"Alright Colonel Silver but you better get me the dragon balls god dammit!" Commander Red yelled over the phone.
On the other end of the line Colonel Silver sighed knowing of Commander Red's foul temper "I will boss no one will interfere in our plans plus those bunch of assassins are helping us as well I've got one here with me now right Merlyn?"
"Yeah yeah whatever." Merlyn grumbled annoyed at being under Silver's command.
"He'd better be there or it'll be Ra's al Ghul's head!" Commander Red replied getting an annoyed reaction from Merlyn
Colonel Silver nodded "you got it, boss" then he hung up Colonel Silver looked at Merlyn "Alright Merlyn lets go get these damn orbs"
Merlyn scowled "As if I'd take orders from you or your pussy of a boss at least Ra's al Ghul can fight for himself."
The Colonel sighed "We'll be killed if we don't now lets go" As he turned to leave.
"You really believe in Red? He's a delusion fool and you know it." Merlyn warned trying to stop him to further his own plans.
Colonel Silver chuckled "Not really but who cares? Everyone of us is in this to reap the rewards we have no real loyalty to him.
Merlyn hissed in disgust "You have no loyalty to your leader?"
Silver shrugged "So? We don't have blood pacts and all your over the top assassin stuff were mercenaries not knights of honor I mean we're not the nicest of people after all out of us elites I think only general blue is actually loyal. " He then turned to walk away.
Merlyn just sighed and looked at his men "alright let's go."
Age 750 (Nam's village)
After the conclusion of the 21st world martial arts tournament with Goku barely losing out to the formidable Jackie Chun who Goku still didn't believe was Roshi in disguise but the battle served and important lesson that Master Roshi had been drilling into the minds behind. his usual motto.
Don't grow complacent because there's always someone stronger than you out there a frighteningly accurate description of the trials they'd all face in the future both near and far and being the whole purpose of entering the tournament and by extension sending them to retrieve the paradise herb from the wyvern's nest too show them examples of severe disparity in power and thus encourage them too keep up their training.
And now the trio had just delivered water to Nam's village to further support them after Roshi had initially helped him out.
"Now that we delivered all this water where to next?" Krillin asked.
"Actually I've been wanting to get my grandpa's dragon ball back now that it's active again." Goku replied sheepishly.
"I assume it holds some self importance to you then?" Diana guessed.
Goku, nodded "Yep that's pretty much it"
Diana frowned "But how will we distinguish between them all?"
Krillin interjected "Guess we'll have to search them all until we find the 4-star dragon ball then."
"But Bulma isn't here how do we even find one of them?" Diana asked.
Krillin sighed "Good point but still, we got to try for Goku's sake heck maybe we just try how people used to find them."
Diana nodded "I guess it'll be like the last time then can't say I'm unhappy."
Goku frowned "You want to have to fight Pilaf and his gang again? And the cult too? That was annoying though."
Diana and Krillin rolled their eye's.
"Obviously not those parts."
"I hope you weren't serious" Krillin said slightly annoyed.
Goku titled his head to the side "what do you mean"
Diana and Krillin exchanged glances "Never mind" they both said.
Age 750 (With the Pilaf gang)
The Pilaf gang were currently inside their now flying fortress made after the destruction of their castle by those brats as they had just finished playing a card game and were now plotting a new scheme.
"Alright Shu Mai you guys know the plan to get the dragon balls."
Mai nodded "Affirmative"
Shu deadpanned "Its the same as last time." The small emperor gave him an ominous glare.
"Yes Pilaf!"
Mai looked at him annoyed "It's Emperor Pilaf"
Shu frowned "Well I don't care"
"Well I do!"
Then Mai and Shu began to bicker among themselves.
"Silence fools!" the two stood to attention "Now let's get this baby on the road and find ourselves the dragon balls!" They all cheered gleefully as they flew away on the hunt for the dragon balls once again.
Age 750 (Somewhere.)
"Lucky Bulma left us with a dragon radar," Krillin said.
"Yep," Diana said "Now we just have to locate the 4-star dragon ball instead of the others though this may take a while"
Goku nodded "That's alright I just want my grandpa's last gift to me back."
The other two nodded understandingly as the got everything ready for action.
As the trio held Goku's hands to stay on Nimbus they flew towards the dragon ball on the radar.
"How close are we?" Diana asked.
Krillin looked at the radar before answering "Still some way to go but on Nimbus that'll be in no time!"
