"The Children of All for One?" Izuku gasped. He choked as a metallic taste filled his mouth once again. He knew it was blood, but didn't stop to think about it.

"Precisely," Subject 1, the woman, said with a sharp grin. Her vaguely pretty face did nothing to hide the malice within those eyes, and Izuku shivered as they locked onto him.

"I'm going to guess you're some of the monsters he mentioned," Aizawa said, gesturing to Spinner, who was still recovering from the room imploding.

"Well, that depends on what you think a monster is, Eraserhead," Subject 2, the kid, said with a laugh as an afterimage taunted the heroes from beside them while the boy had already moved back to his friends.

This was bad. That boy was faster than Izuku, and the others surely had strong Quirks. Subject 3 had ripped through the building like it was nothing. Izuku didn't know if they could beat the Children. That meant talking was their only option. Perhaps they could persuade the Children to leave?

"So are you the ones responsible for the new Nomu?" Izuku asked, his frantic mind latching onto any topic of conversation to prevent an all-out brawl.

"So you figured that much out," the man, Subject 5, said. "It took you long enough."

"What are they for?" Aizawa asked, stepping forward and tangling his hands in his binding scarf. Izuku wished he'd get the silent message he was sending him, like he had before.

"You'll see. Don't wanna ruin the surprise! It won't be long, though. Promise," Subject 1 said with a girlish giggle.

Izuku scowled as he realised that Subject 1 reminded him a lot of Himiko Toga. They were both crazy in a kind of affable, social way. They were friendly and talkative, disturbingly so, at least from Izuku's limited impression of the two of them. Izuku grit his teeth and clenched his fists, and lamented his inability to figure out a way to de-escalate. He was going to have to fight. The thing was, he didn't know if he could fight these Children of All for One. He glanced to the side, and realised that Aizawa was attempting to put himself slightly in front of Izuku for a reason. If he could cancel out all of their Quirks, it would be easy. The big guy might've still been an issue, but that was it. Izuku stamped out the relieved sound that wanted to escape from his mouth, and drew out the power of One for All at twenty percent, Full Cowling style. An aura of emerald, crackling electricity flared around him, and Izuku tensed his entire body as slowly as he could so that the Children did not see him preparing to attack. He drew his hands back and readied Blackwhip to shoot out over a wide area.

Aizawa stepped forward and his eyes flashed red. The boy, who'd been flitting around the room faster than the eye could track, tripped over his own feet and collided with another of the Children, Subject 4, the girl with her hair tied up, and they both went sprawling on the ground. Izuku heard her complain, whining in a voice that sounded like his mother's in the rare video she still had from her teen years. That didn't matter, he told himself. Izuku leapt into action, vaulting through the shattered window and throwing his hands out once he passed Tsukauchi, who was still hunched over in the corner. Blackwhip flew out over the Children, binding them tightly. None of the Children escaped his power. Izuku almost smiled at how easy it had been, but something felt wrong. Just like Spinner, Magne and Compress — it was too easy. The smirk from Subject 1 confirmed his fears.

"Ikari, you can play now," Subject 1 said, her tone calm and collected, even teasing. She smiled at Izuku like one would smile at a dog.

"Thank you, sister," Subject 3 — his name must have been Ikari — said, his deep, rich voice making Izuku's bones rattle.

Ikari laughed uproariously. His massive arms pushed against his bindings, and Blackwhip stretched to accommodate his movement. That shouldn't have happened, so Izuku willed Blackwhip to constrict, but it was no use. Ikari flexed his powerful biceps and the strands of Blackwhip around him were vapourized, shattered like a solid. Izuku stared at Ikari with wide eyes, and felt an electric shock of fear run up his spine. Their Quirks were erased. Ikari had broken out of Blackwhip through sheer, Quirkless power.

"They're Nomu," Aizawa noted.

Subject 1 made a high noise, as if to disagree. "It's the same principle, but we're not so primitive."

!

Ikari lunged. Izuku leapt to meet him, and recalled Blackwhip to reinforce his own body. He knew he wasn't really supposed to do it, since it put more stress on his body than One for All already did, but Izuku used his Dark Cowling technique, and the red arm braces of his costume turned dark as Blackwhip solidified on top of them and acted as armour. It raised his effective power level to about twenty-two percent, which wasn't an impressive increase in strength in the long run, but Izuku figured he needed all the power he could get at that moment in time. Izuku met Ikari in a head-on charge, and dodged under the attack that Danger Sense had warned him about. Once he was inside Ikari's guard, Izuku threw his left fist back for a smash, but Ikari was faster than him, even without a Quirk.

