Hello Readers! This is therealmystery here and welcome to my first fanfiction story! I just kinda thought of this one day and decided to try and put the idea to paper! I have some idea of where i wanna take this story,but I'm not that very good at writing and i suck at keeping to a schedule too write and update. So let me know what you think! Tbh i kinda rushed it a bit because i kept forgetting exactly what it was that i wanted to write so im sorry if it sucks.I appreciate honesty and constructive criticism.With all that being said, I hope you have a good day and enjoy!
(Royal Woods Middle School,Friday,Valentine's Day)
Lynn Jr is currently walking down the hall in her normal attire too her locker after 7th period,for some extra school supplies for her final class for the day. She looks to be in a pretty crummy mood,and their is a reason for that..Valentine's Day.
"Sigh..finally the days almost over.Then i can get home and just have some me time. Man today was such a shitty day,God I can't stand Valentines Day! I mean i'm happy i guess that some people have foud love! But i don't need it constantly shoved in my face! I dont need a constant reminder of how alone i feel. Not to mention nobody asked me to the Valentines Dance. I even asked a few boys out of desperation but none of them wanted anything too do with me..some weere even harsh about it."thought to herself.
Once she reaches and opens her locker,a red envelope falls out onto the floor infront of her.
Lynn,out of curiosity picks up the envelope and inspects it."Huh,whats this?" Lynn asked herself.
It's a red envelope with a heart sticker seal,and it say's"To Lynn,My love." On the front.
"No..this can't be..can it?" Lynn whispered too herself.
She carefully opens the envelope and beggins to read the letter.
"Dear Lynn Loud, I have gotten you're letter and i am so very eager.I wan't to confess my feelings about you as well,but a letter alone wouldn't be enough to express all my emotions. Meet me in the Auditorium after school.. don't be late ;),Love Francisco.
Lynn's eyes went totally wide,even watery almost on the verge of some happy tears. She couldn't help but squeal in excitement,but quickly gets ahold of herself as too not ruin her reputation,but is still extremely happy and nervous on the inside.
"No fricken way! This is amazing! But I skipped showers after gym today! Maybe i could just put on some deodorant and cologne to make up for the stench? And i didnt bring a dress! Shit! Maybe i can run home after wards real quick and do a total rush job..maybe Leni has an old one somewhere she's not using."Lynn contemplated to herself.
( 1 hour later,after school)
Lynn Jr is alone on stage in the vastly empty space of the Auditorium. Wearing way to much deodorant and cologne. She stands still waiting in anticipation for Francisco's arrival.
After a while of Francisco's absence she starts to get worried." Calm down Lynn,its only been 5 minutes, he'll be here..right?" Lynn thought.
After another 10 minutes,which felt like an hour. Francisco finally arrives while wearing his sports attire,he appears to be carrying a large sports duffel bag.He sees Lynn and smiles while proceeding too walk up to her,though it's not really a reassuring smile. Something feels..off,almost..sinister.Lynn notices this but decides too ignore it and gives him the benefit of the doubt.
"Maybe he's just as nervous as i am? So he's just trying to play it cool? Yeah im sure that's it. Lynn thought.
"Um..hi Franscisco..you said we should meet and,here i am!" Lynn said nervously.
"Indeed,Here..you..are.." Francisco replied
"So uhmmm..what did you wan't to talk to me about?" Lynn asked.
"We'll get to that..but first i got you something. But you gotta close your eyes first okay? I wanna build up some suspense before i give it too you." Francisco stated.
"O-Okay! Yeah of course!" Lynn enthusiastically accepted what blushing heavily. She proceeds to follow his instructions and waits patiently.
"Remember no peaking." Francisco stated,while rummaging around in his bag looking for something.
"I can't belive this is happening! I wonder what it could be?! It's gotta be something sporty right?! I mean he's carrying it in a sports duffel bag." Lynn contemplated.
"Alright get ready to open your eyes in 3..2..1!" Francisco yelled.
Lynn did so happily and...
