Land of Fire, Konoha, Hokage Building, Council Chamber
Tsunade looked at the reports from the Chūnin Exams as she looked over how Sasuke Uchiha or Neji Hyūga did in the exams and why they should be the ones that should make Chūnin before she let out a deep sigh, "Now, how many of these reports are lies?" She asked as she looked up at the council, who was sweating and then tore them up, "Now then, Inoichi, Shikaku, can the two of you give me a full report on each of the Genin that was in the Chūnin Exams?" she asked them as they nodded at him.
"Yes, Hokage-sama, from the first match, Naruto Uzumaki had shown both skills that would be needed for a Chūnin during the exams and even beyond from when he faced the Ichibi with his summon from what Asuma Sarutobi had reported," Inoichi said as Tsunade looked through them. Then she found a report from the man in question and looked interested.
"So, Naruto Uzumaki not only saved Konoha from a bijū, but he also saved me from Kabuto," Tsunade said as people looked shocked.
Shikaku thought before looking at Tsunade, "Hokage-sama, is it possible that Naruto is fit for Tokubetsu Jōnin or just a standard Jōnin," He asked her as she nodded at him.
"If you think about it and use your brains, you will see that. Naruto Uzumaki has earned that, and he is the only one in Konoha who has managed to do something that has only been done by two people other people in Konoha," Tsunade said as the ninja nodded at her, "They were my grandfather, and Minato Namikaze, and while both of them stopped the Kyūbi, it has been said, that only the Kazekage can could stop the Ichibi," She told them as they looked at each other.
Whispers started to spread around the Ninja side, and the civilian side did not look happy before they nodded at each other. "We agree that Naruto Uzumaki should be given the rank of Tokubetsu Jōnin," Shikaku said as Tsunade nodded and noted it.
"Now then he faced Neji Hyūga, how do you think that he prefromed in the exam," Tsunade asked as the others looked at each other before the head of the Hyūga clan stood up.
"Neji is not ready for the rank at the moment, Hokage-sama, as he still has a deep hate for Kumo, and if he were to meet one, an incident might acquire," He said before he sat back down as others nodded.
"Alright then, Sasuke Uchiha will not move up in rank because he disobeyed orders when the village was on lockdown and was late to show up. That puts a black mark on Konoha," one of the elders said as the others nodded at him.
"After talks with Suna, we have agreed that both Gaara and Kankurō of the Desert are not fit for the rank, but their sister Temari of the Desert is fit for Chūnin," Tsunade said as they nodded at her. "Shino Aburame shows that he has the abilities and knowledge to become Chūnin, but I would like to give him another test to see if he can become Chūnin," the Godaime told them as they nodded at her.
"I might have an idea how he can do that?" Shikaku said as Tsunade nodded at him.
"Alright, and then we have Shikamaru Nara, and he showed the skills and ability to become Chūnin," Tsunade told them as they nodded.
Three Hours Later, Hokage's Office
Teams 7 and 10 stood across from Tsunade, who sat behind her desk with Jiraiya and stood by a window. "Thank you all for coming here today. I have important news for two of you," she told them as they looked at her. Out of everyone who participated in the Chūnin Exams, only three of you have been awarded the rank of Chūnin, and one of Tokubetsu Jōnin," Tsunade told them as they looked at her.
"Who are they Hokage-sama," Asuma asked as he looked at Tsunade.
"The two that have been awarded Chūnin are Shikamaru Nara and Temari of the Desert," she told him as the others looked at Shikamaru, who looked shocked before he sighed. And one of you that is being awarded the rank of Tokubetsu Jōnin is Naruto Uzumaki. "Still, as he is not here, I was wondering why I would give it to him," she said as the children looked at Naruto, who looked at the Hokage.
"By the law of Konoha ninja, a ninja is summoned by a medic; they can ignore the Hokage's summons, but so long as they send a clone to attend, they can bypass any repercussions," The clone of Naruto said as he looked Tsunade.
"Oh, why?" She asked the clone.
"Boss went to his personal doctor about pain in his eyes," The clone told her as the Hokage narrowed her eyes.
"I see," Tsunade said as she pulled out Naruto's ninja information paper before she looked at the clone, "Why does it state that you are genderfluid?" She asked him.
