Dorothy got up from the bed and walked over toward the window, and there, she saw the magnificent sight that Betsy created.

"Whoa, what is that?!" Dorothy uttered in surprise before she began to run from the room to check out the site.

Soon after, Dorothy ran outside the room, making her way outside the home as she saw Betsy descending from the ground.

"Betsy?! Was that you!? What in the world happened!?" Dorothy asked her friend in a voice filled with curiosity and wonder as she waited for an answer.

"Oh, hey Friend! Rose gave me these wonderful shoes. They give me the ability to produce mighty kicks. I still need practice but isn't that great?" Betsy responded, feeling joyful at the moment while Dorothy smiled back, feeling the same way.

"How wonderful. I wish you nothing but the best of luck during your training, and as for me.." Dorothy responded warmly, walking towards the rock with full confidence.

After this, Dorothy placed her hands on the rock, getting into position while focusing on the rock.

"I'm going to move this rock today!" Dorothy cried out in a motivated voice to Betsy, finishing her words while Betsy smiled.

"Good Luck, Dorothy! I'll explain more about the shoes when you're done, but I'll let you take care of this first." Betsy responded to Dorothy, slowly walking away while Rose sipped on her tea.

Following this, Rose turned around and walked back to her home, not saying a word to Dorothy.

"Today might be the day, Dorothy. Let's see if that can happen.." Rose thought to herself while she continued to walk toward her home before going back inside.

Flynn and Keiko saw Rose entering back home, and they decided to follow her.

"Nice seeing you, Dorothy. I hope today is a success. We're counting on you." Flynn spoke to Dorothy in an encouraging voice before making his way back to the cottage while Keiko followed him.

Hearing this made Dorothy turn around to greet Flynn, smiling at his words of encouragement.

"Don't worry, I will!" Dorothy responded joyfully before returning to position, ready to move the rock.

Meanwhile on the other side of the large plains, Alice wandered across the land, searching for the Sword of Oz.

"Darn it. No luck. Why can't that stupid mean sword just show itself." Alice complained in a whiny voice, sitting down on the plain while her cat sat next to her.

Immediately following this, a voice called out to her, belonging to a young man.

The young man's name was Enzo and he appeared to be roughly in his twenties having short black hair and brown eyes.

"Still can't find that sword, eh? Just admit that you need my help.." Enzo spoke to Alice, sitting beside her while his presence annoyed her.

"No way. I want to be the one to make her happy. You just go back to being a lazy good-for-nothing meanie." Alice spat at Enzo in a verminous voice while the young man chuckled at those words.

"Easy now! I know you don't trust me since I'm still new but we all share the same goals as Zorya. We want everything to fall into darkness, right?" Enzo responded, his hands being raised defensively.

During this, Alice turned the other cheek, crossing her arms since she didn't want to hear anything of what Enzo had to say.

"Not me, I'm only doing this to make Zorya happy, that's all. What I want is to live in my wonderland, free from annoying grown-ups and people that hurt me." Alice responded, showing a small bit of vulnerability in her face before quickly going back to her usual demeanor.

"But anywho, I'm going to search for the Sword of Oz, so leave me alone, Enzo." Alice spoke once more to Enzo, getting up from the ground in preparation for her journey, her cat following her along.

Soon after, the wind gently picked up while Enzo stared at Alice walking away, and of course, he remained silent, allowing Alice and her cat to disappear.

"Sheesh. I didn't expect such distrust with that girl, but anywho.." Enzo spoke to himself in a confused voice before pulling out his sword, and bringing it to the air.

"I summon thy ally, Blaze!" Enzo cried out as his sword generated lighting.

Following this, sparks of electricity appeared before it took the form of a young woman.

Blaze's hair was spiked up, the color being a hot dashing blue color.

"Master Enzo, have you called me to kill more prey? Who are the names?" Blaze greeted her master, kneeling while awaiting orders.

