Ch 11 Battle in the Cybernetic City

"Masters of Humanity, welcome you to my Lostbelt. The Eternal Cybernetic Empire, Patricius." A loud regal and commanding voice boomed out of the Mecha. "And the place where I bid you goodbye."

Both Chat Noir and Ladybug saw the looming dark Macha in the center of the Lostbelt. Indeed they fought against Sentimonsters, Giant Whale-like machines, and giant Akumatized Villains. However, this one looks like it could wipe out an entire City with a few steps.

Chat Noir gulped, trying to be brave for his Lady. "L-Ladybug, are you scared?" He asked his girlfriend,

"A-A bit, Chat. J-Just a bit." Ladybug responded, feeling like a fool if she wasn't afraid of that thing.

Charlie could only stare at the Mecha. The looming Mecha was giving off the same Spirit Origins as him. "Ngh…" He clutches his teeth, sensing it very well.

Ritsuka noticed that his Grandfather flinched, "(Charlie, what is it?)" He asked the former Pseudo-Servant.

The former King of the Franks turned to his Grandson, his face pale as a ghost. "(Ritsuka, we need to leave, now.)" Charlie ushers him to escape now before something happens. "(That Mecha is a Noble Phantasm.)" He informed him.

He had faced many giant enemies before, each one was difficult to defeat in the beginning. However, they were able to beat them when the moment is right but not now.

Ritsuka looks over to Taikoubou, who was formulating an escape. 'Master, I need you to keep talking momentary,' Taikoubou mentally requested his master to stall until he was ready for his trick. He looks at BB and Lancelot already knowing what to do.

"So, you decide to wipe us away without even introducing yourself?" Ritsuka demanded of the Anomaly Emperor, doing as his Servant asked of him.

"Heh, you think that the Emperor would talk to someone such as you, Puppy?" Elizabeth Void raised an eyebrow at her other self's master. "You really are funny," She grins.

"Enough, Berserker." The Mecha boomed, glaring down at the little group. "I shall entertain the Chaldean master." He proclaims, standing tall in the face of the one threat to his Empire.

Foreigner of London was intrigued by how this would end, "Berserker of the Void, be patient. You'll have your chance with the sweet…puppy and many more…" He calmed the most likely to act without thinking.

Elizabeth Void grumbles at them forcing her to wait. However the thought of having more pets to play with soon. Especially the one with the blonde hair that looks like a cat.

Adrien felt a sudden chill down his spine when this Servant gazed upon him. 'Ngh, I don't like how she's looking at me.' He mentally said to himself.

"Chaldean master, the one who destroyed many Civilizations. The Human Magus that was chosen by both Gaia and Alaya as their Champion and the one who accomplish many things that a Heroic Spirit would do. " The Mecha greeted the Master of Chaldea. "Allow me to properly introduce myself as the defender of Humanity. I am Ruler of the Eternal Empire, the Anomaly Emperor, the true ruler of this Anomaly turned Lostbelt."

'Chosen by Gaia and Alaya?' Ladybug has heard one of those names but the other one was drawing a blank. She shook her head, returning to the conversation taking place.

"So, you're the true Anomaly Emperor, not Marie Antoinette Alter," Ritsuka stated, glaring at the giant Mecha standing above them. They heard a slight chuckle coming from behind them.

The group turned around to Foreigner of London chuckling, his hand on his chin. "Dear Chaldeans, Marie Alter was just death fodder. Her death was expected and used our false master well, she has done her job," The blonde Foreigner laughs,

Lancer of the Eternal Empire sighs, "To be honest, she's a real bitch." He said out loud.

"Indeed, her death was meaningless in our plans for the Empire." Berserker of the Eternal Empire stated, not really caring they lost a Major ruler.

Chat growls, hearing that they don't care for their allies. "Why are you speaking to your former allies like they were some kind of pawn!?" He shouted at them, disliking how these Servants of the Empire disrespect one of their own. Even if she was an enemy who has selfish goals, they still wouldn't disrespect her.

Ladybug joined in, can't keep her mouth closed. "How could you say something about someone? An ally to your Empire!" The Hero of

Nikitich grabs on her successor, "(Adrien, it's no use scolding them for their actions.)" The Rider whispers to him before he says something wrong.

"(Don't say anything else to aggravate them,)" The Moon Cancer stated, "(Unless if you want to die, then be my guest.)" BB smirks at the young Model, not caring either way if he dies or not. The only person she's concerned over is her Senpai.

Chat Noir closed his mouth, not wanting to die without doing something to save Paris.

