The hotel room was quiet, the only sound present being that of a pencil pushing on paper as Luz wrote in her notebook. She and Amity were in the Bahamas on their honeymoon, and the human witch had decided to get up a little early that day to get some work done for college. Her classes were going extremely well, and she was happy to finally be able to attend university in person again.

Eda kept her promise and threw her a huge welcome back party for her the day she returned to campus, and everyone was happy to see her. From her professors to her fellow students, and not one person looked at the human witch with fear anymore. They all looked at her with kindness just like they did before, and it made her happiness soar up even higher.

After all the struggles she had gone through, she was finally living a normal life again.

Luz continued to work for another half hour before deciding to stop for now, and headed over to the bathroom to start getting ready for the day. As she brushed her teeth, she took a good look at herself in the mirror, and smiled as she looked over her body. Her white hair, the scars on her arm from Dysley, and finally the bite mark on her shoulder, the bite mark that started it all. All of these were reminders of the hardships she had been through as a werewolf. And while some of these were painful memories that she'd rather not think about, she also wouldn't change it for the world, because it served as a reminder of how strong she really was, and the loving and supportive family that she was blessed to have, especially Amity.

Speaking of which, Luz was snapped out of her thoughts when she felt a pair of arms wrap around her and a kiss planted on her cheek. She smiled wider and turned around to see her wife smiling back at her.

"Good morning, Wolfie." she said. "You got up a little early today."

Luz spat her toothpaste out in the sink and wiped her mouth off before giving her a kiss. "Good morning to you too, Mi Amor. I wanted to get some college work done so we could spend the whole day together. It's our honeymoon after all."

Amity put her hand on her heart and kissed her again."You're so thoughtful."

She then started scratching Luz under her chin, causing her to hum with delight. One of the many perks of being a werewolf was that chin scratches felt like a massage to her.

"Mmmm, talk about a good way to start the day." The human witch said. "I should return the favor."

She then sprouted her tail out and began to wag it up against her wife, who closed her eyes and began to hum herself.

"Why are you so fluffy?" She asked.

Luz chuckled. "What can I say? I take good care of my fur."

"You most definitely do."

Amity opened her eyes again before continuing. "And now that I've had my morning Wolfie fix, may I use the sink?"

Liz smiled. "You got it, Honey. I'll go get dressed in the meantime."

Amity pouted. "What? But then I'll miss the show…"

The human witch giggled and kissed her. "Don't worry, I'll make it up to you tonight. I promise."

Amity smiled and kissed her back. "Deal."

As she began to brush her teeth, Luz headed back into the bedroom and changed into her clothes for the day. It wasn't anything fancy, just her wolf tee shirt and a basic pair of shorts. The nice clothing was for the fancy dinner she had reservations for later with her wife. Her twenty-first birthday was coming up after all. And even though it wasn't for another week, she and Amity decided to celebrate it now while they were on their honeymoon.

As she got dressed, The purple haired witch called from the bathroom. "You said you were doing college work before. How is that going by the way?"

"It's going great." Luz replied. "You know, my professor in Curses 101 wants to have me be the subject for the next lecture when I get back. Says it would be a great opportunity to update the knowledge of werewolves for today's day and age."

"Isn't Lilith writing a book on that?"

"Yeah, but she's not done with it yet, so people gotta get the knowledge another way until then. It's fine, I'm cool with it, just as long as nobody starts poking and prodding at me for some kind of experiment."

Amity giggled. "Well if they attempt that, they can take it up with me. I'm the only one who's allowed to poke and prod at my Batata."

Luz blushed, but also giggled. "You got that right, Mi Amor."

After she finished getting dressed, she then opened the curtains and stepped out onto the balcony, retracting her tail as she did. This was the Human Realm after all, so it would be best not to freak anyone out. She closed her eyes and formed a huge smile as she took in the warm morning sun and the calm ocean breeze.

"Good morning, Bahamas!" She said. "I am ready for another day of fun and adventure!"

She stood there for a few moments as she enjoyed the scenery. Hers and Amity's hotel room was facing the ocean, and the beautiful blue waters and sandy beaches were on full display to see. It looked like something out of a postcard, and it probably was now that Luz thought about it. This was one of the most popular tourist destinations after all. Regardless, it was the perfect view, and the human witch found herself getting lost in it. That was until her wife joined her on the balcony, and they both held each other as they enjoyed the scenery together.

After a moment of silence and enjoying each other's company, Amity spoke. "I had no idea the Human Realm had places this beautiful."

Luz nodded. "I know, right? I could almost watch it for the whole day…"

Amity then turned to her wife. She recognized that tone in her voice. It was the one she had when she was thinking about something, and one look at her face confirmed this.

"Hey, a snail for your thoughts?" She asked.

The human witch turned to her and smiled. "I was just thinking about everything we've been through over the last several months. It's funny. When I first became a werewolf, I was afraid that it was going to ruin my life. But in reality, it made it even better than ever. I'm more happy now than I've been in my entire life. I got my education back, and I now have the most beautiful and loving wife I could ever ask for."

Amity's eyes welled with tears, and she leaned against her. "I feel the same way. I was so scared for you when you were first cursed. But in the end, this experience only further proved how strong you really are, not to mention kind and forgiving. It's crazy to think that one day Anna was attacking us, and the next day she's our friend."

Luz chuckled. "I know, but as we know by now, life is full of the unexpected."

"Ain't that the truth. If someone were to tell me six years ago that I would marry a human, who would later become a lycanthrope, I would have called them crazy."

Amity then looked at her wife lovingly. "But I wouldn't change it for the world. I met the bravest and kindest person that I have ever known, the person who saved me and made me what I am today. It's exactly why I fell in love with you."

Luz looked at her lovingly back. "You have it too, Mi Amor, and that's why I fell in love with you too."

The couple shared a quick, but passionate kiss before leaning their foreheads against each other.

"So, what's on the agenda for today?" Amity asked.

"We're going snorkeling." Luz replied. "And we're bound to see all kinds of cool stuff. Just make sure to keep your concealment pendant tucked into your swimsuit. We don't want any pesky fish stealing it."

The purple haired witch giggled. "Definitely not. Speaking of swimsuits, do you have them packed?"

"Yep! They're in the bag along with our face masks and snorkels!"

"Perfect, then let's head off! Lead the way, Mrs. Noceda."

Luz gave a dorky smile. "It would be my pleasure, Mrs. Noceda."

The couple shared one more kiss before grabbing their stuff and heading out the door, eager to spend another day together, but also not rushing anything. After all, this honeymoon was just the beginning of an eternity of happiness they would have together.
