"That's… it's done." A voice said as they took surprised steps backward. "It's perfect… now… for the final part of my plan…"
Charlie and Naruto's Home…
The sun hadn't even risen, and Naruto was awake, locking the house.
Not unusual, but it wasn't to do his normal butler duties.
After preparing breakfast for Charlie, Razzle, and Dazzle, Naruto put it in the oven to stay warm with a pot of tea on the table along with a note explaining he would be out for a few hours.
Dressed for the brisk cold air, Naruto turned to see Mirko and Kaguya in their car, having arrived moments prior.
"You ready?" Kaguya asked Naruto, yawning from how tired she was.
Naruto nodded before getting in the car.
Hours Later, Envy Ring Border…
"For a place full of water, it is always so messy when we visit." Mirko complained, her hands completely numb from the cold water and temperature.
"We knew the risks when we chose his home for his resting place." Naruto reminded as he wiped sweat from his brow.
Kaguya said nothing, having stayed in the car with the heater while the children were cleaning.
What were they cleaning?
Zabuza's gravestone and the area around it.
A stone monument in the shape of the Kubikiribocho with Zabuza's name etched in it acted as the grave marker, with small stones full of magic at its base.
It was simple.
It didn't need to be more than that.
Mirko just continued to frown as she finished her portion of the cleaning.
"Done."
"Same."
The two teens looked at their very cold, numb hands.
"I think we should get warm in the car…" Mirko whimpered, trying to flex her fingers, only for them to barely move and unable to feel it.
The teens got into the car, their freezing limbs beginning to feel pain from the sudden change in temperature due to the car being warm.
Thirty minutes pass before Kaguya woke up.
"You all done?" She yawned, stretching her arms.
"Yes." Naruto and Mirko reply, bundled up and snuggling with each other under a blanket.
Something Kaguya took notice of.
"Alright, brats, lets go." Kaguya said as she turned off the car before she got out of it, the teens following suit.
They stood before Zabuza's grave, a bottle of Zabuza's favorite alcohol in Kaguya's hand.
She took a deep swig, drinking nearly half of it with a few chugs before she removed it from her lips, reaching out to pour the rest over Zabuza's grave.
Naruto and Mirko watched in silence.
Before his passing, Zabuza would occasionally drink with Kaguya, being one of her Arena Champions, it was a privilege.
When he died and was buried, Kaguya did this to keep that going.
"Been a while, Zabuza." Kaguya said as she put the empty bottle at the base of his grave. "The arena is doing well. The Stupid Boy and my daughter are doing well. You don't have to worry about anything, just keep resting in peace with Haku."
Kaguya closed all three of her eyes, clapping her hands together for a silent prayer.
Naruto and Mirko mimicked her, eyes closed in prayer.
They stood in silence for a short time before the trio heard a car pull up.
They all turned and saw Charlie, Walter, Razzle, and Dazzle getting out of the car.
Walter held another bottle of alcohol, this time sake from the human world.
Charlie held a bouquet of flowers.
Razzle and Dazzle each had a small rose in hand.
Charlie and her tiny guards placed the flowers down as Walter put the bottle next to the empty one.
"Zabuza," Charlie said as she knelt down. "I never met you, but you have my deepest gratitude. You took care of Naruto at the arena. If you didn't look out for him, he may have died."
Charlie bowed her head before respectfully standing up, walking over to Naruto.
"Thank you for coming, Charlie." Naruto thanked.
Charlie smiled as she gave him a hug.
"I'll wait in the car." She told him before doing so with Razzle and Dazzle, as Walter and Kaguya walking to her car to talk.
Naruto and Mirko stood before Zabuza's grave, holding hands.
Naruto wanted to say something, but nothing really came to his mind.
Mirko squeezed his hand.
"Sup, Zabuza." Mirko said as she looked at the grave with a sad smile with bravado in her tone. "You don't need to worry about this dumbass…" She leaned into Naruto. "I always have his back, even if he thinks he doesn't need it. SO, I hope you are happy seeing him progressing through life. He even works for the princess; can you believe it?"
Of course, she didn't get an actual answer, but Mirko didn't expect to get one.
Naruto face palmed at this point, smiling as he tried to think of something to say to his friend.
"…"
"Come on…" Mirko elbowed Naruto lightly. "Say something."
Naruto winced as he rubbed his side.
"Well… Just… hm…" Naruto could barely think as he scratched his cheek.
He took a breath.