Ruler of the Eternal Empire looks at the Heroes of Destruction and Creation, "Heroes of Paris, the ones who wield the powers of Creation and Destruction. Tell me, what do you believe a perfect Civilization is like? What is a perfect Civilization for Humanity?" He asked the Modern Heroes.

Ritsuka looks at the two Heroes, 'He asked those two?' He thought, wondering why he would ask the Modern Heroes.

Ladybug looks at everyone for their advice, and both Charlie and Ritsuka nod for them to answer the Anomaly Emperor. She looked over to her Partner and they looked at the giant Mecha standing above them.

The Heroes looked up at the Mecha, answering his question. "I do not know what this all of this perfect Civilization and Lostbelt or that stuff." Ladybug answered honestly to Ruler's question. "But we believe in one thing for the betterment of Humanity."

"We believe that everyone working together to create a better future for all of Humanity." Chat continued, believing in the good when people work as one. "So answer us this, Ruler since we answered your question! What is your view on Humanity?"

"Humans…individuality is clashing in paving a perfect Civilization. As such, your views, no your History shall be rejected," Ruler of the Eternal Empire announced, feeling agitated by their choice of words. The Mecha's eyes glowed red, gazing down at the Chaldeans. "The Eternal Cybernetic Empire will rebel against your History. My loyal Servants, capture the Chaldeans to witness my rule expands to their own timeline."

Both Ladybug and Chat Noir's eyes widen, "W-What the hell!?" Chat exclaims.

Ladybug steps forward, standing against the Empire. "We won't let you achieve you-"

"How amusing that talking would get you somewhere," Foreigner laughs, seeing the feeble attempts to threaten the Anomaly Emperor. "You're really too young to understand how adults dream. As your punishment, Berserker, take them." He orders Akutagawa to attack.

"Yes," Akutagawa's coattails splits in two. The ends morph into a monstrous form, hound heads with large fangs. He motions his hands at the Chaldeans as the heads went and attack them.

Ritsuka turns to his Servants for a counterattack, "Guys!" He called out to them.

Taikoubou held out his hand, using his Philosophy Magecraft to block the heads. Two large Spell Circles appear before the group, deflecting the hurling hounds. "Dazai!"

The light brown-haired Caster steps forward, releasing his Mystic Code to trap those heads. "HA! I anticipate you would attack, Sensei!" Osamu Dazai grins, holding his mentor's Mystic Code in place.

"Tch, how impudent. Doing that left you open, Caster." Akutagawa stated, he looked back at the Author who admires him. "Now you can't escape."

Dazai smirks, keeping the black-haired Berserker at bay from attacking. "I know, that's why I came for you." The Counter Force Servant said, holding him in place.

Akutagawa frowns at the predicament he was in, however, he has some allies to make up for his lack of mobility.

"Well, it seems our prominent Berserker is in need of help." Foreigner of London smirks, raising his hand at the Chaldeans. "Attack,"

Elizabeth Void went in for the first attack, materializing her Lance. "HAHAHA! I'll make you mine, Puppy!" The Berserker of the Void laughs, rushing at Ritsuka.

BB took the initiative, using her pointing stick to draw a B in the air. "I don't think so, you copycat!" The B created an explosion that throw Elizabeth Void off track.

"GAAAHHH! I CAN'T SEE!" Elizabeth Void cried, allowing herself to be wide open.

"Saber!" Ritsuka cried out to the red Saber.

Nero came to the side of the Berserker, her flaming Sword at the ready. "On it, Preator!" She swung her Sword at the enemy Servant. "HA!"

Elizabeth Void was thrown across the street, crashing at the bus stop. Nero smirks, seeing the last Berserker was taken care of, but she stops when she leaps from the debris.

"What!?" Nero used her flaming Sword to block the thrust from the Berserker's Lance.

"Did you forget? We have Hephaestus Klironomia flowing through our bodies." Elizabeth Void smirks, having the advantage over the Fifth Emperor of Rome.

Nero let out a scoff, not even phased by the disadvantage. "And? As long as I draw breath, I shall be my Preator's protector!" She pushed the Berserker back,

Elizabeth Void was pushed back before the orange-haired Lancer made his move. "Hup!" He leaps forward, twirling his golden Spear and thrusting it at Nero.

Chat rushed forward with Nikitich by his side, "Take this!" The Hero of Destruction extends his Baton and then lifts it upwards to move the Lance out of the way.

"Good job, Chat Noir!" Nikitich swung her ax at the Lancer, only for him to recover and block the strike with his Lance.

"Heh," Lancer chuckled, pushing back Nikitich away before slamming her to the ground.

Chat closes his eyes from the dust before looking to see Nikitich on the ground. From the looks of it, she has taken a bit of damage. "Rider, are you alright?" He asked.