The others looked at him in confusion. "Oh, it's why I created my Oiroke no Jutsu; it allows me to transform into a female form, and it is a true transformation," Naruto said as he pointed to the others. "And it's half the reason why I get angry most of the time, as they forget that I am genderfluid," the clone said as Sakura looked at him.
"How are we supposed to know?" She asked him as Naruto's clone looked at her.
"I've said it around nine to ten times," He said as Shikamaru nodded.
"He's right; Choji and I know it," he said as the others looked at him before they looked shocked.
"I see," Tsunade muttered as she looked at the paper again before stopping on something. She narrowed her eyes at it before she looked at the blond, "Can you tell why your blood has a slight golden colour within it?" She asked the Naruto clone and bowed his head.
"I am sorry, I can't as only by the wish of the Council of Twelve in Konoha can only say with the protection of the daimyō, Sato Ryuu, and if you do not wish to take my word for it, you can ask the ANBU Boar or Hajime Taiyama or Tsubaki Kurohoshi; all three of them will say the same thign," The clone told her as an ANBU dressed in a full-body black cloak with a boar mask looked at Tsunade and nodded.
"He's right Hokage-sama," Boar said as Tsunade looked at him before she looked at the clone and then at Boar.
"Can I ask why?" She asked them.
"CRA," They said together as Tsunade narrowed her eyes.
"The last person to find out about people like us was the Nidaime Hokage, and he created that law, so when the daimyō at the time found out he was pissed, and made sure that only if we, the people like boss and Boar, can agree that the person is trust worthy, then we can tell them," The clone told her as Tsunade nodded.
"I see, was my sensei deemed trust worthy?" Jiraiya asked as both Boar and the clone shook their heads.
"Why?" Asuma asked.
"His teammates, are like the Nidaime and would go against the law of the daimyō," Boar told the man.
The door opened as the real Naruto walked in and dispelled the clone before he stopped and looked at Boar, "Ti ítan aftós o Ádis?" He asked the ANBU, who smiled.
"That was you finally realising the other ability of Kage Bushin," Boar told him, and Naruto looked impressed.
"Can it help me with training?" He asked as he walked up next to Boar.
"Yes," Kakashi said as he looked at his student.
"Sweet," He said.
Tsunade looked at Naruto before she nodded, "Alright then, how about a bet?" she asked as both Boar and Naruto looked at each other before they looked back at Tsunade.
"And that would be?" Boar asked her.
"In one year, I will prove that I am worthy of this knowledge, and if I win, I get the knowledge," Tsunade said as the others looked at each other, "But if I lose, I must Marry Naruto Uzumaki," Tsunade said as everyone had to do a double take.
"What?" Naruto asked, then looked at Boar when the man started to laugh. " What's so funny, Boar, for brains? " he hissed at the man.
"Oh nothing Little Moon," Boar said as Naruto pulled out a Kunai and Kakashi held him back.
"I will rip off your kJBSAdkjbzdf," Naruto said before Kakashi muffled him as Naruto started to speak, uttering nothing but hate.
"I agree with these terms Hokage-sama," Boar said as everyone could hear the smile in his voice.
More muffled words of hate came from Naruto aimed at Boar.
"And here I thought that our former teammate was the one into children," Jiraiya said as Kakashi put Naruto down. The blond went up in smoke and was replaced by a girl. She had long blond hair that turned crimson on the ends, with bangs that framed her face perfectly. While she did not change clothes, they seemed baggy on her, but the one thing that stood out was her breaths, which filled out the jacket.
"When they're a girl, she looks like Kuchina," Jiraiya thought as he looked at his apprentice.
"Naruto?" Kakashi asked his student.
"I go my Naruko when I'm a girl," Naruko said as she looked at the one-eyed man.
"I see, then. I have to say congratulations on the rank up," Kakashi told her as he eyed and smiled. "I did it before you, as did my sensei and his sensei," Kakahsi said as Naruko looked over at the sage in the room.
"Ero-sennin you skiped a rank?" Naruko asked him as Jiraiya nodded at the girl.
"That I did," he told her before he smiled. "And now, I'll take you to the Jutsu Library so you can expand your knowledge," Jiraiya said as Naruko nodded.
"Why are going to do that?" Sasuke asked with a sneer.
"I've taken the kid under my wing, so she is my apprentice," Jiraiya said as Naruko wore the flack jacket.
"Do this come in back," She asked Tsunade, who nodded.
"Yes," she said as she handed Naruko another scroll. A second flack jacket was released, and this one was black.