"Yes, I want you to take care of a few people." Enzo spoke to Blaze while lifting his sword to the air once more to project a projection image of Dorothy and her allies, piquing Blaze's interest.

"I want you to eliminate them. I believe one of them could have the sword of Oz." Enzo ordered Blaze, looking up to see the woman nodding with a grin.

"Of course. I'll take care of the mission. I won't disappoint you." Blaze responded, cackling before disappearing from the scene. Enzo was left alone to think about his actions.

"If memory serves me correctly. A woman named Rose lives there, and she's known to forge swords…Perhaps she might have that sword hidden.." Enzo thought to himself, smirking to himself before disappearing altogether.

Back at the cottage, Dorothy collapsed on the ground, breathing heavily due to her not being able to move the rock.

"What am I doing wrong…Come on! I've defeated Dion, the same maniac that shook the planet.." Dorothy spoke to herself in exhaustion, staring at the ground.

Soon after, Dorothy began to think about Keiko's words about vitality, power, and how to use it.

The wind breezes through Dorothy as she closes her eyes to truly partake in the moment.

"I'm a defender. I desire to protect my loved ones but to do so, I must prove my worth. This is why Rose wants me to move the rock, to prove my worth!" Dorothy thought to herself while she got up on her feet and got back into position, focusing on her breathing as well to maintain a calm and steady pace.

It was at that moment that Dorothy felt a spark of motivation to continue forward, and this caused a small surge of power to light up.

This power, that spark of energy was exactly what Keiko was talking about. It was none other than Vitality Power, a power system where one's personality traits become their own power.

"Here goes!" Dorothy cried out, powering up to her super form as she roared with motivation, hoping to push the rock.

And to Dorothy's shock, the rock slowly started to move, generating a rumbling sound as it continued being pushed by Dorothy.

The motivated cries of Dorothy could be heard across the plains, being heard by Rose who smiled.

"I knew she could do it. All it took was for her to channel her specific desire to protect her friends." Rose thought to herself with a smile while Keiko nodded in agreement.

"Not just that, she didn't feel motivated enough. Being called a disappointment and weak had gotten to her, making her unable to move the rock, but now, that small burst of motivation was just enough to at least move the Ozmite just a few inches." Keiko spoke to Rose, looking out of the window while feeling proud of Dorothy.

During the conversation between the two ladies, Flynn felt a sense of accomplishment for his ally and he knew that they were one step closer to defeating his sister.

"Now it's your turn, Betsy. Master the power of those shoes.." Flynn thought to himself, smiling confidently as he continued to sit in proudness

Meanwhile Betsy was walking back to the cottage with a bag of fruit in her hand, having been sent to collect fruit under Rose's orders.

"Okay, that should be enough fruit. I wonder why.." Betsy spoke to herself; however, her words were cut off by the sound of someone landing in front of her, causing the fruit to fall out of her bag.

The impact of the landing generated a small but loud booming sound as small dust got in Betsy's face.

"W-What's going on?!" Betsy uttered in surprise, looking around to see who could cause such a ruckus before eventually getting a clear view of the culprit.

Of course, the person was nobody but Blaze!

"Oh? You must be one of Flynn or Dorothy's friends, right?" Blaze asked Betsy in a threatening voice despite her smiling while Betsy stared back in surprise.

Betsy had an uncertain look on her face as she was face to face with an enemy and she was alone to face it.

"Yes, got a problem with it? If you intend to harm my friends then you got another thing coming, freak!" Betsy responded, leaning over to turn on her newly gifted shoes, ready to defend her friends.

During this, Blaze laughed quite boastfully while her body began to charge up with jet-blue electricity.

"Oh? You're looking to fight me, well no matter because I shall shock you until your heart explodes!" Blaze cried out with a wicked smile, charging directly at Betsy with lightning speed, thus kicking off their battle.

The hot-blooded battle begins! Who will come out on top?