"Yes, don't worry about me." Nikitich looks up at the incoming Lancer, placing his Lance under him.

The Rider rolled on the ground, dodging his attack. Nikitich stops before leaping at his back for a final strike.

Lancer's red eyes shifts to the back and prompted him to block her ax. "I know all sneak attacks; don't think I didn't see that coming." He pushed Nikitich back, making more room to attack.

"Ngh!" Nikitich gritted her teeth, feeling the strength and Divine power this Servant has.

Chat rushed over, about to strike Lancer of the Eternal Empire. But he proves to be too fast for him to even land a hit. "Damnit, he's fast. No wonder he's a Hero of renown!" He cried.

Ritsuka observes the battle, Dazai got Akutagawa trapped, and Nero and BB have Elizabeth Void distracted. "That only leaves, Foreigner and Alter Ego to handle." The master frowns, unsure what those two have in store.

"Ritsuka," Ladybug steps forward, curious what his plan is to best deal with those two. "What do you have in mind? By the looks at the two, they are probably the ace in the Empire's army." She stated, hearing the clangs and blasts from their allies fighting.

"AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHHUUUUUUURRRRRR!" Lancelot charged in, raising his pole to attack Foreigner despite their Class advantage.

"Berserker, wait!" Ritsuka cried out, seeing his Father-in-law going in for the kill.

Foreigner of London scoffs, seeing the Knight of the Roundtable attacking him without a second thought. "Well, I shouldn't expect nothing more than Berserkers go." With a simple snap of his finger, Alter Ego sprang into action.

The white misty Servant grabbed hold of Lancelot's pole and swung him into the left building beside them.

Taikoubou raised his hand, "Now, be still! Sublimation-Investitures of the Gods!"

Under Alter Ego of White was a red Taoist crest, it held him in place unable to move.

"What did you do?" Ladybug looks over to the Grand Caster Candidate, seeing some kind of Magic performed.

"It was Sage Arts; I was able to render Alter Ego immobile for the time being." Taikoubou explains to the young bluenette.

"Was that similar to the spell you used on Koyanskaya before?" Ritsuka asked, remembering the same Taoist Circle before during Tunguska Sanctuary Singularity.

Taikoubou nodded, confirming what his master suspected. "Yes. I have adjusted my Sage Arts for Koyanskaya; however, this will be activated for a short until we make out escape-"

Foreigner of London chucked, hearing the Grand Caster Candidate giving hope to the masters. "Aw, that's sweet. That really is, but sadly I have to rain on your parade." He poured the wine glass, releasing the red liquid on the street. "Now, behold the power of the Outer God I possess!"

Ladybug, Taikoubou, Ritsuka, and Charlie flinched upon seeing the wine puddle bubble into something not of this or any World. "W-What is that?" Ladybug asked, seeing an eldritch abomination.

The red wine formed into a large canine-like creature, "The power of a Foreigner." Ritsuka clicked his tongue, seeing they were no match for a Foreigner yet.

"Master, the spell's about to break." Taikoubou stated, feeling the Alter Ego about to be released from his grip. "My only option for this predicament is to leave some of us here and go as planned."

"What!?" Ritsuka looks at Taikoubou, seriously taking that option.

"No, I can't-" Ladybug was interrupted by her former King's voice,

"Rider, can you guarantee that Ritsuka, Chat Noir, and Ladybug get out of here safely?" Charlie asked, seeing the creature is still forming.

"Yes, my estimate that we'll be separated an-"

"Forget about explaining it, go for it." Charlie interrupts the tactician's explanation and quickly goes to Ritsuka.

Ladybug wants to say something but was overpowered by her guardian's voice. "Alright, everyone we're going as planned!"

Lancelot got up from the rubble before launching himself to distract Foreigner of London from completing his attack. "AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHUUUUUURRRR!"

The Berserker grabs hold of his pole once more and slam it into the blonde Servant. He growls at the enemy seeing his attack did little to even do damage.

"Heh, don't forget Berserker. I still have the high ground." Foreigner grins, redirecting his attack to the Knight of the Roundtable before him.

What was once a large canine creature was now a red goop, pushing aside Lancelot. "AAARRRTTTHHHUUURRR…" Lancelot used the pole in his hand to block the sludge, but he was being pushed back.

Nero and BB returned back to their master, seeing their attacks land no effect on the altered Liz. "Just what we need, another strong ass enemy we can't fight." BB groans, hating the odds.

"Umu, but we need to hold out just a little longer. For Praetor." Nero stated, not giving in just yet.

