Author's Note: Hello again! Lots of great feedback on the last chapter and I'm really thankful for that!

I have some more ideas for restricting Marvin, at least temporarily. A major point of Marvin's fighting style is his flexibility, and if you read the OG story, it's brought up constantly.

So, restricting him to less flexibility for some time would drastically cut into his combat ability since his self-made fighting style, Advance, uses momentum and flexibility to land devastating attacks. If his flexibility is reduced, it severely nerfs him down to simply a skilled martial artist instead of an elite '.1% of the .1%' kind of fighter.

Also, Weave could be something that requires training to control. He'd literally be made of energy; if he isn't careful, he could destabilize himself and dematerialize. This actually happened in Reaper's story, so it can happen.

Marvin's an absolute monster in combat, as has been shown repeatedly, but he also loses control and slips into lethal combat pretty easily. So he could be forced to hold back lest he lose control and accidentally kill someone.

Essentially, he'd have four nerfs once he gets a body: His mental state, a less capable body, an untrained Quirk, and the need to hold back constantly. The only question that'd remain is for how long he'd have those nerfs for.

Also, do you have any thoughts on Marvin teaching other classes, too? I'm not sure if I mentioned it in another AN, but if not, I'll do so here.

Marvin's skilled and can find ways to use almost any ability to its utmost, so maybe have him, and by extension Izuku, meet the Big Three because he teaches their class a time or two? Also, it could bring more relevance to Class B, which has pretty much gone undeveloped for most of this story, sadly.

Also, I'll do a quick breakdown of what I have planned for Izuku's Quirk since it'll become relevant soon enough.

We know OFA fuels Quirks it's connected to, right? But what if that connection was an open gateway that Izuku could manipulate? He could enhance his other Quirks with OFA, or take their power to enhance OFA or any of the other Quirks.

He could also mix the Quirks' energies to essentially create completely different Quirks. Like mixing Gearshift with Float could give him unrestricted flight without him needing to use his hands, letting him fight unrestricted.

He'd also be free of the dangers of Gearshift and Danger Sense. It's stated they've been enhanced so much that they damage Izuku, but Izuku could just take some of their power and feed it back into OFA or another Quirk like Fajin, stopping any side effects.

Danger Sense mixed with Blackwhip could allow Izuku to make a 'network' that detects threats from a much bigger distance, or could let him restrict DS's range so he isn't overwhelmed in a fight.

OFA's excess energy could be contained using Fajin-infused Blackwhip around his body, increasing his durability, speed, and strength, while also storing up more energy for Fajin, making his attacks even more devastating.

Or he could use the excess energy for something else. Like enhancing Float so much with OFA that its energy leaks out, affecting things around him, similar to Uraraka's Quirk. He could slow things down without touching them with Gearshift, and have a sort of radar sense with Danger Sense, allowing him to detect everything, not just threats. (Also gets by that stupid stunt Toga pulled.)

Hell, a mix of Gearshift's slowing ability and Fajin, enhanced with OFA, could let Deku 'steal' people's speed similar to the Flash. He could add a major slowing effect onto his opponent with Gearshift, forcing them to take more damage as they can't move with the blows as easily.

Smokescreen imbued with a supercharged Gearshift that creates a smoke that speeds up/slows down people caught by it. Add Danger Sense into the mix and now you have Deku still being fully aware of everything inside the screen, allies or enemies.

A supercharged Fajin that releases energy from a short distance and has a doubling effect, essentially giving Izuku Divergent Fist from JJK.

Or mix everything into each other at once and forcefully encase the energy, creating like a 500% Smash or something that removes gravity, and momentum, and hits twice because of Fajin. Oh, and he's hitting several times per second, each one getting faster as Gearshift gets stronger.

It'd essentially be like the Quintiple Smash but juiced to the gills on super steroids.

Like I said, Izuku's going to be broken in this story just because he has so much versatility available to him with his various Quirks. He also has Marvin's training and a strong gf that can help him get even stronger.

