Rose picks up the egg and walks to the living room "Okay little one it's time to teach you the wonders of talk shows" she says happily, I hum following her to the living room where she turns on Steve Wilkos.
I groan tilting my head back "Still on this crap?"
"Shush we are watching the drama," she says not looking away.
"Wasn't the crap you saw getting here enough drama?"
"It was interesting yes, but where's the chair throwing? The fighting?" she says looking at me raising a brow.
"Oh so sorry my drama didn't meet your expectations" I snark.
"You should be," she says nodding slightly.
Huffing I cross my arms before hearing claws rapidly tapping on the ground, the little puppy jumps up settling in my lap and curls up "Really I don't even like you" I mumble petting it.
"You're lying you always loved animals, you had a little puppy as a child" Rose mumbles smiling.
"Yes and she got killed by the neighbor's dogs, I never wanted another dog again" I snark.
"Your mate is a big ass wolf who travels with three other wolves, you have five dogs, two and a half cats, a big ass snake, and a mouse around you all the time you have plenty of pets".
I eventually sigh looking to the door hearing Hope and Mathilda coming in talking together seeing they have lots of bags in each hand as Lily and Emily follow behind them.
Emily runs to me curling up against me and I wrap my arms around her rocking her "She acted like what they said and did was nothing but teasing".
I sigh tightening my hold "It was not and her believing that is wrong she should be pissed about how you were treated, but you are your own person you do not need to live your life to please her do what makes you happy".
She nods staying cuddled up to me "Hey kitten we got the baby things" Mathilda says placing the bags on the table.
I chuckle seeing Emily perk up looking at the bags Mathilda smiles holding a bag out to her, she grabs it opens it, and pulls out a few outfits smiling at the animals on them.
"We got things that worked for boy or girl," Mathilda says shrugging.
"Thank you" Emily mumbles smiling slightly I chuckle seeing Lily put the gift bag on her head like a hat "I like the bags" she whispers.
I nod looking at the shiny reflected bags "They are pretty".
Hope holds out a bag to Lily who pulls out two books "It's a milestone book you take photos
and put them in or add little notes that the baby did, I got two one for the none supernatural stuff and one for supernatural things".
Lily nods smiling "Thank you".
"So do you want a boy or girl?" Hope asks smiling.
Lily shrugs "I don't care if it's a boy or girl" She looks to Emily for an answer who shakes her head "I don't know I honestly hadn't planned on a kid so soon, but I'm happy it found us as worthy parents I'll accept whatever they choose to be".
A week later
Feeling Mathilda get out of bed I quickly grab the blanket rolling up in it "Meine Maus time to get up".
"No I'm comfy" I mumble.
I hear her laugh softly as she leaves I then frown tightening my hold on the blanket hearing someone come up.
The bed dips behind me and they lean over, peaking out I see black hair with a blue shin "Go away Aunt Rose" I mumble feeling her lay her body across my side.
"I have something important to tell you" she says with a dramatic sigh.
"What did you mess up?" I mumble.
"Nothing rude ass now shut up and listen" she says slapping my leg "I'm lesbian" she says looking at me and keeping a straight face.
"You are so weird" I huff covering my head.
She laughs uncovering my head "We got our car and will be leaving soon".
"Where to?"
"Don't know yet, hey you think the lady from Hungary was a real vampire or supernatural?"
"I don't know, does it matter?"
"No guess not but it would be cool to find out" she mumbles "Now get up I made donuts but Hope frosted them" she says getting up.
I groan getting up "So bright color frosting" I mumble.
Stepping into the kitchen I see Mathilda looking at the donuts frowning "Why such bright colors?"
"Because my Aunts are weird" I mumble grabbing one and take a bite.
"Fuck I missed these they can't leave I'm keeping them hostage for Aunt Rose's cooking" I groan looking at my donut.
Mathilda frowns trying one "It is good" she says after swallowing her bite.
"When I was little and mom was still alive Aunt Rose would come by with all kinds of homemade sweets and kept giving me more, Mom used to tell her to quit shoving sweets
down my throat" I say smiling slightly.
"When I went to live with them she did it less it became a treat for special occasions" Imumble.
"We had to switch from being the fun aunts to being guardians of a child that needed us to be responsible adults" Hope says leaning on the door frame "We tried to be good parent figures that still were fun Aunts too, that's why we took you on trips in the summer and stayed in the States during school time" she finishes.
"You did well at it, I got to see cool things and explore other cultures, I honestly learned a lot and had fun" I say smiling.
"What is the most memorable one?" Mathilda asks.
I frown thinking "Aunt Rose got us lost and we ended up staying in some forest, Aunt Hope still says she saw a dinosaur".
"I did, it was fucking weird the thing had feathers and was standing on the hood looking in at us you guys wouldn't wake up".
I smile shaking my head "It was a bird Aunt Hope".
"No it was a dinosaur I know what I saw" she says pointing a spoon at me.
"At the base I saw them bring in a dinosaur" Lily whispers from the counter.
"Thank you, Lily, someone who knows I'm right" Hope says smiling at Lily who nods.
"You will see even if I have to catch one and drag it back here to show you" Hope says glaring at me.
"Aliens, megalodon, Bigfoot, reptilian, the Loch Ness Monster, and dinosaur all things you have been planning to catch and show me" I mumble listing off somethings.
"It will happen you wait and see" she says dramatically.