"Yeah, yeah, Humanity and whatnot." The Moon Cancer rolled her eyes before catching Chat Noir from the air.

Chat huffs, seeing that even with his added power from Avenger it's still not enough. "Damnit, I can't even fight him! What's with these enemies!"

BB scoffs, hearing the young Hero complains. "Get used to it, noob. This is a fight for Humanity. There's no fairness in this World," She scolded him for whining.

"Tch, I don't need your opinion." Chat grumbles, seeing his guardian coming back from a failed attack on Lancer.

Nikitich frowns, also unable to land a hit on him. "Lancer's tough, no wonder Theos Klironomia is a big deal in Chaldea." She stated, her eyes looking at Chat and then her master seeing that this must be done. "Rider, I take it you-"

Taikoubou nodded, "Yes, we're doing it. Berserker, it's time!"

"W-Wait, what are you-"

Lancelot summoned a gun and began to shoot the sludge, the bullets manages to dissipate a few pieces before heading to Nikitich.

Lancer and Elizabeth Void smirks seeing that the Chaldeans were left open. Foreigner chuckled, redirecting his attack at the Chaldeans. "Now that's a waste of-"

Suddenly Dazai released more of his Mystic Code, trapping Lancer, but Elizabeth evaded the attack. "HAHAHAHAHA!" She released insane laughter, leaping in the air.

Nikitich took the opportunity to attack, she ran along Dazai's wrappings and leaps forward to pull her into a lock. "DAMNIT! LET ME GO SO I CAN KILL YOU ALL!" Elizabeth Void roars in rage.

"I'm not letting you go for a second! Now, go all of you!" Nikitich stated, giving them enough time to leave.

"Like hell, I'll let you-" Foreigner paused seeing arrows coming right at him. Then a smokescreen came forward and explodes covering the area.

Ritsuka covered his eyes, trying to prevent the smoke from impairing his vision. "W-What is-"

"Now's your chance! Escape while you still can!" A small voice called out from the smoke, and suddenly arrows came reigning down the Servants of the Empire.

Ritsuka looks at Taikoubou, nodding for them to go. "We'll meet again, master. Save Paris, all three of you." He placed his faith in the last master of Humanity.

"Right, I won't let you all down." Ritsuka turns to everyone, ready to leave the area. "Okay, we're leaving! Go as planned!"

Lancelot heard his master's orders, he swiftly jumps back to where Ladybug was and grabbed hold of her. "AAAAAAAAARRRRRTTTTTTTTHHHHHHUUUUUURRRRRR…." He said to the Hero of Creation.

"NO, wait Berserker we need to-" Ladybug was suddenly grabbed by the waist and was carried away in the fog. "CHAT! RITSUKA!" She cried out for her friends.

BB nodded, looking at Chat Noir. "Time to go, Kitty-cat!" The Moon Cancer informed the young Hero.

Chat saw Ladybug left already with Lancelot grabbed. He hated this, but if they were to save their World they must retreat. "Alright, let's get going."

BB nodded and used her abilities to teleport out. Black ribbons appeared beneath them and instantly swallowed them whole.

This only leaves Ritsuka, Charlie, and Nero. The Roman Emperor approached her master and the former Servant. "Umu, those two left the scene. Now it's just us three left,"

"Right," Charlie nodded, turning to the figure in the fog.

"Fujimaru, I have a place where you can hide. Follow me." The figure stated, pulling back her bow and firing many arrows at the Servants.

"W-Wait, how do you know my-"

"No time, Ritsuka." Charlie and Ritsuka were picked up by Nero and followed the Servant into the fog.

Dazai heard the commotion from behind, smirking at the Author he looks up in the face. "It seems my master and friends manage to escape, Sensei." He stated.

Akutagawa frowns at the predicament as the bullets ceased fire. "Seems so, Osamu. However, that doesn't matter." He stated, "All we need is a few Chaldean Servants in our custody."

Dazai gasped, feeling a biting feeling on his back. "W-Wha-" A sharp cloth was chomping on the Caster's back, piercing through his Spirit Origins.

"Unfortunate for you, I know how crafty you are. You're dangerous to keep alive, Osamu Dazai, something the Empire doesn't need." Akutagawa pulled away his Mystic Code, letting the Caster tumbles back.

Dazai looks up, seeing his Sensei's Mystic Code drooling over him. "Heh, seems this is the end…good luck masters…" In a flash Akutagawa's Mystic Code bit the arms and legs of Caster. Soon more came and tore him apart.

Taikoubou smiles seeing that their master and the others made it out alive. "Ugh," He fell to his knees, the spell that held Alter Ego back broke releasing the Servant.

