Chapter 8: Final Exam Part 1!

Hey everyone, I'm back with a new chapter! I want to thank my good friend Vgn Golley for helping me with this and make sure to follow him as well, as he creates amazing stories. Anyway, sit back, relax, review, and enjoy!

We find ourselves in Slade's evil lair, where he was watching a TV screen displaying the H.I.V.E. Academy crest—a hexagonal, black-and-white checkered symbol. A cool female voice began to speak.

"The H.I.V.E. Academy for Extraordinary Young People is proud to introduce..." the female voice narrated as a large golden platform rose into view in front of the crest, carrying five young, villainous teenagers. Among them was a teenage girl with pink hair, a large muscular boy resembling a gorilla, a short bald-headed brat, a one-eyed teenager, and a teenage boy who was trying Way too hard to be a Batman wannabe. "...this year's top graduates," the female voice continued smugly as the five individuals leaped off the platform. The teenage girl and the tall muscular boy dropped out of frame, while the bald-headed brat landed on the ground and quickly stood up with an arrogant smirk on his face, placing his hands on his hips.

The first person was a 4-foot-tall, 14-year-old boy with black eyes, a bald head, thick eyebrows, a large nose, and a sharp chin. His scrawny build and Caucasian skin were complemented by gray goggles with dark green lenses, a dark green turtleneck jumpsuit, gloves, boots with silver accents, and a silver harness resembling a backpack. This was Mikron O'Jeneus, AKA Gizmo, a pint-sized boy genius with a nasty attitude and an arsenal of high-tech weapons as part of the H.I.V.E. Five.

"Gizmo, the boy genius whose intellect can conquer any problem with an inventive solution," the female voice narrated. Grinning, Gizmo pressed a button on his chest, sprouting large metal wings from his backpack. He controlled the device at his waist and took off into the air as laser turrets popped out of the walls, firing at him. Gizmo dodged easily and unleashed a salvo of missiles, destroying the turrets with efficiency. As two large robots entered the room to attack, the pink-haired teenager leaped into view, landing on the platform with a cat-like grin.

She was a 5'2", 16-year-old metahuman girl with pink eyes, long strawberry-pink hair, a sharp chin, pale gray-white skin, and an hourglass figure. She wore a short black dress with jagged trim, striped leggings, a choker, and platform boots. Known only as Jinx, the enchanting sorceress with the power of bad luck, she was the leader of the H.I.V.E. Five.

"Jinx, the enchanting sorceress whose hexes spell bad luck for her enemies," the female voice continued. Smirking, Jinx extended her arms and spun, releasing a wave of pink energy that caused panels to fall from the walls, crushing the robots' heads. As she backflipped down the corridor, three laser cannons emerged from the floor. Jinx was about to dodge when the Batman wannabe teleported beside her.

The Batman wannabe was a 5'4", 15-year-old mutant with piercing red eyes, short purplish hair, pointy ears, and bluish skin. He wore a black headpiece with bat ears, a dark blue cowl, a purple jumpsuit, and black gloves and boots. Known as Kyd Wicked, the mysterious and aloof metahuman could teleport and fly.

"Kyd wicked, the mysterious metahuman with the ability to teleport wherever and whenever he wants," the voice narrated. The cannons fired at the duo, but Kyd Wykkyd twirled his cape, causing the laser blasts to disappear. He then redirected the blasts back at the cannons, destroying them. Jinx and Kyd Wykkyd shared a smirk before several robotic drones attacked, forcing them to dodge. The one-eyed teenager grinned as he faced the drones.

This teenager was a 5'4", 15-year-old mutant cyclops with a single black eye, a bald head, dark brown skin, and a slender build. He wore a green helmet, a white and green unitard with a black eye emblem, gloves, a belt, and boots. His name was Seymour, AKA See-More, a mutant cyclops with multiple eye-based abilities.

"See-More, a mutant cyclops with an eye for trouble," the voice narrated. See-More tapped his helmet, turning his eye red, and fired multiple laser blasts, destroying most of the drones. As the remaining drones approached, the gorilla-like teenager crashed down on them, reducing them to pieces.

This teenager was a 12-foot-tall, 18-year-old metahuman with white eyes, long red hair, a stumpy nose, and a huge muscular build. He wore a sleeveless black unitard with yellow patterns and matching wristbands and boots. Known as Mammoth, he was the team's brute strength.

"And finally, Mammoth, the unstoppable giant whose strength speaks for itself," the female voice narrated. A large robot grabbed Mammoth, but Gizmo teleported in with Kyd Wykkyd's help, attaching a small unit to the robot's back. As they teleported away, the robot malfunctioned and exploded.

"Well-organized, highly trained, and combat-equipped..." the voice continued as See-More whispered to Jinx, who grinned and flipped down a corridor. Laser turrets fired at her, but Jinx's bad luck energy caused them to destroy each other. She reached the end of the gauntlet and struck an elegant pose as the rest of the H.I.V.E. Five teleported behind her, striking a villainous pose.

"...this ideal team can be yours," the female voice concluded as the video ended, revealing the H.I.V.E. Academy crest. A gray-haired woman stepped into view, grinning at a stoic Slade.

"Well, Mr. Wilson? What do you think?" she asked arrogantly.

"Impressive. Truly. However, robots and obstacle courses only prove so much. My plans demand operatives who can function in the real world. If your students are going to serve me, they'll have to pass one final exam... They must kill the Teen Titans, keep the boy with the watch alive, and then we'll talk," Slade said.

"Consider it done, Mr. Wilson," the H.I.V.E. Headmistress replied with a bow as Slade nodded.

"Good, but before your team heads off to destroy the Teen Titans, I want my apprentice, the Ravager, to accompany them," Deathstroke said, placing his hand on a young teenage girl. She had silver-white hair, often styled short, with an eye patch covering one eye. Her costume was a form-fitting black and orange suit, featuring tactical armor and dual swords strapped to her back. Her look was completed with a mask that covered part of her face. This was Ravager. As he pushed her forward, Rose glared up at the surprised Headmistress seriously while clenching her fist. "She will be leading your students, as my apprentice has more experience in fighting in the real world... Oh, and a new recruit of ours will join the mission as well. That won't be a problem... right?" Deathstroke asked with a glare. The H.I.V.E. Headmistress flinched in slight fear, gulped, but shook her head.

"N-No, not at all. My students will be grateful to work alongside the famous and dangerous Ravager," the H.I.V.E. Headmistress replied, her voice trembling slightly. Deathstroke nodded curtly before shutting off the video call.

"Ravager, I need you to go get the new recruit for us," Deathstroke ordered.

"Fine," Ravager responded, crossing her arms. "But tell me, if you want to kill the Teen Titans, why do you want the boy with the watch? What's so special about him?"

Deathstroke's eye narrowed behind his mask. "The boy with the watch, Jake, possesses a device that can transform him into any number of powerful creatures. The Omnitrix is a weapon of immense potential, one that could tip the scales in our favor. Keeping him alive gives us a chance to harness that power for our own purposes. Control him, and we control the Omnitrix."

Ravager nodded slowly, understanding the gravity of the situation. "I see. I'll bring the new recruit, and we'll take down the Titans and capture the boy. But if he becomes a threat, I won't hesitate to end him."

"Do what you must," Deathstroke replied, his tone icy. "But remember, the Omnitrix is our priority. Fail me, and there will be consequences."

Ravager smirked, her confidence unwavering. "I won't fail."

With that, she turned on her heel and strode out, ready to complete her mission.

Ravager made her way through the dimly lit corridors of the Warehouse, her boots echoing off the cold metal floors. She was still mulling over Deathstroke's words as she approached a heavily secured door at the far end of the hallway. This was where the new recruit was being kept—a mysterious addition to their ranks, handpicked by Deathstroke himself.

The door slid open with a hiss, revealing a small, sterile room. In the center stood a young man, around 17 years old, with a tall and lean build. His presence was imposing, despite his slender frame. His name was Kade Blackwood, a meta-human with powers that made even the most seasoned operatives wary.