"I guess I can say I owe this life to you, Zabuza." Naruto mumbled as he focused on the grave. "If you hadn't decided to teach me, look after me, and…" Naruto scratched the back of his head in embarrassment. "Been my friend, I don't think I'd be able to be in the current life I am in. So… thanks…"
Silence.
Naruto and Mirko turned, having said what they wanted to say.
They walked to the car, hand in hand.
"… head home for the day." Walter said shortly before he entered his limo.
Kaguya had her back to Naruto and Mirko.
"So…" Kaguya turned, her eyes wide with magic making them glow. "You two fucked in Walter's limo?"
Naruto and Mirko froze on the spot.
Vivid memories of their first time AND their punishments flashed before their eyes as Kaguya approached them.
"Yeah… we did…" Naruto mumbled, stepping before Mirko. "But we got a bad scolding… and a lecture about sex before marriage from Walt…"
Kaguya snorted, interrupting him as she put one hand on her hips, she pointed a finger in Naruto's face.
"I've been through all this, so I know what I am talking about. Forget Celibacy! If you want to get stronger, DO IT!" Kaguya declared with intense passion. "Morning, noon, and night, DO IT! Before and after every meal, DO IT!"
Kaguya's arms stretched outward as she looked toward the sky.
"Do it 'til your body aches! Do it 'til you can't stand up straight!" Kaguya continued, her voice getting louder as her passion burned even more intensely. "Do it 'til your sick of it, then DO IT SOME MORE!"
Kaguya's head snapped toward her daughter, making Mirko flinch, hiding behind Naruto as a shield.
"You, Mirko!" Kaguya stated, making her child jump."Blossom into the woman you were meant to be."
"Huh?"
"Take it 'til you can't take it anymore. You Must be Insatiable!"
Kaguya's fingers flexing and cracking as a proud smile stretched itself across her face. "And never let him give you more than he can take."
Kaguya turned her back to the confused teens, heading to her car.
"Consider this my blessing." Kaguya stated as she opened her car door. "Now come on, I need to get back to the arena before the fights start."
Naruto and Mirko looked at each other, sighed, before getting in the car.
They didn't even get to buckle their seat belts before Kaguya sped off like a human on earth.
Evening…
Naruto stood beside Charlie as she looked out toward the city.
Razzle and Dazzle were inside, getting Charlie's pajama's ready.
"It is getting late, Charlie." Naruto reminded his Master. "We have places to be tomorrow, so let's turn in."
Charlie nodded.
"Alright." She replied as she and Naruto entered their home, Naruto shutting and locking the door.
Naruto closed the curtains as Charlie took her pajamas and entered her bathroom to change and brush her teeth.
Once she was changed, Charlie exited the bathroom and sat at her small make up desk, grabbing her hair brush.
"Want me to take care of that?" Naruto asked.
"No, Naruto. I can brush my hair and all that by myself." Charlie replied as she started brushing her hair. "You are dismissed."
Naruto bowed.
"Good night, my Master."
"Good night, Naruto." Charlie responded as Naruto left her room.
Naruto's Room…
Naruto stripped down to shower when his phone went off.
It was from Mirko.
"Hey, Naruto, when is your next day off?" ~M
"Tuesday, why?" ~ N
"Because in a few weeks, I want to have a tag-match in the arena with you as my partner." ~ M
"Sure, sounds like a lot of fun." ~N
Naruto held his arm out, and took a selfie of his naked body and sent it to Mirko.
Mirko's Room…
Mirko was laying across her bed as she got the message.
Her eyes snapped open as blood shot out of her nose, all over her.
'Holy fuck…' She thought as she covered her face. 'Fuck, now I got to shower… again…'
Naruto's Room…
Naruto snickered as he saw the heart emojis Mirko sent.
He put his phone down and jumped in the shower.
Skip, Three Weeks…
Naruto was at the table with Charlie, eating breakfast as Naruto went through the mail.
"Oh, it seems like Stolas and Stella are hosting their child's first birthday this weekend." Naruto said as he held up the invitation. "Seems like they are doing it early because 'something came up' on the little one's actual birthday."
"That is sad, but understandable." Charlie replied as she ate breakfast while reading the newspaper. "Send them letter letting them know we will be able to attend."
"As you wish." Naruto replied as he got up, bagel in his mouth as he left the table, grabbing the necessary materials to reply to the invitation.
Charlie smiled as she watched her friend and butler leave the room with a massive pep in his step.
