Ch 52 The Beginning of the End Pt 3

Front Two

Standing in the center of the road of Patricius, both Johanna and Constantine saw Sefar walking down the street. With each step she took, she absorbed more Magical Energy from the Lostbelt.

"Sefar is gaining more and more Magical Energy she takes," Johanna observes the White Titian approach them, "I assume that master and master Fujimaru already know that." The Ruler said, looking up at the incoming disaster.

Constantine nodded, "Indeed, Johanna; and considering that this is Sefar we're talking about. I don't think my Noble Phantasm could hold her back for long." The Rider said, knowing that Sefar could easily break through his Walls.

"That's why I brought some assistance," The two former Leaders of the Restoration Realm look back, seeing Ritsuka and Chat Noir being led by the Archer, Johann Sebastian Bach.

"Master," The two greeted their masters, walking over to them.

The blonde Hero looks at his Servant, ready to assist, however, he doesn't know how. "Johanna, what exactly do I do to help here?" Chat Noir asked his Ruler Servant.

Johanna looks at his Summoner, even though he entrusted her to Ritsuka, his Magical Energy will be helpful here. "Mas- I mean Chat Noir, thank you for coming. You, Fujimaru." The Pope smiles at the master of Chaldea. "We need all the help we can get to pull this off."

Ritsuka looks up at the incoming Disaster, "Constantine, Johanna, Johnn, what's the plan here?" The Magus asked as BB, Charlie, and Suzaku rejoin them.

"Sorry we're late," Charlie apologizes to the group, arriving just in time with BB. "Woah, she's already here," The King of the Franks said, stating the obvious.

"No shit, Charlie," BB stated, crossing her arms. "So, what do we do?" She asked the Front.

Constantine steps forward, positioning his Sword before him. "We're going to hold Sefar back with everything we got." The Last Emperor of the Roman Empire stated, "Master, forgive me for asking such a broad question, but I need every Magical Energy you got."

Ritsuka nodded, feeling the ground below them to shake. He held his Command Seals before looking at Chat Noir with his remaining Command Seals. "Chat Noir, are you ready to give everything?"

"Right, I understand Ritsuka." Chat Noir and Ritsuka held their Command Seals at their Servants.

"Constantine, with a Command Seal. I order you to hold back Sefar with everything you got!" One of the Command Seals on Ritsuka's hand disbursed, traveling to the Rider Servant.

Chat Noir held his hand to his Servant, "Johann, by my order, defeat the White Titan that threatens Paris!" The Hero of Destruction ordered the Ruler to defend his Home from the White Titan. A Command Seal disbursed, boosting Johanna's powers.

Both Constantine and Johanna received their Orders, ready to defend the Second Front. "Your Majesty, I shall enhance your Noble Phantasm with my Blessings." The Ruler stated, holding her Staff at the former Leader of the Restoration Realm, buffing his powers.

Constantine held his Sword facing down and planted it on the concrete. A burst of dust surrounds the Second Front, covering the entire area, "Many invasions have we faced, yet our faith remains unmatched."

Chat Noir and the others covered their eyes unable to see what was going on around them. "I-Is this Emperor Constantine's Noble Phantasm?" The Hero of Destruction asked,

Erecting around them were the old Walls of an Ancient City, surrounding the streets of the Lostbelt Empire.

"Constantine's Noble Phantasm depicts the defense at Constantinople against Mehmed II's siege for two Months," Charlie confirms what Chat Noir asked,

Constantine's armor changed to a silver Armor then opened his eyes. His Sword began to shine, metalizing Constantinople's Walls. "Theodosios Constantinos!" The Emperor announced, blocking Sefar's path.

"Never shall we yield. Though we may perish, our homeland remains eternal!" The Rider added, his Sword glowed brighter as the Walls began to glow brighter.

Sefar saw the glowing Walls blocking her path, the White Titan crossed her Arms preparing to Attack. She leans back and releases white Beams at the Walls.

-ZZZ- The same Magical Energy as before has appeared, -ZZZ- Ginny informed the group of the surge of Magical Energy. -ZZZ- Sefar is about to Attack! -ZZZ-

The Beams all hurl toward the Walls, blasting bits and Pieces away.

Constantine held out, using his Magical Energy to restore the broken Walls. "Ngh…No, I have to hold out, to…protect Humanity…" The Rider said to himself,

Ritsuka saw his Servant was struggling to keep his Noble Phantasm. He looks over to Johanna, who is still buffing the Emperor. "Johann, can you counter Sefar's Attacks on Constantine's Noble Phantasm?" He asked the Archer.