Kade had pale, almost translucent skin that contrasted sharply with his dark, shoulder-length hair, which was straight and unkempt, giving him a slightly disheveled look. His eyes were a striking shade of violet, glowing faintly in the dim light. He wore a black, sleeveless combat suit with silver accents, designed for flexibility and stealth. The suit was equipped with various gadgets and compartments, hinting at his versatility in combat. Strapped to his back was a pair of sleek, black blades that seemed to hum with an eerie energy.

Ravager's gaze narrowed as she took in his appearance. "So, you're the new recruit," she said, her voice laced with a hint of skepticism.

Kade smirked, his violet eyes locking onto hers with a cold intensity. "That's right. The name's Kade Blackwood, but you can call me Shadowstrike."

"And what exactly can you do, Shadowstrike?" Ravager asked, crossing her arms as she studied him.

Kade's smirk widened, and without a word, he stepped forward, his body seeming to blur as he moved. In an instant, he was standing right behind her, his presence barely a whisper in the air. Ravager tensed but didn't react, knowing this was his demonstration. She turned slowly to face him again.

"I can manipulate shadows," Kade explained, his voice low and smooth. "I can blend into them, move through them, and even use them as weapons. I'm also skilled with these blades," he added, patting the hilts of the swords on his back. "In short, I can be anywhere, and my enemies won't see me coming until it's too late."

Ravager nodded, impressed despite herself. "A shadow manipulator, huh? You'll be useful. But don't think you can pull any tricks on me. I've dealt with your type before."

Kade chuckled softly. "I wouldn't dream of it. After all, we're on the same side... for now."

"Good," Ravager replied, her tone clipped. "Deathstroke wants you on this mission to take down the Teen Titans. I'm leading the operation, so you follow my orders. Understood?"

"Crystal clear," Kade said, his tone light but with a dangerous edge. "The Titans won't know what hit them."

Ravager gave him a final, assessing look before turning to leave. "Be ready. We move out soon."

As she exited the room, Ravager couldn't help but feel a slight unease in the pit of her stomach. Kade Blackwood was powerful, no doubt about that, but there was something about him that made her wary. She knew better than to trust anyone blindly, especially someone as unpredictable as Shadowstrike. But if he was the weapon they needed to bring down the Titans and capture the boy with the Omnitrix, then she would use him—until he outlived his usefulness.

It was nighttime in Jump City, and the silence was shattered by the blaring alarms of a bank. A group of masked men burst out of the building, carrying bags stuffed with cash. They sprinted across the rooftop, heading toward their waiting getaway helicopter, where one of their comrades was anxiously preparing for takeoff. Grinning at their nearly successful robbery, they didn't notice a shadow descending upon them.

Jake, glaring with determination, landed on the scene. He glanced down at the Omnitrix on his wrist, its familiar glow ready for action. He smirked, clenching his fist.

"It's hero time!" Jake declared as he slammed his hand down on the Omnitrix.

In an instant, Jake transformed into Four Arms, a towering red-skinned alien with four muscular arms and immense strength. His sudden appearance caused the robbers to skid to a stop, their eyes wide with fear.

The leader of the group, trying to muster some courage, barked an order, "Take him down!" But before they could react, Jake lunged forward, grabbing two of the men with his lower arms while effortlessly swatting another away with his upper hand.

The remaining robbers watched in horror as Jake effortlessly tossed their comrades aside, sending them crashing into a nearby wall. One of the men pulled out a gun, firing several shots at Jake, but the bullets merely bounced off his tough, armored skin.

Jake, now Four Arms, glared at the helicopter as it began to lift off the ground. He picked up one of the discarded bags of cash and hurled it at the chopper, striking the tail rotor. The helicopter spun out of control, forcing the pilot to make a rough landing on a nearby building.

With the getaway plan foiled, the remaining robbers tried to flee, but Jake was too quick. He grabbed the last two with his lower arms and lifted them off the ground, his upper arms folding across his chest.

"You guys really thought you could get away?" Jake said, his voice booming with confidence.

He then tossed them into a nearby dumpster with ease. As the sound of approaching police sirens filled the air, Jake transformed back into his human form, the Omnitrix on his wrist dimming.

"Next time, think twice before robbing a bank in my city," Jake said with a smirk, turning to disappear into the night as the police arrived to apprehend the criminals.

Jake was about to leave the scene, satisfied with his quick takedown of the robbers, when suddenly, another group of masked men burst out of the building, surrounding him. Before he could react, a second helicopter landed nearby, its side doors sliding open to reveal more armed robbers pointing guns directly at him.

Jake tensed, his hand hovering over the Omnitrix, ready to transform again. But before he could make a move, the helicopter suddenly jerked to a halt and began to float in mid-air. The pilot looked around in confusion, gripping the controls tightly as he tried to move the chopper forward, but it wouldn't budge.

The robber in the helicopter gritted his teeth in frustration, trying to force the controls, but then his eyes widened in shock. He spotted Starfire, smirking confidently, floating just in front of the helicopter. With one hand, she effortlessly held the entire chopper in place with her energy beams, waving at the pilot gleefully.

"Hello there!" Starfire called out cheerfully, her eyes glowing with power.

The masked robber's sly grin faded as panic set in. He tried to aim his weapon at her, but before he could get a shot off, a Birdarang whizzed through the air, striking his hands and forcing him to drop the gun. Yelping in pain, the robber looked down in disbelief.

As he glanced back up, he saw Robin standing on a nearby rooftop, his cape billowing in the wind. Robin's gaze was stern as he addressed the robbers.

"Give it up. You're surrounded, and there's no way out," Robin said, his voice commanding and confident.

Jake couldn't help but smirk as he watched the scene unfold. With the Titans backing him up, this group of robbers didn't stand a chance.

As the robbers scrambled to regain control of the situation, Jake took advantage of the chaos. He hit the Omnitrix, and in a flash of green light, he transformed into Diamondhead , his body now covered in shimmering crystal armor.

"It's hero time!" Jake declared, his voice resonating with confidence.

Diamondhead landed with a heavy thud, his crystalline form reflecting the flashing lights of the police sirens. He quickly assessed the situation: the robbers were still trying to get their bearings, and the helicopter was stuck in mid-air, thanks to Starfire's energy manipulation.

Robin leaped from his vantage point, landing gracefully beside Jake, his staff at the ready. "I'll handle the ones on the ground. You take care of the helicopter."

Diamondhead nodded, his crystal eyes glowing as he raised his hands. With a swift motion, he summoned a large, jagged crystal shard from the ground, launching it toward the robbers who were attempting to climb down from the helicopter. The shard pierced the air, causing the robbers to scatter as the sharp crystal exploded upon impact, sending them sprawling across the pavement.

Meanwhile, Starfire floated effortlessly, her hands glowing as she kept the helicopter immobilized. The robbers inside, now panicking, fired wildly at her energy barrier, but their bullets were deflected harmlessly away.

Robin swung his staff, disarming a couple of the robbers who were charging at him. With precise, fluid movements, he disarmed another group, knocking them out with well-placed strikes and acrobatics. His agility and combat skills were on full display as he took down each opponent with speed and precision.

Diamondhead focused on the helicopter. The pilot, still gripping the controls in desperation, was clearly losing his nerve. Diamondhead raised his hand, focusing his energy. With a powerful thrust, he projected a massive crystal lance toward the helicopter's landing gear. The lance shattered the landing struts, causing the helicopter to tilt precariously.

"Not today!" Jake shouted, creating a shield of crystal around the helicopter to prevent it from crashing. His defensive maneuver protected the aircraft and its occupants, though the robbers inside were thoroughly disoriented.

Starfire, seeing the situation under control, descended and landed beside Jake. Her eyes shimmered with gratitude as she looked at the fallen robbers. "Excellent work, Diamondhead. They are no longer a threat."

Robin joined them, his staff still crackling with energy from the fight. "Nice job, Jake. The police will take care of the rest."

Jake, still in his Diamondhead form, gave a satisfied nod. "Glad to help. Let's wrap this up and get back to the tower."

As the police arrived to arrest the remaining robbers and secure the scene, Jake deactivated the Omnitrix, returning to his normal form. The Titans gathered together, ready to head back to Titans Tower, their mission successfully completed.

The night air was filled with the sounds of sirens and the chatter of the heroes, their camaraderie evident as they made their way back, prepared for whatever challenges lay ahead.

At Titans Tower, the trio made their way through the hallways.

