Victor Gets Into A Predicament
Starting out like any other day, Daring Do prepared to go out on another of one of her adventures in the jungle, and Victor, her new assistant had decided to keep in touch with her. Well, he tried to at least. "You wait here," Daring Do told Victor. "Okay," Victor agreed, but not enthusiastically.
Then Daring Do set out on her adventure. "Now be careful," Victor warned. "Right," Daring Do replied as she flew out of sight.
However some time later, Victor then decided to go out and try and help Daring Do as much as he can. Or so he thought.
At the same time, Daring Do was swinging through the risky jungle, already being chased by a gang of Dr. Caballeron's henchponies. "Get them, you morons!" he shouted, "Get them if you understand!"
Try as they might, they couldn't catch Daring Do and she managed to get away safely as Dr. Caballeron's henchponies ended up running into a ditch, getting themselves stuck.
Meanwhile, Victor was in the mists of the jungle. He was trying to figure out the best escape route for Daring do. But then he had immediately ran into a problem.
"Uh oh," Victor said as he discovered that the ground is sinking beneath his hooves, "I made a wrong turn."
Just in time as Daring Do had arrived. "Oh no," Daring Do replied. Victor had got himself stuck in quicksand and he is sinking fast. Daring Do arrived just in time. "I'm sorry," Victor said. "No time!" Daring Do exclaimed, "I got to help you now!"
Quickly, she grabbed some vines and threw them to Victor. After securing the vines to a tree branch, Daring Do began to pull Victor out of the quicksand. After a few tugs, Daring Do managed to get her friend out of the quicksand and back to safety.
"Thanks," Victor said with a sigh of relief. "What we're you thinking, Victor?!" Daring Do asked panicking. She tried to calm herself down a bit. "I'm sorry," Victor said, "I just wanted to help you."
"Well, thanks," Daring Do said in a calm voice, "But try better next time. You've almost gotten yourself killed!" "Sorry," Victor said again, "And thanks for rescuing me." "No problem," Daring Do smiled."
And the two friends shook hooves. "Well, what's next?" asked Victor. "This may go in my next story," Daring Do said, "Actually, it will!"
"I know it would," Victor smiled. And the two friends walked to a safe place, planning their next adventure.
Meanwhile- "Just you wait," Dr. Caballeron said in anger. "Can I have a cookie?" one of his henchpony asked. Dr. Caballeron bonked him on the head. "Ouch!" he exclaimed.