"I'm way on it, master," Johann responded, placing his Violin under his chin and starting his Music. "My music is the pinnacle of mankind!" Violins appeared around the area, surrounding the group of Servants below.

"An art that's shared with the World, and on a bloodstain Battlefield!" The voice boomed as a rainbow-colored staff line connected each violin. "Behold, my signature piece!"

"Vibrant Air on the G String!" The rainbow-colored staff began to resonate, each Violin began to aim at Sefar. The Music began to shoot Magical Projectiles at the White Titan, though not as powerful as the one he used against Liz Void, but still enough to push Sefar back.

Sefar cried, ceasing her Attacks as she went into a defensive position. "Keep it up, Johann. We got her on the defensive!" Chat Noir exclaims, seeing her being bombarded by the Musician's Noble Phantasm.

-ZZZ- Director, the Hume-Barrel Rayproof is at Forty percent ready, -ZZZ- Ginny informed the master of Chaldea, -ZZZ- We need at least Fifty more minutes to be fully ready. -ZZZ-

Ritsuka nodded, hearing what the red-haired Girl said. "Right, thanks, Ginny." He looks at the Hero of Destruction, "Chat Noir, we need to hold out for Fifty more minutes."

"Gotcha, I just hope everyone can hold out on then." Chat Noir said, worried for the Servants' stamina from deploying their Noble Phantasm and Supports.

Constantine looks back at the masters of Humanity, "We can hold out as long as we can." The Last Holy Roman Emperor said, pushing through his limits. "Charlemagne, BB get ready to grab the masters and leave the Second Front."

"You really are going to sacrifice yourselves?" Chat Noir wince, not liking the idea but accepted it.

Johanna smiles softly, turning to the two Servants escorting both masters. "We're counting on you two to protect the masters," The Pope said, entrusting them to the two.

Charlie nodded, understanding what needed to be done. "You can count on us, Constantine, Johanna." The King of the Franks said, promising to protect his Grandson and young Hero.

"What do you think we've been doing?" BB asked, saying it with a bit of a snark.

Ritsuka nodded, understanding what they said. "Got it," He responded, accepting the idea.

Still being bombarded by Johann's Projectiles. Standing in place, Sefar managed to get her foothold, still in a defensive position. She cried, charging up her Magical Energy and ready to attack.

Sefar's Body began to glow, indicating she was ready to attack.

-ZZZ- Sefar's Magical Energy is increasing. She's going to attack again! -ZZZ- Mashu came onto the Comms, informing the group of what they're detecting on the Storm Border.

Constantine looks back at his master and Chat Noir, "Charlemagne, BB, take both master and Chat Noir away, now!" The Rider exclaims, sensing the increase of Magical Energy.

BB grabs hold of Chat Noir and Charlie takes Ritsuka. "I'll open a way out at the back!" Constantine informed them, holding out his hand at the back.

A bright golden light appeared behind them, revealing a way outside of the Walls. "Constantine, Johanna, Johann," Chat Noir looks at the Servants staying behind.

"Don't worry, we'll meet again," Constantine said, ensuring them they're going to be fine. "Our Spirit Origins are recorded in Chaldea's Fate System. So we'll be Summoned right back on the Storm Border,"

Johanna nodded, "Mine too, but-" The Ruler looked at Johann, however, he responded quickly.

"Just go before it's too late," Johann said, trying his hardest to keep Sefar at bay.

Ritsuka looks at Charlie and BB, "Let's go, everyone." He said before looking at the Servants staying behind. "We'll see you all back on the Border, and Johann…" Ritsuka knew that Johann couldn't return to the Storm Border,

He's yet to be Summoned through Chaldea's Fate System. Johann noticed Ritsuka's expression, understanding why he was making that expression. "Don't worry about me, master." The Pseudo-Servant said, not mind going out like this. "Protecting Humanity is the greatest honor a Servant could do."

Ritsuka gazes away before looking back at the Servants. "Alright, thank you for helping us here to restore Paris." The Magus said, showing his appreciation.

Chat Noir nodded, knowing this was the last time seeing Johann. "You and the others are truly Heroes, thank you." A single sign of gratitude from two Humans was enough for the Servants to do their best to the very end.

"Thank you, master," Johanna said before getting to the point. "Now go! We'll see each other soon enough,"

"Right, we'll see you guys back at the Present," Ritsuka said as everyone left through the exit Constantine made for them to escape.

Johanna watched as their master left the Second Front. "They left the vicinity, your Majesty." The Ruler said, informing the Rider Servant.

