So I wrote it, and since this is a crossover omake, I reposted here from PTV thread.
I am not happy with it, but I thought I'd just get it over with and post anyway, because if not I'll never update it. Also, its been a while since I've written anything, so I am rusty.
Pokemon Trainer Motoko 2: Cyber Nin-Nin Bugaloo
Victoria Ferrous was not a normal child.
That is the conclusion Koga had come up with after doing his initial investigation of the young girl from Viridian.
In her short life she had, discovered a herd of Milotic which her family later took over as a family business, discovered a way to evolve growlithe into the legendary pokemon Arcanine, and now she had managed to obtain a wild kantonian dragonair!
And that wasn't going into her aptitude for mechanical engineering and firearms.
Compared to the pokemon related achievements, this shocked Koga more. The knowledge she possessed at creating sophisticated weapons is something so outrageous, so unorthodox, that he found himself at a loss to where she could have gained such knowledge.
Guns are useful, and they definitely worked against humans and weaker pokemon during the war, but to most they ultimately mattered little to a fully trained pokemon, especially a ghost type who could ignore bullets due to their nature.
Which was why the league didn't raise as much of a stink to the so-called "HMG chan" when she was revealed. The Ferrous family had the discretion to have any form of defense to protect their milotic. The fact that Victor, as a police officer, had the licenses to obtain such weapons also made it justifiable.
Yet at the same time, they were still deadly weapons, ones that no child should have any business holding let alone possess knowledge to build them.
Koga had to admit, her disruptive discoveries and achievements made it easy to overlook her non-pokemon related feats. Yet, he was no fool who only focused on the superficial aspects of a person, regardless of how outrageous they are.
He was a ninja, and as such, he was great at looking beyond the surface and picking up on cues that others would miss. When he first met Victoria, she gave off a cheery and enthusiastic energy that was common from most naive trainers. Yet his keen eye and hardened battle experience told a different story.
It was the way she carried herself, she moved the same way members of his own clan did. Most new trainers who challenge him just walk into his gym blindly and without expecting anything but a gym battle. They never take a moment to look at their surroundings and just leave themselves vulnerable to attacks.
It was a weakness that Victoria lacked, as the moment she stepped into his gym, he noted her eyes and her head swivel and look to multiple areas around the room as she made her way towards his position. In such a short amount of time, she had already spotted every single hidden trainer in this room, and she expertly did so while also being careful not to take her eyes off him for too long. She didn't comment on the hidden trainers, and instead just kept up her smile and plopped down in front of him.
He was beyond impressed, but also wary.
No one, not even his daughter had such a keen eye. They always missed one or two, yet Victoria noticed ALL of them. And much like the young girl, Koga chose the silent method to acknowledge her feats, with a simple smile.
He gave the girls a wonderful lesson in privacy, or rather the illusion of privacy as he showed her everything he and his gym trainers got from doing an intensive investigation on her. The girl continued to exceed his expectations, as she didn't seem perturbed by what he showed her, but rather just sighed at the information presented and humbly admitted her defeat.
Koga nodded, while the girl was full of competence, she was still a child. He could work with that.
As for her battling skills, there's not much to say. Regardless of her actual personal skill, she's a stereotypical Kantonian battler, all power barely any skill. Which he offered to remedy by allowing her to study under him as a pupil.
The girl grumbled something under her breath he struggled to make out, something about a lack of chrome? But aside from that she took his criticisms with grace and accepted his offer.
He knew Victoria Ferrous would be an interesting pupil.
- One Month Later -
For the first time in Koga's career as a ninja, he felt like he had made a grievous mistake.
This girl was no child, she was a monster.
The very first day she came under his wing, he decided to give her the traditional Fuchsia Gym Trainer welcome by putting her through a hazing challenge in which trainers would gang up on her, and she would do her best to survive.
All his gym trainers enjoyed this part of their jobs, as they got a chance to relieve the stress they had held onto from their first experience of enrolling into his gym.
That never happened, as the 10-year-old girl had turned the tables on them and became the hunter.
No matter what they did, they could never catch her off guard. Regardless of how they hid themselves, she always immediately knew where they were. Janine came the closest to catching Victoria off guard, but only because she was preoccupied with taking down his other students. This kink in her armor was not enough to allow Janine to close the gap in their skills, as Victoria had somehow sensed his daughter behind her and, like a graceful Rapidash, landed a kick to her face.
The worst part about it, at least to the gym trainers, was that this exercise would happen daily. Now that they found themselves outmatched by the newbie, many started growing unease and fatigue when faced with this girl.
How she managed to easily do this was a mystery to everyone, even to him for many weeks.
It wasn't until recently that he found out the reason why.
When he was conversing with her, one of her eyes started glowing!
Victoria waved it off as nothing important, but he had already caught onto her.
She nervously proceeded to explain what it was, and the answer caught him completely off guard.
She had a completely synthetic eye, one that looked so life-like that even he couldn't tell it apart from her organic one. This girl… as if being a shaker in the status quo with her discoveries and her ability to create guns wasn't enough… this gremlin decides to invent a highly advanced piece of medical technology and mutilates herself by ripping out her functional eye and installing it into her own head! How had he missed this vital piece of information over a month ago?!
Madness. Pure, utter madness. And completely reckless and suicidal. His paternal instincts had for the first time in years overpowered his ninja side, and he outright yelled at her for the utter stupidity of her actions.
This girl then had the gall to justify herself!
She then explained its multiple features and benefits, and he hated that his ninja self couldn't help but be in awe of what she shared. The eye has communication features, which allowed one to communicate directly with allies without the need for making their hands busy. On top of that, it came with infrared vision which was what allowed her to notice all of his hidden ninjas hiding in plain sight.
And that wasn't even going into its ability to record video in what she called "4K resolution." Koga was not well versed in the latest technology, but even he knew that whatever resolution her eye has is, it alone was already years ahead of what's on the market and such a device would be something that many would covet, despite the grisly cost that came in the form of an eye surgery.
It was the ultimate tool for espionage. One that, if, no, when Johto finds out about it, will cause a massive uproar.
yet in spite of how much he worried about Victoria's mental and physical well-being, this month taught him one terrifying truth.
Victoria Ferrous is a dangerous individual, one that has the capacity to do much harm to ANYONE who gets in her way or Birds forbid harm her loved ones.
He pities whichever fool decides to test their luck with this monster in a little girl's body.
AN: No promises for continuation, but I will try
