Walking in with the bags I start putting stuff away "Lily if I'm feeding four wolves and 3 panthers how much should I make?" I call out

Lily pops in shrugging and I sigh nodding "Okay I'll make a big meal like we did at The Bellas and if there are leftovers great" I mumble starting on the food.

5:55pm

Hearing the doorbell Emily runs by "Got it Beca" she says.

I nod seeing Lily hold out her hand to take over "You're not gonna poison us all right?" I ask nervously laughing, as I hear Emily talk to the pack happily.

Lily huffs walking out and comes back dragging Emily, I nod letting Emily take over cooking "Turn it off when the timer sounds don't burn anything".

I sigh walking to the living room with Lily and sit down Kommissar frowns "Where is The Alpha?"

"No Alpha I'm apparently in charge with Lily as my Beta,"

"I set fires to feel joy" Lily whispers with a sweet smile.

I chuckle nodding "I'll let you start a fire later Lily" She nods happily.

"Okay well we have not found an area we can be free in" Kommissar says.

I look at Lily seeing her place her hair over her lip like a mustaches twirling the end I keep watching her "The fenced area in the woods behind the property belongs to us, we are willing to share it with you so long as you don't destroy the area or chase us" I say as Lily nods making her eyes wide and sticking her tongue out.

"We agree to those terms we are in a hotel currently because we scented another shifter in the area, it is uncomfortably noisy we want an area where we can stay without all that noise".

Lily jerks up looking uncomfortable "We can house your pack only".

I frown looking at her planning to ask later.

"Why are you not with The Bellas? We ran into them and heard them say they kicked out two but I see three".

I scoff looking at her seeing curiosity "They kicked us out because we were seen as a threat to them winning Worlds, Lily left as well because I was leaving".

Kommissar looks to her pack getting a nod she then looks back to me "We accept staying here and offer a place in DSM" she says smugly.

I sigh rubbing my temples "Could we have time to think on that?"

"Very well while we are here we offer our protection".

I look to Lily confused seeing she's just as confused "Why would we need protection?"

Kommissar stares at us for a moment before sighing "An Omega and two Beta females make up your pride no Alpha and no Beta males, should a group come in and challenge you the Alpha could force you three into their group or slaughter you all, so we will place you in our protection should that be needed".

Lily hisses "I would bathe in their blood".

"We will accept that I guess" I mumble.

"We will move our stuff here I would like to revisit your pride in joining DSM and possibly our pack at a later time" she says standing.

She points to two members "We will return with your things, stay here as protection".

They both nod sitting down I sigh getting up to check the food finding Emily has set it all in the oven to keep warm while she sits eating a chocolate bar "No problems?"

She hums shaking her head "No ma'am everything is fine".

I nod tugging her shirt pulling her down and back to the living room dropping down on the couch, Emily and Lily cuddle up to me happily purring, I fight back my smile as I gently scratch their heads "I'm Gisela, he is Felix" the female says smiling.

I nod "I'm Beca this is Emily or Legacy and this is Lily" I say motioning to them.

"Dinner is finished we are just waiting for them I guess" I say tilting my head back.

"Born or changed shifters?"

"Lily was born she changed me and I changed Emily".

"How long?"

"I've been changed around 2 months Emily about two weeks".

"Omegas in charge are seen more as parental figures same with Alphas".

I nod "I end up with two kids close to my age" I mumble sarcastically before feeling Lily turn biting me I hiss pulling her away "Damn it Lily let go".

She growls looking up at me I growl back "Let go now or I will take everything I deem unsafe from your room".

She lets go turning to look away but still cuddled up to me.

"Do you have any advice for dinner?" I ask the wolves.

Gisela nods "Are you making everyone a plate?"

I scoff "I'm not a maid I was planning to sit everything in the middle of the table and everyone can make their own".

Gisela nods "Good plan leaders make their plate first then youngest after they make theirs everyone else can".

I nod "Good to know anything else?"

She shrugs "More learn-as-you-go stuff but I can tell you if it's something coming up" I nod closing my eyes to relax.

Gisela hops up and looks at me I sigh "They are coming let's get everything set".

I nod leading her to the kitchen "When you set seating think royalty ruler gets head of the table, with us leaders sit at the head of the table" I nod.

Setting the food in the center and the drink choices I hear the wolves come in "kleine Maus,wo bist du?"

I huff rolling my eyes "zeiță superbă din bucătărie" I say happy I didn't answer in English and embarrass myself.

"You speak a different language?"

I nod "Yes I spent summers in Romania with my grandparents".

"A language I do not know" she says frowning "What did you say, kleine Maus?"

I smile ignoring her questions "Let's eat" I smirk hearing someone fall groaning that sounds like a male before Lily charges in tackling a seat before grabbing her bowl off the table.

I chuckle seeing Pieter come limping in holding his leg "Sie kam aus dem Nichts und packte mich, indem sie über mich sprang"I hum waiting for everyone to sit leaning over I quickly make my plate and drink then sit down watching them talking in German.

Kommissar makes her plate shaking her head as she frowns seeing Lily holding a bowl with a mutilated body drawn on it as she tosses stuff in her bowl, she hops on the counter in a crouch mixing it all with her finger before picking out one piece eating it.

I glance around seeing the pack look confused before shrugging it off and focusing on dinner.

"Is that normal for her kleine Maus" Kommissar nods to Lily.

I hum swallowing my bite "Yes Lily is strange but it's part of her charm".

Getting up I grab the matching cup that has a no-spill lid filling it up I chuckle seeing their shock when it looks like blood draining into the cup then close it and place it by Lily.

"We would like to practice".

I nod "back yard".

Sitting back I watch the pack talk and joke with Lily and Emily acting like they've been friends forever, having no negative reactions to Lily's more questionable statements.

After dinner

I stand at the back door watching Emily and Lily play with the pack happily.

"Your kittens are interesting".

I smile slightly at them being called my kitten I guess they are in a way I've taken over as leader a type of parental figure and I take care of them "They are" I say agreeing.

Felix yelps jumping up and away from where Lily jumps out scaring him before he chases after her, losing her he looks around confused "Not many can handle Lily".

"My pups find her fun and interesting" she hums out.

I nod "Lily no weapons" She looks at me huffing before throwing the knife in her hand it hits the ground at the patio edge sticking straight in the ground, walking out I grab it "If you start a fire do not lose control of it or push anyone in".

I step back in cleaning the knife and place it in the drying rack "She does that stuff?"

I nod chuckling "Yes, so watch out for her" I say before heading up to my room starting on my mixes and losing track of time.

Feeling a thump I frown getting up hearing it again, I follow the nose to the basement and pull the door open, stepping in I turn on a light seeing a large animal looking at me I slowly back out and close the door.

Stepping outside I look around "Basement is off limits, Lily whatever that is better not get lost in the house or yard".

Seeing everyone look at me confused I look at Lily as she shrugs.

"I'm going to bed screw it" I sigh "Emily go get ready for bed Lily you too".

Hearing them grumble I follow behind them seeing them quickly get ready, once Emily gets in her bed I pull her blankets over her tucking her in "Sweet dreams".

Moving to Lily's room I find her in a bed that looks like a large casket I shake my head pulling her blankets over her and tucking her in "Sweet dreams".

"I dream of killing people" Lily whispers I sigh nodding "Enjoy your dreams Lily".