Once the smoke clears, he was met by Akutagawa's Mystic Code ravaging through Dazai and fully engulfing him. In the rummage of the Mystic Code, golden dust was swept away in the chaos.

Nikitich soon joined him, her arms behind her back by Elizabeth Void. "So this was your plan. Having us captured to get information from us." The Rider stated, seeing the black mess unravel revealing nothing left of Dazai. Both frown upon seeing their Counter Force ally has already dematerialized.

"You've killed Caster, that means you were aware of what he can do." Taikoubou added, feeling sorry for Marinette when she hears about this.

Foreigner of London smirks, walking forward to the two. "Well, well, seems like we have smart ones in our midst." He chuckled, watching Lancer of the Eternal Empire take Taikoubou into custody. "As you're aware if you don't already know, you'll be probed and prodded for information in our prison. The other Chaldean Servant proved to be worthless since she didn't have anything on her."

"Well, not all of her was useless." The blonde Servant chuckled before turning around, "Once you've delivered those two to their cells, hunt down the Chaldeans and Alter Ego." He eyes the white mist, waiting for orders.

"Be on the lookout too, report to either Inquisitor of the Chaldeans. Especially those two Heroes." With that, Foreigner used his abilities to open a portal back to the Palace.

"…" Alter Ego took to the skies, returning to his post at the Palace.

Elizabeth Void groans at another task by Foreigner. "Geez, can't even take a break for once."

Lancer of the Eternal Empire rolled his eyes. "We are Servants, Berserker. It's natural for us to have jobs here to support our master."

"Indeed, now go and do what you were told," Akutagawa stated, seeing the two Chaldeans not even attempting to escape. "Until then, I'll be searching for the Chaldeans."

Elizabeth Void placed her hands on the side, "So, what are you going to do when you find them?" She asked, turning around with Nikitich.

Akutagawa smirks before using his Mystic Code to scale the roof,

"Tch, typical." Elizbeth Void clicked her tongue and proceeded with Lancer to the prison.

Taikoubou looks at Nikitich who was looking back at him. "(So what are the odds of them finding a safe place?)" The previous Holder of the Cat Miraculous asked.

"(I have my faith in them, for now, let's focus on what we can do.)" Taikoubou said to his ally as they left the area.

Somewhere in the City

A black orb pops out of nowhere, scaring off the cats lurking in the alley. Chat landed on his feet, turning to the streets behind them. "We need to look for them. Come on,"

BB grabs hold onto Chat's shoulder, preventing him from going further. "Will you stop this? Going back there will get you killed by those Servants!" She scolded the Hero of Destruction.

"What are we supposed to do? Leave our friends, your master to fend for themselves?" Chat retorted back, getting agitated by her lack of empathy for others.

The AI groans, she can't believe that she was stuck babysitting this child. "Look, I know that you are worried. But that doesn't mean you should just go out and get yourself killed!" She stated, "Personally, I don't mind leaving you in the dust if it means that I get to be with my master. If I do that, he would defiantly be mad with me,"

Chat scoffs, knowing he was right for her lack of consideration for others. "I wonder, why are you his Servant? Ritsuka isn't like you one bit, he cares for others an-"

"That will get people killed, my Senpai knows that," BB stated, glaring at the blonde boy. "That's why I'm his Servant, I keep my eyes out for those types of situations to prevent anything like that to happen to him. Got that, Human?" She hissed.

The Hero of Destruction opened his mouth before closing it. He clutches his fist, not noticing the light glowing. Chat knew that she was right, but still, he was worried for his friends. "So, what are we going to do?"

"I believe I can help," The two turned their heads at the back alley. There stood a beautiful grey-haired woman holding a staff with a cross and dressed in a blue pope gown, and in her hand was a scroll.

Chat looks at BB unsure who this Pope woman was, He turns to the Servant who suddenly appeared before him. "Um…who are you?"

"Forgive me, it seems that my Summons wasn't noticed by you." The Servant apologizes to the Hero of Destruction.

BB blinks, turning to Chat's Command Seals which faded back to their red color. "Kid, you just unknowingly Summoned a Servant." The Moon Cancer stated,

Chat blinks, turning to his new Servant. "R-Really? I-I Summoned a Servant without using an incantation?" He looks at his Command Seal, feeling something familiar when he was first Summoned.

The Servant nodded, "Indeed, master." She inclines her head and bows to Chat. "Abiding by the principles of summoning, I have been called on. Class, Ruler. I'm Popess Johanna." She introduced herself once more to the Hero. "I'd say that battles aren't my field of expertise, but…Not lending a hand to those who seek salvation will not do."

"By all means, treat me with care.." She smiles at her master.

"Eh?"