!

He wasn't as fast as the kid, but he was fast enough to redirect the energy of his failed punch and turn it into an elbow slam against Izuku as he was preparing his own attack and his guard was down. Ikari's elbow landed on Izuku's chest as he was throwing his punch, and he was thrown back so hard that he crashed through several walls and tumbled out onto the street outside. Izuku skidded and bounced along the hard ground, crying out in pain, as he fought to maintain his Dark Cowling. Float and Blackwhip came to his aid, and Izuku commanded the dark strands to latch onto streetlights and cars to slow his momentum as Float kept him off the ground to prevent any more bruises and scrapes. Izuku recovered from the spinning, tumbling fail and threw his hands behind him to flick his fingers, using a twenty-two percent version of Air Force to propel himself forward and Blackwhip to further accelerate that flight as he aimed himself dead-centre at the path he'd opened up through the police station.

That move was no use, as Ikari met him halfway and stopped most of his forward momentum. They still did get about halfway to the interrogation room, but Ikari was as solid as he was strong, which Izuku couldn't say about himself. Izuku released Smokescreen, not at Full Blast but just enough to cover the area they occupied. He came up with a name on the fly, hoping it would be good, but hoping it didn't catch on if it wasn't.

"Total Obfuscation!" Izuku cried as all of his senses blurred and some were substituted for Danger Sense. He kept Smokescreen flowing out quickly as he wound up for another punch. "Detroit Smash!"

Izuku sent a right hook directly into Ikari's face, and landed it with a powerful reverberation of wind pressure. Smokescreen would've dissipated if Izuku didn't keep pushing more of the fog out as he sent a few more punches Ikari's way, though he didn't name them. Izuku had eventually decided not to copy All Might's signature ultimate moves, even as an homage or reference, since it felt a little bit disrespectful after the Symbol of Peace's retirement. He figured it was the stress running high that had Izuku returning to old habits and wanting to throw out a smash, since it just felt more powerful than any of his other attacks. That, combined with twenty-two percent of One for All's strength, had Ikari reeling.

!

The brute let go of Izuku's lower body with one hand and threw a blind punch. Izuku easily dodged out of the way and threw another left hook like the one that had gotten him thrown out of the building as he leaned in that direction. All of his twisting momentum transferred into the punch, and Ikari's head was knocked back as he was stunned by the powerful, consecutive blows. The Smokescreen cleared so that Izuku could aim properly, and he went for a double-handed downward spike on Ikari's head. To his knowledge, All Might had never named a move like that, so Izuku just picked a US state at random and ran with it.

"Wyoming Smash!"

!

Ikari roared, and threw a deceptively fast punch right at Izuku's face while his arms were raised for the attack. Izuku brought his arms down around his head and face to block the punch, and took the force of the blow with a grunt of pain. That hit hadn't been as bad as the other one. Izuku almost allowed himself to think that Ikari was slowing down, that those hits to his head had done real damage. That suspicion was confirmed when he lowered his guard slightly and saw blood running down Ikari's face from a broken nose and chipped teeth, though the barbarian still had a ferocious grin on his face. The grin reminded Izuku of Katsuki, all the way back during their first battle trial, when the two of them had fought for the first time. That had been scary. This? Terrifying. Izuku's most powerful attacks had only made his opponent more enthusiastic about their fight.

!

Izuku flew through the air as Ikari spun him around and threw him while he was recovering from the attack. In his shock, he didn't activate Float in time to stop from hitting the ground and tumbling as he lost speed. He slid across the ground and came to a stop amid chaos. He was back in the interrogation room, or what was left of it. Ikari was definitely not the brains of the operation, he'd taken him back to where he could really make a difference and left himself behind. The walls had all been torn down so that it looked like an explosion had gone off inside. The whole centre of the police station had been reduced to rubble, and in the middle of it all were the Children. Gran Torino bounced around this arena outrunning the speedster boy, who couldn't catch up to the old timer, nor could he block Gran Torino's attacks. He went after the boy with hit and run tactics, getting in close for mere fractions of a second at a time and getting out just as quickly. Aizawa was kneeling and cradling his side, which told Izuku he'd probably tried to fight one of the Children and had that idea promptly proven to be a bad one. His eyes were back to their usual colour, which also told him that he'd blinked. Izuku couldn't see All Might, nor could he see Tsukauchi, and assumed that they had gotten out and away from the fighting. Subjects 4 and 5 were nowhere to be seen, and that caused a ripple of fear to run through Izuku as he worried for his mentors' lives.