Anyway, apologies for the long AN, just got carried away with the possibilities. Enjoy the chapter!

.

Izuku walked back into the lab after a few hours with Momo, a goofy grin on his face.

His mind was filled with memories of Momo kissing him, the two sat under a tree with her in his lap.

It still felt surreal– that such a beautiful girl like Momo would want to date him– to love him as she obviously did. He was grateful for every day he woke up and remembered it wasn't just a dream.

Thankfully, Marvin had decided to go inside One for All relatively early, sparing Izuku from the embarrassment of his brother figure teasing him.

Izuku stopped as the thought crossed him. How long had he thought of Marvin as a brother?

Sure, he didn't exactly know what having a brother felt like, but having Marvin's memories of him and Rinai gave Izuku some indication of how siblings acted, so he was decently confident in his assertion.

It hadn't really crossed Izuku's mind much, but the fact that Marvin was always there in case he needed it was extremely comforting, and he'd gotten oddly used to having Marvin in his head.

Izuku chuckled a bit and shook his head. 'If someone would've told me just a few months ago that I'd have not just a Quirk, but a beautiful girlfriend and a supportive older brother too, I would've called them insane.'

Meanwhile, Marvin sat inside One for All amidst the purple smoke, meditating.

He'd been trying to investigate more about the Quirk since that day they'd unlocked Blackwhip, often going into One for All to see what he'd find.

His breath was slow and controlled, his body seemingly relaxed to the untrained eye with his legs under him.

Something to his left set off his senses, and Marvin snapped up into a crouch, one hand on the ground.

"Well, looks like the Third was right," A woman said as she appeared from the smoke. "You're a feisty one."

Marvin blinked, doing a double take as he stared at the woman, who was dressed in a sleeveless, form-fitting black suit with overlarge yellow gloves, white boots, and two capes: a white one hanging off her shoulders and another red cape around her waist, secured by a chain and buckle respectively.

She was decently tall and muscular, with sharp eyes juxtaposed by the kind smile on her face. But the most shocking thing was the fact that she looked eerily similar to…

"Momo?" He asked, rubbing his eyes.

The woman looked confused. "I'm Nana Shimura, the seventh holder of One for All. Who's Momo?"

Marvin shook his head. "You even sound and talk like her too…" He muttered.

He sighed and waved it off. "Seventh holder, huh? Let me guess, Izuku's going to unlock your Quirk too?"

Nana looked a bit surprised. "Oh, Third must have tol–"

Her eyes narrowed sharply. "Izuku? You're not the ninth?!"

She dropped into a fighting stance, a light one that put more emphasis on footwork on movement, and stared at him suspiciously.

Marvin sighed and raised his hands in a sign of peace.

"Long story, but I'm Izuku's brother. I got stuck in his head from a Quirk accident. I can use his Quirk and vice versa. We're currently working with All Might to fix this."

Nana's eyes softened a bit. "Toshinori? You know him?"

"If you mean the brick wall of a human being who's 600 pounds of muscle, smiles, and blond hair, then yes, I know him," Marvin replied.

Nana blinked and then snorted, shaking her head.

"Well, that's a way to describe him," She said, clearly amused. "But he wasn't muscular when I first met him. He was a scrawny kid, but the hair part is true."

"He was Quirkless, just like Izuku," Marvin added, getting a nod from Nana.

"If he told you that… then well, I suppose you're trustworthy," She said slowly, crossing her arms.

She sighed and hopped a little, staying put in the air as if held there.

"This is my Quirk, Float," Nana told him, dropping again. "Back when I had it, I could float freely off the ground and move around at a comfortable speed. But since it's been inside One for All–"

"It got amplified from its previous state several times over?" Marvin suggested.

Nana nodded. "Exactly. It's probably amplified far more than I anticipated, given how long Toshinori had the Quirk and how well the ninth seems to be at using One for All."

"I trained him well," Marvin commented. "He's got a ways to go, especially with Blackwhip and his refinement over One for All, but he'll get there. Any clue on when it could awaken?"

