Chapter 15: Union on Divination

DEAR MOM AND DAD,
ASH IS INCREDIBLE. AFTER HE MANAGED TO REVIVE THE DIVINE BEASTS OF MAGIC – SOMETHING I THINK THEY ARE – HE SAVED EVERYONE FROM THE SOLDIERS SENT FROM THE REGION OF SANDORA BEFORE WE BECAME SLAVES TO THEM. AFTER THAT, WE SHARED OUR 1ST REAL KISS, NOT LIKE THE SLIP-UP WE HAD ON OUR 1ST DATE. ASH IS SOMEONE THAT I WANT TO STAY WITH FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE! I BET THE SAME GOES WITH ASH AND HOW SPECIAL HE IS. IT'S PROBABLY WHY WHEN WE 1ST SAW EACH OTHER, IT WAS LOVE AT 1ST SIGHT. I JUST THOUGHT I'D TELL YOU TO SEE IF YOU APPROVE. I'M MORE THAN WILLING TO LET YUMINA TAKE CARE OF TOUYA WHILE I WANT TO GO WITH ASH TO SEE MORE OF HIS CREATURES LIKE PIKACHU.

Sue giggled to the letter she wrote as she folded it to put in an envelope. Charlotte knocked on the door. "Miss Sueshie?" she called. Sue laughed to Charlotte's arrival.

"Just in time!" she giggled as Charlotte opened the door.

"Oh, is it? Why do you say that?" The envelope was shown.

"I want to send this to Mom and Dad. I wanted to let them know what's been going on." Taking the letter, Charlotte laughed.

"I can have that delivered without a problem!"

"Thanks!" As Charlotte left, Ash was at the front porch looking out to Kougyoku and Tempest flying around.

"I find it funny that you enjoy the name of Tempest," Kougyoku cawed.

"Why is it funny?" beaked Tempest. "I'm not making fun of your name. What did your master base it off of?"

"He did say it to mean 'ruby,' but I don't know if he meant a jewel of some sort or what."

"Your master is pretty creative. It does miss calling you Vermilion Bird of the South." Watching, Ash smiled before closing his eyes. He thought back to when Ash gave Sue a kiss after saving her and the rest of the people from the soldiers of Sandora.

"Seems like you can't get enough of that kiss before," Leen sneered. Ash heard and turned to see Touya, Leen and Shadow in the fairy's arms.

"Can you blame me?" he chuckled. "It's not everyday that I come across someone that I want to be with… and it was my first kiss I ever gave." Ash's eyes shifted away.

"How did it feel?" asked Touya. Ash looked down, face blushing.

"To be honest…" he gulped. "I kinda blacked out for a minute." The others seem stunned to hear of Ash's confession.

"You blacked out?" repeated Shadow. "How do you black out while you're conscious?"

"It felt too real… like I was dreaming," Ash explained. "All I knew was that I wanted to hold her and not let go." The others sensed Ash's description.

"Just imagine if it was this Misty that was as clingy," Leen pointed out. "She wouldn't have let you be blasted into this realm, right?" Ash shook his head.

"Nah, she can't control what happened to me and Pikachu," he denied. "I'm just blessed for this stroke of luck. I mean, what if it was you that I fell for and saved from those who wanted to enslave? Or what if it was Lucia or Linze?"

"Don't go overboard with the thinking, Ash!" warned Touya. "Just be glad that you have Sue to protect at least." Suddenly, his smartphone pinged.

"What was that just now?" wondered Shadow. Looking at his smartphone, Touya saw a message.

VISIT ME, ASAP

"Looks like I might need to step away," Touya announced. "I promise it won't be long." He walked away, leaving Ash, Leen and Shadow alone.

"Where the hell does he go for his private time?" wondered Leen.

"Tell me about it," Ash agreed. Touya found a clearing and used Gate to open a gate to his destination. As Ash had more time with Shadow and Leen, Team Rocket managed to find the mansion. They looked disheveled and exhausted.

