Waking up I huff pushing the blanket off me and glare at the empty spot in my bed "You just
had to go out tonight" I hiss at the spot.
Getting up I go downstairs finding Gisela glaring at the wall "They seriously called a boys' night".
I huff sitting by her "Mathilda is with them on boys' night" I grunt crossing my arms.
"That's bullshit, she's included in girls' night and boys' night" Gisela hisses.
"Oh it gets better, they invited Lily, CR, and Iris to boys' night and they agreed to go" Emily grunts from the stairs.
"Those assholes" Gisela growls grabbing my arm and tugging me up, she then grabs the keys on the way "Come on Emily".
I sigh letting Gisela lead me out to the car as Emily jogs ahead waiting for us in the car, getting in I buckle up as Gisela starts the car then grunt when I'm thrown forward then back at her speed backing up and driving off before being thrown forward again.
"G, you do know how to drive right?" I ask after the third time she slams the brakes throwing us forward in the seat.
"Don't worry about it" she mumbles finally taking off without slamming the brakes.
"Shit G, don't hit the curb" I grunt hearing her say oops as the car jumps the curb.
Pulling up at a house she drives onto the lawn before stopping and points "Go get them".
I huff getting out and go to the door, Flo yanks the door open glaring "Why are you pulling up lights shining in like damn cops?"
"G said to get you two" I mumble ignoring her question, she sighs throwing her hand up when Stacie skips by getting into the car.
"Pull up like an immigration raid dead of night, taking us to god knows where" Flo mumbles going to the car and pushes Stacie to the middle seat "You ride bitch".
Getting in I buckle up looking back at them "Buckle up G can't drive" I mumble when she takes off.
Seeing her gets near the highway I reach over carefully turning the wheel and getting us away from it "Yeah no highway G".
She huffs glaring at me before slamming the breaks "We need on the highway" she hisses as she puts us in the park "You follow my directions".
I nod getting out as she hops over to my seat as I get in, she then points "Highway now".
I sigh getting on the highway and turning when she points to a turn-off after a while, I frown
seeing the forest "Great abducted in the night, taking to the woods" Flo snarks.
"Shut up witch, we are almost there" Gisela says waving her hand at the back seat then slaps the back of my seat "There" she points to a path that's car made I sigh slowly driving in seeing a few cars She points "Park".
Parking us she jumps out "Come on bitches we gotta walk now".
Getting out with the others we follow her "Is no one else worried about following her deeper into the woods? No, guess I'm the only one" Flo mumbles.
I huffing as Emily and Stacie catch up to Gisela "It's G, I doubt she would knowingly lead us into danger" I mumble linking arms with Flo.
"You told me she started a riot at a drink contest, I'm more worried she will cause the danger," Flo says glaring at me.
I nod "Yeah that I can't promise" I mumble.
"Oh my god you guys have to see this" Stacie says sounding amazed.
Making our way up I hear Flo whisper in Spanish sounding amazing.
"Welcome to Safe Haven, only Women and Omegas are allowed, there's one for men and Alphas" Gisela says smugly.
Following her closer she smiles looking around "This is only Supernatural, the witches use
some magic to shield it from the humans".
I nod looking around seeing many types of creatures moving around the area, Gisela leads us to someone standing at the entrance who looks at us and frowns "Strange mix" she says "Have you been here before?".
We all shake our heads while Gisela nods "The rule is simple no fighting, this is for all kinds to unwind and relax among other supernaturals without fear" she says picking up a few necklaces handing them out to us "These are to have drinks they do have a symbol of what you are, they also allow you to find places like this anywhere you are".
We nod putting them on seeing Gisela pull out her necklace I frown understanding why the pack keeps them on now.
Stepping in I look around "Holy shit" I mumble looking up and seeing two extremely tall women talking.
I then groan seeing my friends have wandered off into the crowd leaving me standing there, doing a quick sweep I see Emily on a tank with her feet in the water talking to some water creature I've never seen, Stacie in the middle of the dance floor dancing, Gisela seems to be starting a drinking contest with a group, and Flo is sat with some women talking.
"Lost?" I hear a Smokey voice ask.
I turn looking at a Lamia with light blocking my few a lot "Nix?" I ask.
She leans down showing her hair is brown with blue eyes and clearly not Nix but looks similar "No Scarlett, you know Nix?".
I nod "She's my ancestor who keeps track of me".
Scarlett laughs slightly "You're the baby she spoke of, the one with a strange mixed pride" She puts her arm around me leading me to an area the floor dips into a large nest-like area, she moves down into the nest, I stop looking at the nest than to her "I think I'll stay here at least then I don't have to look up so far".
She lifts her hand holding up two fingers, when a woman brings over two drinks I nod, taking my drink and look at Scarlett who takes a sip of hers "How many supernaturals have you met?"
I shrug "I knew a Dhampir, Cambion, Witch, and a Panther shifter before I changed, my friend Lily changed me I ended up changing one of our friends, I met some other Shifters after I was changed and my friend is dating a Cecaelia".
"That's impressive for someone so young in her change to have met so many all already, seems you call supernaturals to you" she hums swirling her drink looking at me.
"How do you know Nix?" I ask looking away from her slightly.
"She's my mother," Scarlett says smiling.
"Oh that explains why you look so much like her" I mumble.
"Yes, I have gone off and started my own group similar to yours in a way a mix of types but mine are all Lamias, it's unheard of a group being a mix with different types of creatures" she says while leaning down and moving my hair to the side "strange you're a feline shifter, yet your mating mark is a canine bite".
I nod "My mate is a wolf".
"Where is the rest of your group you came with?"
"Stacie was dancing, Emily was at the tank, Flo was talking with some people, and Gisela was starting a drinking contest" I mumble.
She leans down sniffing me "You came with a wolf, witch, cambion, and another feline shifter".
I laugh nervously moving back slightly "Yes my friends".
"Oh do relax, you are my bond sister and birth niece, if you ever find yourself in need of help" she says handing me a scale she rips from her side "Just hold it and say help I'll know to come and will be able to find you".
I nod looking at the scale in my hand seeing it's a deep red almost black.
