Whoever comes the closest to the number of chapters there will be at the end can pick the fandom of the next fanfic I write. Here are the choices: Bleach, Fairy Tail, Harry Potter, and -Man.

My guess is around 140. (You can only guess once.)

Recap: Once Fawkes had jumped off of Harry's shoulder, the wizard teleported to the others of his team to catch up. He had learned to do that from Zeref during their training with Death.

The moment Team B stepped foot within the Sky Labyrinth was when the preliminary round truly started.

"Okay, do we have a plan?" asked Laxus.

"Well, since it's a labyrinth, I'd say we start making a map. We can draw it up as we go," said Mira.

"And I can use the 'point me' spell to always know where north is," added Harry. "But we're going to need paper. Accio!" the black-haired wizard summoned 10 pieces of paper to him. "This should be enough, right?"

"It will be plenty," said Mira with a smile. She took them from Harry's hands, planning to be the one to draw up their map.

"Alright, let's get going already!" Gajeel called out. Harry rolled his eyes at Gajeel's rudeness and followed along.

"Point me," Harry watched as the elder wand pointed to the north so Mira's drawing wouldn't be upside down.

After taking a few steps, and about to jump onto the next platform, another guild of 5 showed up from above them. Harry and his team quickly found out that the opposing team was after their map.

'That means we're not the only one making a map,' Harry concluded.

Juvia caught the enemy team in a water bubble and held them while Laxus shocked them. After that, Gajeel took the map from them, and had Harry dry it. They added the map to their own after finding out which way north was again. They didn't want to place the new part of the map on the wrong side now, or worse, flipped over.

Just as they were about to continue moving, the gravity on the maze was lost, making Fairy Tail Team B grab onto something, but Harry wanted to play safe and added a sticking charm onto everyone. They watched as many teams fell from the labyrinth while screaming. After ten seconds of people falling and getting taken out of the running, the gravity came back.

"So that's how they are lowering the amount of teams for these games," said Harry while his green eyes were still looking down at the ground below the labyrinth.

"Juvia has to admit that it is smart to throw people off," said the blue-haired water mage.

"Harry, what did you use to keep us all up here?" asked Laxus, having noticed Harry wave his wand at all of them.

"It was a sticking charm. Here, let me remove that now since gravity is back." The 500-year-old wizard swiped his wand again to remove the spell pinning them to the "ground".

"Alright, let's continue," said Mira with a bright smile. She was clearly enjoying this game so far, which made Harry glad.

Their team ran into at least 8 other additional teams. They took them out and took their maps. They threw away maps that were basically the same. The gravity had also knocked a few more teams off, but Harry kept using the sticking charm to make sure none of his teammates were one of the unfortunates.

Mira studied the map that they had put together, and saw something, but she needed Harry to find north again.

"Point me."

After seeing which way the wand was facing, Mira said, "I think I know where to go from here now."

"Good, then lead the way, Mira," said Laxus. Mira nodded, and led the way to Domus Flau.

It didn't take them long to get there, and when they did the announcer was also there waiting for them.

"Congratulations! Your team is the first to arrive!" said the pumpkin-headed man. "Please walk right on through this door and sign in. Welcome to the Grand Magic Games!"

Harry, Mira, and Juvia thank the man while the other two members of their team just ignored him and walked in through the door without saying a word. They followed behind their rude teammates.

It was the day the games were set to start. The first team and guild to be called was Fairy Tail - Team A, but no one knew that yet. The second team was Quatro Cerberus, followed by Mermaid Heel, Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale, Raven Tail - now that one made Fairy Tail wish with all their being to beat the heck out of right then and there - next was Sabertooth, which shocked everyone that they didn't get first place, and finally Fairy Tail Team B.

Everyone, the guilds, audience, judges, even Team A and the rest of Fairy Tail - minus Makarov - were all shocked by them being there. Harry couldn't help but laugh at their expressions.

Some people were questioning if it was allowed for two teams from the same guild to partake in the games, but everyone quickly learned that it was a new thing that was allowed that year. So Fairy Tail Team B was staying.

Harry looked around at the teams to see if he knew any of them. He knew those from Blue Pegasus, and Lamia Scale, but he didn't think he'd know anyone else since he had never met the other guilds, but there was one person that made the very blood in Harry's - as well as those from Hogwarts - freeze. One of the members from Team Raven Tail was Voldemort. He knew then and there that no matter what was said Raven Tail was still a dark guild. Harry looked away when he made eye contact with the dark lord, knowing he would try to read his mind, but he wouldn't allow it. 'But would he be able to still look into my mind without making contact? He's done it before,' questioned Harry.