"BAM!"
Next thing Lynn knows is she's lying on the floor in a daze,her face,specifically her right eye,and nose is in pain. She feels around the general area and it hurts to the touch,when she looks at her hand she sees blood.Lynn then looks up too see Francisco standing over her with a whicked look on his face,she then glances down towards his right hand..and sees a brass knuckles clinched in his hand. And a heavy one too by the looks of it.
Then the sudden relization came to her..Francisco had punched her in the face! Before she could even have another thought Francisco yelled.
"NOW!" Francisco yelled while looking up at the balcony/catwalk above the stage.
Turns out 3 other boys had been hiding up there the whole time,with what appears to be a large bucket of what looks like some of the grossest and unwashable substances ever. Specifically to name them..
Animal guts from the science room trash,(it was disection day),vomit,spit,feathers,left over sludge from the cafeteria,toilet paper,and red paint.Just to name a few.
They get the signal and with all of their combined strength they pour the bucket over the side..and all over Lynn Jr.
At first Lynn doesn't even register what just happened,but after a few momets she sits back up and looks at herself. Even getting brave enough to smell herself. It was horrific! She amlost puked herself but somehow managed to hold it in.
"Hahahaha! Oh my god! It actually worked! Hahahaha! Eat shit Loud!" Francisco suddenly bursted out hysterically. The other boys joined in on the laugher as they climed down back onto the stage.
Lynn Jr was shocked.So many emotions were boiling to the surface,rage,confusion,heartbreak. All she could mutter out in the moment was one word.
"...Why?!" Lynn questioned tearfully.
"Why?! Because i hate you! I've always hated you! Your so obnoxious and annoying! Always beating me at every sport i play! Always one upping me in everything! Everyone always cheering your name! Not to metion you intentionally hitting me with the baseball last game! And you slining me in the face with you're jock strap! This is payback!" Francisco declared.
Lynn was stunned." But..I- I didn't know you hated-but i thought-" Lynn was interrupted.
"I was only playing nice until i can find away to get some payback! And lord n behold the perfect opportunity came when you sent your little love letter. Haha! It was so corny and bad I almost died laughing! So I pretend to like you back just too lure you here,so my boys can dump all this shit on you." Francisco declared.
Normally Lynn would get extremely pissed off and kick all their asses six ways to Sunday,enough to put them all in the hospital for weeks. But she wasnt..well she was pissed but this was different. She liked Francisco! She opened herself up too someone emotionally(something already extremely difficult for her in the first place)too someone she wanted to have a relationship with. She came here thinking somebody liked her back,and now that same person is telling her he hates her! And even though this was all Francisco's doing she couldn't help but feel responsible as well.
She played into his trap! She let him pull this off! She felt something was off but ignored it because..she trusted him. And look where that trust got her,a black eye possibly fractured,broken bloody nose,covered in disease ridden liquid..totally heartbroken.
As hard as she tried,Lynn couldn't stop the watter works from coming out any longer and started to cry.
"Aww! You gonna cry little bitch?!" Francisco laughed,along with the other 3 boys.
Lynn suddenly burst upward and ran straight out the door,balling her eyes out with her hands covering them.
"Whahahahahaha!!" Lynn painfully cried.
"You guys got that on video right?" Francisco asked.
"Yup! I hid it further back of the stage!Caught the whole thing!" One boy replied.
Francisco smiled." Good,because i'm not done with her yet."
( 2 hours later,The Loud House)
It was now around 6pm and Lincoln Loud was in his room reading comic books. He had no homework to work on because it was Valentine's Day,which he was thankful for,because today was a rough day for him at school and didn't need the added stress. Seeing all those happy couples just kinda..got to him. He was happy for the many others that had found that"special someone" but unfortunately Lincoln wasn't so lucky in his pursuit. He tried many times to be the"perfect guy" but despite his attempts many of the girls at his school found him dorky,creepy,weird,a loser,ect. So when he would ask a girl to be his valentines he was often laughed at,slapped,name called,or all of the above. Not to mention a very depressing secret Lincoln holds that goes along with it,something nobody else knows but him.Lincoln has never received a Valentines Card/Gift..ever! Not even the ones your"supposed"to give to everyone.Long story short..not a good day to be Lincoln Loud..not a good day. And now he's home while everyone else is at the Valentines Day dance.