"Finally," Jessie coughed. "After being chased by everyone, we made it back."

"And those wanted posters made it hard to move around so painful to plan our return," James groaned.

"And dey know we ain't welcomed here anymore," Meowth mewed. Just then, they found Ash with Leen and Shadow who hopped onto his head.

"Looks like the twerp can't seem to get enough of those girls," Jessie scoffed. "They're spoiling him worse than how you were, James." James gawked to the reminder.

"I wasn't spoiled!" he denied. "And besides, how many of those twerpettes has he got!? How do we know it's that older twerp who has that giant tiger!?"

"Yeah, a lot of questions dat need an answer," Meowth muttered.

"So while we take Pikachu," Jessie planned. "We can take all of those little animals as well. No doubt the Boss would like to that." They proceeded into hiding while Touya met with the World God and the Goddess of Love. On the TV was Ash's mother.

"Any reason that you have Ash's mother on your TV?" asked Touya.

"We saw it and wanted to know more," Goddess briefed.

"In short, we want to study Ash's memories as a means to power-up Gate to where it can cross dimensions," God summarized.

"I see…" understood Touya. "But wouldn't that lead to a compromise? After all, everyone back at my original home knows that I died because of you." God sighed at the reminder.

"Not that you need to bring it up every time I summon you here," he mulled.

"Now, now, dear," Goddess eased before turning back to Touya. "If I have to use my alias to be close to Ash or his little mousy-wowsy, it might have to do."

"Of course, I don't have to say anything to them," Touya reassured.

"No one should know of our involvement with yourself," God promised. "All that will be needed is how you proceed to keep the silence." Touya bobbed a nod, knowing that a slip-up would expose the truth. Back at the mansion, the Divine Beasts got along with the Pokémon like Bajra and Cyndaquil, Storm and Totodile, Wukong and Pikachu and so on. Treasure perched itself on Ash's shoulder.

"I'm actually jealous of you, Master," it sighed. "You have a handful of creatures, or Pokémon, and us. You're not thinking of trading in them for us, right?"

"Heck, no!" replied Ash. "Besides, why would I trap you after you got freedom after so long?"

"Okay, okay… I guess I'm still trying to break-in my wings after being confined for so long."

"You, Bajra, Tempest, Wukong…"

"The lot of us…" Inside another room, the girls had an idea for Ash.

"The beach?" guessed Elze.

"I'm thinking of seeing how much Ash is like Touya," Yumina briefed.

"But Ash is much younger than Touya," Yae proclaimed. "I don't know how you see Ash behaving like him. Has he barged in on us while we were changing? Touya looked like he almost enjoyed the view we were forced to give him!" Sue blinked as she turned to Yumina.

"He saw you naked?" she guessed. Yumina shook her head.

"Not quite," she corrected. "We were in our undergarments." Sue sighed in relief.

"So, our swimsuits to the beach tomorrow," Linze believed. "Then we bathe with Ash?"

"It does sound rather risky," Hildgard regarded. "But if Ash is embarrassed by us, we can stop."

"Yeah, as much as I like Ash," Elze started. "I'm not sure he'd like how my body's structured. From all we know, he'd prefer Linze's over mine." Linze became embarrassed to the thought.

"Can we just have this done and over with?" she whimpered. Back outside, Renne and Ash walked down a pathway with Wukong and Duster.

"Part of me wishes I could have Wukong to keep," Renne wished.

"Kid, not that I agree," Wukong spoke. "Right now, I'd rather be with Master."

"Part of me doesn't feel like I'm a master," Ash shrugged. "I know Kohaku, Sango, Kougyoku and Kokuyou call Touya their master."

"We Divine Beasts have our ethics that we abide by," Duster mentioned. "So, those that free- huh?" Hearing Duster's pause, Ash, Renne and Wukong turned to him.