Nana sighed and shook her head. "Sadly, no. It'll probably be soon; I've been trying to contact you, or rather the ninth, for a while now– since you unlocked the third's Quirk. I was only able to now, so maybe in the next few days? I can't say for sure."

Marvin hummed, pressing his knuckles to his lips.

"Can you give me any hint on the other users' Quirks?" He asked. "That way I can train him so he's more prepared when they awaken."

"The sixth user was En, who had a Quirk called Smokescreen," Nana answered. "It's pretty much what you'd expect, he could create smoke to blind people. It wasn't a powerful Quirk."

"Not for the average person," Marvin replied, wheels already spinning in his head. "A Quirk that can obscure vision, mixed with a grappling Quirk and a Quirk that increases mobility? It's like an H2H fighter's worst nightmare."

He shook his head. "Anybody else? I'm assuming the first user's Quirk is just One for All itself, so there would still be four other Quirks that could be unlocked."

"And you'd be correct," Nana said with a smile. "Ninth still has another four Quirks to unlock."

Nana proceeded to tell him the names of the other Quirks, given that she'd met the other user inside One for All, and she had any background information on both the Quirks and their users.

Back in the physical world, Nezu and David were in the middle of another discussion.

"But the thing is, there's no way we can accurately recreate that using a normal person's skin and bones," David was saying as Izuku entered, running his hand through his hair in frustration.

Nezu nodded. "The bones in particular. Even with us making the bones as strong as theoretically possible, they'd still shatter several hundred times over thanks to the force Mister Mikrai can produce, if my calculations are correct."

They both turned as Izuku entered, his face curious.

"Ah, Mister…?" Nezu trailed off, still not fully capable of detecting who was who.

"Midoriya, sir," Izuku replied.

Nezu nodded. "Mister Midoriya, right on time. David and myself are in the final stages of making the body for Mister Mikrai, only the actual development remains, which is by far the easiest part. But there is a major issue we've run into."

Izuku's brows furrowed. "Issue? What issue? Is it bad?"

David waved him over. "Here, we'll show you."

He turned a holographic screen on as Izuku approached, which showed a bunch of calculations and a projection of a skeleton.

"As you can see here," Nezu stated, gesturing. "Our problem is that Mister Mikrai's Quirk, both the fear production part and the strength, produce too much force for any skeleton we can create to handle. The ability to produce a body capable of handling his strength is beyond our capabilities at the moment."

Izuku nodded and went into his mind, approaching the tunnel leading to One for All and calling Marvin.

Marvin looked vaguely up as Izuku's voice reached him, and he stood from where he was sitting on One for All's stone floor with Nana.

"Looks like you need to go," Nana told him, standing as well.

"Yeah… thanks for the information, I'll pass it along," Marvin replied before he disappeared.

He reappeared inside Izuku's mind, where Izuku quickly told him what was going on.

Marvin nodded. 'I'll figure that out, there's something you need to see too.'

He took over as Izuku watched his memory of the conversation with Nana.

"So you can't make the body?" Marvin asked, raising an eyebrow.

Nezu sighed. "Not exactly, Mister Mikrai. It's just that we can't make a fully physical body capable of withstanding the force of your Quirk."

"We're not exactly sure why," David added his input. "According to you, the Nomu at the USJ was comparable to All Might, so this shouldn't be outside of our abilities."

Marvin shook his head. "I'd bet every drop of strength I have that the Nomu wasn't made from scratch. It was most likely made using the body of someone with a strength Quirk as a base; it also had multiple Quirks in order to keep up with All Might. In terms of raw strength, it was barely in the same weight class."

He sighed and rubbed his eyes. "And not to put myself up on a pedestal, but I'm much stronger than the Nomu and that version of All Might, even only in Izuku's body. Plus, we're only doing this from a few drops of blood that aren't even fully mine– I'm surprised we got this far to begin with."

Nezu looked slightly surprised. "Did you not believe we could make a body for you? So why did you go along with it? You aren't exactly the biggest fan of genetic experimentation from your previous statements."