Boar looked at Naruko and asked, "What did Hajime say about your eyes?" Boar asked as Naruko let out a sigh.
"He told me that I am awakening a Dōjutsu," Naruko told him as Boar nodded while Tsunade narrowed her eyes.
"I see. Then I'll speak to your doctor and see if I can aid him," she told Naruko, who nodded.
"Now, one final thing before you leave, do the two of you wish to reamin with your teams," Tsuande asked them as they looked.
"Yes, Hokage-sama," Shikamaru said as his team smiled at him.
But the quiet from Naruko drew the eyes of everyone.
She looked around and then closed her eyes, letting out a sigh. "No," Naruko said as Kakashi looked sadly.
"So that was the straw that broke the back," Kakashi thought as he looked at Naruko with an understanding look. "I understand," he told her as Sakura looked at her.
"Why?" She asked Naruko, who looked at the pink-haired girl.
"Ever since Team 7 was created, Sasuke has been given things to him on a silver platter. All the work that I did that you did is attributed to him," Naruko said as she shifted back into Naruto. "Helping Wave stand up, that me for inspiring Irina; Sasuke claimed the credit. When you helped build the orphanage of Wave, they said that Sasuke built it single-handedly," he told her as they all looked over to Sasuke.
He looked like he did not care as Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji looked at the Uchiha in shock.
"Olympus above, when I summoned Gamabunta, the perv told me that the council wanted to say that Sasuke summoned him," Naruto added as Kakashi and Asuma nodded at him.
Tsunade narrowed her eyes at Sasuke, who showed no reaction to this, "So if it means me going solo so that Sasuke can stop getting credit for things that I do, then Hades yes," he told her.
"I see, then as of right now, Naruto Uzumaki is no longer apart of Team 7," Tsunade told them as they nodded at her.
Jiraiya led Naruto to a large building with a Jōnin behind a desk, "Jiraiya-sama, what brings you?" The Jōnin asked.
He has swept-back blonde hair and wears glasses. He wore the standard Konoha uniform with a Jōnin flack jacket.
"Naruto has been made into a Tokubetsu Jōni, and I have was going to show him around," Jiraiya said as the man nodded.
"Alright, I can assist you in that if you wish," the man said, and Naruto and Jiraiya nodded.
"That would be a great help Yasochika," The Sage told them as the two followed Yasochika around the building,
"Here in the Konoha Jutsu Library, we hold scrolls for multiple types of Jutsu, from Ninjutsu, to Genjutsu, to even Taijutsu and Fūinjutsu," Yasochika told them as they walked around, "The Ninjutsu second is split into classic Ninjutsu, that is then divided into elemental Ninjutsu, then none elemental Ninjutsu, before it is then split into the other types of Ninjutsu," He told them.
They passed a room with a label on it, "What in that room?" Naruto asked as he pointed at a door.
"Oh, that is the room of failers," Yasochika said as he led the two over to the door before he opened it. "Within, we here have Jutu that people trying to create but failed at making," he told them as he opened the door and saw boxes of scrolls and books.
Naruto looked at one of the boxes. "Can I have a look at some of these boxes?" he asked Yasochika, who looked surprised by what Naruto had asked.
"You may," Yasochika told the boy as Naruto looked at him. "The rules are that if you can take the boxes out and create them, the Jutsu that are created are then yours," he told Naruto, who nodded at him.
He walked in, picked up the first box he found, and lifted it up. It contained papers, journals, scrolls, and some notebooks.
Two Hours Later, Naruto Uzumaki's Apartment
Naruto sat on his sofa and looked through the box he had gotten from the Jutsu Library. He then pulled out a piece of paper. "Let's see, it looks like a seal, and it can be used to translate," Naruto muttered as he looked at it.
He got up and walked over to a drawer in a cabinet, pulled out a pair of glasses, and then walked back with a pot of ink. "Let's see here," Naruto muttered as he looked at the paper. Then, Naruto pulled out a black sheet and wrote down the seals before he looked back. "That should do it," he said before he put the glasses on the seal and formed the tiger seal. The seal glowed as etching formed over the glasses.
Naruto then put on his glasses and pulled out another sheet of paper. The words changed before his eyes to something that he could read.
When he looked at the paper, his eyes started to irritate, and unknowingly, they changed.
They turned purple with concentric circles covering the eye.