"Thanks for the assist, guys," Jake said with a grateful smile as they fast-forwarded in time.

"You're welcome," Robin replied with a curt nod, while Starfire turned to smile warmly at her friend.

"It's always great to help out, Friend Jake. Although, I do wonder, where were the others?" Starfire asked, placing her hand on her chin thoughtfully. Robin nodded suspiciously.

"Yeah, I wonder that too," Robin said with a tight frown. While the gang usually patrolled in groups of two or three every day, whenever the T-Communicator blasted its emergency signal, it was usually an all-hands-on-deck situation.

"Well, I have two theories. One, a supervillain kidnapped our friends, or two..." Jake trailed off as they reached the end of the hallway. They opened the doors and deadpanned as they spotted Cyborg and Beast Boy searching around the Operation Center. The sink and counter were piled high with dirty dishes, and the floor was strewn with garbage. "...they were all too busy acting like idiots."

"Aw, man, come on! It's gotta be around here someplace!" an angry Cyborg said while hoisting the couch into the air and shaking it around to search for whatever had gone missing. Beast Boy was sniffing around on the ground in the form of a bloodhound, while an annoyed, unhooded Raven floated around, trying to read her book but to no avail due to the boys' antics.

"I don't believe this! How could you lose the remote?!" Cyborg asked in frustration, dropping the couch to the ground as Beast Boy morphed into a monkey and jumped on top of the DVD case, rummaging through it.

"What makes you so sure I lost it?" Beast Boy asked with a glare as an equally glaring Cyborg walked over to tower over the little monkey.

"Uh... 'cause you're you."

"Hey!" Beast Boy yelled, jumping off the DVD case as he transformed into a bear and stood up on his hind legs to match Victor's height, placing his hands on his hips. "Just because I lost that video game—"

"And the toothpaste, and my football, and the waffle iron!" Cyborg interrupted with a glare, listing off the random stuff Beast Boy had lost.

"Grrrr, things disappear! How am I supposed to know where they go?!" Beast Boy asked angrily, flailing his giant furry arms in exasperation as Raven lowered her book to give an irritated frown.

"Well, how am I supposed to watch TV without a remote, Yogi Bear?!" Cyborg asked through gritted teeth as a thick mark appeared on Raven's head. She proceeded to slam her book shut as she lowered herself to the ground.

"Simple. You just get up and change the channel," Raven said icily as the two squabbling boys gave her and each other a very long and puzzled look.

"...Don't even joke like that."

"I wasn't joking."

"Good, 'cause it wasn't funny!" Cyborg yelled, with Beast Boy nodding in agreement while crossing his arms. Raven grimaced, an angry spark appearing on her head as she scowled, her face flushing. "Now either help us look for the remote, or go back to your nasty old book and—"

"This is a pointless argument over a useless device," Raven said with a big sweatdrop on her temple as she floated forward to glare at the boys. "You are wasting your energy and disrupting my concentration."

"Hey, guys, glad to see that you responded to my emergency signal. So glad to know you guys have my back—team of the year," Jake said dryly, glaring as he and the others walked over to the trio, who had the decency to look sheepish as Beast Boy morphed back into his normal form.

"Heh, sorry about that, Jake," Beast Boy said with an anxious grin, pulling back his hood to rub his green hair. "We got a bit distracted because Cyborg lost the remote."

"What?! No, I didn't! You lost it!" Cyborg yelled back, glaring as Beast Boy turned to glare up at him.

"I'm telling you, I didn't lose it! You were the one watching TV last night! I was grooming myself!"

"Eww! TMI, dude!" Cyborg yelled in disgust as the others looked equally disgusted, and Beast Boy blushed in embarrassment, regretting that he let that little info about his personal life slip out.

"Errr, okay, maybe I shouldn't have said that out loud, but still, if you want to blame someone, look in the mirror, buddy!" Beast Boy screamed, pointing at Cyborg, who growled as he was about to say something before he and Beast Boy yelped in surprise. A blank-faced Jake lifted up his arm and slammed down on his watch, causing a green flash of light that transformed him into Wildvine—a humanoid plant with one eye in the middle of his face, five vine-like legs, four long fingers on his hands, flytrap-shaped flaps with teeth covering his head, and fruits on his back that he could use as explosives or smoke bombs. He then fired splatters of vines that covered their mouths.

"Stop arguing, you two. Do we need to put you both in time out again?" Jake asked seriously while placing his hands on his hips, as Starfire beamed.

"Oh, I know how to mend our friends' dispute! By the sharing of unhealthy junk foods! I shall fetch them!" Starfire exclaimed, turning around to fly towards the kitchen just as Cyborg reached up to yank the vine off his mouth. Beast Boy morphed his arms into a pair of crab claws and used his pincers to slash apart the vine covering his mouth.

"I don't need food! What I need is a time machine! Also, I didn't—"

"Back me up here, Robin! Have I ever lost any—?"

"Okay! Okay! Guys, chill!" Robin shouted, whistling as he tried to stop the Titans from arguing, but failed. An irritated Jake turned to Raven.

"Were they like this all day?"

"You have no idea," Raven replied with a scowl as we cut to a smiling Starfire. She flew over to the refrigerator, opened it, and looked inside. The Alien Princess grimaced at the sight of jumbled half-eaten leftovers, all covered with a thick layer of blue mold. It was clear no one had cleaned out the refrigerator in two months. After composing herself, Starfire started looking around for something edible, but her eyes widened in surprise as she spotted a wheel of cheese starting to move and shrieked in alarm, her hand lighting up with ultraviolet energy as she threw a Starbolt at the refrigerator, blowing up everything inside and splattering the blue crud across the Operations Center.

"...M-Maybe we should just go out for pizza," a stunned Robin said as the remaining Titans hugged each other out of fear, not to mention a healthy dose of mold dripping onto their heads.

"And a cleaning lady," Jake added.

After Jake's suggestion about getting a cleaning lady, he tapped the Omnitrix on his chest, causing the green hourglass symbol to glow brightly. In an instant, the green light engulfed him, and when it faded, Jake had transformed from Wildvine into Wildmutt—a big, orange dog-like alien with no eyes or tail. Wildmutt's sharp teeth jutted out from his mouth, and his body was covered in quills. Three nostrils on each side of his neck flared as he sniffed the air, using his heightened sense of smell to compensate for his lack of eyes.

The rest of the Titans watched as Jake, now Wildmutt, sniffed around the Operations Center, his head moving rapidly as he took in the scents.

"Whoa, Wildmutt!" Beast Boy exclaimed, wide-eyed. "That's awesome, Jake! You gonna use him to help us find the remote?"

Wildmutt let out a series of growls and grunts, nodding his head in response.

"Looks like he's on the case," Robin said, crossing his arms with a smirk. "With Wildmutt's sense of smell, we might actually find it faster than we thought."

As Wildmutt continued to sniff around, his nostrils twitching with every new scent he picked up, he moved swiftly from one area to another. His quills bristled slightly as he picked up a familiar scent trail. The rest of the Titans watched in anticipation as Wildmutt zeroed in on a specific spot under the couch. With a low growl, he dug his claws into the carpet and pulled out the missing remote, holding it triumphantly in his mouth.

"There it is!" Cyborg shouted, relief washing over him. "I knew we'd find it!"

Beast Boy chuckled, transforming back into his human form. "Okay, okay, maybe I did lose it," he admitted, scratching the back of his head sheepishly. "But hey, at least we found it!"

Wildmutt let out a satisfied bark, dropping the remote into Cyborg's hand.

"Nice work, Jake," Robin said, patting Wildmutt on the head. "You saved us from another pointless argument."

Wildmutt barked again, his quills relaxing as he wagged his non-existent tail.

Starfire floated over with a bright smile. "Glorious! With the remote now found, we can all enjoy the rest of the day together!"

"Yeah, and maybe clean up this mess before it gets any worse," Raven added dryly, eyeing the chaotic state of the Operations Center.

As the Titans began tidying up, Jake tapped the Omnitrix once more, reverting back to his human form. He smiled as he joined his friends, feeling a sense of camaraderie and satisfaction that they had resolved the situation together, even if it had been over something as simple as a remote.

We find ourselves at Jump City Pizza Hut, where the Titans were trying to order a pizza.