"Good I don't mind the occasional adventure but I want to finish this fast." Goku said the trio all held a mutual agreement that hunting dragon balls was already a bit stale.
The continued to talk until they came across a town which seemed to be modeled after a Mexican town which happened to be near a dragon ball.
"Let's land here and take a good look around." Diana said hoisting her weapons.
The gang then hopped of Nimbus as the helpful cloud then flew off awaiting its next command as they began to investigate and search the town.
However unbeknown to them two other groups were also doing the same thing Pilaf and his goons as well as another mysterious group who would become infamous soon enough.
(Red Ribbon Armies POV.)
"According to these radars the dragon ball should be near by." A grunt send to his reddish Coloured hair blue trenchcoat wearing boss Colonel Silver.
"I assumed so considering we stopped here." The colonel deadpanned annoyed.
"Oh well when you put it like tha-"
"Anyways where are those assassins at? They should be surrounding the town."
"Merlyn and his group are scouting ahead sir."
"For what?! Fucking police? We're an army God dammit with mechs the Feds can't touch us!"
"Well actually there's rumor's of super powered beings roaming these parts and a conflict occurred due to them competing for the dragons balls with some other guys." Another solider cut in.
"Alright smartass nice story though is its true perhaps we'll get a decent fight after all!" The Colonel finished with a smile.
Age 750 (Current town.)
"He really thought he could scam anyone with those counterfeit dragon balls? As if." Krillin said haughtily as the walked away from a scammer store.
"Yeah but we showed him we aren't a bunch of stupid kids!" Goku added proudly.
"You mean I showed him?" Diana said with an amused smirk "You two were insistent they were real at first you would have lost all the Cash Roshi gave you two if it weren't for me."
"Cut us some slack they were convincing!" Krillin replied defensively.
Diana sighed "You had the radar in your hands you would have seen multiple dragon balls in the area no?"
Krillin stared down ashamed as Goku frowned "If he doesn't have one then where is it?"
Diana pointed towards a bird which had an orange circular object beneath it.
"That easy huh? Then let's get this thing!" Krillin yelled triumphantly scaring the bird as it picked up the dragon ball and flew away.
"Oh man its gone now!" Goku said annoyed.
Diana glared at Krillin "I was going to say approach slowly but your loud mouth scared it away!"
They watched the bird until a large pterodactyl swooped in from above and gulped the bird in a swallow before taking off into the distance.
"We need to catch it!" Krillin said anxiously.
"Nimbus!" Goku yelled as the Kintoun flew in and waited patiently to be mounted upon as the trio held hands as to not fall off as they took off after the pterodactyl.
Age 750 (Pilaf's flying castle.)
"Wait did you see that?" Mai asked pointing out the window.
"See what?" Shu asked he then joined her to look out the window before spotting a familiar object.
Pilaf then glanced their way and recognized it immediately "No way are those idiots after the dragon balls again!"
"Its only three of them this time we're even now." Mai said confidently.
"Uh but they competed in the 21st world martial arts tournament and they all placed really high! The hell will we do?" Shu asked.
"They may have might but we have wits we'll improvise a plan when we scout out the situation while they find the dragon ball for us!"
They all snickered at the plans excited to attempt pulling it off.
"Now onwards! Before those brats snatch our wish up once again!"
Age 750 (The other village.)
"Did he just?" Diana asked.
Krillin sighed "Yep he did who is he by the way?" as the Ox King after killing the pterodactyl prepared to take it in.
"Its the Ox King he usually lives on frying pan mountain but what he's doing here is beyond me." Diana replied.
"Hey there OX King!" Goku yelled loudly catching his attention.
"Oh hello! What brings you guys around here?" The Ox King asked curiously.
"We're hunting for the 4 star dragon ball that my Grandad gave me." Goku replied.
"Gohan? I remember him he was a good man." The Ox King said with a grin.
Krillin began to speak "Anyways the dragon ball might be in tha-"
"Ah yeah also Goku my daughter has been waiting to see you for a while she had something she wanted to say to you when you came back!" The Ox King said raising the Sajyan's curiosity.
"Oh then where is she?" Goku askes curious to here her out.
"We can't afford to be distracted right now." Diana said with gritted teeth she kind of wanted to go home to Themyscira for a while after getting his dragon ball back so unnecessary altercations were a bit annoying at the moment.
"Goku my hero!" Chi Chi yelled happily as she ran out of another building in her slightly questionable atire once again.
"My hero?" Krillin questioned.