Marvin shrugged. "I wanted to see if I was right. Plus, on the off chance it could be made, It'd make me capable of helping Izuku way better than I can currently."

The two scientists sighed, feeling somewhat defeated.

"Then… well, I guess that's it, Marvin," David said, somewhat pained. "I'm sorry, but–"

Melissa, who'd been sitting at a table reviewing the information, stood suddenly.

"Wait! I have an idea!" She said, making everyone turn to her.

"Truly?" Nezu asked. "What is it, Miss Shield?"

Melissa walked over, holding quickly scribbled notes on a piece of paper.

"Well, just because anything physical can't handle Marvin's power doesn't mean nothing can," She began, showing them the notes. "If he were some kind of apparition, or had some absorption ability, then his body could withstand the force of his punches without breaking!"

Marvin hummed, knuckles on his lips. "It'd have to be absorption and dispersion; absorption by itself can be overwhelmed by multiple rapid-fire hits, so there would still be the chance of me injuring myself."

Melissa nodded rapidly. "Exactly! But if the energy is going to be dispersed anyway, why not just have it spread out throughout the body? That way it reduces the risk to anyone standing nearby!"

"That energy would have to be used for something, though," Marvin replied. "Perhaps making the excess energy act as healing? That way, even if I somehow go over my limit, I'm not crippled because of it."

Nezu and David looked at the two teens in amusement and a bit of surprise; they worked surprisingly well together, given they'd just met a few hours ago.

"That's a wonderful idea, Melissa!" David exclaimed. "But how did you even come up with that? I don't remember seeing any Quirks comparable to that on the island for you to use as inspiration."

Melissa flushed a bit. "I– I got them from those old comic books you have. I read them sometimes."

David smiled and ruffled her hair. "That's my girl. I'm proud of you."

Melissa beamed as David and Nezu turned back to work, their brains kicking into overdrive.

It took nearly the full day, at which point the sun was setting low on I-Island, but finally, David let out a laugh of triumph.

"Yes! Finally!" He exclaimed, pumping his fists with a grin.

"You did it?" Marvin asked from his seat at a nearby table.

Momo and All Might, who'd rejoined them sometime before this, looked up in anticipation, as did Melissa.

Nezu nodded, looking somewhat frazzled. "We did, Mister Mikrai. Or well… I believe we did."

David left and quickly came back with a long metallic container about the length of a large human, wheeling it in and connecting it to the computer.

"This is usually used with those who've lost limbs and such and want to reattach them," David told them as he set the machine up. "It can create bone, tendon, cartilage, muscle, and so on, so if I crank it up it should be able to do it."

David and Nezu turned back to the computer, typing rapidly as the machine started up with a whirl.

The machine was cylindrical, with an appearance quite similar to a coffin, with a bed and lid, though only the bottom half of the lid was solid, while the top half was orange glass.

It began to beep quickly, and David tinkered with it some more before standing, gesturing to it with a smile.

"Ok, the process will begin now," He told Marvin, rushing back to the computer. "The machine will make the base of your body, and the rest will be created via a highly complex energy structure similar to hard light, which will bind itself to your bones, muscles, and so on in order to create the body."

Marvin nodded, and Nezu approached him with the small bag of medicine pills he had come with earlier.

"Stand by the machine, touch the glass, and take these," Nezu told him, handing Marvin the pills. "Your mind will separate from Mister Midoriya's body and begin merging with yours."

"How sure are you of this?" Marvin said, doing as he was told nonetheless.

Nezu paused and did some mental math. "Very, Mister Mikrai," He replied.

Marvin sighed and removed the pills from the bag, touching the glass with his other hand.

'If something goes wrong–'

'It won't,' Izuku replied firmly.

Marvin sighed. 'But if it does-'

'It won't,' Izuku repeated. 'I know it won't. I know you, you wouldn't let it.'

Marvin smiled at that and took a deep breath.

'Cheers.'