"Please!" Spinner cried, scrambling but slipping on a loose piece of rubble. "I did everything you asked!"

Subject 1 stood over him, perfectly composed. She moved with grace over the uneven chunks of debris. "That you did. And you are no longer of use to me."

"Kisei, come on! What happened to the plan?" Spinner cried, suddenly finding stable purchase on the ground despite the shifting surface. Was that to do with the wall-crawling abilities he'd mentioned earlier? "Or are you planning to betray the rest of them, too?"

"Perhaps. If they outlive their usefulness, I would not hesitate to sever ties with any of those short-sighted simpletons. Dreams require sacrifices, Iguchi. Whether you sacrifice what is needed willingly or not is irrelevant to me," Subject 1 said with a cold, logical tone that made Izuku's jaw drop. He also realised that Spinner had called her something — Kisei. That must have been her name.

Izuku launched himself at her at full speed. The way she was talking, he figured she was about to kill Spinner, and Izuku wouldn't allow that, despite all the villain had done to him and his friends. Kisei turned and locked eyes with him as she let herself be tackled, laughing all the while. Izuku drove her into the ground, which did stop her cackling as she made a sound — not of pain, but of a sort of pleasant surprise. He pinned her to the ground as he knelt on her chest, but she didn't fight it. She brought her hands up while Izuku was shocked by her small smile and pressed all of her fingers as sharply as she could into his skull on either side. A flash of pain erupted from Izuku's temples, and he felt something digging into his brain, clawing at him from the inside as if it were looking for something. Izuku cried out in pain, but his hold on Kisei, which he reinforced with Blackwhip, only got stronger as he resisted whatever was happening to him. It felt similar to the psychic attacks he'd suffered from in the past due to All for One's connection to One for All, so he drew on that experience and pushed on the intrusion into his mind, and a moment later, Kisei withdrew her hands

"Surrender now or face the consequences!" Izuku yelled through gritted teeth as the pain receded.

"I could say the same to you!" Kisei said as her expression transformed into a wilder look upon realising he had fought off whatever she'd done to him. It had to be her Quirk, which the files from the bunker had called Psychic Leech. Had she really tried to invade his mind?

!

Ikari reappeared in a flash, and landed a solid kick to Izuku's ribs, which he couldn't block due to being distracted with Kisei. Izuku flew through the air as pain flared in his side. He thought that if he hadn't been reinforcing his body with both One for All and Blackwhip, he would have died. The difference between Ikari's first punch and this latest attack was terrifyingly clear. The first punch had been about equivalent to a very solid ten-to-fifteen percent hit from Izuku. Nothing to sneeze at, but more or less manageable. Izuku had demonstrated that when he'd dazed Ikari with his Detroit Smash. That kick was on an entirely different level compared to that, an escalation of power so extreme that it took Izuku's brain a second or two to catch up. He thought that kick might've been equivalent to his forty or fifty percent. Maybe more. Izuku might've blacked out for a moment or simply closed his eyes as he was flung into the air above the town.

Izuku recovered from the stunning effect of Ikari's kick and forced his equilibrium to normalise itself with Float. He used Air Force to slow and reverse his momentum, and released Float to propel himself toward the ground. He'd finally decided on a name for this move, where he used One for All to propel himself as fast as he could — Slipstream. It was useful for building up momentum for big attacks. Izuku rocketed toward the ground like an asteroid surrounded by a halo of green lightning, the sparks trailing behind him like the tail of a comet. His gaze locked onto Ikari, who was lumbering toward Aizawa, whose eyes glowed red once again. He knew Ikari could just kill Aizawa if he wanted to, so Izuku figured the brute must have been playing with him. Izuku didn't know if this would take Ikari down now that he was under the effects of Erasure again, but he had to try it. He wished he had more power. He wished he had accepted Fa Jin so that he could be stronger and save his teachers. Izuku used Air Force to propel himself into a forward flip, and in the moments before coming down on Ikari, he lifted his leg up and swung it down vertically in an axe kick that was sure to be devastating.