"Can we please just order something already?" Raven moaned in annoyance and frustration as we see the gang having dinner on the roof of the Pizza Joint. All of the Titans, now cleaned up from the fridge blowout, were sitting around a table. Jake and Beast Boy were squatting on their stools instead of sitting as everyone, minus Raven, argued about what toppings to have on their pizza.

"In hindsight, maybe we should've discussed what toppings we wanted before getting here," Jake said with a sheepish smile.

"As long as it's vegetarian, I'm okay with whatever you guys choose," Beast Boy added.

"Come on, man, how can you deny me the all-meat experience?" Cyborg asked with a glare, to which Beast Boy responded with an angry growl.

"Dude, I've been most of those animals!" Beast Boy exclaimed, offended, as Jake winced.

"Yeah, maybe a vegetarian pizza is a good choice," Jake said with a nod, earning a grateful look from Beast Boy.

"Ooh, I suggest a large pizza with pickles, bananas, and mint frosting!" Starfire beamed at her suggestion as Jake slowly turned to give her a 'Are you serious?' look. Beast Boy looked visibly repulsed by the combination, and Cyborg and Raven shared the sentiment as Robin, flinching, leaned over to the alien girl's side.

"Uh, Starfire? Not everything on the menu is a pizza topping," Robin said, as Starfire made an 'Oh' sound and blushed over the gaffe she had made. Unbeknownst to the group, the Teen Titans were being spied on by a glaring Ravager, who was standing on top of the roof. Slade's daughter was currently watching them through high-tech binoculars.

"Ravager to H.I.V.E., the targets are in place. It's time to initiate our plan. Remember, keep the boy with the watch alive," Ravager said, pressing a button on her earpiece as it sparked to life.

"Got it," Gizmo replied with a smirk as Ravager nodded curtly.

"Indeed. Witch, spring the bait."

"Okay, first of all, New Girl, don't call me a witch. Second, I'm in charge of the group, and I say we spring the bait," an annoyed Jinx said with a haughty huff, still irritated that Rose was leading their first real mission when she was supposed to be the leader. Ravager rolled her eyes and turned off her communication.

"Rookies," Ravager muttered, but then perked up as she spotted Jinx using her Bad Luck Magic to curse a nearby bus, causing it to start rolling downhill.

"Double pepperoni!"

"I'm not eating meat!"

"There's no meat in pepperoni!"

"Pepperoni comes from pork, you idiot," Raven said with an annoyed tone, causing Starfire to wince at her friends' arguing while Robin rubbed his head to soothe his headache. Meanwhile, a glaring Jake was about to use his Omnitrix again and glared at them.

"Okay, we'll stop fighting!" Cyborg and Beast Boy said in unison.

"Look, this is really simple. We'll get two pizzas. One will be half pineapple/half cheese for Robin and Starfire, and the other will be half pepperoni/half veggie. Cyborg and Raven will share the pepperoni pizza, while I'll share the veggie pizza with BB. Do we have a deal?" Jake asked incredulously as the Teen Titans shared a look before beaming and nodding.

"Good. Now, can someone lend me the cash to pay for the pizzas? Because I'm a little bit—" Jake started, only to be interrupted by the horn of a faraway vehicle. The Titans turned their heads and were surprised to see a bus rolling down the street uncontrollably, heading straight towards a discarded baby stroller rolling across the crosswalk with a crying baby inside. "Wait, is that a baby?" Jake asked.

"Titans, go!" Robin shouted as everyone immediately sprang into action. Cyborg jumped off the roof of the Pizza Joint, with Beast Boy following suit after pulling up his cowl and swiftly transforming into a Pterodactyl. He grabbed his cybernetic friend, and they flew off, with Raven flying after them after she pulled up her hood.

"Hey, Starfire, care to give me the fastball special?" Jake asked with a grin. Starfire grinned back, holding out her arms as the Tamaranean Princess grunted, lifting Jake off the ground. She started twirling him around before flinging him forward with her superhuman strength. A cheering Jake flew through the air at high speeds, quickly raising his arm to summon his newly equipped Omnitrix. He pressed the button, the dial popped up, and he spun it before selecting an alien slamming down on the watch. With a flash of green light, he transformed into a small monkey-like alien with four arms, two legs, three fingers on each hand, and three toes on each foot. He had blue fur over a dark blue center with the Omnitrix on his chest, and a tail with two stripes near the tip—this was Spidermonkey. Gliding through the air, Spidermonkey retracted his web wings and dropped from the air, reaching out to snatch the baby out of the stroller just in time.

"Thank you," Jake thought to himself with a smile before firing another strand of webbing to swing to safety. Just as the others arrived, Beast Boy flew over and dropped Cyborg onto the ground. The bionic hero planted himself firmly as the bus reached him. He pushed back against the front fender, slowing it down while grinding against the pavement. Raven quickly raised her arm and cast a spell under her breath, covering the bus's gearshift with black demonic energy and shifting it from neutral to park. The bus immediately stopped spinning and went into a tearing skid, and Cyborg finally managed to bring it to a stop with only a foot or two to spare between him, Beast Boy, and Raven.

"Don't worry, ma'am or sir, your friendly neighborhood Teen Titans are here to save the day," Beast Boy said with a smile, flying over to the bus's side and morphing back into his normal form. He pried open the doors after transforming his arms into a pair of bear arms, only to find the bus empty inside.

"Don't think I won't tell jake that you stole his comic book just to use that catchphrase," Cyborg scolded, causing Beast Boy's ears to lower sheepishly as he laughed and shape-shifted his arms back to their normal state.

"Uh, don't get me wrong, but don't buses normally have drivers?" Robin asked with a suspiciously raised eyebrow after flying onto the scene with the help of Starfire as they landed beside their friends.

"And don't baby carriages normally have babies?" Jake asked after web-swinging over to the group. He landed in front of them, holding out a green-eyed teddy bear that was resting inside the stroller instead of a baby.

"Are you pit-sniffers normally this stupid?" Gizmo's voice rang out from the teddy bear as Jake turned to Raven.

"Raven, shield this thing quickly!" Jake shouted urgently, tossing the teddy bear over to Raven. She reacted quickly, holding out her hands and creating a black sphere of demonic energy around the toy just as it exploded. The violet-haired Titan was able to contain the explosion. "Guys—" Jake started to warn his friends that his spider-sense was tingling, but he was interrupted by Kyd wicked suddenly teleporting between them. He reached over, grabbed a shocked Jake, and they both disappeared from view.

"Jake!" Beast Boy yelled worriedly, while Raven frowned equally worried as Kyd wicked suddenly reappeared and grabbed Robin and Starfire's arms, causing the trio to disappear.

"Robin! Star!" Cyborg screamed concernedly. Before he and the others could react, the bus started shaking. A grinning Mammoth lifted the vehicle into the air with Vic, Gar, and Raven staring in complete shock. The powerful metahuman gripped the rear bumper tightly and proceeded to bring it down on top of the trio, sending a big shockwave radiating out.

Jake vs Jinx and New Recruit

"Oof!" Jake grunted lightly as Kyd Wykkyd teleported up the hill of the street before warping away. His Spider-Sense rang out, and Jake reflexively did a quick handstand, jumping away just as a familiar pink hex blast collided with the ground and exploded. Jake landed in a crouch and turned to see a smirking Jinx standing in front of him.

"Oh, wow, I didn't know Halloween came early this year. Thank God I'm in costume. Who are you supposed to be? The Wicked Witch of the West's long-lost emo cousin?" Jake joked, as a tick mark appeared on Jinx's forehead.

"Ha, ha, funny. You're so lucky we can't kill you right now. I'm Jinx, leader of the H.I.V.E. Five, and this is what I call a distraction," Jinx said. Jake raised an eyebrow at her words, but before he could react, his Spider-Sense rang out again. He turned his head, but it was too late—a large black sword collided with his chest, sending him flying into a pile of trash cans.

"Ugh, man, I just got this new alien," Jake muttered, glaring as he pulled a banana peel off his head. He looked up to see a young man, around 17 years old, with a tall and lean build.

Jake reverted back to his human form, wincing as he slowly got back up, his body still aching from the impact. He dusted himself off and looked up at his new opponent, Kade Blackwood, who stood there with an air of calm menace. The violet glow in Kade's eyes seemed to pierce through the dim light, making Jake uneasy.