He swallowed the pills in one go, barely restraining from vomiting at the taste.

'Ugh, talk about a one-star revi–'

Marvin's voice disappeared from Izuku's mind, and Izuku felt more than slightly creeped out at the silence that followed.

"Uhh, he's gone," Izuku said aloud, feeling odd. "Marvin, he– his voice is gone. That means it's working, right?"

Nezu nodded. "Don't worry, Mister Midoriya, there isn't anything you should worry about.

Marvin felt himself suddenly detach from Izuku's head, gasping slightly at the dark cold that came with it.

'What the hell?' He asked, 'looking' around– if it could be called that. He couldn't see a thing.

He felt detached, separate, almost incomplete in a way, and he wondered if this was how people felt when they died. If they did, then he could see why so many people feared it.

His senses suddenly came back, his sight exploding with colors and his ears with sound.

Marvin opened his mouth in a silent scream, tensing 'himself' up as his mind was overwhelmed.

He felt everything; he saw every ounce of light, every drop of sound, and each fraction of a smell. Each nerve ending exploded with sensation, able to feel anything and everything at once.

Marvin stopped screaming as the sensation stopped, though it only lasted a moment.

Pain.

Marvin gritted his teeth, but the scream still escaped as pain like none other rocked every fiber of his being.

Not even the torture of the Hunters came even remotely close to this– it seemed as if anything that could possibly feel something had been cranked to 12 and given steroids.

'Is– Is this hell?' Marvin gritted out, barely able to hear his thoughts through the pain. 'I– I– I get the p–paranoia now.'

The pain stopped as suddenly as it came, not leaving even the echo of its presence except for Marvin gasping for breath.

He felt his body grow around him like a rapidly spreading vine– bones, muscles, veins, and skin exploding up his skeleton like a flood.

Marvin gasped in a deep breath and sat up, shattering the glass of the container as his eyes shot open.

His Factor flared out, slamming Izuku, the closest person to him, into a nearby wall.

It raged uncontrollably, nearly downing half of I-Island's tech before it instantly went back under Marvin's control.

His Factor retreated back under his skin, and Marvin's heart pounded in his ears, his breath shallow.

"F–Fuck," Marvin gasped out his first word in a deep, rough-up voice, gently holding his head with a groan.

Everyone stared at him, more than slightly surprised at his appearance.

They couldn't see how tall he was, given he was sitting down and thankfully had his bottom half covered, but he was visibly muscular, with the appearance of a high-level boxer.

Marvin had somewhat long, curly black hair that partially covered his hooded eyes, a sharp jaw, and a dangerous air about him, almost like seeing a sleeping predator out in the wild.

"Young Mikrai?" All Might asked tentatively.

He was in his muscle form, having grabbed everyone who wasn't Izuku and shielded them right as Marvin's Factor roared out.

"Young Mikrai, are you–"

Marvin held up a hand, somewhat getting his breathing under control.

"What… the fuck… was that?" He asked, looking up and immediately turning away in pain.

"Ugh, fuck, turn off the lights will you?" Marvin asked, shielding his face.

Izuku, who'd recovered from getting slammed into a wall, winced in recognition. Marvin's senses were so strong that, even in Izuku's body, he could hear someone's heartbeat from several steps away.

The lights were quickly dimmed, and, thanks to Izuku silently asking Momo for it, Marvin was given a blindfold and earplugs.

"You know, you could've told me it would hurt like hell," Marvin muttered as he put in the earplugs. "God, I forgot how much it sucks to have my senses."

"It… sucks?" David asked curiously. "What do you mean?"

"I can hear your heartbeats even with these things in," Marvin replied, gesturing to the earplugs. "If I take them off, I can hear your blood flow and even the electrical signals in your brain. Same thing with my vision."

'I'm going to need something to cancel this shit out, I can't live like this,' Marvin grumbled internally.

'Maybe the engineering department can make something,' Izuku replied without much thought.

They both paused and stared at each other, much to the confusion of everyone else in the room.