"Sigh..what's wrong with me? Am i really that undesirable?"Lincoln questioned out loud.
Lincoln's self loating was inturupted however when his mother walked in.
"Hey sweetie?" Rita asked.
"Yeah mom? What is it?" Lincoln questioned
"Have you heard from Lynn? She wanted to walk home today,but she isnt back yet and isn't picking up her phone." Rita said sounding concerned.
"Wait..she isn't home yet?" Lincoln replied.
"Come to think of it.. it was unusually quite,and I don't remember hearing the door slam open today. Lynn likes too kick the door open after running home from school because shes so amped up. And it definitely doesn't take Lynn 2 whole hours to run home! Something doesn't feel right." Lincoln pondered.
"I haven't heard anything,but i'll try calling her." Lincoln responded.
"Okay well come join us in the living room, were all trying to contact her down their." Rita stated while walking out of the room.
Lincoln shrugged his shoulders and followed his mother down the stairs and into the living room,regrouping with the rest of the family.
"Come on Jr pick up!" Lynn Sr said worryingly.
"This literally isn't like her." Lori added.
"Do you think she got kidnapped?!" Both twins cried.
"I'll have to ask Great Grandma Harriet if Lynn's passed." Lucy added.
Everyone couldn't even imagine that horrible possibility.But Lisa was quick too ease them..somewhat.
"In Royal Woods? Most likely not..but chances are never zero.Plus my tracker seems to be malfunctioning."Lisa replied.
"Dude's whe should call the cops,it's probably nothing but just too be safe." Luna suggested.
"You're right honey,and in the meantime whe should go out looking for her." Rita said.
"Alright then, we should split up to cover more ground. Your mom and me will take Lucy,Lana,Lola,Lisa,and Lily in the van too drive around.Luan,Leni,Luna,and Lincoln will ride around on their bikes too places Lynn would normally go too." Lynn Sr responded.
"Wait what about me?! I wanna help find my baby sis too!" Lori demanded angrily.
"Someone needs too stay at the house too see if she shows up,and you could call the police in the meantime." Luan reasoned.
Lori hated how much sense Luan was making,but she was right. Lori also noticed how uncharacteristicly serious Luan was being. Lori couldn't help but feel proud of her sister but that's a conversation for later.
"Okay fine just..please find her." Lori pleaded.
"Don't worry guys,we'll find her." Lincoln said confidently.
But even though he sounded confident for his family's sake,he couldn't help but panic on thr inside as well.
Everyone then set off in the van and their bikes too look for Lynn Jr,apart from Lori who stayed behind too call the cops,and too be here incase she came home.
(3 hours later)
Its now dark outside and still no sign of Lynn Jr anywhere.Cop cars are basically swarming Royal Woods looking for her,and his family have looked pretty much everywhere she would be. Burpin Burger,School,Friends house,ect and still nothing.And she still isn't picking up her phone!Despite numerous times.Now Lincoln is riding his bike trying to figure out where too look next.
"Come on Lynnie where are you? I mean we have everyone searching the streets for you and still nothing! Unless..she isn't near a road..Oh my god i think i know where she is!"Lincoln contemplated.
He then started too speed up as fast as he could towards to where he thinks his sister resides like her life depended on it.
(Ketcham Park)
After a while of searching the totally deserted and almost pitch black park,Lincoln finally stumbled onto the playground area. He then noticed a single lit lampoast over a lonley bench just away from the playground.And what Lincoln saw and heard in the moment he will never forget.
Lincoln found Lynn! But..she was crying into her legs curled up into a ball,not only that but she looked and smelled awful. Lincoln got off his bike and carefully made his way over too Lynn.