"Manchester Smash!" Again, All Might didn't have a named ultimate move centred around an axe kick, so Izuku named it after the first place that came to mind. He wasn't even sure if Manchester was a state or a city, much less if it was a location in the US.

He hadn't extended his Dark Cowling to his legs, so the kick landed at twenty percent, with the added force from his nearly uncontrollable speed added to it. His foot connected between Ikari's shoulder-blades, missing his head as Ikari looked up and unintentionally dodged. The brute was flattened against the ground as the force of Izuku's attack generated a shockwave that blew all the debris around him further away. Izuku landed a few metres away, catching his breath and looking around. As the destruction from his latest attack stopped spreading, Izuku realised that the entire police station was destroyed now. The destruction was going to keep spreading if he wasn't careful. He'd been so focused on taking down Ikari in one final hit that he'd gone too far. Cars on the street were destroyed, too, and the sides of the neighbouring buildings were torn up from the repeated shockwaves. Izuku spotted Aizawa climbing to his feet with a groan of pain, his eyes back to their natural dull colour. He still didn't see All Might and Tsukauchi anywhere.

"Stop this at once! Stay true to your word!" Compress's voice rang out.

Izuku looked around and saw Compress and Magne be thrown to the ground, joining Spinner. Standing around them were the remaining Children, all laughing at their pitiful conditions. The three villains were beaten and bloody, and Izuku's heart hammered in his chest at the sight. The other Children must have gone to get Compress and Magne when they'd disappeared earlier. Izuku knew they were going to kill the remaining Vanguards, but was distracted from acting on that gut instinct as Ikari rose from the ground, throwing Izuku away from himself. Izuku landed on the ground and didn't waste a second. He extended Dark Cowling to his legs and increased his speed to twenty-two percent as well. He leapt at the Children, ignoring Ikari in favour of Kisei, who was clearly the leader going off of how she'd allowed Ikari to start attacking in the first place. Izuku flew through the air and wound up for a Detroit Smash, but all of his momentum suddenly disappeared, and he stalled in mid-air. He hovered in the air as if Float had activated, but he hadn't willed it to, so it was something else. The tall one that looked the most like Izuku, Subject 5, stepped forward with his hand out and his narrow red eyes glowing.

Tensing and flexing every muscle in his body couldn't break the hold of Subject 5's Quirk, which the files had called Telekinesis. He waved his arms and legs around, but he stayed frozen. Izuku aimed his hands at all of the Children and went to fire off a few blasts of Air Force, but his arms and hands were suddenly pulled back to his sides and frozen there, along with his legs. Izuku began to panic, and resorted to a move he wasn't sure was viable in combat in the first place, but might've been able to do something at that moment. He opened his mouth and stuck his tongue out, manifesting Blackwhip from that small part of his body and using Froppy Style to send a single, focused Blackwhip strand to hit Subject 5 in the face, which broke his concentration just long enough for Izuku to drop to the ground and leap forward at Kisei, who had stepped closer to the defeated villains.

!

Ikari came down on Izuku when he was only a few metres away. The massive man's body pinned him to the ground, and Izuku was dragged across the rubble by their momentum. The two of them came to a stop in full view of the Children and their former allies. Kisei looked down at Izuku and tilted her head to match his angle, which would've been endearing had it not meant the full weight of her knowing eyes was focused on him. She smiled, and giggled in the girlish way she did. Izuku tried to push Ikari off of himself, but the behemoth had his Quirk back, so it was as if he wasn't using One for All as he strained and struggled against the weight on his back. Izuku's arms were trapped under Ikari as well, and it felt as though an invisible hand was holding Izuku's mouth shut, so he couldn't resort to Froppy Style again. He tried to sprout Blackwhips from his back to lift Ikari, and his frustration and anger gave the Quirk strength. Ikari stumbled back as Blackwhips tore through the back of Izuku's costume and pushed him away, and Izuku struggled to his feet.