Constantine nodded, hearing his former Second in Command. "Good, I'm glad we managed to give them time to escape." The former Leader of the Restoration Realm said. "But what about you, Johann? Are you alright with this?" He asked the Counter Force Servant.

"Nothing better than going out in a blaze, right?" Johann asked to which the two Chaldean Servants agreed as a bright ray of white light engulfed the Walls of the Second Front.

Chat Noir and Ritsuka shut their eyes, seeing a blinding light destroying Constantine's Noble Phantasm. "Constantine and the others held out the best they could," Charlie said, knowing what that light meant.

"Let's not think of it right now, there's plenty of time to mourn later," Ritsuka said, approaching the Third Front.

Back where Constantine's Walls were once, Sefar walks over the destroyed Buildings and roads during her Attack. She continued to absorb the Magical Energy of the Lostbelt repairing the damage she received from the Second Front.

Down at the rubble, Constantine, Johanna, and Johann manage to survive the Attack. However, the two received massive damage to their Spirit Origins.

"Sefar is still on the move, she looks like she hardly received any damage," Constantine said, looking up at the White Titan continuing her path of destruction. His Body began to turn into Blue dust, returning to the Chaldean Fate System.

Johanna, also turning to Blue dust corrected the last Holy Roman Emperor. "I'm afraid you're wrong there, your Majesty." The Ruler said, looking at Sefar. "Sefar merely Healed any wounds she received from Johann's Attack."

"Speaking of Johann, where is he?" Constantine asked his fellow Restoration Realm Servant.

The Ruler and Rider look around, searching for the Musician. "I'm here, I'm here." Johann came out of the rubble, not returning to the Throne. "My Spirit Origin was spared, but…"

"The two of us took the front of Sefar's Attack," Constantine said, explaining why they were disappearing. "We only have a few seconds left before returning to the Fate System."

Johanna looks at the Archer Servant, "Johann, if you were able to survive Sefar's Attack then-"

Johann nodded, "I understand, I'm going to continue to fight Sefar." The Musician stated, not giving up just yet.

Soon, both Leaders of the Restoration Realm began to return to the Storm Border. "We're counting on you to continue the Battle where we can't," Constantine said to the Counter Force Servant.

"We wish you luck, Johann. May God's protection protect you." Johanna said, wishing him luck.

Johann nodded, ready to depart. "Don't worry, I'll catch up with everyone. See you the next time we meet." The Archer said, turning towards the Rift in Time and leaving the Second Front.

Constantine and Johanna watched as the Archer left the Front, their Bodies began to disappear. "Well, your Holiness. I'll see you back on the Storm Border, it was nice to fight together like in Traum…" The Rider said, his Body turned into Blue dust returning to Chaldea's Fate System.

Johanna smiles, happy to have the chance to buy more time for the others to prepare. "Masters, I wish you all luck in defeating this Calamity…" The Ruler returned to Chaldea's Fate System, being recorded during the Lostbelts.

Rift

Abe no Seimei turns back to the Servants and Ladybug after confirming things through his Shikigami. "The Second Front has fallen, both master and Chat Noir manage to escape." The Grand Caster informed the group.

Taikoubou nodded, feeling a surge of Magical Energy coming from the other side of the Pat. "Ah yes, I do sense that Sefar repaired any damage she received from the previous two Fronts." The Rider stated, following what the Caster said.

"How could Sefar Heal herself that quickly after taking on two Fronts!?" Ladybug asked in disbelief at how quickly Sefar could recover this fast.

"Must be because Sefar is absorbing the Lostbelt's remaining Magical Energy," Tlaloc said, feeling the Magical Energy around them growing weaker. "As a City myself, I could feel the City slowly losing its Magical Energy."

Xu Fu nodded, confirming what the Pretender was saying. "Y-Yes, Tlaloc's right. About Seventy Percent of Patricius's Magical Energy is being absorbed into herself. She's growing stronger as well…" The Alter Ego gulps, feeling unsure about their plan.

"Hey now! We're Servants, Heroes entrusted by our master to protect Humanity!" Nero exclaims, lifting everyone's spirits despite a strong Enemy that was literally before them. " Umu, Umu, this should be a cakewalk for us!"

"Hahaha! That's a Roman Emperor with a Roman Spirit if I ever seen one!" Octavius laughs, impressed with the Emperor of Roses's bravery in the face of danger. "Emperor Nero's right, let's do our best to save my master's Home."

Ladybug looked around them, seeing everyone come to terms with the Final Battle in the Anomaly. "Thank you, Octavius, thank you everyone." The bluenette Hero said, appreciating their determination to protect Paris.