"Lynnie?" Lincoln questioned.
Lynn looked up for a breif moment and saw Lincoln with visible worry,shock,and hurt on his face.
"Linky?"Lynn was surprised too see him and looked away in embarrassment,wiping her tears away.Lincoln got closer in response too that.
"Can i..sit with you?" Lincoln asked. Lynn just sniffed and nodded in response. So Lincoln sat next to his sister,and their was a brief pause of akward silence. Lincoln was too stunned seeing Lynn like this too speak immediately,and Lynn was too embarrassed.That was until Lincoln finally figured out what too say.
"You know..its kind of funny. That i would find you here of all places." Lincoln said.
Lynn looked taken aback." Whaddya mean?"
Lincoln scoffed light heartedly." Don't you remember? It was six years ago too this exact day,you were 7 i was five. We were playing around the sand box right over there." Lincoln pointed towards the sandbox.
Lynn looked over and it was like a core memory unlocked." Oh yeah..we were playing tag and you accidentally tripped over the wodden frame,you fell on your face and hit your teeth on the wooden frame,causing your chipped tooth..you were crying and their was a lot of blood." Lynn pouted as the image of a 5 year old crying Lincoln came into mind.
"True..but you know what else? You helped and comforted me the whole time until i calmed down. I remember you being the only thing that could do that for hours afterwards. The car ride to the dentist,the car ride home,later at night. Of course Lori,Leni,Luna,and Luan helped as well. But you never left my side for a second,no matter how messed up i was,or how many of your jerseys i soaked with my tears. And now were back here 6 years later,and it's my turn too help you." Lincoln said with compassion.
Lynn was utterly shocked at just how caring and understanding Lincoln was in this moment. When she first saw Lincoln she thought he was going to yell at her for being late,or for making the family worry,or laugh at how she looked..but instead giving her much needed comfort.
And just like that without and further hesitation,she hugged her brother tightly and began to cry into his shoulders.
"Shhh its okay Lynnie..ive got you." Lincoln
"Ahahahahaha!" Lynn cried in pain.
And for what felt like ages,but in reality was only about 20 minutes. Lynn finally calmed down a bit,enough to hold a conversation.
"Sniff..thanks Linky." Lynn replied.
"Linky huh? Thats a nickname i havent heard from you in a while." Lincoln joked.
"It just seemed fitting,considering you said Lynnie first." Lynn blushed embarrassingly into her legs.
"Hahaha true,You know Lynnie..You really gave me and the rest of the family a scare." Lincoln commented.
"I'm sorry..I know i shouldve called,but i just couldn't. I didn't mean too make you all worried." Lynn said apologetically.
"Apolgy accepted,i'm just gald you're okay..some what." Lincoln said while reffering to the physical state Lynn was in.
"Yeah..i am pretty gross right now.." Lynn admitted.
"What..what happened Lynn..I'm your brother you can tell me." Lincoln said.
"*Inhale*Exhale* Okay..here's what happened."
(One Explanation later)
"So i just ran..i couldn't think what else too do. I didn't even know where i was going..i guess i just kind of ran here subconsciously. I don't really know why..Lincoln are you alright?"
Lincoln looked angry,angry like Lynn had never seen before. Not at her though,Francisco and those other boys."I'm gonna make them pay for what they did too! Nobody hurts any of my sisters like that! Lincoln yelled seething through his teeth.
"Lincoln?" Lynn whimpered. Lynn would be lying is she wasn't intimidated by her brother in that moment. She also felt a surge of pride and love for Lincoln in that moment.
Lincoln looked back at the worried Lynn and immediately calmed down."S-sorry Lynnie..i just.." Was all Lincoln could muster before being interrupted.
"No no it's totally okay,I understand. And if you want..I'd like to help with your payback plan."Lynn comforted.
Lincoln scoffed light heartedly." Come on sis you'd really think id let you miss out on revenge. If anyone deserves you're wrath it's definitely Francisco. And im sure everyone else would definitely want too join in."Lincoln said.
