A/N

Hey y'all! This chapter is a lil late and a lil shorter than normal, but I'm trying to make up missing yesterday. If I have the time, I'll upload another chapter, but I can't promise that. Okay, so I couldn't figure out how I wanted to write Sunny, so I made him joyful but he can be serious when the time needs it. If y'all have any ideas about any of the animatronics, comment and I'll see what I can do. Have fun reading this chapter, and I'll see y'all later! :)

Finally arriving at the Daycare center, Monty carefully makes his way inside. If something was wrong with the others, like he thought there was, he couldn't take any chances with his new charge. His magenta optics clicked about for a few minutes before landing on the bright little sun. He looked like he was pouting. Monty knew the smaller animatronic had more facial sensors than he did (than any of the others, really), but he didn't think even the ever cheerful sun could look upset.

"Sunny? Can I come in? It's Monty." The giant alligator states.

The golden yellow animatronic whips his head around to face the scaled bot. Sunny has to tilt his head up to actually look at the other animatronic in the optics, but he doesn't mind. He knows he's one of the taller of the robots, being a good seven feet (Monty around eight and a half). Sunny's bright white optics lit up ever so slightly at seeing the giant green gator.

However, when he noticed the injured human slumped in the gator's grip, his smile drops. He gets slightly closer, and tilts his head when the alligator growls. Monty himself is confused, wondering just why he had growled. He hadn't meant to. Normally, he didn't growl at any of the other animatronics, but something had just… sorta made him. Sure, he and Sun didn't always get along, Monty being too violent to be trusted at the Daycare, and Sunny being far too kind, but he did try and watch what he did and said around the excitable animatronic.

"Why, of course you can, Mr. Monty! And your little friend as well! But, why have you come to visit me? Hasn't the Pizza Plex closed already?" The sun animatronic replied, confusion written along his bicolored face.

Monty's grip on the teen got slightly tighter as the sunbeam came closer to him and his charge. "She needs help, and I can only do so much, my medical information isn't as up-to-code as yours is. I don't know how long she's been like this, but I'm pretty sure most of these injuries are from jumping off of balconies. Twice." The gator states, his voice going dead of all emotion as his processors bring up his memories of the hours before.

Sunny's white optics shot open at the bassist's words and he quickly grabbed the unconscious girl from Monty's grip. Reluctantly, the gator let the girl go, fear of her not waking up far more ingrained in his processors than his need to keep the teen close. It took a couple of minutes before Sun had managed to convince the alligator that the girl was in very capable hands. Sunny studied the animatronic for a little while longer before something seemed to click in his mind.

The bassist liked this girl, for reasons unknown to Sunny. He glanced down, white optics sweeping over the girls sleeping form. Though, he supposed, she was decent enough. The Daycare Attendant could tell that all the blood on her wasn't entirely hers. After all, that much blood from one human body would never leave the child alive. Her skin (once deeply tanned) was now pale and littered with multiple ugly bruises and cuts.

Her dark, sweeping hair was matted, and nothing less of a pair of shears would be able to get all of that out. (Her hair and skin was tinted dark red due to the excessive amounts of blood. Dried and wet) Sunny lifted the girls eyelids to check response and was met with a lovely bright gold and a dark shining emerald. She was responding well, her pupils dilating when need be. So, no concussion, that was a good sign.

Her sleeping wouldn't cause any more harm, so he let her rest. She'd need it to be able to even take a step without shuddering from the pain. As he went about checking everything else (temperature, reflexes, etc.) he also made sure that the looming alligator could see his new obsession clearly. No need in starting a fight after the alligator just seemed to have gotten out of one (and not completely un-scaved. Sunny could still see the dents and scratches, even with his dark paint).

The sun animatronic glanced over the girl's broken and battered body, and deemed her reactions safe, even if she looked like death warmed over. So, with her vitals out of the danger zone, he went on to look more closely at some of the wounds. His spark nearly dropped when he saw the gaping hole in the teens chest, just under her ribs. How was she still alive? That wound should've killed her.

He took a closer look at the perilous injury, and noticed something strange. The wound had already somewhat sealed over, but (to his knowledge) it shouldn't have been able to heal that fast, not unless she's had it for months. And as far as Sunny could tell, that wound was as new to her as she was to him. His white optics glanced at the now pacing alligator.

His optic ridges narrow in dedication. If Monty was already so attached to this human, she must've been something special. He'd do all that he could to make sure she was fine. She would be fine. Sunny would make sure of it. Even if he had to have his help. Moon wasn't exactly what Sun would call helpful, but he had his moments. If he stayed friendly enough to hear his twin out.

Moon wasn't necessarily mean or hostile, he just didn't like people. Or the other animatronics. But he was fine with children, and this girl needed help. But, still. Sun would rather not need his hotheaded brother in this instance. Something told him that the girl would only end up provoking him. Plus, Moon didn't like coming out any time besides nap time in the Daycare and the hours after closing.

