Yomi stood in the chocolate aisle her eyes scanning the different selections wondering which one would be best, she had someone in mind and was looking forward to finally gaining the courage to go through with it. Sighing the blonde left unable to make a decision walking down the street she wondered if there was anything else she could get, she stopped outside a flower shop wondering if maybe this would be the best option instead.

"Huh? Oh hey Yomi" a voice came from the behind the blonde as she jumped a little turning as her eyes widened a little seeing a familiar brunette smiling at her, her brown eyes looking over the flowers before returning to Yomi "Buying some flowers for someone special?"

"N-no of course not, just passing by is all" Yomi responded trying to avert locking eyes with the other "The bright colours caught my eyes is all, of course I have no one that I would be buying flowers for". Asuka looked on seeing a small pinkish hue to the blonde's cheeks deciding to ignore it she smiled before leaning over picking out a red rose, she headed to the counter paying for it as she walked back to Yomi with a small smile keeping the rose in her hand.

"Are you busy? Want to hang out for a little?" Asuka asked smiling "Unless your busy of course, then I don't mind". Yomi stood thinking for a moment before she smiled nodding turning her back on the flowers as she followed the brunette, she may not have found the courage to buy anything but she was more than happy to spend the time with the one she had a secret crush on hoping to gain the confidence to finally tell her.

Asuka chuckled as she sat down on a bench with Yomi as they enjoyed some takoyaki placing the rose down the brunette stretched as Yomi looked over with a smile, despite being on opposite sides during their first ever meeting the blonde couldn't deny that she was very happy with the friendship that had quickly developed between herself and the Hanzō girl.

"Whew that was a really fun way to spend Valentine's day" Asuka said leaning her head back "Much better than consistently avoiding Katsuragi's groping, you would assume that she'd at least rest for one day but no in fact on Valentine's day she gets much worse if you can believe that".

"I'm sure she does" Yomi chuckled as she listened to Asuka complain about her friend "I'm glad you did enjoy this impromptu day out but I have to ask you one thing, who's this rose for that you've been carrying around all day?" Asuka looked down at the rose with a small smile picking it up as she twirled it between her fingers chuckling she held it out to the blonde who felt her cheeks going a little red from embarrassment.

"Happy Valentine's day" Asuka said chuckling by the others reaction as she slipped the rose gently behind Yomi's ear, moving her hand down the brunette's eyes widened slightly caught off guard by the others reaction as the blonde leaned in kissing her softly on the lips for a few moments before moving away with a small smile.

"Yes, a very happy Valentine's day to you as well Asuka" Yomi replied.

Well its that time of year again and since I had no ideas for what I could do for a Yomi X Asuka story it turns out that it was for once a useful holiday and gave us this, hoping that the final two I have to write won't take as long to come out as this one but I'll do my best however this was still a fun ship to write and honestly I've enjoyed doing this series a lot as it makes me think outside the box and hopefully shows off how fun it can be to switch up the normal ships and go nuts