Charlie couldn't help but smile as she drank some water, returning her attention to the newspaper.
"Charlie, I believe we should call some extra security." Naruto said as he returned with an envelope, paper, and a pen.
"Okay, I can just call mom and dad…"
"Well…" Naruto said with a sly smirk. "I had someone better in mind…"
Four Days Later, Stolas and Stella's Mansion…
It was a galla type party.
Everyone invited wore suits and dresses of all kinds.
Most of the guests were members of the Goetia.
So… lots of bird demons.
Even Dr. Riser was invited.
"Mirko…" Naruto whispered as he leaned toward his Plus One. "Stop…"
"Hm?"
Mirko, who wore a pink dress with her hair down, looked up from her plate, cheeks full of Carrot Cheese Cake.
It was Carrot Cake with Cheese Cake on top instead of the standard icing.
Naruto, who wore a white suit with the crest of Morningstar on his chest pocket, face palmed.
A hand put itself on Naruto's shoulder.
"Don't be to down, Naruto. Mirko is just herself."
"Yeah, I know, Hanayama, but it's embarrassing." Naruto groaned.
Hanayama, who was hired as security for Charlie, chuckled at his friend's distress.
Charlie, meanwhile, was with her parents, talking to Stolas and Stella, congratulating them on Octavia's first birthday.
"She is so precious." Charlie gushed as Naruto, Mirko, and Hanayama approached, having dragged the Rabbit from her precious Carrot Cake. "Can I hold her?"
Stella didn't even act like she heard the Princess as she was to busy sucking up to the King and Queen.
Stolas, however, heard her and nodded.
"Here you go, your majesty." The Eighteen-Year-Old Prince said as he carefully handed his precious child to Charlie.
Charlie felt her heart swell as she held Octavia.
Octavia was tiny.
She had light feathering, her eyes barely open due to the light being bright in the mansion.
She wore a small lavender dress with actual silver thread that made up the twelve zodiac constellations on her skirt.
Her tiny crown was safely secured on her head.
Overall, Octavia Ars Goetia was an adorable baby owl that deserved all the awe and adoration.
Charlie sniffled as she held Octavia to her chest.
"SHE IS SO CUTE!" Charlie proclaimed, tearing up from an overwhelming amount of cute.
Octavia yawned.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"
"Here, my master, let me hold the baby." Naruto said as he handed Charlie a handkerchief before taking Octavia in her arms.
Stolas watched in concern as his daughter was held in the butler's arms.
Imagine his surprise when Octavia's eyes opened a bit more before she stared at Naruto.
She just stared at him, taking in his appearance.
"Hello, your majesty." Naruto said with a soft smile, looking the baby in her eyes. "I am Naruto Uzumaki," He held out his hand, with the baby taking his finger, smiling. "It is nice to meet you."
"Awe~" Charlie and Mirko awed. "So precious~"
They pulled out their cellphones and took numerous pictures.
Walter, who was nearby with Kaguya (Who was his Plus One), shook his head.
"Kids." He mumbled as he swirled his wine.
"Oh, shush, Walter." Kaguya shrugged. "Let them be children. They won't act like this forever."
"We are at a birthday…" Walter replied, only to get an elbow to the gut.
"A birthday?" Kaguya asked as she looked around. "This is just a gigantic ballroom party. There are no other children here. Naruto and Mirko had amazing parties when they were younger."
Walter rolled his eyes.
"It isn't that kind of party." Walter explained as he put his wine glass down.
"Then what kind of party is it?" Kaguya asked as she put a hand on her hip.
She was raised in Wrath, with a… 'Normal' family.
So, a birthday party that isn't FUN isn't really a party.
"Its not supposed to be that kind of Party." Walter explained. "Royals have differing standards for everything, including parties."
"So, this is just a publicity stunt." Kaguya asked.
When Walter didn't respond, Kaguya grabbed two more glasses of wine, drank them, and grabbed two more, drank them, and grabbed two more after that.
"Well, then I don't need to reserve myself." Kaguya said as she continued to drink.
Meanwhile…
A small figure walked through the empty halls, cloak covering them completely.
The moonlight casting dark shadows as they skulked about in silence.
They stopped at an intersection, looking both ways.
"Okay… if I remember the schematics correctly…" the individual mumbled with a very thick accent, their thin arm reaching up to scratch their chin. "AH, yes, I take a left…"
They took a left.
With all the servants and guards at the party, the intruder made their way to the staircase that led downstairs.
To the basement.