Monty didn't like this. Not one bit. Normally, when a child was injured with him, he'd take them to one of the others, the Daycare Attendant sometimes being too much for the little guys. But, he didn't know if he could trust the others. If what happened to him was happening with his family, he'd just put his kid in danger. Monty shook his head. Since when did he start considering this teen his? He'd barely met her an hour or so ago.

As Sunny moves forward to start wrapping her arms, he lifts her sleeves and lets out a small shocked gasp. Littering the girl's arms and wrists are silvery pale scars, ranging in size and depth. He pushes the sleeves up more and sees that the scars don't stop at her elbow. They keep going. Some even look freshly made.

What would cause the girl to do something like this? He couldn't see anything from his scans indicating something majorly wrong with the teen, but, then again, almost everything was buried under dried blood and bruises. He lets out a small sigh and decides to leave them be, for now at least. He had more pressing matters. He'd tell the alligator when he was sure the teen would wake up.

Sunny takes to cleaning as much of the dried blood as he can without causing the unconscious girl any more pain than she was already in. As he got further up her arms, he was forced to take off her top and glanced at the bassist watching him. His optics narrowed.

"Mr. Monty, I know you're worried about her, but I need to undress her to continue cleaning her wounds, and I'd rather not have you staring at her." Sun states, his tone getting a slight cold lilt to it. Ah, that'd be Moon coming out to play, then. Sunny knew he wouldn't have to try hard to convince the moon-based animatronic to help.

"Right, of course. Just, make sure nothing happens to her, aye?" The gator rubs the back of his metal plated head and slowly stalks away, most likely going to stand outside the Daycare, just in case.

Sunny might not have known what had caused the girl's state, but it put the large animatronic on edge, and it was starting to affect Moon as well, the more hostile twin reacting to the wariness of the gator. He let his optics stray on the alligator for a moment longer before focusing back onto the small teen. His white optics dimmed slightly, worried about the poor kid.

Those scars on her wrists said a much rougher story than what he was originally programmed for, but that wouldn't stop him from helping. As he took off her overshirt, he was met with even more bruises and old scars, and if possible even more blood than what he'd cleaned. (And his rag was turned brown, it had started out a light grey) He huffed and continued his cleaning, trying his hardest to stay away from the gaping hole still in her chest.

The sun cleaned what he could without having to completely undress the kid, and bandaged anything small enough to heal quickly. The only thing he'd have trouble with was the hole that was once in her chest. (He still didn't know how that had healed as it had) He did what he could and started to sew the wound closed. Even if the anomaly was strange, he was thankful to have a base to work with, instead of having to cause more damage. He didn't have proper sutures, but he did have sewing floss. It would have to do for now.

As he finished cleaning and throwing everything away, (including the girl's ruined clothes) he went looking for the protective bassist. He found the gator just outside, his back facing the glass, making it impossible for him to see into the Daycare. Sunny had to smile at that. The gator was respectful when he wanted to be, especially for any female with him at that time. Whether it be a band member, employee, or guest, like the girl.

"She's good now, I did everything I could, now it's just up to her to wake up. I had to throw away her old clothes, they were drenched in blood and dirt, so we're gonna need to find her something new to wear." The sun stated, his smile still slightly in place as the alligator quickly ran into the Daycare to see his partner for himself.

He let out a relieved sigh and took in the state of the girl. Sun had taken the time to cover her with a small blanket to make sure she wasn't cold while she didn't have her clothes on. Monty nodded and started to look around the back rooms for any clothes employees might've left behind. He grunted in amusement when he came across a very feminine outfit (a white fitted long sleeve with red details and a black skirt with green detailing) that was heavily based on him. One of the golf courses employees outfits.

He rummaged around for a couple more minutes, trying to find something that would better suit his new companion. Finally, he found some dark grey trousers with a silver chain and black belt. Humming, he picked up the long sleeve and grabbed some black duty boots that were stashed in another locker. On a second thought, he also grabbed a black faux leather jacket he'd seen hanging on the door. Something from this stash would have to fit the girl. Everything here looked to be her size.

Monty walked back out to the main area of the Daycare and saw that the girl was starting to come to, trying to sit up, but being held down lightly by Sunny. When the girl realized that she wasn't moving upwards, her two toned eyes glanced at the hands holding her and subsequently at the arms and torso. She let out a startled yelp and started to fight the friendly animatronic, her instincts flaring to life after everything she'd been through.

The bassist sighed. It was gonna take a while to calm the startled girl down. And possibly even longer to get the truth out of her is he suspected her to be the somewhat reason that they'd ended up on the first floor with glass shards and metal poles surrounding them. Monty brought a hand up to pinch between his eyes, already feeling a headache coming on behind his optics. Sunny's method of trying to calm the girl down was to scream back, and he was gonna crush that stupid robot if he didn't shut up!
