With the reveal of a newly built steam engine for the Arlesdale Miniature Railway, the Small Controller arranges a special ceremony to commission the new engine for active service. Meanwhile, Bloomer's restoration has finally been completed, and a ceremony is planned for his return to service. So, to capitalise on the occasion, both ceremonies are to be held on the same day.

When Murray first arrived in Murray the Musical Engine, in terms of season placement, he arrived only a year after Oliver and Toad in season 3, but I will count the stories from season four as taking place before Season 3. Also, despite the last instalment having musical numbers every story, they will appear sparsely where I think they would make sense. Sorry for the quality dip.