"If I recall correctly it was Master Roshi who stopped the fire." Diana said annoyed at stopping already but her annoyance grew as the Ox King prepared to walk off.
"Alright you kids have a chat I'll be cooking this baby for dinner!" The Ox King said waving the pterodactyl corpse around.
"And he's gone and the dragon ball too." Krillin sighed sadly.
"So Goku." Chi Chi began.
"What's up?" Goku asked.
"Do you know what marriage is?" Chi Chi asked.
"Uh no never heard of it is it an exotic food?"
Diana and Krillin exchanged shocked glances at their friends ignorance.
"Well... It involves a lot of food." Chi Chi replied.
"Then count me in!" Goku grinned as he imagined devouring the truck loads of food.
"Sweet! Chi Chi said "We'll prepare right no-"
"Hold up hold up!" Diana interjected "Your seriously going to marry him? You barley know him heck the last time you guys met you spent 2 hours together!"
"2 hours is enough love at first sight after all." Chi Chi replied dismissively.
"For marriage? That's a serious commitment for people who have known each other for years would take besides do y8u even know anything about him? His favorite food activities anything of the sought?"
"I can figure it out." Chi Chi said albeit uncertainty.
"And final point your really going to marry a boy who can't even comprehend the depth of what he's about to get into he is as ignorant as a baby when it comes to romance would you even enjoy it?"
Chi Chi frowned uncertainly "Well when you put it like that..."
"Woah Diana you got real defensive about that." Krillin said having observed that whole ordeal.
"Well I'm not having my friend be married off when he barely knows what kissing is!"
"Good point but... That sounded like more than being helpful that was more like jealousy?"
Diana reddened realizing this 'Damn mans world has turned me soft I need to go home sooner than I thought.'
"Uh are we going now?" Goku asked Chi Chi.
"Oh right yes lets g-"
"Give that back!" They heard the Ox King yell as a small familiar creature wearing a dodgy looking Goku costume ran out holding the beats in his hands.
"Its Shu!" Goku yelled as the Ox King ran out the building.
"That damn rodent stole the food I was making!" The Ox King scowled in annoyance.
"What we were going to say before was a dragon ball was inside it!" Krillin said.
The Ox Kings eyes widened as the trio pursued Shu and the Pilaf gang.
"So did say what you wanted to say?" The Ox King asked his daughter.
"No." Chi Chi replied glumly.
(Age 750 Main group.)
The group were currently climbing the ship as Shu looked down in terror "They're after us Pilaf!"
"Crap! Alright prepare to defend the shi-" Pilaf was cut off as Goku jumped up and landed a nasty uppercut sending him flying.
Pilaf are you ok?" Mai asked.
"I'm fine Mai now Shu throw me the dragon ball!"
Shu nodded as he pulled the dragon ball out of the pterodactyl's stomach before throwing it.
"Alright you hold them off and I'm out of here!" Pilaf yelled as he jumped of his airship plummeting towards the ground before he deployed his parachute bit to his surprise he saw the village caught on fire as it was surrounded my tanks and soldiers blowing everything to bits.
"The hell is this?" Pilaf mused as he glided down
But unluckily for the small emperor he fell right I to right into Colonel Silver's arms.
"Well shit I'm screwed aren't I?" Pilaf said disappointed.
"Right you are! Now pipsqueak hand the ball over or I'll be forced to use deadly force." He gestured to the carnage and destruction around them as Krillin and Diana were seemingly fighting to protect the village.
"Hah these guys are a bunch of chumps!" Krillin said as he blasted tanks to smithereens.
"Those two are getting their hands on that dragon ball though." Diana replied pointing too the two generals of their forces while she knocked some assassins down.
"We better stop them now!" Krillin yelled as he ran towards Merlyn and Colonel Silver with Diana trailing right behind him.
They then looked to see many things as Colonel Silver and Merlyn had successfully taken the dragon ball from Pilaf as Goku jumped from the now crashing air fortress and landed in front of them.
"Lets help him out quick!" Diana said as she jumped to join Goku in confronting the generals as Krillin then skidded to a halt next to them.
Goku smiled "Glad you guys are here."
Merlyn smirked "Bunch of kids really took down you forces? Some army you've got there."
Colonel Silver scowled "Your wimpy assassins were taking out as well if I recall correctly."
"Give us that dragon ball!" Krillin threatened but the two of them sneered mockingly as a wave of soldiers and assassins walked up behind them and began prepared to attack.