Izuku was immediately frozen again. Subject 5 wore a proud grin on his face, and seemed to bask in Izuku's powerlessness to fight his Quirk. It was a surreal expression for Izuku to see on what looked like his own face. Did he look like that when things went his way? Subject 5 laughed at Izuku's panic and despair. Blackwhip began to snake out of Izuku's back again, lashing out at Subject 5, and he couldn't seem to do anything about it. His reflexes turned out to not be very good when he was forced to actually dodge attacks by his raging Quirk. That method of fighting back was quickly put to an end, however, as Ikari reappeared at Izuku's side and faced no resistance against the sweeping kick he hit him with, breaking Subject 5's hold on him but forcing the air out of Izuku's stomach and breaking his focus on Blackwhip. Izuku tumbled back down to the ground for what felt like the tenth time that night, and ended up beside Kisei and the Vanguards.

"Wonderful. Now we can begin. I'm going to get what I need from these three, and then you're going to tell me everything I want to know, stranger," Kisei said with a smirk.

"No!" Izuku screamed.

Standing up was hell. His whole body ached, and he could only hold onto about seven percent of One for All, which was enough to get him to his feet, but that was about it. He tried to throw a punch at Kisei, but he was so weak after the beatdown he'd received from Ikari that Subject 5 let him do it, and she caught his attempted attacks in her own hands easily. She smiled widely at his persistence, and laughed at his failing strength.

"Oh, why not?" Kisei asked, her tone making it sound like she thought this was a game of pretend or something, which enraged Izuku even more.

"It's not right! Why are you using your strength this way?" Izuku asked in return. Blackwhips sprouted from his back once again, though they were weak, and propped him up so that he could get a bit more leverage and push back on her.

"Are you trying to save these villains?" Kisei asked with a surprised smile on her face. She put more force into the lock the two of them had each other in. "How noble. Why do you care so much whether they live or die?"

"Because …!" Izuku said, his aura of lightning flaring around him as he tried and failed to increase his One for All percentage. He remembered some of Spinner's ranting from earlier. I don't care that I look like this. Too bad nobody else got the memo. "I don't care what anyone else thinks! They're all human, too! If you want to hurt people, any people, then you have to go through me!"

Kisei's eyes widened as the smile slid off her face. She looked at Izuku with a surprised, almost confused expression. Then, the animal look of wild joy was back, and the pain he'd felt earlier at her touch returned. Blackwhip dissipated into nothing, One for All powered down with a few more sparks, and Izuku fell to his knees as Kisei reached into his mind. His focus on his Quirks was broken, but Izuku pushed back on this mental invasion and refused to let her win. Kisei stumbled back, and sat down hard on the ground as she recoiled from Izuku. The little boy sped to her side, fretting over her, and that image struck Izuku as he blinked spots out of his eyes. He reeled from her psychic attack, and found all of his limbs going numb as he tried to stand but fell back down. He wondered if it was a side-effect of her Quirk, or if he'd simply been beaten.

"Hey, are you okay?" the kid asked, shaking Kisei lightly by the shoulder as she grumbled something to herself.

"I'm fine, Matabaki. Go stay with Katachi for now, okay?" Kisei said.

She spoke to the boy with affection, which had Izuku even more confused about just what these peoples' deal was than before. The kid even obeyed that request, appearing in a flash of movement behind the legs of the younger girl among them, hiding and peeking out like a young child behind their mother. That girl, Subject 4 must have been Katachi, then, and the boy, Subject 2 had to be Matabaki. Katachi put her hand on Matabaki's head and cradled him gently, and it all had Izuku baffled at how such ruthless warriors could perform such tender gestures while still standing in front of their enemies. Izuku huffed and puffed as he knelt a few metres away from the Children and the Vanguard, knowing he could help the three villains if he could just stand up but being unable to command his body to move. He glanced down at his costume, and found that the jumpsuit was ripped to shreds, more or less, and the red arm braces had been cracked and blown to pieces taking the force of both his own limit-breaking punches and Ikari's blows that he'd blocked. He wasn't sure he could've fought even if he had gathered the strength to stand at that moment.

A shifting of the rubble alerted them all to Aizawa returning to the fight. He ran up and stopped roughly ten metres away from the Children. He then retrieved something from his belt, pulled a pin and threw the item. Izuku realised what was happening and smiled as his teacher released the flashbang and threw it at their enemies. Averting his eyes, Izuku hoped it would at least blind the Children so that Izuku could retreat with the Vanguards. That faint spark of hope was extinguished when the flashbang detonated far away, and Izuku looked back up to see Subject 5's eyes glowing and his hand outstretched, and Aizawa falling to the ground with his hands over his eyes. He wasn't screaming — Izuku had never known his teacher to scream in pain — but just the fact that he was disabled immediately told Izuku that the damage had to be severe. He called out to Aizawa, but didn't get a response.