"Nice trick with the sword," Jake said, cracking his neck as he tried to shake off the pain. "But it's gonna take more than that to keep me down."

Kade didn't respond, instead, he unsheathed one of the sleek black blades strapped to his back, its eerie energy humming louder as it was drawn. The weapon seemed almost alive, pulsating with a dark, ominous power.

Jake took a deep breath, his hand hovering over the Omnitrix on his rest . "Alright, big guy, let's see what you've got."

Without a word, Kade lunged forward with incredible speed, swinging his blade with precision. Jake barely managed to dodge the first strike, feeling the blade's energy crackle in the air as it passed by him. He quickly tapped the Omnitrix, cycling through the alien forms in his mind, trying to decide on the best one for this fight.

Kade pressed the attack, not giving Jake a moment to breathe. He slashed again, forcing Jake to backflip out of the way, landing just in time to avoid a follow-up strike that carved a deep gouge in the pavement where he had just been standing.

"You're fast," Jake admitted, "but let's see how you handle this!"

With that, Jake slammed down on the Omnitrix, and in a flash of green light, he transformed into XLR8, his sleek, velociraptor-like alien form built for speed. Jake grinned under the helmet-like carapace that now covered his head.

"Try to keep up!" Jake taunted before zipping around Kade in a blur of motion, his legs moving faster than the eye could see.

Kade's eyes narrowed as he swung his blade in a wide arc, but Jake was already gone, appearing behind him in the blink of an eye. XLR8's claws slashed at Kade's side, but the meta-human twisted just in time, avoiding a serious hit. The blade in Kade's hand started to glow brighter, and with a sudden burst of energy, he unleashed a shockwave that forced Jake to leap back.

Jake skidded to a stop, his mind racing. *This guy's tougher than he looks* he thought. *I've gotta figure out his weakness.*

Kade held his ground, his expression still calm but his eyes betraying a hint of frustration. He twirled his blade with practiced ease, the hum of its energy growing louder, almost as if it was feeding off his emotions.

"Let's see if you can outrun this," Kade muttered, raising his blade high as dark energy began to swirl around it, preparing for a powerful strike.

Jake narrowed his eyes, bracing himself. "Bring it on," he whispered, every muscle in his alien form ready to explode into action.

Robin vs Ravager

Argh!" Robin grunted a bit as Kyd Wykkyd teleported him to the top of a building before warping away as the Boy Wonder rolled backwards and stood up on a crouch as he looked around warily, but then his eyes widen a bit as Dick felt something coming close to him and swiftly pulled out his metal staff as he twirled around and used it to block dual sword strikes from Ravager as they glared into each other's eyes. "Who are you?!" Robin asked aggressively as Rose didn't say anything but jumped back away from him as she backflipped around and landed on the ledge of the roof as the White-Haired Teenager narrowed her eyes at him, and Dick did the same thing before leaping over to land on the ledge as the duo ran over to attack each other.

Cyborg, Beastboy, and Raven vs Gizmo, Mammoth, and Kyd Wykkyd

Ha, ha, that was too easy. What a buncha cludge-heads." Gizmo says with a grin while flying into the view thanks to the help of his jetpack as he landed beside Mammoth, who was dusting off his hands with a satisfied smirk on his face as Kyd Wykkyd teleported between them. "You guys want to get pizza?" Gizmo asked as Mammoth beamed and nodded eagerly with Kyd Wykkyd smiling contentedly before frowning slyly as he and his comrades saw that the bus was shaking a bit before a familiar blue sonic energy blast was able to send the vehicle flying away and nearly crash-landed against the Villainous Trio if Kyd Wykkyd didn't react quickly and used his cape to teleport the bus away.

"This isn't over." Raven's usual monotone voice rang out, albeit it had a twinge of anger in it, as a bird-shaped shadow looms out of the crater made by the bus before it resolves into Raven as she brings her arms back in and wraps her cloak around herself.

"We're just getting started!" A pissed-off Cyborg screamed while standing up from the crater on the ground as Beastboy could be seen lying on his shoulder, transformed into the form of a cockroach as he stood up on his hind legs and scratched his head with his foreleg.

"Who are these guys? And what's a cludge-head?" Beastboy asked with a question mark appearing above his head as Cyborg turned to give him an annoyed look. "Right, right, no time for questions," Beastboy says sheepishly before jumping off his friend's shoulder and morphing into a large Saber-Tooth Tiger as the Teen Titans got into a brief fighting stance and then rushed forward to face their opponents.

Starfire vs See-More

Whoa!" Starfire shouted in surprise as Kyd Wykkyd teleported her to the Jump City Bridge before warping away as the Alien Princess fell through the air, but the Former Alien Princess was able to catch herself in mid-air as she floated around. "What the flippgard is going on?!"

"Your demise, Titan!"

"What the-Eeep!" Starfire asked confusedly before yelping in surprise as a red energy blast appeared and whizzed past her as she turned her head and spotted See-More standing below her on the bridge as he grinned up at her slyly and tapped his helmet as the Mutant Cyclops started firing multiple red energy blasts at her and Starfire was quick to begin zipping around to avoid the attacks.

Jake vs Jinx and kade blackwood

The tension between Jake and Kade thickened as the dark energy around Kade's blade intensified, swirling like a storm ready to unleash its fury. Jake, in his XLR8 form, crouched low, his sharp claws digging into the pavement as he prepared to react to whatever Kade was planning.

Kade smirked slightly, sensing Jake's readiness. With a swift motion, he swung his blade downward, releasing a wave of dark energy that ripped through the air, heading straight for Jake. The ground beneath it cracked and shattered, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.

Jake's eyes widened as he saw the wave approaching. He immediately darted to the side, moving at lightning speed, but the energy wave was faster and more powerful than he had anticipated. It grazed his arm, sending a jolt of pain through his body as the energy burned his alien skin.

"Argh!" Jake grunted, stumbling slightly but quickly regaining his balance. The searing pain made him grit his teeth, but he pushed through it, determined not to let Kade gain the upper hand.

"You're tough," Jake muttered, his voice a mix of pain and determination. "But I'm not done yet."

Kade didn't respond, his eyes focused intently on Jake, watching his every move. He was a fighter who studied his opponent, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Jake could feel the intensity of Kade's gaze, knowing that any misstep could be his last.

Without warning, Kade lunged forward again, his blade crackling with energy. Jake barely had time to react, dashing to the side to avoid the lethal strike. But Kade was relentless, swinging his blade with precision, each strike coming closer to hitting its mark.

Jake was fast, faster than most opponents Kade had faced, but even XLR8 had its limits. The fight was becoming more intense, the air filled with the sound of clashing energy and the grinding of pavement beneath their feet. Jake could feel the strain on his body, his alien form pushing itself to the edge to keep up with Kade's relentless assault.

Then, just as Jake was about to counterattack, a flash of pink light caught his attention. He barely had time to turn his head before a hex blast slammed into the ground beside him, erupting into a small explosion that sent him flying backward.

Jake tumbled across the ground, his body skidding to a stop near the edge of the street. He quickly shook off the dizziness, looking up to see Jinx standing on a nearby rooftop, her hands glowing with dark pink energy and a smug grin on her face.

"Did you miss me?" Jinx called out, her voice laced with sarcasm. "You didn't think I'd let you have all the fun, did you?"

Jake groaned, realizing he was now dealing with a two-on-one situation. He quickly got to his feet, his mind racing. *This just got a whole lot harder.*

"Stay out of this, Jinx!" Jake shouted, but Jinx only laughed in response.

"Sorry, hero, but I'm afraid that's not happening." She leaped down from the rooftop, landing gracefully next to Kade, who gave her a brief nod of acknowledgment. "Besides, you look like you could use a little extra chaos in your life."

With that, Jinx unleashed another barrage of hex blasts, her fingers flicking as she sent the cursed energy hurling toward Jake. He zipped around to dodge the attacks, moving in a blur as the blasts struck the ground, creating small craters in the pavement. But as he dodged, he felt the pressure building. Between Jinx's unpredictable magic and Kade's relentless assault, he was being pushed to his limits.

