Yoshi and Dr. Hoshi found themselves on a tropical beach as they went through a portal, with the two dinosaurs being on the green Resort Island as they spotted alternate versions of themselves zooming around on the race track.
"Whoa! I don't remember coming here!" Yoshi exclaimed while rubbing the back of his head.
Dr. Hoshi adjusted his light blue glasses. "Hmm... quite. I don't feel that this is different from all the beaches we raced on."
Yoshi eyed Dr. Hoshi as they spotted eight other racers zipping by, with it being the basic Yoshi Kart cast... only difference is that three certain racers were replaced by Charizard, Dry Bowser, and King K. Rool.
"Come on! Can't you move out of the way?" Charizard bellowed as he then fired flames at the racers in front of him as they went over a wooden bridge, with it catching on fire shortly afterwards.
"And be burned by you? Fat chance!" King K. Rool taunted after swerving around the corner, chucking his golden crown back and hitting the others.
"So you want to go out like that? So be it." Dry Bowser muttered as he got a plant pot, with Petey Piranha emerging out of it as he bit the racers like a normal Piranha Plant would.
Yoshi and Dr. Hoshi looked at each other and shrugged as they decided to take part of the race from a safe distance, following their alternate selves and the other racers as the clear blue sky gave way to a bright orange sunset, with a warp portal appearing behind the waterfall overlooking the short bridge as the dimension drifting dinosaurs went right through it, wondering where they would end up this time.