"Enjoy yourselves." Merlyn said as they walked off whilst the trio were forced to fight off the small group luckily their strength was enough to dispatch of them as they all fell to the ground out cold.
"Alright let's hop on Nimbus and get ahead already!" Diana said.
"Good idea also it seems the nest dragon ball is up ahead!" Krillin said.
"Nimbus!" Goku called as they all hopped and flew towards the jungle.
Age 750 (Red ribbon army.)
"Alright, so you're telling me the next dragon ball is in that jungle?" Merlyn asked "If so how do we find it?"
The colonel smirked "Burn it burn it all."
"But won't that anger others we don't want any more attention than we're getting." Merlyn replied.
"Who's gonna stop us? We are the biggest military force this world has ever seen and our technology surpasses most of the world and you assassins seem to underestimate our manpower."
Merlyn smirked "The military overwhelmed by three children? What manpower indeed."
The Colonel scowled "Shut up now let's do this already!"
Age 750 (The jungle.)
"Alright we're here," said Krillin "And over there is the enemy." he pointed to the large group in the distance.
Diana nodded "Let's not attack until we see what they do."
As they watched the army march forward Goku's stomach growled "Guys I'm hungry"
"Bad timing Goku!" The other two snapped at him then they heard an explosion and turned to see the army plowing down the jungle
"Alright that's enough waiting." Diana said grimly the other two nodded and they charged.
As the trio charged on Nimbus the Colonel took notice and shot a bazooka at them destroying their cloud and sending them to the ground "
"Hah got me." The Silver said.
Krillin smiled "Alright plan B then" Getting into the turtle-style martial arts stance Diana and Goku nodded as Diana drew her sword and Goku his power pole then they attacked.
"Damn these guys are chumps!" Diana exclaimed hacking at the fodder soldiers and Assassins.
"Agreed" Goku said deflecting Red Ribbon bullets into the opposition.
"Do they even train their soldiers these days?" Krillin asked as an assassin's sword bounced off his forehead as he landed a powerful blow on said persons stomach.
As they finished with the fodder Merlyn and Colonel Silver prepared for battle Merlyn drew an arrow first.
"Ready to die an early death kids? Because soon you'll find out why kids aren't in the business." Merlyn threatened as he quickly fired a volley of ki infused arrows.
Diana smirked easily dodging his arrows and charged in for a melee fight as the marksman dodged s few blows before they exchanged a brief round of blows but she quickly knocked him out cold with a neck chop.
Goku charged at Colonel Silver who quickly got into a boxing pose and swung at the boy who swiftly dodged and started pummeling him as the Silver staggered back. Diana then got her lasso and wrapped it around Colonel Silvers leg tripping him over.
"Speak now the lasso compels you." she commanded As the colonel was ready to a answer.
"Who are you and who do you work for and who is your friend?"
The Colonel spoke "My name is Colonel Silver and I work for the Red Ribbon Army a military organization that plans on world domination which we plan to achieve with the dragon balls and he is not my friend that is Merlyn an elite of the League of Assassins."
They all exchanged worried glances.
Diana then nodded as she released him "well guys what should we do with him?"
The Colonel spoke first "How about eating lead from these mechs!" As two mechs appeared for battle his face however went from smug to shocked as they were quickly destroyed.
"On second thoughts I'll take Merlyn and go!" He then grabbed Merlyn and took his jet quickly leaving them in the dust.
"Lets go get the dragon ball and see what's in the box." Krillin said.
They then found the other dragon ball and the quickly pocketed the two of them.
Krillin then opened the capsule revealing three transportation devices.
"Neat" Diana said just as they were forcefully transported near a snowy village known as Jingle Village.
Age 750 (Red Ribbon headquarters)
"You what!" Commander Red yelled scaring Colonel Silver and Merlyn "I ought to have your fools killed!"
A voice interjected "You'll do no such thing to one of my elites" Ra's al Ghul said a man who had a far more imposing and elegant figure.
Merlyn bowed respectfully "Thanks Ra's"
"Don't thank me yet Merlyn our mission still failed and you'll be punished just not with death."
Merlyn nodded as the leader of the league of assassins continued.
"As for the colonel," he said dismissively "Do what you want with him."
"Commander Red smiled evilly and looked to his soldiers near him.
"Kill this fool for failing the mission!"
The colonel looked fearfully and ran for his life "You traitors!" he yelled as he ran as the sound of gun shots rang out before several bullets hit him in the back piercing his organs and killing him on the spot.