Jake knew he had to take one of them out of the equation, but he wasn't sure who to focus on first. Kade was the immediate physical threat, but Jinx's hex magic could turn the tide of the battle in an instant.

Kade took advantage of Jake's brief hesitation, charging at him with his blade ready to strike. Jake barely managed to block the attack, crossing his arms in front of him as the blade collided with them, sending a jolt of dark energy through his body. The force of the impact sent him skidding backward, his feet dragging along the pavement.

"Stay focused, Jake!" he muttered to himself, knowing that losing concentration now could mean the end.

Jinx, seeing an opening, grinned wickedly and aimed her next hex directly at Jake's feet, causing the ground beneath him to buckle and crack. Jake stumbled, trying to regain his balance, but Kade was already on him, swinging his blade in a wide arc.

In a desperate move, Jake used XLR8's speed to dodge at the last second, but the blade still managed to nick his side, leaving a shallow cut that burned with dark energy. Jake hissed in pain, feeling the energy seeping into his wound, weakening him.

"You're getting slower," Kade taunted, his voice cold and emotionless.

Jake didn't respond, instead focusing on the Omnitrix, knowing he needed a new strategy. He quickly scanned through his options, looking for an alien form that could turn the tide in his favor.

Before he could make his choice, Jinx unleashed another hex, this time aiming for the Omnitrix itself. The blast struck the device, sending sparks flying as the Omnitrix flickered and glowed erratically.

"No!" Jake shouted, trying to stabilize the device as it began to malfunction. The Omnitrix started cycling through alien forms uncontrollably, the green light flashing wildly as it struggled to settle on a form.

Jinx and Kade watched with satisfaction as Jake was momentarily helpless, the Omnitrix out of control. But Jake wasn't ready to give up yet. With a determined glare, he slammed his hand down on the device, forcing it to stabilize as the green light enveloped him once again.

When the light faded, Jake had transformed into Four Arms, the towering, red-skinned alien with four massive arms and incredible strength. He stood tall, his fists clenched as he glared at his opponents.

"Alright," Jake growled, his voice deeper and more powerful in this form. "Now it's my turn."

Without wasting a second, Jake charged at Kade, using his newfound strength to launch a powerful punch. Kade barely managed to block the attack with his blade, but the force of the impact sent him staggering backward, his arms trembling from the sheer power of the blow.

Jinx quickly moved to intervene, sending another hex blast toward Jake, but this time he was ready. With one of his massive arms, he swatted the hex out of the air, the cursed energy dissipating harmlessly.

"You'll have to do better than that," Jake taunted, his confidence growing as he advanced on Jinx and Kade.

Kade, regaining his composure, charged at Jake again, but this time Jake was prepared. He caught Kade's blade with one of his hands, holding it in place as he swung another fist at Kade's torso, sending him flying into a nearby building.

Jinx, seeing her ally defeated, tried to flee, but Jake was on her in an instant, using his speed and strength to grab her before she could escape. He lifted her off the ground with ease, holding her in front of him as she struggled to break free.

"Let me go, you brute!" Jinx shouted, her eyes glowing with panic as she tried to summon another hex.

But Jake wasn't about to give her a chance. With a quick motion, he tossed her into the air, then slammed his fists together, creating a shockwave that sent her crashing to the ground, dazed and defeated.

Breathing heavily, Jake stood over his fallen opponents, his chest rising and falling as he tried to catch his breath. The fight had taken a lot out of him, but he had won.

"Not bad, if I do say so myself," Jake muttered, reverting back to his human form as he looked around to make sure the area was secure.

Robin vs Ravager

Locking weapons with each other, Robin and Ravager glared into each other's eyes as the Black-Haired Teenager suddenly reared back his head and delivered a headbutt at the White-Haired Teenager, who didn't budge from the attack at all as she reared back her head and delivered a mighty headbutt of her own as her attack left Robin stumbling backwards. Groaning in pain, Robin rubbed his bruised head as he glared over at his opponent, who made a 'Come and get me' gesture as the Boy Wonder gripped his staff tightly before rushing forward as Robin began swinging his staff at Ravager repeatedly, but the Young Apprentice was able to use her swords to easily block his attacks as she then suddenly crouches down to the ground and jumped up into the air as Rose twirled around and landed behind a surprised Robin as she threw a kick at his back and sends him flying off the building.

Not done with him yet, Ravager leaps off after him while pulling out her grappling hook as she fired a grappling hook line that attached itself to the roof, and the Teenage Mercenary flew through the air as she swung towards a falling Robin and raised her legs as Rose proceeds to kick him through the wall of the building with her Superhuman Strength. Moaning in pain, a bruised-up Robin lay across the ground in one of the building's rooms as Ravager loomed above him with her foot on his back as she lifted up her leg and a large spike suddenly popped out from the underside of her foot as Rose threw down a kick at Dick, who was able to react quickly by rolling around and threw up a rather harsh kick at Ravager's face.

Stumbling back from the attack, an unfazed Ravager slowly turned to glare down at Robin, who glared back at her defiantly as he did a quick handstand and leaped off from the ground while pulling out a couple of his birdarangs as he tossed them towards Rose, who nonchalantly used her katanas to swat them away as she then ran forward at Superhuman Speed and delivered a small slash across an airborne Robin's side, causing him to grit his teeth in pain as he landed on the ground and held his bleeding slides as a stoic Ravager swiftly turned around to attack him again with murderous intent in her eyes.

Cyborg, Beastboy, and Raven vs Gizmo, Mammoth, and Kyd Wykkyd

Grrrrr, stay still, you little pest!" An annoyed Cyborg exclaimed while firing multiple sonic blasts at Gizmo, who was using his spider legs to dodge about as he popped out dual blasters from his backpack and began firing several rounds of energy blasts at Vic, who simply tanked the attack as he charged forward.

"Hello, Greeny, Mammoth's about to make you extinct!" Mammoth shouted to Beastboy with a big grin on his face as he charged forward to attack him and the Changeling did the same as he whirled around to transform into an Elephant and both enemies collided against each other as Beastboy struggled to push back the Metahuman, only to fail as Mammoth used his Superior Strength to lift him up into the air and threw him away as a trumpeting Beastboy crashed against a truck and was forcibly transformed back into his normal form.

"..." A silent Raven battled against Kyd Wykkyd, who was teleporting around to confuse the Demon Hybrid as he appeared beside Raven and threw a punch at her face, enraging her as she tried to capture him with her black magic, only for Kyd Wykkyd to teleport away and appear behind her as he threw a kick at her butt, causing her to stumble in front of him with a surprised look on her face as her eyes glowed pure white and Raven whirled around to glare at Kyd Wykkyd...but then deadpanned as she saw the Metahuman holding out his cape and created a big black portal in front of him as the bus from before appeared and flew over to impact against the Sorceress as it slammed her against the building behind her.

Starfire vs See-More

"Ha, ha, ha!" See-More laughed tauntingly as he continued blasting at an airborne Starfire, who was forced to fly around to avoid the attacks as she decided to get on the offensive and flew straight down towards the Cyclops to punch him. "Hey, you know what? I wonder what your bust size is, cutie. Let's found out." See-More says with a smirk while lifting up his arm to tap his helmet as his eye turned green. "Ooh, E-Cups? Nice. Gotta love X-Ray Vision." See-More says with a perverted smirk while getting an eyeful of Starfire's exposed breasts as her eyes widened in surprise at what he said, and Kori gasped sharply with a big blush on her face as she covered herself, not realizing that won't make a difference as she halted her charge and this left See-More plenty of time to tap his helmet as his eye changed to red and proceeds to fire a red energy blast at the Tamaranean Beauty as she was sent flying back.

Jake vs Jinx and kade blackwood

Kade slowly got back up, his body trembling as he wiped blood from the corner of his mouth. His eyes, filled with rage and frustration, locked onto Jake. Despite the beating he had taken, there was a twisted determination in his gaze, an unwillingness to admit defeat.

"You think this is over?" Kade growled, his voice dripping with venom. "I'm not done yet."

Jake turned to face Kade, a mixture of surprise and irritation crossing his features. "You're still standing?" he muttered, clenching his fists, ready for another round.

Kade's dark energy flared up again, surrounding him in a malevolent aura. The ground beneath him cracked and groaned under the weight of the power he was summoning. Despite the clear pain he was in, Kade's willpower seemed to drive him forward, refusing to let Jake walk away victorious.

