a firm look.

"Yes sir!" The students responded as a yes.

Akko clenches her hands onto her Shiny Rod tightly for the excitement knowing that the UA Sports Festival is going to be her big chance to show everyone in the country her magical and heroic spirit, and she also hopes to make Shiny proud with her hard work and determination.

(Lunchtime)

Cementoss just left the Class 1-A with Modern Literature being over and lunch has begun, the students start talking about the Sports Festival.

"Man! Oh man, I'm so pumped for these games!" Eijiro excited.

"We put on a good show, and we're basically on the road to being pros!" Hanta said smiling.

"Yeah, this is why I'm even here in the first place." Rikido revealed as he pound his fist into his hand.

"We get so few chances. We have to make the most of this." Fumikage advised.

"Oh man, Ojiro, I'm getting kind of nervous about the festival!" Toru squealed standing in front of the tail boy.

"I have to come up with a way to get noticed! Maybe with a cheer!" Toru suggested on that.

"Uh, sure… Maybe you should be looking at a shinier costume or something? Otherwise, you're gonna have to try really hard." Mashirao advised, worried for the invisible girl.

"My, what's a boy to do? I stand out even when I'm standing still. That means the scouts won't be able to take their eyes off me!" Yuga bragged at Koji who was very shy to respond to this.

"Don't you agree?" Yuga asked, leaning closer to Koji who just nod nervously.

"You're so lucky, Shoji. People are bound to notice your unique Quirk." Denki pointed out how cool Mezo is.

"Sure, but what matters is that I show them how useful I can be." Mezo stated.

"No doubt, you'll make a scene too." Kyoka mocked, imaging Denki's stupid face of using his Quirk too much.

"Wow! This is gonna be nuts with everyone so excited." Izuku noticed how everyone is being right now.

"Well yeah, of course, we are. We enrolled at this school with the sole aim of becoming heroes. So naturally, we're all getting fired up." Tenya said while moving his arms and hips.

"I know I'm excited for the Sports Festival! I'm going to give this my all!" Akko swinged her wand around.

"Iida! Deku! Akko!" Ochaco said, though in a deep tone.

All three friends turn to their friend only to become shocked of how suddenly Ochaco's suddenly looks dangerous with a grin of a predator on the hunt of her life.

"Let's do our best in the sports festival." Ochaco said deeply again.