"How..how are the others..are they okay? I know they all had big Valentines day plans. There probably mad at me for ruining it." Lynn sighed.
She was parcially right,the whole family was looking forward to their Valentines Day this year,because the note idea wen't well. But because of Lynn's disappearance they all had to cancel their plans with their partners.
"Well yeah they all couldn't go to the dance..but Lynn you weren't their. You didn't see how worried everyone was. Valentines Day became a least concern for them when they thought you were in trouble. And sure they may be mad a little bit for a while..they won't hold it against you,because we love you Lynn." Lincoln declared.
"Sniff..thanks Lincoln that makes me feel a bit better,but what about you?" Lynn asked.
"What do you mean?" Lincoln questioned.
"Are you mad at me? That girl you like..did the note work? You never told us how that went." Lynn replied.
"Well no i'm not mad at you,and as for the gir.Things...didn't work out,i got rejected..harshly." Lincoln admitted.
"Oh..damn Im sorry to hear that,did she say why?" Lynn asked.
"The usual,you're too dorky,i like you as a friend ect." Lincoln said sounding depressed.
He almost looked like he was about too cry,until Lynn stepped in.
"Don't worry Lincoln,if she rejected you its her loss. You may be a bit dorky,but not in a bad way. You're a really great guy. If anything you're the perfect guy every girl dreams of."Lynn admitted.
"You really think so?" Lincoln asked.
"I know so..besides you probably dodged a bullet. Who cares what she thinks of you or what she's doing." Lynn said.
"Probably getting pregnant.." Lincoln jokingly scoffed.
Lynn's eyes went wide,so did Lincoln's when he relized he said that out loud. Lincoln was about to apologize for making s crude joke but..
"Pffff HAHAHAHAHA!" Oh my god! Lincoln! That's gotta be..! The funniest yet most fucked up thing you've ever said! Hahahahaha!" Lynn laughted while crying.
Not long after Lincoln started too laugh as well.
For what felt like forever Lynn and Lincoln laughted at Lincolns questionable joke until they couldn't breathe anymore and had too stop. After that Lynn glanced over at the sandbox once again,and suddenly Lynn's mood changed again. And Lincoln noticed this.
"Lynn? What's wrong?" Lincoln asked.
"Sigh..Lincoln I've been thinking..a lot since I've been here." Lynn admitted.
"About what?"Lincoln curiously asked.
"Everything..Everyone..The past,future and present. School,my friends,my enemies,my future career,our family..us." Lynn stated.
"What are you trying too say Lynn?" Lincoln questioned.
"What...what happened too us?"Lynn replied with tears forming.
"What?" Lincoln asked sounding confused.
"We used to be so. close..Lori,Leni,Luna,Luan..you most of all..we were always their for each other,we never put our careers, or school,or activities before our family,our morals,our humanity..when did all that change? Because I don't think I've been this happy before talking to you tonight since..in a really long time. We don't hangout like we used too,joke like we used too,comfort and listen like we used too.All we seem to do anymore is be annoying,threaten,and be rude to each other.And i know you said that the family is worried about me right now and they love me and i know it's true but..how come its almost only in extreme cases that it shows anymore..why isn't it like this all the time?" Lynn questioned.
Lincoln was taken aback by this question. He never really thought about it until now. He thought hard before answering."I..I don't really know Lynn..i guess we all just got caught up in our own lives and,somwhere down the line we drifted apart. To the point that we can't see just how much we've been hurting eachother."Lincoln replied.
Hearing this unfortunately only made thing's worse an Lynn began to cry once more.
"I..I don't deserve this..You didn't deserve all the horrible things I've said and done too you! I don't deserve your compassion!" Lynn cried.
"Whoa hey take it easy! You're my sister and-"
"Exactly! Im you're big sister! And yet I've treated you horribly for years! All of us have! The Time where we all got into a fight because you wanted the sweet spot! The Time we all got mad at you because of the"sister protocal thing!" When all you wanted too do was help! And most notably the worst one of all! The Bad Luck Fiasco!" Lynn screatched.