"You're tough, I'll give you that," Jake said, his tone more serious now. "But you're not going to win."

Kade's response was a cold, humorless laugh. "You really think you can stop me, hero? You don't even understand what you're up against."

With that, Kade thrust his blade into the ground, and a shockwave of dark energy erupted from the point of impact, surging toward Jake like a tidal wave of destruction.

Jake's eyes narrowed, and in an instant, he shifted into XLR8 again, hoping to outrun the attack. But this time, the dark energy was faster, spreading out in a wide arc, cutting off any possible escape routes.

Realizing he couldn't outrun it, Jake made a split-second decision and slammed his hand down on the Omnitrix, transforming into Diamondhead just as the wave crashed into him. The dark energy slammed into his crystalline form, sending sparks flying as it tried to tear him apart.

The force of the impact pushed Jake back several feet, his crystal body cracking under the pressure. But he held his ground, gritting his teeth as he resisted the overwhelming power.

"I won't let you win!" Jake roared, summoning his strength as he pushed against the dark energy, his body glowing with a brilliant green light.

With a burst of power, Jake shattered the dark wave, sending shards of crystal flying in every direction. Kade shielded his face as the fragments rained down, a look of disbelief crossing his face.

Jake, panting heavily, stood tall, his Diamondhead form gleaming in the aftermath of the attack. "It's over, Kade," he said, his voice filled with finality. "You can't keep this up."

But Kade, though visibly shaken, refused to back down. He yanked his blade from the ground, the dark energy around him flickering like a dying flame. "You… you'll regret this," he spat, but there was a hint of desperation in his voice now.

Determined to finish the fight, Jake surged forward, his Diamondhead form giving him the advantage in raw power. He swung a massive crystal fist at Kade, who barely managed to deflect it with his blade. The impact sent shockwaves through the street, cracking the pavement and sending debris flying.

Kade retaliated with a flurry of dark energy slashes, each one aiming to slice through Jake's defenses. Jake countered with his crystal arms, blocking and deflecting the attacks, though each strike sent painful vibrations through his form.

The two clashed fiercely, trading blows with relentless intensity. Kade's dark energy was like a wild storm, unpredictable and deadly, while Jake's Diamondhead form provided him with near-impenetrable defense and crushing strength. The street around them bore the scars of their battle—craters, shattered pavement, and crumbling buildings as the fight raged on.

Kade, feeling the strain, summoned one last surge of energy, his blade glowing with a dark, ominous light. He charged at Jake, aiming for a decisive strike that would end the battle.

But Jake was ready. He caught the blade with one of his crystal arms, the force of the collision sending cracks spider-webbing through his crystalline skin. Ignoring the pain, Jake used his other arm to deliver a powerful punch straight to Kade's chest.

The impact sent Kade flying back, slamming into a nearby wall with a thunderous crash. The wall crumbled under the force, and Kade slumped to the ground, struggling to breathe as his dark energy flickered weakly around him.

Jake, still in his Diamondhead form, approached Kade cautiously, ready to strike again if needed. But as he drew closer, he could see that Kade was barely conscious, his strength completely drained.

"It's over," Jake said, his voice echoing in the silence that followed the battle. "You gave it everything you had, but it's over."

Kade glared up at Jake, his eyes filled with hatred and exhaustion. But he didn't have the strength to continue. His blade slipped from his grasp, clattering to the ground as the last of his dark energy faded away.

Jake reverted to his human form, breathing heavily as the exhaustion from the fight finally caught up with him. He looked down at Kade, feeling a mixture of relief and pity. "You need to stop this, Kade. It's not worth it."

Kade didn't respond, his head slumping forward as unconsciousness took over. The fight was finally over, and Jake, though battered and bruised, had emerged victorious.

Robin vs Ravager

Crash Landing onto the floor, Ravager reflexively rolled backwards before standing up from the floor as she glared over at Robin but then noticed that she was near the hole that she made in the wall earlier and gets an idea as a grinning Ravager suddenly put away her swords and crossed her arms over her chest as she then falls backwards through the hole and fell out of the building as Slade's Daughter disappeared from sight. Surprised by what she did, a worried Robin ran over to peek out of the hole as he looks around for the Young Supervillain but didn't see her as Ravager's neutral face suddenly drops down in front of him and reaches over to grab him by his neck as she yanked him out of the building and lifted him up into the air as the White-Haired Teenager then slammed him against the side of the building.

Barfing out a bunch of blood, Robin screamed as Ravager, who was sticking to the side of the wall with her spiky boots, tossed him away, and the Boy Wonder started falling down through the air as Rose jumped off the wall and fell after him as she pulls out several shurikens from her utility belt and tossed them over to her enemy. Reacting quickly, Robin used his cape to whack away the projectiles before using it to glide through the air as a glaring Ravager raced towards him and was about to collide against him, only for Dick to let go of his cape as he backflipped around and threw down a couple of kicks down at Rose.

Growling in annoyance, Ravager twirled around to face Robin as they began throwing multiple punches at each other while still falling down through the air as Dick saw that they were nearing the ground quickly and swiftly grabbed Rose's shoulders as he whirled them around to have Slade's Apprentice be facing the ground just as they impacted against the roof of a van as a moaning Ravager took the full brunt of the crash-landing. Panting heavily, Robin glanced down at a closed-eyed Ravager with blood leaking down her nose as his eyes widened in worry, thinking that he has accidentally killed her as the White-Haired Teenager suddenly opened her eyes and glared up at the surprised Former Sidekick venomously as she kicked his legs, causing him to fall down with a groan as Ravager stood up from the roof of the van as she then threw a kick at Dick's head as he then crashed down into the ground below.

Cyborg, Beastboy, and Raven vs Gizmo, Mammoth, and Kyd Wykkyd

Grunting loudly, Cyborg crash-landed into the ground due to the force of the explosion as he slowly got up from the ground and rubbed his head as the Cybernetic Titan turned over to face the Bald-Headed Villain, only to yelp in pain as Gizmo flew over to him with the help of his jetpack as a big metallic antenna popped out of his silver backpack and beeped loudly as it produced a huge flash of light that blinded Cyborg's only Human Eye. Yelping in pain, Victor turned around and covered his eyes reflexively as Gizmo zooms over and pulled out a large rocket from out of nowhere as he sticks it between Cyborg's shoulder blades and flew off as, before the Bionic Titan could react, his rocket was ignited, and a screaming Cyborg was sent flying into the air as he veered crazily over the buildings.

Growling angrily under his breath, Mammoth tried to break out of Beastboy's snake grip, but that proved harder than he thought as the Metahuman thought quickly and swiftly ran over to a nearby wall to try and splatter the Changeling, only for Garfield to morph around into a large Kangaroo and used his powerful legs to kick Mammoth forward as he was sent crashing against the side of a building so hard that it cracked. Gritting his teeth furiously, Mammoth whirled around to face the Green-Skinned Titan...only for his eyes to widen in comical shock as Beastboy backflipped around and landed on the ground while swiftly transforming into a Triceratops as he ran forward and collided against him, sending him crashing through the wall and whirled around to transform back into his Human Form.

"Ugh, it's like playing Hide and Attack with my Brother when we were young." Raven thought to herself with a glare, getting annoyed at this stupid game of cat and mouse that she was having with the H.I.V.E. Five Member as Rachael then closed her eyes and hummed in concentration as she used her black magic to sense when Kyd Wykkyd will appear and got a lock on him as Raven raised her glowing black hand just as the H.I.V.E. Five Villain teleported in front of her as Trigon's Daughter was able to catch him with her telekinesis. Glaring into a frightened Kyd Wykkyd's eyes, Raven then flicked her hand and sends him flying over to crash against a nearby truck so hard that it dented as a groaning Kyd Wykkyd crashed down into the ground, unconscious.

