The whole creating a girl thing was strange, probably stranger than he had realized at the time - but getting a girlfriend alongside his best buddy isn't half bad. Lisa was everything he could ever want, and sharing her with him wasn't half bad of a deal. It was Gary's idea, after all.
And now, here he is - instead of mingling at the party with Lisa in tow, he's now sitting in a bathroom, feeling stupid.
"Great, she throws a party, and now we're holed up in this bathroom! I mean, we've always wanted to be part of one, and we can't even get the courage to walk out!" Gary spits out, agitatedly pacing back and forth.
"You want to go down?" Wyatt quirks an eyebrow, sitting on the lid of the toilet.
"Absolutely not." Gary responds quickly.
"Well, newsflash Flash Gordon - we can't exactly go down there then." Wyatt takes a deep sigh puts his hands against his face.
"I don't see you getting up and attem' either." Gary says. "Because I don't want to." Wyatt responds back.
"Well, this is just perfect then. Can't even knock out with Lisa." Gary drops his head down and droopily falls down onto the floor.
"You know, we never discussed this relationship, did we?" Wyatt questions.
"I get Lisa, you get Lisa, it's a total win for us both, obviously." Gary responds.
"What does that mean for us though?" Wyatt asks.
"What?" Gary was both confused and utterly curious.
"I mean - are we in a relationship by proxy?" Wyatt continues.
"What - no! I mean, I'm not, like, a queer. And if I was you wouldn't be my type." Gary exclaims.
"Well, I mean, have you tried?" Wyatt was actually curious at this point.
"Is this just a long way of telling me you're a fag, Wyatt?" Gary responded, slightly moving himself away from Wyatt.
"God no, Lisa is the entire package, but I mean, we could try it before we completely write it off. Pretend like it never happened, and then we can go back to Lisa." Wyatt says, rambling on.
"I- You know what, sure, since you're on my ass about it anyways." Gary complied, and stood up. "I'm all yours." He joked.
Wyatt also stood up - because now he was accidentally committed to this. "How do I star-"
"Just, let me do it." Gary rolled his eyes, putting a hand on Wyatt's shoulder, inching closer towards him. Neither of them really wanted to start, but Gary leaned in first, Wyatt following.
Putting their lips together wasn't exactly half bad! It wasn't like kissing a girl, but that wasn't exactly a bad thing. Gary pulled back first, it was brief - maybe a second.
"God, you're so stiff, do you know that? Loosen up." Gary said, before leaning back in, this time putting his hand on the back of Wyatt's head. It was good this time, and by good - way better. They leaned into each other with a mutual desire. Wyatt wasn't half bad, Lisa definitely helped him here.
They continued to suck on each others faces - for lack of a better term for a bit, eventually getting real handsy and... mouth-sy with it. Gary swore he could feel Wyatt's tongue press up against his as they continued to deepen the kiss. It was right when Wyatt was going to use a tactic he learned from Lisa when -
Knock, knock.
"Shit." Gary pulled away hurriedly before checking at the door. Greeted with a familiar sight of Deb and Hilly.
"Hey!" Deb, he swore it was Deb said.
"Hi." Gary responded before slamming the door in her face.
"Deb and Hilly." Gary said no more as Wyatt's eyes widened, immediately making himself fix his crossed up I-just-made-out-with-someone-and-uh-oh-theres-only-one-person-it-could-be hair.
"We don't say anything, we let them in and we're golden." Wyatt said, to which Gary nodded.
Gary opened the door again, and they really didn't talk about it. Not a word ever again.