Kisei shrugged at the failed attack, and stepped gracefully over the rubble beneath her feet. She pressed her fingers upon Magne's head, causing her to writhe in pain as she screamed. Magne collapsed not even a second later, eyes rolling up into her skull and her body going limp.

"Ah," she sighed. "Nothing."

"Wait!" Compress yelled, waving his hands around as if it made his point more reasonable. "My Quirk is useful! I can dispose of evidence!"

"I have no need for your Quirk. What I crave is knowledge," Kisei said as she stood over Compress. He tried to reach out and use his Quirk on her, but she caught his arms and used her own Quirk for the same result as with Magne. "He didn't know, either."

Izuku lurched forward and landed face first on the ground. He tried to force himself back up, but couldn't. Kisei wandered over to Spinner, who was kneeling on the ground and looking at Izuku with a tense expression on his face. Izuku locked eyes with Spinner, and something in the man's eyes shifted, like acceptance or realisation. He looked up at Kisei and scowled, his reptilian features twisting into anger and hate, the flames of revolution burning brightly in his eyes.

"Can I at least know what I died for?" Spinner asked, seething as he shot the dirtiest look Izuku had even seen up at the woman who stood threateningly over him.

"Very well. You will have died so that the Symbol of Evil can rule Japan once again. Your sacrifice will bring about the second coming of All for One," Kisei said, pressing her hand onto Spinner's head.

Spinner went limp, and fell onto his back. Kisei smiled down at him, a sunny expression that normally would be very pretty, but which shook Izuku to his core. He stared, mouth agape and eyes wide, as Kisei used her Quirk to incapacitate her targets. She sighed happily, and looked up to the sky, but paused. Her eyes sharpened, and she looked back down to the Children with a bitter scoff.

"None of these pathetic villains knew where to find him. We must keep searching," Kisei said. Izuku seemed to catch her attention out of the corner of her eye, and she smiled again. "I do wonder why we were fighting after taking a look in their heads, though. You should come with us, brother. We have big plans for this country."

"Stop," Izuku said, finally pushing himself up to his feet. "Tell me what you want!"

"Well, that would ruin the surprise, brother!" Kisei laughed. "If you aren't going to work with us, then at the very least, stay out of our way. I love all my siblings, apparently including you, but I would not hesitate to sever ties."

"Kisei, what are you talking about?" Matabaki asked, stepping out from behind Katachi. "Do you mean that this mean guy is one of us?"

"When I looked inside those worthless minds, I saw this boy saying that he is the son of All for One, our father. That makes him your brother. But your brother isn't ready to stay with us just yet. He'll need a little bit of time to come around. Won't you?" Kisei asked, sending Izuku a more genuine smile than the other ones, more affectionate. She didn't give him time to reply. "But we must leave. The future awaits us, brothers and sisters. Chikara."

Subject 5 — the only one that hadn't been named so far, Izuku noticed — nodded at the word. Chikara must have been the one name Izuku hadn't heard so far, so he assigned it to the man whose eyes then glowed in the new darkness as the sun dipped under the horizon. Kisei began floating with Chikara, and Ikari picked up Katachi like she was nothing, cradling her as he crouched down to leap. Matabaki ran circles around everyone, and stopped when he watched his siblings leave. He stopped right in front of Izuku, kicking up dust and pebbles that flew around in his wake.

"See ya, big bro!"

In a flash of movement and a shower of tiny debris, Izuku was suddenly alone, beaten and despairing. He looked over at Magne and Compress, slumped over and still. Spinner's limp body gave one more twitch and promptly went still. He could no longer see Aizawa over the rubble on the ground, and he hadn't been able to spot All Might or Tsukauchi for a while now. Gran Torino was nowhere to be found, and Izuku had no more stamina to use his Quirks to look for any of them. Izuku cried out in anguish, collapsed, and passed out from what was likely three concussions and shock.

That afternoon had been the most productive for the investigation, and the most devastating loss of Izuku's life.