Starfire vs See-More

Screaming in fear, See-More crashed down into the ocean as Starfire flew down and threw a punch at the H.I.V.E. Five Villain's red energy bubble as she sends him skidding across the ocean and the Orange-Skinned Teenage Alien flew over to begin throwing multiple punches that send See-More flying across the ocean before Starfire latched onto the red energy bubble as the roaring Heroine sends him flying over to crash against the Jump City Harbor as a mild shockwave rang out. Groaning in pain, a bruised and injured See-More could be seen lying on the ground with his red energy bubble blowing up and disappearing out of view as Starfire looms over him and was about to blast him with a Starbolt to knock him out, only for See-More to tap his helmet and turned his eye yellow as he fired a yellow lighting bolt at Starfire, covering her body with electricity as she screamed in pain. Floating upwards into the air with her body still smoking, Starfire shakes her head to compose herself as she glared down at See-More and was about to fight him again but then gasped in shock as she spotted a screaming and out-of-control Cyborg flying past her as the Tamaranean Princess was quick to fly after her friend, but the sudden change in Cyborg's direction throws her off as Koriand'r struggled to catch up to him.

Jake vs Jinx and kade blackwood

Jake was about to leave when suddenly, a pink hex blast flew from Jinx's direction, striking him squarely in the back. The force of the explosion sent him crashing into a nearby wall, leaving a crater in the pavement. He groaned, struggling to regain his bearings as the dust settled around him.

Shaking off the daze, Jake reached for the Omnitrix, hoping to transform and turn the tide of the battle. But as he started to activate it, he was met with a shocking sight. Kade, having recovered enough to act, lunged forward with one of his dark energy knives. With a swift, precise motion, he plunged the knife directly into the Omnitrix, the blade slicing through the device and sending sparks flying.

The Omnitrix sputtered and crackled, its green light flickering erratically. Jake's eyes widened in panic as the once-reliable device began to malfunction, unable to stabilize or transform him into any of his alien forms.

"No!" Jake shouted, trying to pull the knife out, but Kade twisted it, causing more damage. The Omnitrix emitted a series of chaotic flashes before the light died out completely, leaving Jake defenseless.

Jinx, seeing the opportunity, grinned wickedly and began charging another hex blast. Kade, not one to waste a chance, advanced on Jake with renewed determination. The two of them moved in tandem, their attacks coordinated to overwhelm him.

Jinx fired her hex blast at Jake, the cursed energy striking him with a force that sent him sprawling across the ground. The blast created a burning sensation on his skin, making him wince in pain. He tried to push himself up, but Kade was already upon him, delivering a series of brutal kicks and punches.

Jake struggled to defend himself, using what little combat training he had to try to block Kade's attacks. He was skilled in hand-to-hand combat, but the combination of Kade's relentless assault and Jinx's magical attacks proved too much for him to handle effectively.

"You can't win, Jake!" Kade taunted, his voice cold and menacing. "You're outnumbered, and your precious Omnitrix is useless now!"

Jinx joined in, sending more hex blasts toward Jake, each one hitting with precision and power. Jake tried to dodge and deflect the attacks, but the relentless barrage made it nearly impossible to keep up.

Exhausted and battered, Jake knew he had to find a way to turn the situation around. His hands were shaking as he tried to think of a strategy, but the pain and fatigue were clouding his judgment.

"You're finished," Jinx said, her voice filled with satisfaction as she watched Jake struggle. "We're going to make sure of it."

Kade, taking advantage of Jake's weakened state, moved in for a final, decisive strike. He aimed a powerful kick at Jake's midsection, sending him crashing to the ground with a painful thud.

Jake lay there, panting heavily, his body aching from the combined assault. He looked up at Jinx and Kade, who stood over him, their expressions filled with a cruel triumph.

"This is it," Kade said, his voice dripping with finality. "No more tricks, no more heroes. You're done."

Jake tried to get up, but the pain was too intense. He managed to push himself into a sitting position, looking up at his opponents with a mix of defiance and resignation. Despite the odds, he wasn't ready to give up.

"I'm not finished yet," Jake said through gritted teeth, his voice hoarse but resolute.

Jinx and Kade exchanged glances, their smirks widening as they prepared to finish the fight. Jake braced himself for the final blow, knowing that he had to hold on just a little longer, hoping for a miracle or a chance to turn the battle in his favor.

Everyone

Who were you going to make extinct again, Big Guy?" Beast Boy asked with a cocky smirk, placing his hands on his hips as Raven floated over to him. The duo nodded at each other shortly before flinching in surprise as Robin and Ravager crashed against a van near them. Rose then kicked Dick into the ground just as a screaming Jake appeared, crash-landing near the Boy Wonder.

"Ugh, how are you holding up, alien boy?" a groaning Robin asked while sitting up from the ground. Jake did the same, panting heavily as he leaned against the van. Dick and the others could see that his clothes were ripped apart from the beatdown and hex blasts earlier. His jacket was torn, and he was bleeding from his mouth.

"Oh, a couple of broken ribs, cuts, and bruises here and there, and I'm bleeding as well. No big deal and my Omnitrix is busted," Jake yelled.

"Oh, I know how that feels. Sorry about your Omnitrix, Jake," Robin said, feeling similar injuries. His body was covered in bruises, blood, and small stab wounds, and his Robin suit was also torn and slashed.

"I want to see if maybe Azmuth can give me a new one. Or maybe, I don't know, dude, everything in my body hurts like hell right now," Jake said, looking down at his broken Omnitrix.

"Well, that sucks, but don't worry. I have a plan to deal with these creeps," Robin said with an annoyed glare. He and Jake flinched as a glaring Ravager backflipped off the roof of the van and landed in front of the Teenage Heroes. Jinx and a recovered Kade appeared, running down the hill and leaping to land behind their leader. Beast Boy and Raven were about to help their friends but were blasted away by two energy blasts, crashing into a nearby empty alleyway.

"Gee, scrub-buff, sure hope your fancy plan includes getting fried!" Gizmo said with a grin while flying onto the scene and landing beside the H.I.V.E. Five.

"You'll just have to find out the hard way," Robin said with a deep glare on his face as Jake leaned over to whisper into his ear.

"You don't actually have a plan, do you?"

"I did, but it required Raven and Beast Boy, so now, I've got nothing."

Noted Jake said, getting down into a fighting stance .as Robin took a battle stance, both boys were willing to stand their ground and continue fighting even when it seemed hopeless. Ravager stared at them with a sinister glint in her eyes.

"H.I.V.E. Five! Kade! Take them down!" Ravager shouted, pulling out a bunch of explosive shurikens. She tossed them forward, and they flew toward the area around Robin and Jake. Gizmo popped out one of his lasers from his silver backpack and fired an energy blast that collided with the street, creating a large fissure in the concrete floor. A grunting Jinx leaped forward, front-flipping to land on the ground while crouching down. She threw a spell into the fissure, making it wider. Kade jumped into the air with a mighty yell and slammed his black sword, crackling with dark energy, down into the fault line. The trio's combo attack opened up a very wide chasm that ran straight down the middle of the road towards Jake and Robin. They didn't have time to react as Ravager's explosive shurikens blew up and widened the chasm even faster. A screaming Jake and Dick tumbled down into the darkness beneath Jump City.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Raven and Beast Boy screamed in shock and horror after running out of the alleyway. The Demon Hybrid teleported them to the wide chasm and glanced down worriedly as they saw the surface of the murky tide flowing below. Their leader and their friend were nowhere to be seen.

"JAKE! ROBIN!" Beast Boy screamed, concerned, while Raven looked stunned by what had happened. The green-skinned hero panted heavily and gritted his teeth angrily as he glared at Ravager and the others. "YOU BASTARDS! YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!" an enraged Beast Boy screamed, morphing to gain lion-like attributes and about to run forward on all fours to attack the villainous group. However, Raven snapped out of her shock and chanted a spell under her breath, teleporting herself and Garfield out of view.

"Bye-bye, little boy," Kade said with a smirk, happy to finally kill the irritating boy as he crossed his arms.

"Well, that was easier than I thought," Jinx said with a cat-like grin. An emotionless Ravager turned to her team.

"Don't get cocky. We still have some Titans to take out, so let's go," Ravager said with a glare, turning around to walk away. Annoyed, Jinx and Gizmo followed her, with Kade doing the same.

Unbeknownst to them, Robin used his grappling hook to cling onto the wall of the sewer, with Jake hanging onto him. Both of their superhero costumes were in tatters and nearly destroyed. Thankfully, Robin's mask was still mostly intact, so his secret identity remained safe.