{No he wouldn't be able to,} said Fawkes. {Since the horcrux is gone, he doesn't have that connection.}

{That's good to know,} said Harry, and then he remembered something he read from Zeref's reply letter. The letter had said that Zeref heard from one of his spriggan 12 that in Clover there was a dark magic energy build up happening around the time the Grand Magic Games were going on.

'Could Voldemort be responsible? He might not since this would be his first time here as a participant, but who's to say he wasn't around Clover during the time of the games as just a spectator? I should write back to Zeref about this. Voldemort makes a good suspect.' Harry nodded as he decided his next course of action when he returned to the inn.

"Alright! Now it's time to start the first game!" said the pumpkin-headed announcer excitedly. Harry turned his focus to him so he could know what's going on.

On cue with the announcer's words, a stone tablet appeared. It has the names of the guilds taking part in the games with the number zero next to them. It seemed that whoever gets the most points wins the Grand Magic Games.

"Now I want you all to pick one person from your teams for the first round. There are no take backs so choose carefully."

Harry thought about who should go, but it would seem Juvia wanted to enter once she found out that Gray was being picked to enter. 'That's not a good idea,' he thought.

"Juvia, we're here to win the games, not the affection of your crush," said Laxus, surprising Harry a bit. He didn't expect him to cut her off. "We're not supposed to team up with the other. I think someone else should go."

"Aw…" sighed Juvia.

"Alright, but who should go?" asked Mira.

"Laxus would be good," said Harry.

"I would make a good choice, but I think we should wait for someone strong before sending me out. I'd say we send in Harry. You can use many kinds of spells to help find out the opponents' power and fighting style," said Laxus.

"How? There is no spell for that. I could only tell how much life force one has, not the power of their magic," Harry pointed out.

"Your range of magic will protect you enough to allow you to figure them out," said Mira.

"Wait, why can't I go?!" Gajeel shouted. "Isn't anyone going to ask my opinion?!"

"Yeah, why can't we send out Gajeel instead?" asked Harry.

"He'll beat them too quickly to let us find out their strengths and weaknesses. So that is again why we're sending you, Harry."

Harry sighed, "Fine, but only because we don't have much time left to argue about this. I'll go, but who is it that they picked for Raven Tail?"

"That strange, purple-skinned guy," said Juvia.

Harry nodded his thanks to her. 'At least it's not Voldemort, yet.' He walked over to the others that were going to be part of the game to let the announcer know that they were all ready to start.

"Alright, everyone here?" asked the pumpkin-head. "Now once this game is over, we'll be moving onto a battle, but we'll worry about that later."

Harry looked around to see who he was up against. Gray from Team A, a round girl in blue from Mermaid Heel, a big guy with white hair and red, spiked dog collar from Quatro Cerberus, the purple guy from Raven Tail, Eve fromBlue Pegasus, a blond-haired man in red from Sabertooth, and Lyon from Lamia Scale.

"Now, let the Grand Magic Games BEGIN!" cried out the announcer, followed by the roar of the crowd.

TBC

I decided to change who goes into the first game at the last second. I wanted Fairy Tail to crush the competition, and Juvia won't allow that because she is crushing too much on Gray to be of any real help. Plus, if I hadn't changed who goes in, then the game would have gone the same way. This way it doesn't.

Natsu: You kept everyone else the same though.

Enj/Dark: Mermaid Heel needs an OC or something since Kagura isn't with them.

Harry: What does that have to do with what Natsu said?

Enj/Dark: It means that I'm not changing everyone up. The only ones are going to be the times when Kagura was supposed to be in the games or Jellal.

Voldemort: Let me guess, both are going to be replaced with Potter.

Enj/Dark: No.

Zeref: Then who? The OC?

Enj/Dark: I decided just now not to add an OC. I'm not going to do all the games. That would take forever. Just the fun ones and the important ones.

Natsu: *whispers to Zeref and Harry* who do you think she is going to use when it's not you, Harry?

Harry: I'm worried it's going to be Voldemort.

Voldy: There is no way she would do that. She's too soft.

Enj/Dark: You want to bet?

Voldy: Yes.

Enj/Dark: Fine, if I win by putting you into a battle with someone where you torture them badly, you will no longer complain about saying, "Please review".

Voldy: You don't have the guts to something like that. You can only do that to those you hate. If you can do that to someone who you don't hate then I won't protest. If not, then I win, and you will stop forcing me to say "it".

Enj/Dark: You're on, but you do have to say "it" right now. C:

Voldy: *glare* Please review...