"Yeah..that one was really bad.." Lincoln thought to himself.
"It's all my fault! I threated you with a baseball bat just too make you come to my game! And when i called you bad luck everyone followed me and treated you like shit! You were exausted and all you wanted was some rest! I let my super sticions get the best of me and couldn't let me see reason! I made you wear a squirrel suit for months! I'm a horrible sister! A horrible Daugher! A horrible friend!And a horrible ugly person! Maybe Francisoco was right too do this too me it's what I deserve! I'm so sorry Lincoln! I'm so fucking sorry I can't-"
Before Lynn could finish Lincoln grabbed her in a tight embrace."It's okay Lynnie...i forgive you."
"I-I don't deserve-"
"It doesn't matter..you're my sister,and you always will be. It's parcially true..what you said. We haven't been treating each other right in a long time. But it's not entirely your fault,and I haven't exactly been a model brother either. The time i recorded all your guys embarrassing moments on film,or the time i stole your bmx bike without telling you,or the time i convinced you all to go without much electricity but turned around and wasted so much. I even convinced you guys i was bad luck just to get some alone time,I used your superstitions against you. I should've been honest from the beginning and told you guys.None of us are innocent or perfect,and we definitely need to get better at treating each other with more respect. But don't you ever say that you deserved this..because you didn't.
"Lynn you're such a fun,beautiful,talented and amazing person,despite what you think of yourself. Because i know..I know just how insecure you can be about yourself especially today, You act the way you do too protect yourself,i know Valentines Day can be a really hard day for you..it is for me too. Francisco is a jerk and a bully,and he's an idiot for not seeing just how amazing you are. He doesn't deserve you, none of the guys who rejected you do. Even though we've drifted apart,we can come back from this. I know we can, because we're in this together..all of us as a family,and i always felt we've shared the closest bond with each other out of all our siblings.I love you Lynnie..i always have and always will."
"And if im being totally honest..."Lincoln paused considering heavily about the consequences of how drasticly things could change between them if he tells her what he needs to tell her. But decided that it was worth it to make Lynn feel better. Despite his heart feeling like its about to explode out of his chest.
"If you weren't my sister id totally date you..no joke. I've always..had a small crush on you since that night after the sandbox. I know it sounds wrong,perverted,and gross..but it's true. I love you Lynnie." Lincoln declared.
Lynn couldn't believe it what Lincoln just said. He just admitted his feelings to her.And she could tell he truly ment every word of it. Lynn had tears forming again,but this time they were happy tears. Then this moment of calm took place between the two of them. Their hearts synchronized,beating with one another in embrace. Both of them became hot and sweaty all of a sudden.Their knees became weak and could barley stand,they'd probably fall over if they weren't keeping each other up. Both of them felt this knot in thier stomach they couldn't untangle.
Suddenly Lynn pulled back to face him,but still close and holding his hands. Their eyes locked and neither of them could look away,their glissining eyes were sparkling.After of what felt like an eternity of looking at eachother there was only one thing that Lynn could mutter out.
"You're not gross Linky." Lynn whispered.
But before Lincoln could respond,Lynn does something that shocks them both. Something that neither of them will ever forget. She gently leaned forward and kissed him on the lips.
Lincoln is shocked by what is happening..but doesn't pull away either. He just stands their and accepts it by letting Lynn take the lead.. for a solid 10 seconds.
Lynn pulls away..then she realizes what she's done. Her eyes are wide and her face is beet red.
"Oh my god..Oh My God! OH MY GOD!! I didn't mean! Well I did mean but I didn't mean..im so sorry Lincoln! I dont know what i was thinking!" Lynn yelled apologetically.
Lincoln finally snaps out of it and relizes what just haplned as well. He tries to keep a straight face but is obviously beet red as well. But he tries to be calm for Lynn's sake and for his.