'Do we still have…' Izuku asked slowly, trailing off as Marvin's eyes widened.

'Yeah, we do. That's… odd.'

Marvin turned to Nezu. "We can still communicate mentally. It seems I'm still connected to him to some degree."

Nezu looked somewhat shocked before he frowned.

"That… shouldn't be possible," Nezu said slowly. "The process was supposed to fully separate you two."

Marvin hummed in thought. "Well… my strength has been slowly seeping into Izuku's body even when I'm not in control, so the change could make it so we're still connected. That… or the fact that we used Izuku's blood as a base could be the reason."

"Or both," David said.

Marvin shrugged. "Whatever it is, we still have a mental connection. That might be useful later on, especially if the League continues to target him."

Everyone left the room to let Marvin get dressed in some clothing David had gotten from the Island, and Marvin pretended not to notice the slightly longer stare Melissa gave him.

He sighed as he got dressed, running his hand through his hair.

"It feels weird… no pain," He muttered, flexing his arm tentatively. "I haven't felt like this in who knows how long."

His old body had been riddled with injuries, young and old, which had given Marvin terrible chronic pain to the point of him having to use his Factor to even breathe properly, let alone move around.

Now, though, it was completely gone, and Marvin was amazed at how easy it was to move.

"I feel so light," He commented as he threw a quick punch. "No weird clicks or muscle pain… amazing."

He knocked against the metal, following a mental rhythm, and immediately winced at how loud it was to him.

"Keep forgetting to do that," Marvin said painfully, releasing his Factor a little.

Since his Factor had a physical property, Marvin would use it as a sort of barrier to limit input to his senses, keeping him from going insane, or even more so, from the overstimulation.

"What in the…" Marvin's brows furrowed as more of his Factor released than he wanted it to.

It wasn't enough to hurt anybody, and it was still incredibly refined. Still, given Marvin used to easily thread a needle with his Factor from over six miles away, the minor loss of control seemed significant to him.

Marvin took a deep breath and tightened his Factor around himself, keeping it just above his skin, and put more power into it.

"Great…" He mumbled as his control slipped a little from the power. "Looks like I have a lot to build up again."

His Factor was restricting almost twice as much as usual, and Marvin snarled.

"Don't tell me I lost that ability," Marvin said nervously, raising his hand.

He concentrated his Factor onto a small piece of glass from the machine and made a 'come' motion with his pointer and middle finger.

The glass shot at him at speeds rivaling a bullet, and only Marvin's reflexes allowed him to catch it before it hit him in the eye.

A small sting hit his hand, and Marvin looked at his palm, seeing the glass had nicked his skin, making him bleed a little.

Before his eyes though, the wound healed almost instantly.

"Hm… cool," he said, turning back to the glass. "Useful."

"Given that distance and its speed…" Marvin's eyes narrowed. "640 miles per hour. I meant to summon it at 580, so that means…"

After some quick mental math, Marvin silently cursed as he realized his Factor was now over 37% less refined than usual.

"It's like switching out a pistol for an elephant gun," Marvin muttered as he walked out of the room.

He didn't know why his Factor was less refined now, especially by so much, but he knew it'd be a significant handicap for the time being.

.

Author's Note: And that's the chapter! Marvin now has a body!

Honestly, didn't actually plan for it to happen this chapter, but everything was in place already, so why not?

As you can see, I decided to add an extra nerf to Marvin. His lesser control makes him a greater risk to those around him, including allies and civilians. His mental state will also make it more difficult for him to control his emotions.

I decided to keep the Izuku and Marvin mental connection thing, just cause it's useful for what I have planned. And also I like their constant quips to each other too much to just cut it out so much.

Marvin's going to stay on I-Island for a bit, so as to give Izuku more time to shine. He'll reappear when it's needed though.

Figured out how to attach images to chapters now lol, so next chapter should hopefully have a drawing of Marvin, both in civilian and Hero clothing. At least if I manage to finish it.

Anyway, that's the chapter! I hope you all enjoyed it, and I'll see you in the next one!