"Ladybug," The Hero of Creation looks at Abe no Seimei, approaching her. "There's still more to do to defeat Sefar. In fact, only you could do it," The powder blue-haired Caster said, having an important job for her to do.

The bluenette Hero blinks at the Grand Caster, accepting the request from him. "I'm ready, Abe no Seimei!" Ladybug exclaims, ready to do whatever it takes to save her Home. "Just tell me what I need to do."

Abe no Seimei nodded, telling her what she needed to do. "We need you to go back to the Present and gather the Heroes that could assist with clearing the area where Sefar will land." He points to the Rift, where the Present Day Paris was clear to see.

Ladybug looks at the Rift, seeing where Sefar is going to land when she gets to this point. Turning back to the Servants, she asked one more question. "What about you guys? Aren't you coming?" She asked,

"Umu, we'll catch up when we finish preparing our part of the plan," Nero said, knowing that Ladybug could do this.

Taikoubou looks over to Ladybug, adding more to the mission. "Lord Octavius will be accompanying you to the Present, Ladybug." The Rider explains to the Hero of Creation,

Octavius smiles, seeing a relieved expression on his master's face. "You were thinking that you'll be going back to your Home on your own, master?" The red-haired Servant said,

"I actually thought I was going back to Present Day Paris on my own…" The bluenette Hero said, feeling a bit better knowing that her Servant would be accompanying her to the Past.

Suddenly loud explosions interrupted the group, they all looked at the end where Sefar was being held back by the Servants stationed at the Third Front.

Xu Fu turns to Ladybug, seeing things are back on schedule. "Ladybug, you and Octavius should go now. Sefar has made it to the Third Front." The Alter Ego said, advising the bluenette Hero to leave immediately. "The sooner you leave the Lostbelt the chances no casualties can be lessened."

Ladybug nodded, hearing the Alchemist's words. She looks at Octavius, ready to guide her back to Modern Day Pais. "Right, we'll prepare everything back in the Present for you guys. Octavius, let's go!" She turns around to her Servant, ready to leave for her Home.

The red-haired Saber nodded, approaching Ladybug and picking her up, Princess style. "Right, master! This is going to be a rocky ride back to the Present!" Octavius said, looking down at his master. "Ready?"

"Go! Saber!" Ladybug orders as the First Roman Emperor leaps off the ground and enters the Rift.

Entering the Rift through Time, Ladybug and Octavius felt like they were experiencing turbulence. The severe pressure of entering a Rift through Time was enough to make anyone sick or worse.

However, thanks to the suit Ladybug was wearing and the fact Octavius is a Servant means that the effects were minimal at best. "H-How are you feeling, master?" The red-haired Saber asked his master.

"A-A bit airsick even though we're not on a plane, but still," Ladybug responded, being a good sign for Octavius.

Looking forward, the Roman Emperor saw the Present approaching them. "Hold on master, I can see the exit. Our little trip through the Rift is almost over," The red-haired Saber said, reaching the end of the Rift. "Brace yourself!"

Ladybug nodded, "Right," The bluenette Hero braced herself as the two exited the Temporal Rift, entering the Present.

Opening her eyes, and feeling the pressure from traveling through the Rift being lifted. "So this is the Present Day Paris, your Home master," Octavius asked his Summoner, looking down at Ladybug's Home. "Despite the small Mana density, this City is exactly what I imagine when I think of Paris." The Roman Emperor said.

"Yes, this is exactly what Paris should look like in the Future," Ladybug commented, feeling the Sunlight on her face, something she hadn't felt for a long time since entering the Parisian Lostbelt, "Not an Endless Night and Authoritarian Rule,"

Dropping from the Sky, both Ladybug and Octavius landed on a Building. The red-haired Saber gently placed his master down, watching her approach the edge of the Building.

Looking up at the Sky, she followed where the center of the Rift to where Sefar would land. Right between some Buildings and the Champ de Mars. "We have a lot to cover, Octavius," Ladybug said to her Servant.

"Yes, you're right master," Octavius said, seeing there were so many Parisians down below. "We need help to evacuate all these People,"

"I got a trick that could help," Ladybug held her Yo-yo, tossing it in the air. "Lucky Charm!" She cried out, activating her Powers.

Ladybugs swirl around, creating a Charm that could help with the Battle with Sefar. A singular Cell Phone with a Ladybug pattern on the case. "A Cell Phone? What would that item do?" Octavius asked, being the first time he saw his master's Power.

"I'm not sure, but…" Ladybug opens the Lucky Charm, revealing a contact list. "I have an idea of what to do." She pressed one of the Names on the list as it dials the Person.