"No No it's fine Lynn its..look we've both had a rough day,an emotional day, its late and were tired.. we haven't had dinner..we're not thinking straight." Lincoln tired to play off.
"Y-yeah you're right..we should..just go home and sleep it off. But not before i have a shower." Lynn replied.
It was an akward moment between them until Lincoln spoke up.
"Yeah..you really do need a shower." Lincoln joked playfully.
"Shut up dweeb." Lynn replied by lightly punching his arm.
"And..thanks Lincoln..for everything." Lynn said.
"Anytime..Lynn." Lincoln replied.
Lincoln and Lynn then take their leave and make their way back home. Lynn hops on the back wheel peddles while holding on to Lincoln. On the ride back Lincoln texts his family in the group chat that he finally found Lynn safe and sound,and is immediately getting texts of relief and a bunch of questions from them.
"I guess today's not over yet..there's gonna be a long talk with Lynn after we get home." Lincoln thought to himself.
But little did they know that was the least of their problems. Because they were not aware that their was a camera hidden in a nearby tree. And it captured everything on film.
(The Loud House,35 minutes later)
Since Lincoln texted his family,the rest of the family contacted the police and told them they found Lynn,that their was no longer a need to keep searching since she's safe and sound. They all went back to the staion so the streets were completely empty on the way home. Just an awkward,yet comforting silence between Lincoln and Lynn. It wasn't until they parked in the drive way that Lynn started too become nervous again.
"W-what am I supposed too tell them? How do I explain this.." Lynn thought outwardly.
"The truth..and we'll tell them together." Lincoln said comfortably as he reached out too hold Lynn's hand,which she accepts.
"You're the best Linky." Lynn said.
"I know Lynnie." Lincoln said playfully.
They both walk up to the door and Lincoln opens it,both of them walk inside and see the rest of the family waiting in the dining room. As soon as they see Lincoln and Lynn they are immediately bombarded with hugs and questions.
"Oh thank god! My poor baby!" Rita replied with tears.
"Were so glad your safe Jr!" Lynn Sr.
"Literally never pull this kind of stunt ever again!" Lori demanded.
"What happened too you Lynnie?!" Leni asked.
"We've been worried sick bro!" Luna declared.
"And why do you reak so bad?!" Luan questioned.
"I knew Great Grandma Harriet would keep you safe!" Lucy added.
"I don't even care if this dress gets filthy! I just have too hug you!" Lola declared.
"I can't believe you're okay! We thought something bad happened!" Lana said.
"Im sorry my chip malfunctioned! We couldve found you sooner!" Lisa admitted.
"Lynnie Safe!" Lily mumbled.
Even the pets joined in my wrapping their bodies around their legs.
"Guys!" Lincoln yelled. Everyone went silent and looked at him.
"I know you all care and are relived too see her,you want answers..and we'll tell you everything.."Lincoln said.
"Except the last part i hope.." Lynn thought.
"But can we just relax for a second? Lynnie's been..we've been through a lot today. And overwhelming her isn't gonna help..please?" Lincoln asked politely.
They all glaced at Lynn and could tell that she looked..rather fragile in this moment too say the least. A sight that the younger ones have never seen before from Lynn. To then this was shocking.And a sight that the older sisters,and parents havent seen from her in a long time. So they knew that what ever it was..it must've been tramatizing.
They all backed off a bit and calmed down.
"Okay..but you better explain yourself young lady. You had us all worried sick. Were not mad just..concerned." Rita replied.
"Yes mom.." Lynn muttered.
They all sat down at the dinner table,with Lincoln holding Lynn's hand the entire time.
"Okay..here's what happened..."Lynn started
(One explnation later)
"And that's when Lincoln found me..he consoled me until i felt ready too come home..and now were here." Lynn explained.
Everyone was stunned silent..all with visible expressions on their faces.
Rita,Lori,Lola,and Luan's faces showed anger,but not towards Lynn.
Lynn Sr,Luna,Leni,Lana,and Lily's showed depressed faces holding back tears.