They made their way to the power breaker.
"Hmph…" the person grumbled as they reached into their pocket.
They pulled out a piece of paper with an intricate designed seal matrix.
They put it on the power breaker and left without touching anything else.
Meanwhile…
"Stolas… STOLAS, GET OVER HERE!" Stella yelled, grabbing her husband, pulling him in front of Lucifer and Lilith. "Sorry, Your Highnesses."
"No, everything is okay." Lucifer said with small amount of concern.
He had seen this kind of relationship before.
Arranged marriages could work, but they usually crashed and burned, especially in Hell.
"… Our leave, your majesty." Stolas said politely as he bowed, dismissing himself and Stella, who was now yelling at him.
'Poor kid.' Lucifer thought, seeing the look in Stolas's eyes.
It was a very familiar look.
Lucifer knew it well.
Depression.
The look of defeat.
The look of resignment.
The look of someone that is just living, day by day, not truly walking proudly, but stumbling down a path decided for them.
Lucifer's heart went out to the young man.
Swirling his wine in hand, Lucifer pulled Lilith close as his hand was around her waist.
"Oh, Luci~" Lilith chuckled, smiling as her husband gave her a sweet kiss on the cheek.
"My Apple Pie." He whispered, his emotions slipping into the darkness he had battled for years, but his wife was able to keep them at bay.
Meanwhile…
The door to the giant ball room opened.
Not that anyone noticed of course.
It opened only a sliver, allowing the cloaked individual to sneak in unseen, ducking under a table.
Pulling out another piece of paper, this time with a different seal matrix, they stuck it under the table.
Peaking out of the table cloth, they lunged, duck/rolled under another table, repeating the action of placing another seal.
Meanwhile…
"Horsie go up and down, up and down…" Naruto said rhythmically, using his knee to carefully bounce Octavia to the rhythm while holding her under her arm pits. "Horsie go up and down, up and down…" Naruto pulled the baby into his belly, leaning back to the point he was laying down. "WATCH OUT, HORSIE, YOU FALL DOWN!"
Octavia laughed as Naruto sat back up while Mirko continued to stuff her cheeks with food, Hanayama had a large bottle of wine in hand, and Charlie had her phone out recording Naruto's small antics with Octavia.
"Horsie go up and down, up and down, horsie go up and down, up and down…" Naruto 'Dropped' with Octavia again. "WATCH OUT, HORSIE, YOU FALL DOWN!"
"Where did you learn this, Naruto?" Charlie asked her butler.
"His Majesty the King told me he did this with you when you were a baby." Naruto said as he returned to holding Octavia normally, the baby snuggling into his warmth. "Even showed me a video~"
Charlie went red in the face as embarrassment filled her being.
Suddenly, Naruto was blindsided by Stella getting in his face.
"WHY ARE…" Stella started to yell, but her voice got caught in her throat when she saw Charlie… and Hanayama, who towered over her. "Uh… *Ahem*, I want my daughter back."
Naruto, taking notice of Stella's crown and the presence of Stolas being behind her, obliged and returned the small owl child to her parents.
"She was a good girl. No complaining." Naruto said… just as Octavia started to whimper.
Naruto watched her lean into Stella, but didn't break eye contact with Naruto as Stella and Stolas walked to a small elevated platform.
A cup and spoon appeared in Stolas' hand through magical means before he used the spoon to tap the cup.
Magic allowed the sound to be amplified loud enough to draw everyone's attention.
"Good evening, everyone." Stolas announced as the cup and spoon vanished, everyone present gathering in their little groups.
Charlie, Naruto, Mirko, and Hanayama.
Lucifer and Lilith.
Walter and Kaguya.
So on, and so forth.
"We are happy to have all of you here." Stella stated, a bright smile on her face… until someone started to laugh.
Stella saw red.
"WHO DARES LAUGH!" She screamed, making Octavia cower in her arms.
Stella thrust her child into her husband's arms.
"I DEMAND TO KNOW WHO LAUGHED AT ME!" Stella continued.
"I do apologize…"
Naruto's eyes widened as his fur bristled.
Mirko's ears twitched as her blood felt like it was turning into ice.
"But I couldn't help myself…"
Like Moses parting the Red Sea, Stella's gaze parted the crowd, landing on the mini cloaked individual.
A tiny, metal hand reached from under the cloak, pulling the hood off.
"Because you tickled my funny bone, my former Master." Dr. Gerbil said with a dull expressionless face.
