"...Hey doc...?" Yoshi asked as he was driving the Turbo Yoshi kart.

Dr. Hoshi, who was reading an instructions manuel, turned his head to Yoshi. "Yes, mah boi, what's up to ship DINNER?"

"We've been driving here for what feels like hours. When are we going to go back on the actual courses?" Yoshi asked as he turned his head to Dr. Hoshi.

Dr. Hoshi thought deeply as he placed his right hand on his chin, thinking. "Hmmm... that's a good thought. There is nothing here."

Indeed, Yoshi and Dr. Hoshi were in a blank white void, with them and the others simply racing around in what was exactly nowhere. Dry Bowser pulled up next to the dinosaurs in his pipe framed kart.

"Are we ever going to actually race in a fanfic that should be racing?" Dry Bowser asked in a pretty annoyed tone.

Yoshi sighed as he slowly shook his head, turning to Dry Bowser. 'Oh, I can only hope..." He closed his eyes as he tilted his head up. "You do not know how many non racing chapters we have had in this damn story... I honestly think Master Hand doesn't give a fuck anymore."

"You mean the author." Dr. Hoshi corrected as he cleared his throat, "But yes, I do wonder what Master Hand is up to... he's not all that he seems..."

"Well, he's a master of one thing." Dry Bowser commented as he rolled his right skeletal hand. "Bullshit."

Chris McLean yawned as he stretched his arms, sitting behind a wooden desk in his red chair as he sighed. "This is pretty boring. It's nowhere as good as my Total Drama stuff."

"That's because all the action is relegated to racing." Chef pointed out as he stood next to Chis, his hands on his hips.

Chris glanced up at Chef as he squinted his eyes. "Hey, what happened to that weird giant blue elephant?"

"Oh him? He got killed by some guy from Microsoft or something." Chef pinpointed as he raised his right hand.

Chris sighed as he placed his hands on his head, shaking his head as he closed his eyes. "What I would give for a reboot button..."

"Did someone say reboot?" Master Hand exclaimed as he suddenly popped up in front of Chris and Chef, spooking them as they held each other, with Chris jumping into Chef's arms.

And it was clear where this was going to go.