"What's up?" asked Wukong. Duster pointed a claw to Bajra and Kohaku in their big forms. They seemed to be on the prowl.

"What's up with Bajra and Kohaku?" wondered Renne.

"And why are they in their true forms?" added Ash. They watched the beasts circle into hiding. Before they could understand, the two pounced before an explosion echoed. Team Rocket were launched from their hiding spot before they hit the concrete. Ash seemed bothered that the trio came back. "Well, well... I see that you three found your way back here." Jessie started to stand by being on one knee.

"Oh, you know that we came here for Pikachu!" she growled. James and Meowth were a little slower to rise back up.

"You'd have a better chance living normal lives than coming to steal a partner," Renne argued.

"Yeah!?" snapped Meowth. "Says who?" Duster felt challenged.

"How about we show these clowns the real power of Divine Beasts?" he offered.

"Agreed," Wukong sided. They jumped out and morphed, becoming their giant selves. James and Meowth gawked to seeing more giant beasts.

"They got more!?" yelped James. The other girls and Pikachu stepped out to see Team Rocket again.

"Are you kidding!?" gasped Yumina.

"They're relentless," Elze shrugged. The other beasts morphed into their larger selves before they pounced.

"Arbok, help us!" summoned Jessie. Arbok appeared and faced the beasts. "Use Poison Sting!" Arbok spat volleys of stingers out but Treasure swooped in.

"GATE!" it roared. Gate appeared before the stingers entered it. Arbok shrieked before Tempest flapped a cyclone that caught and lifted the Rockets as Touya returned from his time with the gods. Seeing Team Rocket back, he shook his head.

"I got to give them some credit for coming back to the scene of the crime," he sighed. Bajra breathed fire into the cyclone to roast the three. Touya reached for Kohaku. "Hey, Kohaku!" Hearing Touya, Kohaku turned to her master.

"Impeccable timing, Master!" she realized.

"Get them to me!" he ordered. "I'll send them off!" Hearing Touya, Ash accepted the plan.

"Beasts, guide Team Rocket to Touya!" he ordered. The cyclone stopped before Wukong bashed the group to Touya.

"GATE!" he ordered before all of them fell into the open Gate. Just as quickly, Team Rocket vanished into the Gate before it vanished as well.

"I did not need to use my full power to strike down common thieves," Bajra growled.

"You did what you needed to do to protect us," Ash assured. Bajra chuffed to acknowledge the roles.

"By the way, where did you send Team Rocket?" wondered Yumina.

"The Region of Sandora," Touya answered. Everyone gasped. "I know, but at least they'll have fun with one particular slave." Everyone sighed to Touya's point.

"So, would that be compensation for the earlier moment?" teased Elze. Touya feigned to answer. Night started to set in as Renne came to Ash and Pikachu.

"All of the Divine Beasts are now in their new room Touya created," she reported. Ash and Pikachu nodded.

"Thanks, Renne," Ash praised.

"And… can I make a request?" The trainer and Pokémon began to wonder.

"What is it?"

"Can I have Pikachu for tonight? I've been wanting some time to sleep with him." The request made Ash and Pikachu smile.

"Absolutely." Accepting, Pikachu leaped into Renne's arms. They had a laugh.

"Thanks. Goodnight."

"You too." With that, Renne and Pikachu left for another part of the mansion while Ash reached his room.

"Ash?" voiced Sue. Ash turned to find Sue nearby wearing a pink nightgown.

"Hey, honey," he greeted. "What are you doing over here and not with Yumina?" Sue's smile came out.

"I was wanting to know if I can sleep with you. We did just become boyfriend and girlfriend, so…" A giggle came from Ash.

"Okay… Come on in." A cheer came from Sue before she kissed him. Several minutes later, Ash and Sue were snuggled in and asleep. While they slept, someone opened the door to Ash's room. The silhouette came to and opened the blankets before wrapping arms around Ash.

"Touya…" she whispered. Ash never reacted. There were three people in bed. Who was the third?