Lucy and Lisa were left wide eyed with mouths agaped. As if their still trying to process everything.
"I know I've shoulve called..but i was too caught up with myself..I'm sorry for making you guys worry and call the cops..that wasn't right of me." Lynn Jr stated apologeticly.
"Oh honey..it's okay were not mad at you,and yes even though we're disappointed you didn't call us,we understand. And were just glad that you're okay." Rita said.
"But LJ..i gotta ask..why the park? Why didn't you come straight home?" Lynn Sr asked.
"I-um..I don't really know for sure..I guess I just didn't want anyone too see me like this. I just felt..safer too let it all out their." Lynn answered honestly.
All of them were a bit blown away by this statement,yet they understand why.
"Lynnie..i know you don't like to show your emotions but..we're a family. I know we tease you a lot..but we care about you." Leni responded.
"Yeah little dude,when it's something this serious you can talk too us." Luna declared.
"Yeah..and if you ever wanna play or talk when you're sad.You can come find me." Lana said.
"I know i can be harsh..but I don't want you too to think you can't talk to me..if you just need some company, my door will be open too you..honest." Lori replied.
"I'm sorry Lynn for making you feel like your not safe in your own home. I'll pull back on the pranks for now. And that includes everyone."Luan said.
"I know im not exactly a..conversationalist. But I want too have a better relationship with you lynn. I promise to be better at being your sister." Lucy
"I'll try cut out being bossy all the time. I don't want you too feel bad like this because of me." Lola promised.
And we promise to try and give more attention too you kids individually from now on." Lynn and Rita agreed.
Then Lily gets up from her booster seat and climbs over the table over too Lynn and hugs her.
"Lily sworry.." Lily mumbled apologeticly.
"Sniff..thanks guys..I know I don't really show my appreciation enough too you often...but I'll start trying to be more open..promise. Because i do appreciate all of you. I love you guys."Lynn Jr confessed.
"Aww! We love you too Lynn!" The whole family said collectively.
"And im sorry..for ruining your guy's Valentines Day..i know you all had your dates and your plans." Lynn stated.
"Literally don't worry about it sis,we called them and told all of them the situation. They were all super understanding and we rescheduled for tomorrow. Sure we can't go to the dance..but we'll figure something out. We're just glad you're safe Lynn."Lori said.
"You guys are the best." Lynn stated.
"We know." Lola replied. Lana then punched her twin the arm for being..well herself.
"And when Monday comes around we're gonna march right into that school first thing in the morning and demand that justice be served!" Lynn Sr declared.
"But for now..i think we can all use some sleep after the day we've had,so everyone needs to start getting ready for bed. And Lynn gets the shower first." Rita said.
They can all agree on that.
(2 hours later)
It's now close too midnight and everyone is fast asleep..we'll except two. Lynn and Lincoln,both incredibly tired..but still awake. Both just lying in bed contemplating everything that happened.
" I can't believe i did that...I kissed my brother! What the hell was I thinking?! Well..i kinda know what i was thinking but still! Why did i act on it!? It was like I wasn't in control..but i was at the same time..does that even make sense? God what's wrong with me?! Could i..could I truly be in love with Lincoln?" Lynn contemplated as she touched her lips.
"As messed up as it is..i don't think I regret it. It was..nice. It felt...right." Lynn thought.
Meanwhile Lincoln is also having the same crisis in his room.
"I can't believe that happened...I told her about my crush feelings towards her,which I don't even know why I did in the first place,that was stupid! But instead of turning me away like I thought she would..she kissed me on the lips!? I..it was...nice. Apart of me knows this is wrong but..it just felt so right in the moment. What if it's not just a crush? Could it truly be..romantic love for Lynn?"Lincoln thought.
Both of them think very long and hard about that one important question. And as if their brains were neurologicaly linked they both answered at the exact same time
"Yes..I'm...I'm in love with my sibling. And things will never be the same." Lincoln and Lynn thought.
